I had an excellent stay at Ibis Konya. From the moment I arrived until I checked out, everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The rooms are modern, quiet, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the entire team. From the reception staff and restaurant team to housekeeping, maintenance, security, and the management, everyone was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. A special thank you goes to Sena from the restaurant. Her kindness, warm hospitality, and outstanding service made every meal a pleasure. She truly represents the high standard of guest service at Ibis Konya. Although I don’t know everyone’s name, I would also like to thank the General Manager and the entire team for creating such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. You should all be proud of the exceptional service you provide. I highly recommend Ibis Konya to anyone visiting the city and look forward to staying here again.

They charged me twice, ones when I made a reservation and second time when I came to the reception. I tried to contact them few times, sent a confirmation about the payment and didn’t receive a response ! Very disappointing!

Остарял и неподържан хотел. Трябва да носиш багажа си от подземния гараж до първия етаж до асансьора по стълдите на ръка. Няма място за спиране пред хотела.

Как правило, в сетевых отелях, всё продумано до мелочей для комфортного проживания в номере. Здесь было так. НО надо просить номер с окном во внутренний дворик. Ночка выдалась бессонная из-за шума дороги за окном. Завтрак был неплохой.

Персонал. Вот уж что удивило, так это непрофессионализм сотрудников в Ibis. Я заранее (письменно) предупредила о позднем прибытии в отель, и что нам нужна парковка. Мне ответили, что пожелания учтены, приезжайте. По факту мест на парковке не было (мы сделали 2 круга вокруг). А на ресепшне 2 парня развели руками. Предложили в соседнем отеле припарковаться, в Novotele.)) Я потом поняла, что и остановиться, наверное, стоило в Novotel. Проблемы возникли и с room service. Заказать еду было очень непросто, потомучто сотрудник на другом конце телефона не говорит по-английски, представляете?! Плюс еще проблемы с оплатой (у них система сломалась) ... в общем, ужин свой я прождала больше 1 часа. Но справедливости ради, салат и суп были вкусные. Резюмирую: персонал не говорит по-английски и по-русски; не компетенты и совершенно безразличны.

The hotel itself is nice, clean and cozy, but unfortunately it was extremely noisy — it was almost impossible to sleep. Also, the bathroom was missing basic amenities

Das Hotel ist für Autofahrer günstig gelegen, an einer Ringstraße. Ins Zentrum sollte man ein Taxi nehmen, ein Taxistand ist gleich daneben. Die Ausstattung ist Ibis-typisch stylish modern. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, das Frühstück sehr gut, zum Abendessen kann man ins benachbarte Novotel gehen.

Sigara içilmeyen katta verilen ilk odada yoğun bir sinmiş nikotin kokusu vardı. Talebim üzerine hemen başka odaya aldılar, bu odada sigara içilmemişti ama banyo/tuvaletten hafif bir koku geliyordu. İbis otellerde genellikle rahat ederdim bu konuda şaşırttı. Onun dışında standart dahilindeydi her şey. Resepsiyonda çalışanlar yardımcı oldular. Henüz faturamı iletmediler; 2 gün oldu hâlâ fatura bekliyorum

Парень-ресепшионист, который работает с ночи до утра, был очень дружелюбен, ответил на наши вопросы о городе и о транспорте. Несмотря на раннее прибытие, предложил напитки и еду с завтрака. Насколько я помню, нас заселили на час раньше. В целом хороший отель для коротких поездок. Недалеко до центра города.

Было дороговато за одну ночь, может, сезон был такой, что спроса было много.

Pro: Parking was the only convenient thing. Easily available outside hotel. Now, for the cons: Despite indicating room as non-smoking and was on a non-smoking floor, however, the 1st room we entered, we could immediately smell the residual cigarette smoke smell. Immediately went down to ask for change of room. Was given change of room. But again after awhile we could once again smell the residual smoke.... gave up to change room. Rely to use my own essential oils instead. Am wondering if it could be due to centralise aircon hence despite room change, we still smell smoke. Next morning I was not feeling well. Ask the reception for a plastic bag to bring along as a vomit bag. But reception says do not have. When I request if there were any paperbag instead, the reception did not bother to continue to search or even tell me to hold-on. Instead he simply just attended to another walk-in guest. I had to turn to a kitchen staff who was replenishing the bread if there was any plastic/paper back available. N the young lady after searching came back with one. Thank you! Lastly the toilet lights, its auto sensor /motion sensor to save electricity but the interval to dim off is too quick. While using the restroom on 1st floor, the lights go off so fast i had to keep waving my hands to create motion for lights to turn on again. Now imagine if it was a kid that went toilet alone and moments later light goes off.

