La ragazza alla reception conosce molto bene l inglese ed è gentile. La colazione non è a buffet ma preparata al momento. Ci sono 3 scelte e sebbene limitate ti saziano. La qualità del cibo è buona. Ci sono anche snack a disposizione e latte di soia per gli intolleranti.

Ho alloggiato nella standard room 205, pessima esperienza: il materasso è talmente duro che non ho chiuso occhio per 3 giorni. Sembra di dormire sul pavimento. Cambiare camera non è stato possibile. L aria condizionata è posizionata immediatamente sopra il letto, quindi l aria è diretta sul corpo. La camera non è insonorizzata. La carta igienica è super sottile e ruvida. Infine applicano addirittura il 4% al pagamento con carta.

I don’t think there’s much they can do about it but there were quite a few little bugs and the odd gecko. Nothing to worry about but does catch the eye.

This was an exceptional stay! The staff are some of the kindest people. They really made us feel welcome and made our stay special. The coffee every morning was delicious. The staff even remembered our coffee orders after the first day, and would make it for us without us having to ask. The room itself was very comfortable. The AC worked great, and the beds were comfortable. The entire place was very clean.

1. 位置非常優越。對比了幾十家飯店後，這家是位置最好同時價格最便宜的👍有許多家飯店都在狹小的巷子裡，但這家在大巷子前面的位置，到晚上十點左右都還有一些路人，也有路燈，對獨旅女性友好。走三分鐘就有711，離周日夜市也蠻近。 2. 老闆跟員工都很友善，見到人都會微笑打招呼，也很願意幫忙，有問題用whatsapp詢問會即時回覆。有次老闆看到我點外送沒餐具，我自己都沒發現，她熱心詢問我需不需要餐具，給了我一整套碗筷。 3. 早餐很好吃很用心，有三種選擇，都是西式早午餐類型。早餐由飯店一樓的咖啡廳（其實咖啡廳跟隔壁洗衣店一樣應該都是由飯店的人員經營）提供。很喜歡一樓的環境，明亮安靜，有綠植、小池塘跟魚，坐在大門的位置可以看行人穿梭。 4. 晚上七點後就由後門（更像是旁門）進出，需用門禁卡感應，燈會留著所以很明亮。自己的房間門用是用傳統鑰匙開鎖的類型，獨旅女性可以自行買門擋更安心。門有貓眼跟門縫條。 5. 每天都有housekeeping，不想被打擾，房務人員會用小推車放備品。備品很簡單但洗髮精跟肥皂有！夠！好！用！ 6. 冷氣涼得很快。 7. 有保險箱，是固定住無法移動的。 8. 有可愛小黑貓，但因為牠喜歡出去閒晃肚子餓才會回來所以不一定遇得到。 9. 老闆跟員工多為女性，身為獨旅女性挺放心的。 10. 提供免費飲水機跟行李秤，也有水果跟小零食，不失為小小加分項。

1. 飯店建築設計偏傳統，是2000年初（？）的設計。公共區域打理得非常乾淨，每層樓都有溫馨的植栽跟沙發。但房間內部清潔度可以再加強，我入住當天看到棉被上有淡淡污漬。 2. 隔音不好，常常聽到聲響。最後幾天有歐美旅客入住我所在樓層，晚上十二點都能聽到聊天的聲音。幸好隔天就安靜了。 3. 熱水器不穩定，每次打開浴室蓮蓬頭都會先來冷水然後水溫變超燙，常常燙到自己。得注意打開蓮蓬頭的前五秒不要沖自己身體。 4. 枕頭非常硬。 5. 如果在房間裡吃東西得即時清理，不然會有很多小螞蟻。

A simple and beautiful place. Very well located, you can do everything through the Old City on foot. The staff are great, the hotel is very clean. The coffee is very nice too. A great cost benefit. Without a doubt, we recommend.

They don't have an iron.

This is not a regular hotel for sure. It felt more like a guesthouse, and I’m saying it in a very positive way. I really felt like a guest, rather than a customer. The whole experience and service felt personal. You can tell that it is a family run place. Everything from the room, breakfast, laundry and cleanliness was great.

Tv channels only in Thai. They helped by adding a YouTube connection . Washed all my clothes , however my white tshirts came out not so white . My mistake as the dark coloured shorts must have come into the whites .

Property was located within the Old City of Chiang Mai, making it very convenient to get to attractions and eateries! The rooms were clean, spacious, and stocked with amenities! Their on-site laundry service was excellent (we could drop off our dirty clothes in the morning and pick them up folded and cleaned later the same day). The owner, Nikki, was so warm and friendly with us, and she even gave us a room upgrade! Breakfast service was also really good as it was served on time and tasted delicious! One last thing they have an extremely adorable cat called Dumdum! Will definitely recommend staying here in Chiang Mai!

Other than the location, there was very little to like here. While it served as a serviceable place to sleep and shower, there was very little else to make it worth recommending.

There is no elevator and there was no one there to help with our suitcases up to the 3rd floor room which we were staying in. My boyfriend told my 16 year old daughter to leave hers and he would make 2 trips to get everything up to the room, however she declined and instead struggled tremendously getting it up the staircase insisting that she could do it herself. Even more terrible however was the elderly woman that worked at the front desk in the afternoon/evening who was flat out RUDE and insulting! On our final day there, I'd gone up to the room prior to my mate showing up, and I got a phonecall from him saying that the old woman at the front desk was adamantly REFUSING him access to come up to the room... even though HE was the person who originally booked the room and it was even HIS NAME on the rental agreement! But just because she was unfamiliar with his face, she just flatly refused him entry while adding insults without the courtesy of even politely trying to find out who he was! So rather than cause an altercation with her, he just left the lobby area, phoned me and waited for us in the car. My advise it, don't patronize this place, avoid it like the plague! There are PLENTY of other really nice places in the immediate neighborhood at similar prices that DO HAVE elevators and don't employ such surly and rude people!

