Loved that it was away from the strip. Property was beautiful, loved the new east wing.

I know it’s not common but an option for a microwave for those who are there for true relaxation not wanting to do anything but do take out and veg in the room and not leave.😉

The room was nice and the view breathtaking. The ambiance and design of the room was fantastic as well. The lighting made it difficult to do makeup and to be able to read clearly. The location of the resort was close enough where we could get there in a timely manner but far enough not to have to deal with the hussle and bussle of the strip. I would have wished the pool was open a little later because we worked prior to arrival and we missed out on the shuttle to the hotel due to delays of flights and to the allegiant stadium. Geno was a great server as well at the Raiders bar.

Only issue was we went for a pool party and there weren’t that many exits to get out of the pool to get into the casino.

The last time my Husband and I came it was COVID so we really couldn't move around that much. Nor get room service but I did everything when I came in July. I always book this hotel. More for the bath tub lol. Oh and the view lol. I love your hotel and already have my anniversary booked for next year. Felt good to experience the hotel without restrictions!! The bed is amazing. Staff was very friendly! I had an amazing time.

Maids did not clean our room on day 2. We only stayed 3 nights but expected 2 days of cleanliness.

We've stayed here a couple months ago. Liked that the facility is easy to get around, newer and clean.

Our room a/c was very loud at night when it cycled through-seriously sounded like a jet taking off at a runway. It was very hard to get a good night's sleep.

Beautiful hotel, clean, but no payout in casino. Many machines. Had seat inside casino only cleaned, smell really nasty. Just in casino.

It was stinky. It smelled of cigarette smoke, alcohol and a really strong perfume-y scent trying to mask the other smells. It was far away from things. Pool access was super controlled and weird.

The property was very, very clean and up kept the room was spacious beautiful and everything was about 15 to 20 minutes away.

We recently came back from a long visit to Las Vegas this month. This trip included a weekend stay at The M Resort. Check in was a Breeze with our only request being as far away from the elevator as possible. We were put into our room at about 130 pm. We stayed in one of the new rooms which was super clean as well as the hallways and everything else we saw to this point. Checking in so early, we decided to hit the pool. The lower level inside walkway was spotless. Then we walked outside. The pool deck was a mess. Cups and trash blowing around and collecting in the corners. Spilled drinks everywhere. The concrete should be washed down every night. This had not been done in weeks. Pool staff walked by and over beer buckets full off water and empty cans. Clearly overdue for a class teaching Attention to Detail. We observed several pool chairs with the webbing rotting out and daybeds with curtains hanging by only one or two connectors. The pool staff we engaged were very nice and quick to deliver our orders. The pool bathrooms were clean. I believe the issue is they have opened the pool to the public to increase revenue but also increases wear and tear. We first stayed here in 2023 and this Vegas pool was the highlight of the visit. Hopefully the staff gives it the love it deserves. Except for winning, the remainder of the stay was just fine. Quiet room, good food, and clean casino. We will probably return at some point since we earn stays at our local Penn casino.

Hotel is amazing, staff friendly and all areas were clean. Restaurants were very good. Downfall is casino was very tight and no free play given as with other Penn properties.

The whole environment.

Pool closed early at 7pm wanted to hang out for a night swim in the heat.

The M Resort is fantastic! They have Dr. Tang who is on the on property. She is Amazing! Dr.Tang found that I had appendicitis . She immediately arranged for a surgeon to perform an appendectomy. Everything worked out Great!!! According to the surgeon and Dr.Tang. This could have been fatal. I will never forget Dr. Tang and the M Resort for saving my life!

The gym and the restaurant, Raiders Tavern and Grill staff, Jackson C was his last name. He was really nice and made staying there worthwhile. I ate there twice because he was so nice

The room was not that clean, and I changed rooms, but in the second room, the shower was not that clean, there was hair on my bed, and the carpet was not clean

The best hotel off the strip. The staff is superb. Gaming tables are great. Just had an excellent time. I will keep coming back.