Our room was on the 11th floor facing the road. We expected it to be quiet being so far up, but even with the window closed, road noise until late. Perhaps the other side of the building would be better.

Wij zijn normaal gesproken wel fan van ibis, maar deze viel echt tegen. Bed was doorgezakt, badkamer stonk naar riool en je hoort de hele nacht de (snel)weg (ondanks dat we op de 11de verdieping zaten)

Fiyat performans Hoteli. Meramda işler vardı çok iyi oldu bu açıdan. Sessiz bir konum çalışanlar ilgili saygılı. Ama sadece gece rahat bir uyku çekeyim denebilir. Zaman geçireceksiniz yandaki kardeş Hoteli öneririm.

Van perdre la nostra reserva. Menys mal que la portava en paper i tot i que hi havia overbooking ens van donar habitació. La moqueta dels espais comuns i passadissos molt bruta, amb taques molt gosques de fèia temps. Les cortines de l’habitació plenes de forats.

lokatie is nog geen 4km van het centrum. Prima lokatie als uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Konya; de uitvalswegen naar andere steden is zeer eenvoudig.

Oda genel olarak temiz değil, yataklar hijyenik değil, temizlik vasat, çok ses alıyor, cadde üzerinde olduğu için gürültüden uyuyamadım.

Otel normal ibislerden daha konforluydu. Ancak otel civarında çok fazla yemek, alışveriş imkanı yok. Araçsız bir yere gidemezsiniz.

The breakfast was good. They accept dogs.

The rooms were not ready by check in time at 14:00 and when we got to the rooms around 15-15:30, there was still pee on the toilet bowl, we had to call to have the cleaning lady come back again to clean it. The hallways were also dirty. We used this hotel as a 'pit stop' between Cappadoccia and Fethiye, it was okay for a quick stop but wouldnt have spent more than 1 night there.

It’s a Typical budget hotel. Nothing special. Small single room but with most conveniences available - nice queen size bed, good shower, small desk for working. This was the only hotel on my long trip that had an iron and an iron board in the room. Was very clean. True 24 hours front desk. Felt “back home” after many Turkish exotics.

Otel bilindik bir zincir otel anlatmaya gerek yok zaten. Kaldığımız oda ses geçiriyordu, sigara içilmeyen istememize rağmen odada sigara kokusu vardı muhtemelen laftan anlamayan sigara bağımlısı zavallı yaratıklar uyarılara rağmen içmiş olmalı. Kahvaltı çok güzeldi birçok seçenek vardı, personel kibar ve ilgiliydi, otel önündeki otopark yeterli seviyede idi, sırf ıslak alanı olmadığı için 3 yıldızlı demişler ama bence 4 yıldız kalitesindeydi. Şehirde etkinlik olmasına rağmen fiyatlarını şişirmemişler tebrik ederim. Oda ile ilgili bir diğer husus banyodaki sabun ve şampuan aparatları çok dandik, sürekli yerinden çıkıyordu, duştaki gider tıkalı gibiydi su zor gidiyordu ayrıca banyoda pamuk, kulak çubuğu vs gibi şeyler yoktu

The hotel staff, specially the receptionists were very nice and so so helpful, room were clean, the bathroom was great, but there was no shampoo. They had wonderful breakfasts and varied and delicious food. On the last day, while we missed breakfast, they prepared breakfast for us at 12 o'clock. They brought us a large plate of various food with warm omelettes and were smiling and well behaved the whole time.

The perfume they use in hotel rooms. The smell was very strong to me.

It was accessible. It has plenty of parking and has nice food options around. The lifts and corridors are also why enough and it’s very user-friendly

Toilets are cramped. Rooms are also smaller than average, prices are not that cheap compared to other regional hotels and staff are not much aware of touristic things to do for city of Konya.

Parking issues at night time

Konaklamamız güzel geçti. Personel güler yüzlüydü. Gene tercih edeceğimiz bir hotel olacak. Ufak bir sorun yaşadık,hemen çözüm ürettiler.

We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad met dank aan de gastvrijheid en de servicegerichtheid van de staf. Hulde aan het keuken personeel. Zij hebben uitstekend ingespeeld op onze behoefte aan speciale diëten (glutenvrij & lactosevrije producten).

Girişte Rukiye hanımın sıcacık karşılamasıla otele adım attık. İlk saniyeden itibaren çok yardımcı oldu. Bize gezilecek yerlerle ilgili bilgiler verdi. Çok candan ve içtendi. Otel güzeldi. Çarşaflar ve havlular temizdi. Ama otelin camları ve asansörü daha sık silinmeli.

Konya ziyaretimiz için çok iyi bir konaklama oldu.

