Персонал помогал в любом вопросе. Например подсказывал, где рано утром можно позавтракать. Также у меня были коробки от заказов доставки в отель, и оню любезно выкинули эти коробки. Расположение отеля очень удобное, легко и быстро можно доехать до достопримечательностей. Рядом есть комбини и большой супермаркет (скидки вечером на еду). В целом район достаточно свободный от туристов.

Только размер номера, но он оправдан за такую стоимость!

The staff at the front desk were always there to help, towels changed everyday. And it was just a small bus ride away from loads of tourist places.

部屋が広くてゆったりしていた。TVやお風呂も各部屋に付いていて、気兼ねなく泊まれる。 フロントの方がとても親切で、バス停を教えてくださったり、食べるためのスプーンとかを貸してくださったりした。とても感じの良い方でした。一人部屋だけど、ダブルベッドでゆったりしている。

お風呂の水を抜いたら、トイレの床に溢れて来て、びっくりした。 トイレの流れが良くなかった。

Nie będę ukrywał bo to nie wypada. Pokój miał dziurę w suficie o której zorientowałem się dopiero podczas deszczowej nocy kiedy padało na mnie i to na tyle intensywnie że obudziłem się z powodu mokrej pościel i poduszki. W rogu pokoju była dziura zabezpieczona ręcznikiem i taśmą? Gdyby nie deszcz to bym o tym nie wiedział. Zaznaczę że dostałem refund za jedną z nocy gdzie padało.

個室でとてもくつろげました。場所が良くて、スーパーやコンビニが近い点でも便利でした。誠にありがとうございました。

J'ai passé un excellent séjour. Le lieu est bien situé, tout était parfait. Le gérant est particulièrement adorable, c'était un plaisir de le rencontrer. Je recommande vivement !

リーダーの方が京都の事は任せろと、とても親切で 非常に助かりました。他のスタッフさんも皆感じ良かったです。近くにスーパーコンビニ、バス停もあり 主要名所に行き易い。二条城の朝散歩最高でした😃

首先价格十分感人，两个人住两天才10000+(日元)。其次老板非常和善，也可以在前台直接购买一日券，很方便。房间竟然还带个小阳台(虽然没使用)。护发素是小时候的味道!特别惊喜!大爱!

离地铁站还是有些距离的，但好在离公交站近。双人床属实有点小了，也就宽1.5m(估计都是我都说了)

・清掃が行き届いており隅々まで綺麗で驚いた。 ・洗濯機があることが思いの外便利。室内で干せる道具も貸してくださり、洗剤も一個50円で販売されている。暑い季節なので大変助かった。 ・丁寧親切な対応。観光どころや交通のことなども沢山教えていただいた。 ・立地が良い。最寄りのバス停からも遠くなく北側へも南側へもバスで足を運びやすかった。周辺は住宅が多く静かな場所。 ・価格がお手頃。

・部屋の扉はいわゆる昔の団地のような扉で且つ薄いのか、他の部屋の人が共用スペースにいると声がよく聞こえたり、開閉時音が響いてそれで一度目が覚めてしまった。とは言え、部屋に入ってしまえば隣室の音は聞こえなかった。

リーズナブル、近くにコンビニ、ドラッグストア、コインパーキングあり

3部屋使わせていただきましたが、後から聞いた話ではそのうち1部屋（407号室）のシャワーの湯が出なかったそうです。夜遅くすぐには修理できないと思い、言わなかったそうです。その人には悪いイメージがつきました。

22時から3時半まで隣の部屋のインド人男性2人組の騒ぎ声が続いていて、全く眠れなかった。スタッフの方も夜はいないので、怖くて注意もできず、最悪でした。 壁がとても薄く、廊下の音や隣の声が全て聞こえる。

Є недалеко метро, також автобус в обидві сторони за 2 хв.від готелю. Загалом, з п'яти хостелів цей нам сподобався найбільше.

这个酒店价格不高，但是内部设施非常完备，床品地板都很干净整洁，空间还算宽敞，值得一提的是前台人员英语非常好，沟通完全无障碍

卫生间不是智能马桶，旁边用脸盆洗漱的水容易溅到马桶上

タオルを忘れたので、備え付けがあったことは、大変助かりました！

The room was spotless, really really clean, and a little more spacious than expected. Staff were so helpful. Coin laundry is just 200 yen and the staff sell laundry detergent for 50 yen. Rental bicycles were also appreciate. Overall, having stayed in a few Kyoto cheap places - this guest house is cheaper and better than most of them.

Slow and unreliable internet. You have a choice of multiple room WiFis to connect to but many don't work or are too slow - I had to tether from my phone to work at my laptop. The mattress was uncomfortable - uneven and sank too much. I slept the other end of the end to manage.

Размеры номера в сравнении с другими отелями. Наличие курительной зоны в отеле. Очень дружелюбный управляющий, который помог с отправкой багажа в Токио. Стоимость отправки была ниже чем в аналогичных сервисах.

The property is clean and in a great location. There are buses right in front that go both to the city center and to various tourist attractions. The room is spacious enough, and the towels are replaced daily. The bathroom and toilet facilities are adequate as well. Thank you for everything! 😊

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Sencillo pero cómodo y bastante espacioso para ser Japón. Parada de buses a pocos metros y con buena frecuencia. Supermercado y 7 eleven a corta distancia.

Podrían poner una tostadora, ya que nuestro apartamento tenía cocina y no contaba con una.

Uraraka te ofrece una estancia bastante comoda. Piezas bien equipadas y algunos lugres comunes para uso especifico (como calentar comida con microndas y otras). Lo que valoro profundamente fue que quien nos recepcionó, que derrochaba experiencia en el trato, manejo de ingles con una pronunciación cuidada para darse a entender, y preocupado por la experiencia de conocer kyoto y de como poder contribuir a la ciudad. El servicio de arrendar bicicletas es un gran plus, recorrer Kyoto en bicicleta es algo que recomiendo no saltarlo.

