You can definitely tell that this is strictly just a rental property as there are scuff, dings, marks on walls plus, it is way smaller than what the pictures show.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026La localisation de l'appartement, dans Baixa-Chiado, à deux pas de la rua Augusta et de la Praça do Commerço. La climatisation qui fonctionne très bien sans être bruyante. La propreté et la gentillesse du personnel à la réception.
L'appartement était très sombre, très peu de lumière naturelle (une seule fenêtre pour le studio). Les photos sont retouchées et mettent le studio en avantage, alors qu'en réalité il est assez tristounet. Peu de recherche en matière de décoration.

La falta de espacio en el baño (no había nada para colocar articulos de aseo) y las toallas no podían colgarse en ningún sitio. En la cocina, el microondas y la cafetera estaban encima de la vitroceramica porque no cabían en la mini encimera. Preparar cualquier cosa en la cocina era muy incomodo. Además el menaje era muy escaso para los 4 viajábamos.

We had cockroaches in the apartment, not just one or 2, but we saw 7 during our entire stay. While we voiced our concerns and they were acknowledged, not much was done due to the fact that we had kids with us, so they didn’t want to use chemicals. No offer to relocate or a discount

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026nicely studio alike loacted in the heart of lisbon, decorated with style. Not too big but cozy, clean and with a small kitchen with all amenities needed to cook. There is no human staff or service but everything with the codes worked out smoothly. There is a lovely Coffe Restaurant just below named 33 perfect for breakfast or dinner. I got a very good deal of 50 euros so I think it exceeded the value for money rate generally expected for this kind of accomodation.

Nefunkční klimatizace, apartmán se nedal vychladit oknem, když klimatizace nefungovala. V apartmánu 28 stupňů Celsia v létě je nepřípustné a znechutilo nám to pobyt. Chybějící toaletní papír, bylo by aspoň slušnost předem upozornit, že nebude k dispozici, aby si to člověk zajistil předem. Check in s informacemi o přístupu do apartmánu byl zaslán až na mou žádost, takže jsme nevěděli zda se vůbec do ubytování dostaneme. V apartmánu byly na několika místech odkryta elektroinstalace zásuvek, velmi nebezpečné pro děti, může dojít k úrazu.

People coming in and trying to enter your room in the middle of the night! The people above were moving furniture at 4 AM for 2 hours. This place is completely ghetto!!! What a rip off. We left after one agonizing scary night and moved to a Marriott where I knew it would be secure and nice.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Excelente localização, melhor impossível, fica há poucos metros da Rua Augusta e da Praça do Comércio, fizemos muita coisa a pé. Tem 2 quartos e a limpeza foi muito boa.
Ar condicionada estragado, passamos 2 das 3 noites sem ar. Porém, os locatários foram muito gentis e nos trouxeram ventilador e um ar portátil, compreendemos que essas coisas acontecem, eles até tentaram resolver, mas as peças para os ares (que eram novíssimos) não chegaram no dia.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Our first room had faulty airconditioning in extremely hot weather but thakfully maagement were able to relocate us to a bigger apartment with lovely views and a very well equiped kitchen. Although we were asked to pay an additional charge for the room upgrade it was at a very reasonable reduced rate. The property is in a great location and only a short walk to the metro.
Obviously the first rooms faulty aircon.

L’appartamento è organizzato male, la cucina è molto scomoda da usare. Ma soprattutto non è pulito. Siamo stati 5 notti e non hanno mai pulito la stanza, hanno solo cambiato le asciugamani del bagno 2 volte in tutto, ma senza mai pulire. Inoltre, entrando si sente forte odore di umidità e il lavandino de bagno perde acqua.

