Tutto: struttura fantastica, camere enormi, piscina interna ed esterna, colazione super varia, parcheggio gratuito..ci saremmo stati anche una settimana!

Dedeman hat die 5 Sterne wohl verdient, das reichhaltige Frühschicht muss hier besonders erwähnt werden.

Struttura vecchia, trasandata, personale inadeguato (tranne il ragazzo alla reception) e piuttosto sporca. Cibo al ristorante e a colazione abbastanza scadente.

Siamo arrivati di domenica e il ristorante era chiuso. Il personale della reception ci ha dato 2 informazioni in croce, orario colazione e quanto dovevamo pagare. Sicuramente non è un hotel a 5 stelle

Det var fina rum med bra sängar. Personalen var mycket trevliga och behjälpliga.

Jag har inget negativt att säga om själva rummet, men jag hade gärna sett att rummen hade balkong. När man reser med små barn är en balkong väldigt praktisk, eftersom man inte kan lämna rummet när barnen har somnat. Då hade det varit skönt att kunna gå ut på balkongen för att få lite frisk luft eller exempelvis röka utan att behöva lämna rummet. En annan sak som kändes lite ovanlig var att man måste använda badmössa i poolen. Det har vi inte behövt på andra hotell vi bott på. Badmössorna gick att köpa på hotellet, men de var förvånansvärt dyra. Ett tips är därför att ta med egna badmössor om ni planerar att använda poolen.

Gym was excellent, pool facilities good

Breakfast was gourgeous. A great varietà of fruits, turkish delicatessen and sauvory dishes. We appreciated also the swimming pool.

Er was weer veel lawaai, nu aan het zwembad wegens de werken die ze aan het uitvoeren waren. Heb dit gemeld, er is niets gedaan. Ze bleven maar boren terwijl wij graag wat rust hadden gewenst.

Binnenzwembad was veel te koud, personeel zei dat ze het niet mogen verwarmen.wij komen hier elk jaar en dit is de eerste keer dat het tegenviel.we kregen een andere kamer dan dat we gewoon zijn op de 13de verd. Dit was echt niet goed.

Uzun sayılabilecek bir yolculuktan sonra 13:15 gibi otele ulastik odanın hazırlandığı söylendi ve saat 14:00 giriş için beklememiz söylendi tamam dedik bu arada birşeyler atıştırmak için yakın bir yere gittik 14:20 gibi geldik ancak oda yine hazır değildi. Ufak bir olumsuzluktu bunu biraz sevemedim

Obwohl ich ausdrücklich darum gebeten hatte, dass niemand unser Zimmer betritt, wurde das Zimmer dennoch betreten und durchsucht. Allerdings wurde damals nichts gestohlen. An diesem Tag hatten wir nach dem Essen gesundheitliche Beschwerden und befanden uns in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Mein Sohn musste die ganze Nacht im Krankenhaus bleiben. Erst gegen 6:30 Uhr morgens kamen wir zurück und legten uns sofort schlafen. Da wir das Zimmer bereits um 11:00 Uhr verlassen mussten, packten wir unsere Sachen sehr schnell in die Koffer und checkten aus. Zwei Tage später rief uns ein Mitarbeiter des Hotels an und teilte uns mit, dass versehentlich die Sachen einer anderen Person in unser Zimmer gebracht worden seien. Er fragte, ob sich diese Gegenstände möglicherweise in unserem Gepäck befinden. Zu Hause angekommen kontrollierte ich sofort unseren Koffer und stellte fest, dass sich tatsächlich fremde Gegenstände darin befanden. Ich informierte das Hotel umgehend telefonisch und brachte die Sachen persönlich zurück. Gleichzeitig reichte ich auch eine Beschwerde ein. Später behauptete die Person, der die Sachen gehörten, dass ihre Unterwäsche fehle. Daraufhin kam der Hoteldirektor zu unserem Wohnort, und wir durchsuchten gemeinsam per Videoanruf unseren Koffer sowie unsere Sachen Stück für Stück. Die angeblich fehlenden Gegenstände wurden dabei jedoch nicht gefunden.

Il servizio. Lo staff del ristorante non è attento al cliente. L’aver fatto pressione per il check out e aver chiamato in camera 5 minuti dopo il termine. Il ristorante aperto di domenica con pochi piatti a disposizione e il non averci comunicato che però volendo c’erano altre portate da poter scegliere. Il prezzo troppo alto del ristorante non rispettava la qualità dei piatti. Avevamo chiesto 2 piatti dello stesso tipo, e ce n’è stato portato 1 soltanto secondo loro per 2 persone ma era poco più di 1 porzione, forse 1 e mezza.

Banyoda kalıp sabun yoktu. Odaya ütü tahtası istedim, tahtayı ters depolamışlar, ucu yerdeki pislikleri toplamıştı. Mini buzdolabının içine koyulduğu ahap dolapta havalandırma olmadığından dolap içi aşırı ısınmıştı. Bu şekilde mini buzdolabının arıza yapma ve ömrünün kısalması ihtimali var. Tek kullanımlık terlikler kalitesizdi. Düğün salonu çıkışında içilen sigaraların dumanı içeriye doluyordu. konuklar rahatsız oldular.

Свой бассейн, люди отдыхают, рядом на футбольном поле играют разновозрастные любители футбола, вокруг отеля прекрасная тенистая дорожка для прогулок собакой , и самое важное для нас было то, что мы можем поселиться в отеле с нашим Golden retriever 💞 Прекрасная звукоизоляция, шикарный видовый ресторан на верхнем этаже :с панорамой на город

Für uns war es ein kurzer Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Kappadokien. Das Zimmer war von der Größe her in Ordnung. Der Empfang freundlich, das Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend. Ein Parkplatz war an der Unterkunft vorhanden. Das Restaurant mit Ausblick (im 18. Stock) ist zu empfehlen.

