Er hing een vieze geur in de airco. Gelukkig kreeg ik een andere kamer. Wel vond ik het jammer dat er als goedmaker geen ontbijt werd aangeboden, vooral omdat ik hier ieder jaar kom

Air conditioning didn’t work. We had difficulty sleeping at night. Hotel didn’t have alternate room with functioning AC and mentioned hotel wise issue. Hotel also didn’t have any room fans to compensate

We booked well in advance as two families travelling with three-year-old children, so the hotel already knew we had young children with us before we arrived. On check-in, we were placed on the 13th floor. At first, I was pleased because I had seen reviews mentioning street noise and thought being higher up would mean a quieter stay. What we were not told was that directly above us was the hotel restaurant with live music. Our children go to sleep around 9pm, and although they somehow managed to sleep through it, we felt like we were sitting inside the live performance ourselves because the music could be heard perfectly from our room. At one point, the walls were literally vibrating from the noise. It continued until around 1am. For the price we paid, and for the standard this hotel presents itself as, this is completely unacceptable. I genuinely cannot believe the hotel thought it was appropriate to place families with young children directly underneath a loud live music venue.

Location is good, away from tourist area but still accessible. Its a 5 star on paper but in need of renovation. Bed and pillows are good.

I had a fantastic time at The Roof Restaurant. The atmosphere was energetic and full of life, with great live music and lots of dancing. The whole place had a fun and vibrant vibe. The staff were excellent very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the night. A special thanks to İlyas and Güneş for making the experience even more enjoyable with their outstanding service. Highly recommended

Great restaurant moderately ok fitness & spa Friendly front office staff However Not clean rooms ! No air condition and their excuse for that they switched it to winter mode where my room was on fire ! Extremely old fashion elevators ! and really bad manner technical department who re not trying to help at all . All they say open your windows ( that u can only do for 3 inches ) facing the one of the busiest highway of Turkey 🤣

We stayed here as a tour group and everyone rooms was so hot, had to sleep with the windows wide open. Barely got any sleep listening to all the traffic and waking up to the song of prayer right by our window. My bed was so uncomfortable I could barely move due to how bumpy it was. I could only lay on one side and was not able to roll over, it was a twin bed. The only good thing was the food, at breakfast I wanted a boiled egg and I thought it would be warm and fresh since I saw the lady placing fresh eggs in the warmer but it was ice cold. The whole building was very warm, so we stayed outside and enjoyed a glass of wine before dinner. I would not stay here.

The hotel needs a complete refurbishment. Rugs are stained and buckling. Veneer is splitting on the counters. My window handle is loose and can’t lock. I hear the traffic. They had turned on the heat and turned off the AC. The temperature was quite warm today, and we needed AC. They have to upgrade their system. They did open the window before we arrived, but then we couldn’t close it for quiet. The television turned on, but there was no direction for which source to use for channels. TV mode listed channels, but none populated.

All of the employees were very helpful sincerely.

A bit far from the city centre!

We had an excellent stay at Novotel Konya during our family trip in October 2025. From the moment we arrived, the level of service exceeded our expectations. The staff were consistently professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Among the staff, we were met with such a kindness. Many of them. Thanks. Thanks to Elif, Betül, Aleyna and Sena who impressed us with their warmth and hospitality. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Our room was both comfortable and modern, offering everything we needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. The culinary experience was another highlight. The restaurant offered a wide selection of dishes, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The staff’s attentiveness was remarkable. They were always available and kind to assist with any requests. We especially appreciated how considerate and caring they were towards our children, ensuring that the whole family felt well looked after. The lobby area provided a refined and relaxing atmosphere. The overall ambiance of the hotel was warm, welcoming, and filled with nice energy. Novotel Konya is a hotel that combines excellent service, high standards of cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. I would definitely recommend Novotel, Konya.

Hotel faces a busy highway- rooms facing this highway are not soundproof. On entering the room you hear the traffic immediately. I did consider asking for a room change but as I was staying only one night decided not to. Despise traffic noise did get to sleep ok. But for someone whose ears are sensitive to traffic- do ask for a room as high up as possible and which room does not face the highway. Breakfast and dinner buffet were good.

Отель был полностью забронирован китайцами. Поэтому видимо девушка на ресепшн была не очень приветлива. Доллары брать отказались, хотя на экране висел курс доллара к лире.

Room was good sized. Bed was comfortable. Pillow comfortable. Bathroom somewhat dirty. Lots of dust under bed. Dinner buffet was hit or miss — chicken and meat were dry and tasteless. Stuffed eggplant very good. Eggplant spread also very good. Breakfast spread okay.

