El staff, la decoración de la casa, los ambientes compartidos muy bonitos y cómodos y el staff excelente!

Great location, hot showers, decent bathrooms to get ready in, was tidy, beds were comfortable, staff was nice. I only stayed for 2 nights due to being unwell and having to extend my trip so I never tried to socialise but it seemed fairly social.

There is no AC in the rooms and I found myself entire body soaked in the night because the rooms get so hot. The fans in the room do not provide enough cool air. There are no curtains, the rooms are quite small. Locker space isn’t very large. There are many stairs to get into the hostel. No shower gel in bathroom.

Die Lage ist grandios. Alles war super sauber und es hatte eine Zuhause-Atmosphäre. Sie Zimmer sind einfach aber sehr kreativ gestaltet.

Emplacement en plein cœur de Lisbonne, idéal pour visiter la ville. Chambre double spacieuse et propre. Bonne insonorisation. Petit déjeuner simple mais complet et fait sur place.

Nice basic private room in a convenient location and at a good price. I also liked that there were bathrooms specifically for women. Breakfast was included, and there is free sangria in the afternoon/evening. You can also get a discount at the pizza restaurant downstairs, which was an added bonus.

There aren’t many bathrooms, so they can get quite busy during peak times. I also didn’t love having to repeatedly press the button to keep the shower running. The shower areas didn’t have much space to put your clothes somewhere both hygienic and secure. That said, it is a hostel, so some shared facilities and minor inconveniences are to be expected.

Good location. Clean rooms. Lovey staff. Breakfast can be better but was fresh and nice!

There was a constant and very loud broken machine noise (air conditioner maybe) in the back alley which made it almost impossible to sleep with the windows open. We used a fan to drown the noise but still was pretty loud even with the windows closed. The staff were seemingly aware of the situation but unfortunately we got the noisy room regardless :(

Great location (5-minute walk to everything). Really cool bunk beds. Convenient bathroom. Kind & helpful staff. Take the free walking tour in Rossio square--yiu should tip the guide for the comprehensive information provided on the history/culture/cuisine of Lisbon & Portugal, as well as practical advice you can use throughout the rest of your trip (like which ATMs have the best exchange rate).

Lots of stairs to get to our room. Everything else was good.

I really liked the sleeping alcove with the curtain. The mattress was very comfortable, and the wooden locker had everything I needed, especially the electric fan for the hot night. I had an excellent rest at the hostel. Bravo to the carpenter-artist for the wooden locker; it adds a very nice artistic touch to the hostel's rooms.

There's nothing to dislike.

La stanza e i bagni erano puliti, la colazione ottima e la posizione centralissima.

In camera faceva caldissimo....non c'è condizionatore, ma solo un ventilatore. Non siamo riusciti a dormire molto per via del caldo.

Clean and really pretty nice atmosphere all wooden floors and stuff. Clean bedding and everyone very friendly. Also helpful staff who let u store ur luggage before and after check in/check out

A localização é, sem dúvida, o ponto forte desta hospedagem. Fica muito próxima da Rua Augusta e de várias atrações, restaurantes e opções de transporte, o que tornou os passeios muito práticos. No entanto, alguns aspectos deixaram a desejar. A comunicação foi difícil desde o check-in, pois o recepcionista não falava português e se comunicava apenas em inglês. Entendo perfeitamente que nem todos os profissionais precisam falar o idioma dos hóspedes, mas, estando em Portugal e em uma função de atendimento ao público, esperava pelo menos conseguir me comunicar em português. Isso tornou o atendimento mais complicado e sentimos pouca iniciativa para tentar facilitar a comunicação. Também fomos acomodados no quinto andar, acessível apenas por uma escada muito íngreme e desconfortável, o que tornou a subida cansativa, especialmente com bagagens. O quarto era bastante pequeno, com teto baixo e iluminação insuficiente. A luz amarelada dificultava atividades simples como se arrumar ou fazer maquiagem. Além disso, a cama não era confortável, pois o colchão parecia antigo e afundava no meio. O banheiro compartilhado estava adequado, e o chuveiro funcionava bem, embora fosse do tipo que exige apertar constantemente o botão para a água continuar saindo, o que limita um pouco o conforto do banho. No geral, a excelente localização foi o que mais compensou a estadia, mas os pontos relacionados ao conforto do quarto e ao atendimento impactaram negativamente a experiência.

Perfect location in the city center and by the metro station, we had a very nice and cozy room, shared bathrooms nice and clean, the staff was really nice and helpful, breakfast great, fresh pancakes, eggs etc and we could leave our backpacks here till the afternoon, which was really great as we could explore Lisbon without the heavy load😊

Friendly and cosy hostel in a great, central location. Staff were super helpful, especially Yasir, and the free sangria was a great way to meet new people. I would also highly recommend the Sintra van tour and pub crawl which runs from the hostel.

El hostal está muy bien ubicado, la atención del chico fue muy buena, muy amable. La habitación estaba limpia y los baños también. Nos gustó mucho

Lo único es que la cocina no se puede usar durante el desayuno y que no hay ascensor pero no nos parece grave.

My experience at the hostel was great, staff were really friendly and helpful....it felt like being in a family home. There's always such an interesting bunch of people that pass through who you can talk too plus get some good advice from overall a fab experience and I would definitely go back. You should go you won't be disappointed 🤗☺️😃.

