The hotel was bit disappointing. Cleanliness was below average. Delux room layout felt cramped and poorly designed. Breakfast starting ramadan was bland and less choice Staff were oke and good hospitality. Overall, it didn’t meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Breakfast menus are variatif n delicious

The blower in the bathroom doesn't working automatically & should be checked by the staff who inform that it only worked on the certain time only....so the bathroom smell is bad

i love how the employee’s service, they’re nice, polite, and always smile. the food was good and suite to my taste. it has a uniq drink contain of rempah, so it is so healthy and good for elder. it is so recommend for touris to go to this hotels…..

Several times I've been to Solo, always staying at a hotel other than the Alana Hotel The first thing we felt was the friendliness of the hotel front staff, the facilities and cleanliness of the rooms were quite good, the swimming pool was clean and family friendly, this morning breakfast was very satisfying, the dishes available were quite varied but what was very interesting was the friendliness of the restaurant staff. delivered it to the table and the kitchen staff were active in telling us about the menus available, honestly very happy and memorable to be at Hotel Alana Thank You

The Alana Solo gave us very good experiences. The staff at the front liner is very friendly. The room is ready early for us. We took the connecting door rooms. The rooms are clean, the amenities are complete, clean sheets, clean towels, comfortable pillow, and the view from level 11, is good. But somehow, it's kind of noisy. We can hear people from next door, at night too much noise by somebody moving the furniture. The pool is very good, there are 3 different pool sizes, one is the best with warm water. There is a gym near the pool and kids zone like a small playground. Very convenient for us with 2 toddlers. Breakfast is the best, too many varieties of food, such as traditional, western, bread, eggs, noodles, fruits, salads, cereals, coffee, juices. The best part is, when you ask something, the waitress will respond very friendly and ask you to bring it to your table. Plenty of parking spaces, access to the hotel are very easy to find. I can say, my stay is very satisfying. Thank you 'the Alana' Solo for your service.

Room had some sort of foul smell .. compare to other similar type of hotel Bathroom did not have small facial towel

Sort off , no bottle water provided, no laundry bag and no sanitary bag as well. The manager said the reason is earth environmental. Why don’t you try use glass bottles instead ?? We re staying at Indigo/ Marriott they do glass bottles and safe environment for the laundry bag too. To be honest the Alana hotel just don’t want to spend any money for nothing !!!

The room don’t look like well look after

The location is near to the highway, accessible, and strategic. The food was good.

The AC in the room was not cold enough as expected, including in the restaurant. We booked a triple bedroom but we found out that a twin room was added with an extra bed of different quality. The water in bathroom was very low pressure, not satisfied.

Room super clean.

We stayed in Alana during Eid Al Fitr. The non city center location of the hotel is in fact an advantage; the traffic was smooth at all times. The staffs were so helpful and professional. The hotel provide water dispensers at all floor, excellent!

The price is cheap, the location is near the airport

The elevator is slow, to many people in the breakfast, and the table is not enough

Recomended Hotel I am a solo traveler from Russian, and I feel comfy to visit this hotel cause very warmfull staff and smiling. The food also good and the room Was clean. This is my first time to Indonesia but this country is very welcoming dor everyone, apreciate it.

Was good overall

We didnt take breakfast package and it was fully booked in the morning. Soto segar restaurant and others food court just in walkingndistance. The receptionist doing great giving connecting door. My family are like it.

The water dispenser outside the room need more maintenance and periodic check on the drinking water availability and do not have to ask to refill.

The hotel is near to the airport. It is also close to city centre. Room is clean and staff were very helpful. Food was easy to find near by the hotel.

Restaurant for breakfast was very full during our stay, but maybe because it was new year holiday.

1. The exhaust fan on the bathroom didn't work 2. Resto when having breakfast waiting list and bit dirty

I stay at this hotel every month. Good value for money, near to airport, not too far from city center by online taxis, rooms are spacious, rooms are pretty much properly maintained, quite nice variety of breakfast, bed quite comfy and firm. Usually it was quite a good experience. But last visit, it was during high season and rooms were limited, my room was next to the elevators. It was very noisy all night long. Avoid rooms next to elevators as much as possible.

The staff is less helpful. The breakfast quality. And the bartender is often out of his station so to order drinks needs nearly 45 minutes

Although they have lots of Bfast food variance, Taste of the food was below expectation. I recommend they revisit their food taste because during my 6 days of stay, I only survived for 3 days eating there and the rest I prefer go outside or cross the road buy Soto. The kids playground in the 2nd floor looks dirty and not that excited.

Nice place to go, as it is a very strategic location. Nice hotel to stay with your family as many facilities are suitable for each family member.

Be careful with the bathroom, it is slippery and no hand grip nor non-slip mat.