Güzel bir konaklamaydı ama tabi ulaşım konusunda biraz sıkıntı yaşadık nerdeyse her seferinde tranvaya ulaşmak için taksi kullandık. Odada ki lamba tutma koluyla alakalı biraz sıkıntı yaşadım sürekli çıkıyordu. Çarşafların yan kısmında rahat bir parmak giricek kadar delik vardı yastık kılıfında da daha küçük delikler vardı. Tuvalet fırçası olmaması böyle bir otel için gerçekten kötü bir durum. Personelleri misafir odaklıydı HK dan havva hanım FB mete bey ve resepsiyon Berk di sanırım yanlış olmasın gece vardiyasındaydı sorunlarımı çözmek için ellerinden geleni yaptılar hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ediyorum.

We were there for only one night, property was nice, room had a bit of smoking smell when we entered, rest was ok. 1. There was no parking (Directions) infront/near property, so was difficult to stop for checkin. 2. Check in staff was very helpful 3. Underground parking was full so had to give keys to the Valet team 4. Breakfast was very good and convenient checkout.

Perfect .. 5 star experience

This is a clean, decent business hotel if you need to stay right in Konya. For tourism it's not really the location you want, and a bit noisy -- our room had a mosque literally right outside the window which made for a VERY loud 5am alarm clock. Rooms are small but very clean, and the staff were very nice. Breakfast is excellent.

Staff members dont know english or russian. It is impossible to communicate with them. Also food was disgusting there was a hair in my meal. Hotel was definitely built a long time ago so facilities were not good

This is an amazing hotel for the price we paid. We were very happy with our choice to stay here. And unlike previous reviews- we didn’t smell any smoke in our room or in the lobby. The wifi was really strong, the food (room service) was good and was a great price. The girl who checked us in was friendly, and so was the girl helping at breakfast and the girl who brought our room service.

Our shower leaked badly and flooded our bathroom floor. The sink drained slowly. The room was really hot and took a while to cool off. We requested an upper floor room when we booked but were given one on the 5th floor- which was high enough- but out of I think 12 floors that isn’t really an upper floor. The hotel was usually quiet but sometimes you could hear banging in the hallways when doors were slammed.

Horrible please avoid - small rooms, outdated, floors have all gaps. Initially given room which was a smokers one despite saying no to this. Checkout was long and she didn’t understand English. Breakfast was very basic to top up items like egg took very long. I don’t recommend this. Location is out of the way too.

After a busy day , IBIS otel was the right place to stay in konya , the breakfast choices were a little bit low , but the comfort and the accommodation comfort is high quality. Everyone who would come to konya , shall visit for a stay.. there is free car park

Otel temiz ve düzenli tam bir şehir oteli. Odalar temizdi ancak bir nem kokusu vardı, uyku kalitemizi olumsuz etkiledi. Kahvaltıda çeşit yeterliydi ancak ürünler yeterince taze değildi önceki günlerden kalmış gibiydi. Bir gece kaldık, fiyatına göre beklentimizi karşıladı.

The bathroom in the room is terrible and only one employee spoke English, the other employees did not. In that sense, the experience was worse than in other small hotels we stayed in during our trip to Turkey. It's not what you expect from an international hotel.

We complained during our stay about the temperature of the rooms. It was unbearably hot and we were unable to sleep. The staff solution was to open the window which we’d obviously already done! The air con didn’t work and the staff seemed reluctant to do anything to help

upon entry to our room we could smell a chemical and within 2 minutes of being in the room me and my partner were both violently coughing, struggling to breathe and being sick. We demanded to know what the smell was and were told that there was no smell and to open the window, only with the help of others we knew staying in the hotel did the manager appear as by this time we could not speak, we were promised a full refund and moved to Novotel, but they have now back tracked on the refund. We would appreciate the refund as compensation for our illness which has left us still ill upon arrival back in England and requiring doctors visits.

Great hotel about 10kms from the airport, convenient location, top notch hospitality and helpful staff. This hotel had it all. The breakfast spread was lavish, the hotel is well connected to the public transport, and there are good food options nearby. Totally recommend.

Quiet at night

1. You can only pay by card at checkin, but no warning at booking time 2. Strong cigarette smell in all places, especially lobby and elevator. Smell stays in pillows and blankets in non-smoking room. Easy to explain by low smoking fine, only 300 liras 3. You must leave your luggage at lobby entrance, then park underground and go up the stairs, no elevator from parking to lobby. Not enough parking spots underground and none on the street nearby. 4. We booked room with 1 queen bed, got 2 twin beds put together. Why offer this option then? 5. Breakfast is 11$ extra, not worth its price