Super centrale, comodissimo per visitare la città. Ambiente accogliente, staff gentilissimo e disponibile. In generale si respira una bellissima atmosfera. Colazione super ricca e gustosa :)

L’auberge est très bien placée, en plein centre. Les chambres et les parties communes étaient très propres, ce qui est vraiment agréable. Le personnel était toujours souriant et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner était très complet et d’un bon rapport qualité prix.

Equipe simpática e cordial, deram várias dicas de lugares pra visitar. Café da manhã excelente.

De ter que ir embora

Lo mejor, la ubicación, es PERFECTA. El desayuno para ser tipo buffet en un hostal y estar incluido, estaba bien, no excelente pero mejor de lo que me esperaba. Teníamos habitación privada y estaba bien, era la última así que tenía intimidad y no tuvimos problemas de ruidos. Los baños estaban muy limpios a pesar de ser compartidos, y apenas coincidimos con nadie en el baño. Repetiría si vuelvo a Lisboa, solo por la ubicación y comodidad en los desplazamientos y el servicio 24h de check-in. Tienen locker para dejar las maletas.

Colchón y almohada, regular. Hay que subir escaleras, pero es algo que sabes antes de ir. En Portugal todo huele a humedad... Pero no era molesto porque durante el día ventilamos la habitación.

Localización estupenda, cerca de algunas de las principales zonas turísticas y mucha opción de comida. La habitación estaba limpia y era tranquila. A pesar de compartir, tenía mi propio espacio

The location is excellent.

I didn’t like that there was a lot of foot traffic, almost like at a bus station, especially at night when it’s time to rest. I was tempted to get up during the night and ask the staff or guests in the laundry room to keep their voices down. As for the showers, I could hear them in my room when they were being used, despite having an automatic shut-off mechanism which required constant pressing. The same applies to the sink. The food is very modest and sometimes there isn’t enough, so you have to wait for the receptionist or staff to notice that it has run out, but for this price, it is understandable. The pillows were too soft and very thin, so I had to use my clothes to make them more comfortable.

Hostel con ubicación inmejorable para visitar Lisboa y muy bien ambientado en cuanto a decoración. Se siente cómodo. La cocina tiene espacio y todo lo necesario para cocinar, pero se queda un poco pequeña. Algo que destacaría como IMPECABLE es la limpieza del alojamiento. Tanto las habitaciones, como baños, como otras zonas comunes estaban impecables. Nos entró desayuno, que nunca está mal, pero es cierto que tenía muy poca variedad. Café y zumo de naranja, tostadas y unas tortitas. Eché de menos que hubiera algo más.

En las habitaciones se escucha completamente todo y la gente es muy poco respetuosa con el silencio y el descanso de los demás. Nos quedamos en una habitación privada que daba a un patio interior y se escuchaba todo el ruido de las cocinas de los restaurantes de la calle, así como el ruido del baño del hostel. El personal es un poco seco y hay pocas actividades organizadas para ser un hostel. Además, es importante saber que NO tiene ascensor y tienes que subir todas las plantas a pie. En la 5º planta hacía un calor impresionante a pesar de ser abril, por lo que si reservas en verano... Mentalízate.

Very good location, in the center of old town, close to everything. 24h reception, clean, kind workers.confortable bed, reasonable breakfeast, good value for money.

No lift, room are small, downstairs are resterants, a bit noisy.

Location was brilliant, right in the city centre and personally I didn't find the noise too bad at all but I was in my own room. Shared kitchen had everything needed and breakfast was basic but okay for a hostel. Great to be able to leave luggage behind also and the bathrooms were really nice despite being shared.

Nothing really, some of the staff were friendlier than others but that can't be helped. The room was a bit cold but there was a mini electric radiator which was appreciated!

El personal molt amable i simpàtic. Està molt ben situat. I bon esmorzar.

El soroll. L’habitació de 2 està al costat del lavabo, i les lliteres enganxades a la paret de les piques i se sent molt el soroll. A més, vam coincidir amb joves que tornaven a les 2 de la matinada i no respectaven el silenci. No hi ha tampoc cap cartell de silenci. També dona la finestra al costat on a baix prenent una copa, i la gent a la 1 de la matinada cridant. Difícil de descansar.

Ho soggiornato nella camerata femminile e come letto in altri commenti, il bagno che serve il piano è molto piccolo.. basterebbe anche solo un lavandino più grande, uno sgabello e una luce che lo illumini. Colazione poco varia, preferirei trovare frutta intera e non già tagliata in contenitori non coperti (vale lo stesso per marmellata e Nutella, lasciateli nei loro contenitori piuttosto). Mancanza di un salume per i toast. Deposito bagagli non costudito

No complaints- it was great!

The only advantage of this hostel for me is location ---- steps to city center of Lisbon.

There is only one toilet and one shower for all guests staying on the top floor. My bed is located halfway between the toilet and the main area of the top floor, under a sloped roof with a height of about one meter. There is no real door, only a rolling curtain separating my space, which is about one meter high and two square meters wide, from the passage. I cannot stand up in my “room” and can only sit on my bed. At night, I could smell toilet air whenever someone went to the bathroom and opened the door. Besides that, the breakfast was too simple to evaluate. I saw some staff frying eggs and expressed that I would like one, but it seemed that the eggs were prepared only for the staff, not for guests. Anyway, this was the worst hostel or hotel night I have ever experienced. I will never come back.