L'hébergement est pratique pour visiter le château de Kyoto. Une ligne de bus au pied de l'hébergement est pratique aussi. Il était plutôt spacieux et le personnel très gentil. Il y a un espace commun pour faire réchauffer des plats et prendre un thé ou un café, c'est pratique.

L'hébergement est assez bruyant. Les murs sont peu épais et on entend ce qu'il se passe dans les autres chambres. Ma chambre donnait sur la rue et j'entendais beaucoup le trafic. Heureusement, j'avais des boules quies ! Petit détail aussi, il n'y avait pas de lampe de chevet. Pas très agréable d'être tout le temps avec une lampe néon au plafond.

The very small micro-bathroom is very uncomfortable and I am convinced they haven’t cleaned the toilet seat thoroughly! Desk full of clutter yet basic amenities seemed to be missing.

Muy buena experiencia. Todo estuvo muy bien y la atención fue excelente. Además, tuvieron el gesto de dejarnos un detalle por nuestra luna de miel, algo que realmente valoramos mucho. Son esas pequeñas cosas las que hacen la diferencia. Súper recomendable.

Three out of the four of us had really bad beds and couldn't sleep very well. Also the walls were really thin so you could hear mostly everything from everyone else

I stayed two night at the guest house, very friendly staff, they allow me to take my bicycle into the room, it was really welcome. The room is actually a generous unit.

The lift to go up and down is a bit slow, he always stops at the reception floor.

Staff were extremely kind and helpful! They made my experience wonderful. I received recommendations, they were able to speak English and in the room there was a recommendations book which was super neat. It was convenient to have umbrellas free of use for the rain and as my walking stick! It personally felt more like a motel, however, the staff made the stay all the more bearable.

I received a different room from what was presented when Booking. The price is the most affordable that I was able to find during cherry blossom season and if anything it was a mistake on my part for not differentiating between a guest house and hotel!

Easy to go to kyoto station and temples by bus and ok for eating

いつも泊まっている四条近辺からは少し離れていたがお散歩感覚で歩ける距離だったので問題はない。近くに食事のできる店もありその点も問題はない。京都での宿泊はコインパーキングが基本になるので自動車の利用も不便は感じない。施設はゲストハウスという名だがプライベートが守られているのでその点も問題はない。スタッフも丁寧な説明で好感何もてた。

No breakfast but that just meant a trip to the supermarket to gather breakfast supplies

スタッフの対応は良かった。 サーモスタットのない混合水栓ではあったが、給湯器の温度を調節できるので、お湯の温度はコントロールしやすかった。 近くに先頭があるので、扉が外れるユニットバスを無理に使う必要はない。

普通に閉めて開けるだけで、ユニットバスの扉が外れる。 夜中に自分で構造を見て、はめ直すのは苦痛だった。 直すように依頼したが、直してもらっても開けるときにヒンジの軸が浮くのは相変わらずだったので、たぶんまた外れる。おそらくスタッフにとって、あの部屋のユニットバスの扉が外れることは周知の事実なのだと思う。 上昇・下降の速度が遅い低速エレベーターな上に、かならずフロントのある2Fにエレベーターが止まるので、とにかくエレベーターが遅い。 フロントにスタッフがいない夜間の時間帯でも、2Fにエレベーターが止まるが何の意味もない。 部屋の壁が薄いのか防音性が良くない。 デスクとベッドとテレビの位置関係がいまひとつ。

facility is pretty basic at quite a premium price. this is the only place in my 10-day trip to japan that does not have a toilet washlet. location is not convenient, at the other side of the city, and it takes you ~30-40 minutes on crowded bus to get to main attractions. the only close site is nijo castle. staff was the main disappointment. my room's wifi was not working. i followed their guidebook and chose other rooms' but the alternatives were pretty slow and unstable, constantly kicking me out. i asked them to look into it, the guy on afternoon shift said ok but nothing changed. next morning i asked the guy on morning shift and he outright refused, making no effort or offering to make any change.

Super pobyt, blisko do dworca głównego, w hotelu zamieszczone było wiele informacji dotyczących atrakcji, komunikacji miejskiej i lokalnych restauracji. Obsługa hotelu była bardzo pomocna i mówiła po angielsku.

Trochę mała łazienka, ale to chyba norma w Japonii.

Está cerca del castillo Nijo y bien conectado con los buses. Muy ordenado y cómodo.

Accomodation was good as price -value comparison. It is a bit further outside and have limited dinner options in the neighbourhood. Room is in line with the local room sizes but managable. Rooms was clean and staff was helpful.

Το κλιματιστικό ήταν πολύ χαμηλά με αποτέλεσμα να χτυπήσω δύο φορές το κεφάλι μου. Δεν είχε καλή ηχομόνωση.

The unit toilet bath was too small for my XXL size.

前台有一定的專業度，也很親切，問他要洗衣精，請他幫我處理房間電燈打不開的問題都很快地回應了。床比我想像中大。設施不新但是打掃得真的還蠻乾淨的。價錢還蠻便宜是真。

兩個點。 第一，雖然附近公車很多，但入住的時候常常會有大行李，我沒記錯的話京都大行李不能上公車。得坐地鐵到二條城再拉過來。這方面個人覺得頗累，但已經入住之後的移動是還蠻方便的。 第二，不知是否只有我住的房間如此？日光燈在關掉之後燈管沒辦法完全暗下來，裡面的螢光幾乎會持續微弱的藍色光線一整夜。像是頭頂一直有一盞小夜燈的程度。這點對我來講是真的還蠻困擾的。