Bahçede oturup çay kahve içmek çok güzel . Bahçesi çok güzel . Kahvaltı çok iyi . Odalar normal . Yeterli. Sofabed çocuklar için rahat değildi . Yatak olsa daha iyi olur. Onun dışında rahat ettik, sevdik, yine geliriz

Located out of the city with no shops or restaurants nearby. Rooms need to be refurbished, carpet bit worn. A/C does not work. So hot in rooms. Called reception and advised a technician would come but they never did, so very hot nights sleep. Pool area was dirty with bird poop over lounge chairs and feathers in the spa, not kept clean. Buffet dinner was average, not a lot of choices. Not great for a Novotel, would be 3 star not 4.

Konumu güzel ancak 5 yıldızlı otel konforunda asla değil. Kahvaltısı ancak doymak için yeterli düzeyde, çeşit az. Restaurantı da idare eder. Fiyat performans belki denilebilir. Ayrıca Banyo kapı dizaynı da fiyasko.

Our stay at Novotel Konya was very good for me and my family. The hotel was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. Breakfast was excellent and varied.

However, we experienced some street noise in our room despite staying on the 7th floor, which slightly affected our comfort during the night.

Location was central

Building is extreeeemely old, think frayed towels and torn bedsheets old. Not many staff spoke English which would be expected at such a hotel. Food options weren't so great

La réception est magnifique au premier abord une fois la nuit tombée (chambre côté route) très bruyant très difficile pour s’endormir, la porte des wc n’a pas de verrou. Par contre le petit déjeuner est très varier

The hotel faces a busy highway and there is constant traffic noise which precludes a decent night’s sleep. Our room and two others in the group were on a non-smoking floor and all had been used recently by smokers. The internet was unavailable until around 23:00 when entering room number and last name it did not work because it required one’s first name. The food was good with a reasonable choice but served in an overcrowded dining area, the coffee machine kept breaking down, the bread knife was broken as was the cereal dispenser. Staff did their best.

My tour group mates had torn bedsheet, empty shower gel bottle , late delivery of their bags and TV that don’t work ! The hotel room , especially the bathroom is not well maintained ! This hotel is Not five star ! It needs to be downgraded to 3 ! The service is way below the standard of a five star hotel !

What a dreadful experience. As part of a tour we were 'treated' to a fixed menu dinner - beyond awful. Poorly trained staff who were surly at best. Breakfast was chaos, coffee machines and fruit machines not working or empty and toaster not working. Very poor hotel unfortunately I can't give them less than 1.

The hotel above has rooms that are not clean and are also small in size. The hotel staff is untidy and disorganized, and they have the big problem of not being able to speak an international language, and the housekeeping staff does the job of cleaning the room in the worst and most uncommitted manner.

The breakfast was super nice. It was the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. Fresh ingredients and a huge variety.

The hotel room was too hot. We didn’t manage to change the temperature which resulted in a lack of oxygen in the room.

Breakfast is great. Add breakfast it to your bill, for there are no restaurants besides a bakery and a gas station. Like any other hotel offering you Nescafé or Lipton tea these days, well, what can you do.

The fact that only Turkish is spoken by most staff makes it very difficult to ask for anything you might need. I did not want to take taxis. Nobody could tell me where to buy a card to travel around on the tram or bus. The hotel, although in a good neighborhood, is not within walking distance from downtown, and it is hard to find a taxi to get back to the hotel at night.

We stayed for 4 days during the Mevlana Commemoration Ceremonies, and we were satisfied with all the services from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Good experience of staying at Konya Service is average, however rooms are superb. Size of rooms are good, bathrooms are neat and clean View from hotel is ok Breakfast is perfect The location of the hotel is good, the center of the city, near to various historical places

Large room with Kettle & hairdryer. Cleaning could have been a bit more thorough. We had excellent bar service from friendly staff and drinks were reasonably priced. (Especially for a Hotel in modern day Turkey) Breakfast area was quite cramped which wasn't helped by 2 coach parties.

Prachtig hotel en kamer maar helaas was het veel te warm in de kamer waardoor we slecht hebben geslapen. Het raam is toen voor ons geopend maar dat was niet voldoende.

Muhteşem bir konaklama oldu gerçekten. Oda son derece güzel ve temizdi. Kahvaltıyı söyleyecek tekrar söz muhteşem olur. Gerçekten bir kuş sütü eksikti. Saat 2:00’de çıkış yapmamıza izin verdiler. Otelin sauna ve buhar banyosunda yararlanıp masaj yaptırdık. Gerçekten harika bir otel. Çalışan arkadaşlar da son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler.

The heating/AC system had problems and could not sleep at night.

Despite having an airconditioning control in the room the system was centrally controlled and only offered heating! Reception suggested we open the window. As it was already noisy we moved to a room at the back and signed a form to have the window unlocked! Very odd.
