Location

That air room was wet Walls all wet our bags and clothing wet. Tried to tell staff and they didn’t understand. We had the aircon off but looked like it was dripping from the roof. A cleaner gave us extra towels. When check out tried to tell reception he didn’t really understand he was kind just like noted Quite old and musky smell looked like mild stains on wall. And bathroom had lots of mould. Pool looked nice

The staff were really friendly and kind. The food was really good.

I would recommend them to put up a little shade at the pool like a few umbrellas. I am sure the guest will spend more time of there is some shade.

That it had a circle k near by so I was able to walk for food and drinks

Room was far too small for 2 people and not clean and the bathroom was disgusting . There was no room to move or put our bags

The staff was really nice and helpfu

Breakfast wasn’t the best. However, solo traveler the rooms were prefect enough to shower & get a good night sleep. I would recommend bringing your own towel, wash cloths & shower shoes. Location is good walking distance from a lot of great restaurant.

The hotel manager was an awesome person. Great personality.

Location to beach and restaurants

Hotellet ligger nära centrum, men jag skulle inte tycka att det är 3 stjärniga, frukosten var inte buffé inte alls många val heller. Städningen var helt ok och personalen var trevliga.

The staff are lovely but the hotel is old and run down, stained sheets, broken doors, broken shower, toilet doesn’t flush (at all!) and loud noises all throughout the day and night. It’s a cheap, budget hotel in a good area so you get what you pay for at $30 a night. If it’s just a place to shower and sleep then i recommend :)

Stayed here for couple of nights, good location.Close to beach and other eateries specifically for vegetarians with many indian restaurants around. Room had reasonably good facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast has no vegetarian option.

Unser Zimmer war an sich sauber, es hat allerdings sehr modrig gerochen. Ich hatte mich nicht getraut, die Matratze anzuschauen, da die Kissen teilweise schimmelig waren. Im Badezimmer war auch Schimmel, die Handbrause selbst auch. Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit, das inbegriffene Frühstück was frisch und lecker.

Room size is not value for money , not clean room

The hotel was not ready for check in until 4:30pm when theu said check in is 2pm. I asked the staff if we could check out late by 1 hour as we had delayed flights. They refused straight away. Make it make sense.

Rooftop bistro was breezy with excellent views Comfortable bed and good aircon Reasonable price Some excellent Warungs and Sports bar close by.

We "upgraded" to a suite but the room was very small and basic...not even a fridge.

It was very disappointing. It did not look like the pictures and the rating couldn't possibly be that high. It felt dirty and I had to leave the next day. I could not sleep and I did not touch the bathroom at all. Big scrub at salon after I left.

The pool area is very nice. I really enjoyed it.

The breakfast and the towels were kind of old with a greyish color.

Foi boa, porém algumas coisas precisam melhorar, toalhas velha e rasgadas, quarto sem secador e sem frigobar, perto do banheiro o cheiro não é bom, vale ressaltar que a decoração é bem simpática e o atendimento foi bom

The location! Its not easy to find.

Seclude but excess with most facilities, clean and affordable for mostly couples or single , for family may need larger room and more kid friendly or activities, overall we enjoyed our stayed was memorable thank you

We stayed in feb 2023 and the hotel was great, clean and conveniently located but came back to stay this time and it’s just so run down. It needs a freshen up and a good clean, the bathroom was filthy and mouldy around the trims. The rooftop pool is filthy and needs a good scrub. We were asked on arrival if we need a safe which we said yes and was then told we will be brought one in the morning, we were never brought one. I dont understand why they just don’t have them inside each room anyway. It’s such a shame because we had a pleasant stay last time but this time around it was more expensive but in worse condition

The staff at check-in were very lovely and welcoming, making a great first impression. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Seminyak, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach. It’s a convenient spot for exploring the area!

What we didn’t like was that the hotel felt more like a hostel and could have been better maintained. The lights in the bathroom didn’t work, and there was mold, so we ended up wearing thongs in there because of the hostel-like bathroom floor. We also found the breakfast not worth the extra cost.

There was no minibar

The location is in the middle of Seminyak and just a stones throw from the Batu Belig beach. The staff is extremely friendly and always accommodating for all your questions and needs.

The breakfast is not worth the money and the coffee is bad for indonesian standards.

Absolutely not worth the money paid. Bathroom door won't close, main door won't open, room is quite small compared to other proprieties of similar price range. Bathroom has no hose pipe etc.,

A limpeza nao é o forte desse hotel, toalhas estavam sujas e o quarto nao estava tao limpo, a cama é confortável, ar condicionado funciona bem, atendimento muito bom e simpático.

I am very pleased with the service provided by the staff, especially Puspa (Reception) and Komang (Reception). Komang was very responsive and highly proactive. My wife stayed at the hotel while I was out of town, and the staff helped me arrange a surprise for her. Dwika (Waiter) and Pak Anton (Security) were also very helpful and friendly. Their service was excellent. Thank you for being such an important part of my day today. Highly recommended hotel.

Perfect hotel for a night in Seminyak - close to a cute cafe called Urban Eats - would recommend! We stayed for one night after our flight got in at 2am from Australia, it was the perfect place to crash out and then wake up with everything close by, breakfast/coffee/shops. We got a taxi from airport easily enough, about 30 minutes. Rooftop pool was beautiful! They also were very willing to help with transport and storing our bags.

I really like the rooftop pool area but sun beds are worn and terrible. They are torn and uncomfortable

Better sun beds, utilise this great space. Put coffee in rooms, there is a jug n nothing else

Bathroom was not clean. They are dated and need to be scrubbed in the corners of the showers and edges. The cleaners wash the floors but it’s the overall appearance of dirt.

Place was filthy Holes in linen and so used they were grey Rooms had a moist smell throughout Walls and mirrors were disgusting Plates and food and rubber left in the hallway over 24 hours unclean Rooms not sound proof so could hear every noise Photos show a huge pool but once there it was tiny No buffet breakfast as paid for just simple cooked breakfast

TV is not user-friendly😊

Location was ok, just down a dark side st, rooms were kept clean but property very tired and shabby, needs updating and maintenance upkeep. Pool was not very clean and Sunbeds broken etc.

Everything,, the rooms are old water inside when raining also a lot of humanity bad beds.. no good food cheap everything, small and mold pool
