The location is unbeatable, only 5 min walk to Il Duomo! Check-in was also very easy and uncomplicated.

The shower had effectively no water pressure, the room was super hot, though it has A/C, you have to leave it on at all times otherwise it will be extremely warm within minutes (we were there in september with very mild weather).

Great location. It was exactly what I was looking for. The room was very roomy for the 4 of us. The breakfast was great.

At first I was a little weary with the downstairs hallway when you walked in, but then when we saw the room it was great. I booked this place because of the location and it said that it had parking. I thought it was free parking and was surprised when we had to pay when we got out car from the parking garage.

The location was excellent, literally steps away from Mercato Centrale. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out. The instructions for accessing the property and using the key were very clear. The room itself had a lot of charm and character, with a lovely, distinctive design.

On the downside, the air conditioning was rather weak, which was definitely noticeable in the August heat. There is also no lift, which is worth keeping in mind if you have heavy luggage. We were also unlucky enough to stay on the night of a religious celebration at the church directly below the building, with a very loud party continuing until midnight. This was obviously beyond the hotel’s control, but it did effect our stay.

Gute Lage, aber einige Punkte verbesserungswürdig Mit dem Standort der Unterkunft war ich sehr zufrieden. Auch die Kommunikation über WhatsApp hat grundsätzlich gut funktioniert. Das Zimmer war schön und entsprach optisch den Erwartungen. Allerdings waren die Informationen bezüglich des Parkens für mich etwas schwierig und nicht ganz eindeutig. Enttäuscht war ich vom Handtuch- und Badetuchwechsel. Die Hand- und Badetücher wurden nicht täglich gewechselt, sondern nur alle drei Tage. Für mich ist das bei einem Aufenthalt in dieser Preisklasse nicht angemessen. Auf Nachfrage können die Handtücher zwar gegen Aufpreis gewechselt werden, was ich persönlich nicht als guten Service empfinde. Auch das Frühstück hat mich nicht überzeugt. Es wird in einem Café in einer Nebenstraße angeboten und besteht lediglich aus einem Heißgetränk und einem Teilchen. Für mich ist das kein vollständiges Frühstück und sollte entsprechend auch so kommuniziert werden. Insgesamt ist die Lage ein großer Pluspunkt, allerdings gibt es beim Service und insbesondere beim Handtuchwechsel sowie beim Frühstück noch Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten

Не работал кондиционер, включили вентилятор, что говорит о том, что хозяйка заранее знала о сломанном кондиционере, при контакте с ней отказалась приезжать, не работал сейф, раковина в ванной не Линате при велюченном кране заполнялась водой, всегда воняло канализацией…. Холодильник для напитков был горячим, не охлаждал совсем , а только добавлял температуру комнате…. Были семьей, на улице +38, в комнате +36… ужасная ночь…. Обо всем сообщили хозяйке… она ответила все равно что у вас,, деньги возвращать отказалась…. Сказала уходите может верну…. Это с ребенком среди ночи в незнакомом городе…. Самое негативное впечатление за всю жизнь

mucho mucho calor , faltaba aire acondicionado, el que tenían lo tenían regulado a una potencia y no se le podía subir. Es verano y hacían 40 grados en la calle. No sabíamos que el baño era externo a la habitación , súper incómodo para ducharse y asearse ya que había que acceder pasando por las zonas comunes y no tenía ventilación el baño , por lo que en verano es una sauna. El desayuno también muy pobre , una pieza de dulce y un café y un zumo de cartón.

Il punto di forza di questo B&B è sicuramente la posizione, da lì è possibile raggiungere tutti i principali siti d’interesse in breve tempo. Il letto era molto comodo e il personale gentile e disponibile.

La camera (con bagno privato esterno) era molto angusta, il mobilio e i pochi punti di luce la rendono davvero troppo buia e poco accogliente. Non era possibile regolare l’aria condizionata, il che con 38° esterni è stato un problema. I gradini per accedere al soppalco sono molto alti e - sempre per la poca illuminazione - sono un po’ un azzardo dal mio punto di vista. Non do giudizi sul bagno esterno, ad eccezione del fatto che sia molto stretto, perché è una “scomodità” a cui eravamo preparati.