Como cosas a mejorar diría que el menaje de cocina era escaso. No habían cucharillas de café y apenas habían tazas en condiciones (alguna de ellas agrietada). Eché en falta algún paño o papel de cocina y una fregona en el apartamento.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Apartamento muy céntrico. Buena relación calidad precio si no esperas pasar mucho tiempo dentro. Camas confortables y lavabo limpio y cómodo. Aire acondicionado bien. La cocina pequeña pero no la usamos.
No hacen las camas, pero si cambian las toallas

Olor inmundo a tubería en el baño, mal aprovechamiento del espacio (no te puedes casi mover en la cocina), la alcachofa de la ducha estropeada, el brazo de la TV estropeado lo que hacía que ésta estuviera torcida, las cortinas dejaban pasar la luz.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Excellent location! Right in the heart of Baixa, with the metro, the iconic Tram 28, restaurants, cafés, and many of Lisbon's main attractions just a short walk away, including the charming Alfama district. It was the perfect base for exploring the city on foot.
The place was a little small and could have used more storage space for clothes. However, the excellent location more than made up for this minor inconvenience.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Excellent location, walking distance to mayor tourist attractions, public transportations. Easy instructions to check in. Small studio with little space for the bed, tiny kitchen with the basics and a very spacious and beautiful bathroom even though the shower is small. Overall enough space for the time we spent indoors. We would stay again.
The place is smaller than what you see in the pictures.

gli appartamenti non sono ben manutenuti. Il primo che ci hanno dato aveva l'aria condizionata non funzionante (a Lisbona c'erano oltre 40 gradi), mente nel secondo abbiamo trovato una blatta in bagno e lo scarico wc era rotto,

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026It was in a great location, but the room appeared old and tired. It needs an update; the bedding sheets were so worn out that we had to remove them and use duvet covers instead.
The sofa was under a very low ceiling, so we had to almost crawl there to move it. There were no coffee or tea bags, salt and pepper, or oil for cooking. I wouldn't stay there again.

Le personnel est très accueillant MAIS: Le loft s’est un peu délabré avec le temps… les tables de nuits sont recouvertes de plastique collant qui se décolle, la salle de bain n’a pas de distributeur de papier de toilette, il faut toujours le remettre dans l’armoire (le réservoir n’étant pas plat, ça ne reste pas dessus), il n’y a pas de place pour poser le sac de toilette sauf dans la mini armoire sous le lavabo, et il n’y a rien, comme des crochets p. ex. pour déposer ses habits avant/après la douche. Finalement les chaises sont tachées et ne donnent pas envie de s’assoir…. Quand je suis passée à la réception pour demander qqch, quelqu’un y était pour changer d’établissement. Bref, pas terrible

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026It was a lovely, clean, comfortable little place. Great for a first visit to Lisbon! Very well located - a quiet street in the middle of a very busy part of town.
I liked it very much! I would just have appreciated one or two small sharp knives, and perhaps a small drying rack or line for our handful of laundry. But we made a plan!

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026On ne peut pas faire mieux en terme d'emplacement ! à 4 min à pieds de la place du commerce et de la rue Augusta, le métro au pied de l'immeuble et le quartier est vraiment génial avec restaurants et magasins.. logement propre et facile d'accès, dans une rue plutôt calme et deux grandes fenetres comme un petit balcon, nous reviendrons avec certitude si besoin car situé à proximité de tout ce qu'il y a à voir et à faire à Lisbonne.
Un plateau de courtoisie avec tisane et café aurait été apprécié dans le logement.

Unit is very small and had no wardrobe to unpack. On a previous visit in another unit we had a wardrobe. Bathroom could do with a small table to unpack toiletries

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026The location was convenient and easy to access, which was the main positive aspect of my stay. Apart from that, there wasn’t much that stood out.
Multiple essential facilities were not functioning properly. After the room change, the hairdryer did not work, the hot water was insufficient for normal use (only enough for 2 people, requiring a long wait before others could shower). In addition, there was a very strong unpleasant sewage odor coming from the bathroom. These were not isolated issues but ongoing problems that significantly affected the comfort of the stay and overall travel experience.

La vitrocerámica es de inducción y no hay cafetera solo de cápsulas pero no ponen ninguna cápsula, un par de cápsulas estaría bien o poner una cafetera que sirva para inducción para que la gente pueda hacerse el café. La cama es algo pequeña y no muy cómoda

La chambre où il y a la table à manger et la cuisine n'a pas de fenêtre. Ça va pour quelques jours mais je ne resterai pas 2 semaines.