The shower in my room was difficult to adjust to get a good bath. Also the design off the shower allowed the water to splash part of the bathroom making it wet.

Buona posizione dentro il quadrilatero centrale, gentilissimi e cordiali i gestori sempre disponibili per ogni esigenza, compreso farti trovare la colazione prima dell'orario stabilito se devi andare in tour, camera comoda, nella sua semplicità ma pulitissima, cambio asciugamani ogni giorno, letto confortevole.

Il condizionatore a lato del letto, bastava metterlo più avanti di 2 metri e non avrebbe dato noia con l'aria fredda diretta, ci siamo arrangiati schermandolo parzialmente con un nostro telo mare, la colazione ripetitiva con poca scelta di cibo dolce

Warm, hospitable family greeted our arrival. The host, Nikki, gave us valuable advice about travelling from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai… very grateful. Green bus option worked well for my husband & i. We also asked for & were given good suggestion for dinner. Excellent breakfast provided, and the house cat wandered in occasionally to say hello. Overall, a wonderful, relaxed, well-run establishment. I hope it continues for many years to come.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Great breakfast every morning. Good room cleaning or they left extra towels and water if you declined service that day, much appreciated. The bed was comfortable. Good location, close to the night market and central old town. They even have laundry service (with a dryer) available at a discount for hotel guests.

Just to be aware, hotel is 4 stories with no elevator, which was fine for us. The water pressure and temperature was a little inconsistent in the shower.

The staff made you feel like family. The facilities were immaculate, with the whole building mopped daily, fresh towels provided daily, and the room serviced daily. Book with breakfast included as it included daily omelets, rice with egg, pancakes, delicious juice, toast, and then other additional options. Staff was very helpful - providing laundry service and will help you arrange a taxi as needed.

My experience at Gusto House was fabulous. Renu was a fantastic host who, from the first contact, treated us very professionally. Our accommodation included breakfast, which was prepared with fresh ingredients, excellent seasoning, and a gourmet presentation. Nicky, part of the host family, is a sweet young lady who guided us in choosing our tours according to our preferences, optimizing our time in Chiang Mai. Gusto House is an extremely clean and well-located accommodation. I highly recommend prioritizing Gusto House as a place to stay in Chiang Mai.

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment merveilleux. Les hôtes ont été d’une gentillesse exceptionnelle, toujours souriants, disponibles et très respectueux. Notre chambre était calme et confortable, toujours parfaitement faite chaque jour, avec des serviettes renouvelées quotidiennement. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions : shampooing et savons fournis chaque jour, bouteilles d’eau, sachets de café et de cappuccino, ainsi que les snacks de différents goûts offerts à notre arrivée. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et a vraiment ajouté au plaisir de notre séjour. Nous avons eu un immense coup de cœur pour Chiang Mai, et l’attention de nos hôtes a largement contribué à rendre cette expérience encore plus spéciale. Un grand merci à eux pour leur accueil si chaleureux. Nous recommandons vivement.

El colchón más grande y cómodo de todo el viaje. De bienvenida te dejan unos snacks de regalo, con una notita súper linda. También cada día al hacer la habitación te dejan shampoo, agua y sobrecitos de café entre otras cosas. La amabilidad de la chica de recepción fue increíble. También para destacar el desayuno que ofrecen, súper variado y rico. Los pancakes recién hechos una delicia! Sin dudas el día que vuelva a chiang mai, volveré a Gusto House. 💙

De service was heel goed. Het personeel deed alles om het comfortabel te maken. De kamer was prima, schoon en prima warme douche.

Voordeel was dat het hotel in de oude stad lag en hierdoor alles op loopafstand was. Nadeel was dat je in je kamer het verkeer hoorde. Onze kamer lag aan de straat kant. Er waren ook kamers die niet aan de straatkant lagen. Ondanks dat prima geslapen. Zou het hierom zeker niet laten om te boeken.

Alles was perfect. Dank voor de gastvrijheid.

Niks, alleen een tip: Er is een mogelijkheid om cappuccino te kopen. Tip: Wat handig zou zijn is dat er een bordje bij het koffieautomaat wordt gezet dat dit ook tot de mogelijkheden behoord.

The fantastic owners and team at Gusto House were so thoughtful, kind, and accommodating. They were quick to help with any requests and answer questions, and even left a little Christmas gift outside our door!

Good communication with Staff. Great location near temples and market. Nice breakfast. Felt safe. Free bottled water was a pleasant surprise.

Friendly welcoming reception

The family run aspect is what stands this place out from the sea of other hotels in the Chiang Mai old town. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for them; they are really pleasant. Breakfast simple and straight forward, the lady cooked the eggs or pancakes there right in front of you and you add in a few things, bit like being back home and your mum knocking something up for you. Rooms are clean and tidy and have running hot water from the off, aircon nice on cool and reasonable wifi speeds. Icing on the cake, I forgot an item and they popped it round to another hotel where a friend was staying as if it their duty to get it back to me.

Cannot really fault the place for what it is, I paid for what I though a stand place would be, and it turned out better than expected

Super nice and helpful staff. Nice location on the city center, quiet but also close the temples. The breakfast was ok, they were super helpful and would even backed some breakfast if you needed before their opening time.

The shower drain was a bit clogged.

The staff were wonderful. Helpful and friendly. They fixed my glasses at reception with needle and thread plus cellotape lol. Is family-owned and has a family touch. Great location for old city and night market, cafes, restaurants.