Der Türhaken mit den Bademänteln ist uns gleich entgegen geflogen. Die Sauberkeit im Wellnesbereich lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Die Klimaanlage ging nicht, auf Nachfrage es geht nur die Heizung. Sie können aber Fenster ganz öffnen bei dem Krach kann man dann nicht schlafen.

The swimming pool area was very clean and quiet. Since it was winter, we mostly enjoyed the indoor pools during our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a rich variety of options. The kitchen staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay more pleasant. Special thanks to the kitchen team and the pool staff.

The parking area was very crowded and poorly organized. There was no valet service or staff to guide the vehicles, which made it difficult to find a parking spot. The location is also not very convenient, especially when arriving by car. The cleanliness and maintenance of the bathroom and toilet were not satisfactory. Following my review, the hotel management contacted me and apologized for the inconveniences we experienced. Unfortunately, after further communication they informed us that no goodwill gesture or compensation would be considered. While I appreciate the response, I expected a more guest-oriented approach given the circumstances.

Заранее писала в отель что у меня день рождения в день заселения, думала может какой то комплимент от отеля будет, но зря((( очень удивило отсутствие халатов, в отеле такого уровня, были с ребенком и он очень хотел плавать в бассейне, бассейн холодный, даже за пол часа ребенок жутко замерз, пришлось переместиться в джакузи((( завтрак тоже очень скудный, я бы сказала, но возможно это из- за рамазана

Hotel is good and spa area too but room had no air-conditioning and it was just very very hot all night...the technician asked us to leave the windows slightly open..that dint help as there was hardly any wind but noise of the moving cars and sirens etc...

Мы приехали в отель второй раз. Выбирала место для празднования дня рождения. (4 часа между прочим от дома). Нам очень нравится сам отель. Оснащение номера отличное и СПА центр прямо в здании. Матрас прекрасный, подушки на выбор несколько видов, выспались замечательно. Комфортно в номере и летом и зимой. Очень хороший вкусный разнообразный завтрак, шведский стол. Не знаю относится ли ресторан на 18 этаже к отелю напрямую. Но могу рекомендовать. Отметили там День Рождения. По ресторану: вкусные горячие блюда и салаты. Коктейли точно не заказывайте.

Но! Наверное человеческий фактор сработал. Поздравили с днем рождения на следующий день и то после напоминания. Это мелочь, но все же. Я много путешествую и такое впервые.

We had booked family suite and it was very spacious. It had 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms and also a balcony. Very good facilities in the room and hotel.

Sommige personeel waren niet zo vriendelijk zoals beneden bij het zwembad faciliteit. Het is ook lastig omdat veel personeel geen Engels spreekt om dan te communiceren. Er was geen plek voor een massage helaas dus dat moet je ruim van te voren boeken. Het binnen zwembad konden we niet gebruiken want je hebt blijkbaar een muts nodig. Het buiten zwembad was druk want er zijn ook niet hotel gasten die daar kunnen komen. Het chloor is bovendien erg hoog. Het is een prima hotel maar niet een fijne ervaring

A hotel that lives up to the five-star standard. I don't know what I appreciated the most: the cleanliness of the room, its design, generosity of the space and the nice view of the city, the impeccable bedding, the large and comfortable bed, the outstanding breakfast with everything you want but especially with Turkish pies and cheeses, olives of all varieties and honeycomb, or the kindness of the entire staff. We have been there in December and the room was particularly warm and comfortable. The whole end-of-year atmosphere was enhanced by the beautiful winter decoration in the hotel lobby. Great facilities, very premium look and feel. Overall, a wonderful stay. I recommend this hotel to anyone who arrives in Konya, it is a truly five-star choice.

Opholdet på hotellet er særdeles tilfredsstillende, da værelserne er rummelige, rene og komfortable. Personalet yder en høj grad af service og fremstår imødekommende og professionelt. The room was spacious, we received a special welcome as Booking.com guests. The location was good. The breakfast was exceptional. The housekeeping was the best by far. The room service was efficient. The reception was helpful and assisted us in English.

The hotel manager stands out for his professionalism, warm hospitality, and generosity, which immediately made me feel welcome. The reception staff were friendly and approachable, making the check-in process smooth and effortless. My room was spacious, beautifully designed, and immaculately clean. The refined furnishings added a touch of sophistication, and the overall comfort made my stay very enjoyable. As a delightful gesture, I was offered a welcome snack along with a personalized message from the General Manager. This thoughtful detail reflects the respect and professionalism of the hotel’s management. I sincerely appreciate it.

The room rate felt slightly high, and we hope it can be adjusted to be more reasonable. The room was equipped with a central air-conditioning system; however, unfortunately, the cooling function was not working. While the weather during our stay was generally cool, at night there were moments when a bit of ventilation or cooling would have been appreciated. Since the window remained closed for safety reasons on the 14th floor, I would suggest finding a solution to enhance this feature. It would add an extra touch of comfort to the already beautiful atmosphere of the room.

Very nice hotel and very friendly service. We have been returning to Dedeman Konya every year for the past eight years. It’s in the perfect location—right in the middle of everything. Hülya from Reservations is wonderful, and Özlem from Guest Relations always makes you feel welcome with her warm smile. Highly recommended!

The swimming pool is a shared pool with an external sportsclub 'synergym' . Changing rooms and showers are all in the gym complex. So, pool does not belong only to the hotel

The staff were great and exceeded expectations. Room was a good size. The hotel gave us a plate of sweets in room on arrival which was unexpected.

Air conditioning did not work well in the room and the hotel is a little outdated. Pool area below expectation.