Quando estávamos em Florença, estava 35 graus as 9:30 pm, ou seja, muito quente. O ar condicionado ligava, mas não refrigerava. O staff tentou passar coordenadas de como solucionar, mas não resolveu. Além disso, emprestaram um ventilador que mal saia vento. Infelizmente, tivemos que ir para uma outra acomodação e gastar novamente para termos uma noite decente. Naquele calor, era impossível dormir.

The AC didn't work. I opened the window to let fresh air in, but I could smell the fumes from the restaurant below. It was quite difficult to find, even with a GPS. The entrance door is hidden between two restaurants.

Super centrale! Ottima colazione! Comodo il parcheggio convenzionato anche se non è chiara la convenzione perché comunque abbiamo pagato 30€ la tariffa giornaliera.

L’aria condizionata non era sufficientemente funzionante al punto da dover usufruire del ventilatore che mettono a disposizione ma che comunque non migliora di tanto il problema. La camera inoltre aveva uno strano odore, non so se fosse dovuto all’affaccio alla corte interna dove c’erano gli scarichi dei ristoranti.

Climatizzatore che non rinfrescava e molto rumoroso, lenzuola sporche con capelli e diverse macchie sparse nella stanza, molta polvere e presenza di falene, serratura poco sicura

Konumu mükemmeldi, her yere oldukça yakındı, yürüme mesafesinde idi. Anahtarla giriş yapılıyordu, güvenlik konusunda da hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Apartman dairesinin bir odası idi. Kahvaltı da Roma usulü kahve kruvasan idi.

Odada yer alan banyo oldukça küçüktü. Konumu google mapste doğru işaretlenmediği için yeri bulmakta oldukça zorlandık. Etraftaki esnaflara sorarak bulduk. Dışarıda çok fazla cafe restoran olduğu için gece 12'ye kadar gürültü olabiliyor.

Posizione centrale a 50m dalle cappelle medicee . Vicino ci sono molti ristoranti per tutte le tasche. Personale cortese e disponibile. La presenza del frigorifero in questi giorni di caldo è stata provvidenziale. Piaciuto il piccolo omaggio di benvenuto.

Se proprio si vuole trovare un difetto camera un po' piccola ma comunque il tutto bene specificato in descrizione Camera comunque carina e ben disposta.

I really liked our accommodation, excellent location very close to the central train station and tram which takes you to the airport. The host was polite kind and accommodated our needs such as leaving the luggage to the place before our flight and picking them up at the time we wanted to leave the city. I’d highly recommend it overall.

The breakfast option is limited and can be improved.

La ubicación es perfecta, la relación precio- calidad es alta, el host fue muy amable al recibirnos y al dejarnos dejar nuestras maletas en un sitio seguro antes de entrar a nuestra habitación, volveríamos sin duda.

Letto eccessivamente corto, scuro della finestra rotto che ne impediva la chiusura e lasciava passare la luce ed inoltre anche con la finestra chiusa la camera si sentiva un fastidioso odore di fritto proveniente dal ristorante vicino.

Per esmorzar et trobes un val, que has de fer servir en una pastisseria a uns 150-200m de l'allotjament. El valor del val; un croisant, un suc de taronja i un cafè l'hem trobat molt just i molt pobre amb relació als esmorzars dels altres allotjaments.

No ens ha agradat que l'habitació estava just sobre el forn d'una trattoria: era un forn la pròpia habitació amb l'afegit que l'aire acondicionat (molt vell) s'engegava però no refredava gens. Ens hi vam trobar un ventilador de peu força sorollós que no l'hem pogut parar en cap moment. Si volies obrir la finestra, a un cel obert, era fastigosament brut i perillós d'haver-hi rates. Sé que és un problema del veí però afecta a l'establiment. No hem trobat correcta oferir una habitació a aquest preu en aquestes condicions... potser les altres del pis (allotjament és un pis compartit en habitacions) estaven correctes però la nostra no es pot oferir en aquestes condicions.

Posizione eccellente: vicino alla stazione e in centro storico, nel borgo di San Lorenzo. Alloggio nuovo, ben ristrutturato, arredato con buon gusto, dotato dei confort necessari. L'host gentile, pratico ed ha lasciato per il benvenuto una piccola bottiglia di spumante, acqua, patatine e 2 calici. Buona la dotazione di tisane, thé e caffé solubile. Nella camera sono presenti libri.