Still another wonderful time at the "M". Once in a while I read a bad review and I just don't see it. We have been here over 12 times over the years and have always had a super time. It is our home away from home. Drink service on the floor is sometimes off .......... but other than that. A super stay as always.

The lobby was spacious which made check-in quick and easy. There were several good food options on the property. The pool area was also spacious and seemed like a fun/relaxing option.

The property was clean. The house keeper did a great job cleaning and upkeep of room. The front desk staff finally got our reservation fixed after some negotiations.

They gave our original room away and we had to beg to get a room with 2 beds. The room we got was hot and the bed was not really that comfortable. There was construction in lobby.

I don’t think the swimsuit attire for pool area is appropriate for guests with small children. The check in process at the pool is a little aggressive, I witnessed a guest say he purchased his beverage (closed Red Bull) at their store, he wasn’t allowed to bring it without receipt.

We liked the location. They let us checked in early than 3pm. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The room is spacious. Shower had good pressure. Free parking. Two bottled water in the room was a nice touch.

I saw a nail on the floor as soon as we initially walked in our room.

M needs much better air flow in casino/lobby area. Much too smoky - much more so than Venetian where we just stayed prior. Pool is there. Nothing great - almost no shade. I like the free parking.

Restaurants were pricey, lacked vegetable and healthy choice (bar food) upstairs Asian food was gross. Shuttle to and from the airport is absolutely inadequate which added an additional $80 to the bill: i couldnt get a shuttle from the airport (or wait 3h) and we had an early departure so no shuttle either.

The property and the amenities were amazing. All kinds of places to eat. Everything was open 24 hours.

I love the spa and the pool. The restaurants are excellent. The food was outstanding. My favorite restaurant was Anthony steak and seafood, and I love the crab leg special at Raiders grill the meatballs At Marinelli’s Amazing!!

Although the staff was friendly and very helpful, the property overall was below expectations. The first room assigned to me was dirty and poorly maintained, with worn furniture, dusty surfaces, and stained carpets. The common areas of the property also appeared neglected and insufficiently cleaned. I walked by the same trash on the floor next to elevators for 3 days. While the east tower is new it is also being poorly maintained. While the property is a great off-strip location, i'm not sure if i would ever stay here again due to the poorly maintained spaces!!!

Hard mattress

We left the room in the morning with our room door closed and locked. Hotel staff entered the room and cleaned it and then left our room door open. We returned to our room more than 10 hours later finding the door to our room open. We immediately called the front desk to complain that their staff had left our door open all day and night, the front desk was not interested at all in our complaint and suggested we call hotel house keeping. Hotel house keeping was closed and could not take our complaint. We then called hotel security who simply advised us to contact the front desk. We explained that we already contacted the front desk and they were not interested in our complaint. Hotel security suggested that we go in person to the front desk so that there would be a record of our complaint in case this happened again. We followed security suggestion and went to the front desk in person. We spoke with the same front desk person that had taken our initial complaint. This person was still not interested in our complaint and the situation of guest’s room being left open with all their belongings at risk for theft for over 10 hours. The leaving of our room door open for over 10 hours was bad enough but the hotels response to their own actions is completely unacceptable. We feel unsafe and we will never stay here again. We would not recommend this hotel for anyone who values their belongings.

Food/service is great. If your looking for a host that is not offensive and returns your calls and e-mails, go to South Point/Silverton.

The price and ease of access

Excellent hotel and casino. Anthony’s steakhouse is the best for service and quality of the food I eat there at least 2x a month. Well worth it as compared to other steakhouses. The sea bass and the ribeye are excellent! Give it a try.

It's just too smokey in this casino. It's unbearable. Dont visit if you have any health issues. It's not even enjoyable anymore. It's a big smoke stack. Visit other casinos. Don't bother going to M until they change their smoking policy