Ho alloggiato nella camera economy. Il coprimaterasso è di plastica, fa sudare ed è scomodo. La camera da letto è molto piccola. Le prese per ricaricare il cellulare e la luce sono presenti solo ad un lato del letto. Sono presenti 2 cuscini per persona, uguali, tutti e due molto bassi: consiglierei 2 diversi spessori, per accontentare chi ha problemi di cervicalgia. Sono comunque appunti minimi, che non pregiudicano la mia ottima valutazione.

The location of the property was top tier. It is in the middle of town and close to everything you could ask for.

The room was very small but comfortable. The chairs we had were broken however and there were no bedside tables. The bathroom was external (down the hallway) which was a hassle and it had a strong odour of sewage, however it was clean and had everything you’d need.

This location was perfect for us for a one night stopover between Rome and Venice (we stayed other days in Florence in a deeper neighborhood). It was a 10 minute walk to the train station, right in the middle of central Florence and surrounded by the sights and many restaurants. Super close to the Mercato Centrale which is great to grab lunch at. The unit itself was exactly as we expected - small but nice and perfect for our needs. We didn't get to take advantage of the included breakfast voucher for a nearby panaderia, but that was a nice touch.

Mancanza acqua nei servizi! Lo scarico del water non caricava velocemente e quindi il materiale stava per parecchio tempo in un ambiente senza finestre è praticamente dentro la camera ; la pressione dell’acqua nei servizi era minima e la responsabilità se la toglievano dicendo nel foglio di servizio che più di un tot d’acqua non si poteva usare!!! Quindi arrivate nel pomeriggio in camera la situazione alla prima defecazione è stata questa!!!

Siamo state in 4 in una confortevole e pulita camera con soppalco, abbiamo apprezzato molto il benvenuto in camera con aperitivo, bollitore con necessario per preparare te o caffè La posizione perfetta per visitare il centro. Host è stato molto gentile e disponibile per deposito bagagli.

Estando en la puerta nadie respondía al citofono o WhatsApp, tuve q recurrir a servicio al cliente de Booking.com (Daniela) q me ayudó a contactarlos

If you are planning to arrive with a big car to Florence city center, it can be a bit tight. Nothing to do with the accommodation - just general advice

Bonne situation du B&B dans l'hyper centre de Florence. La chambre est très confortable avec le plus café ou thé à disposition et un petit frigo.

Seul point négatif, la fenêtre donne sur l'arrière cour d'un restaurant avec ventilation bruyante fenêtre ouverte. Ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour.

Lo más que nos gustó del alojamiento fue la situación porque está ubicado en el centro de Firenze con todo lo principal que hay que ver muy cerca. Puedes pasear, ver atracciones turísticas, sitios de interés, comer y regresar al alojamiento para descansar y volver a salir. También el alojamiento dispone de tetera, nevera, y puedes hacerte un té café ☕️. El anfitrión nos dejó unos amenities como detalle de bienvenida.

Que nuestra habitación tenía baño privado fuera de la habitación, pero esa opción ya la conocíamos desde la reserva, así que fue nuestra elección. También decir que nuestra habitación tenía la cama en la parte superior, tipo altillo que para algunas personas con movilidad reducida no sería recomendable.

Communication prior to the visit was great and we had all the access details before we left home. The location was very central and close to all main attractions. The room itself was querky and really cozy with a comfortable bed and good shower. I would recommend it and would definitely stay here again if we come back to Florence.

Unser Zimmer hatte nur ein milchglasfenster, was nur oben zu öffnen ging. Die Luft im Zimmer war folglich stickig. Wir hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht. Das mit dem Code hat nur für ein Zimmer geklappt. Das Frühstck gab es außer Haus und war sehr mager: 1 Cafe, 1 Croissant und Orangensaft. Eine Rezeption gab es nur von 9.30-10. Völlig überteuert. Dazu noch pP 6,- pro Nacht in bar Touriabgabe

La posizione ideale per visitare la città , a pochi minuti dalla stazione e centralissima. Ogni tipo di servizio inoltre era disponibile a pochi metri dalla struttura.

Posizione davvero comodissima a tutto. Peccato il bagno senza finestre, comunque molto pulito. Al mattino rumore dei venditori ambulanti, ma problema trascurabile vista la super centralità della location. Terrazzino in comune molto comodo per prendere una boccata d'aria, finestre ampie con vista sulle Cappelle Medicee. TOP per la posizione e ottima la convenzione con la Pasticceria SIENI! Speriamo di tornare presto.
