Everything, staff is amazing. Love the Golf cart rides. Girls at the front were awesome and there 24 hours a day.

Very clean room and well-kept property. Purchasing meals was easy.

Wished you'd offered Philippine foods, but a location close to the hotel was found.

The jacuzzi was dirty. I saw a lot of strands of hair. The restaurant closes at 7pm.

Die Unterkunft überrascht in dieser Gegend mit toller Architektur. Sehr comfortables und gemütliches Boutiquehotel mit großen, sehr schön gestalteten Zimmern. Das Personal ist sehr zuverlässig, das Frühstück mega. Hier gibt es eine leckere Auswahl an gesunden Speisen ( selbstgemachter Joghurt, Cerealien…)

Staff was very polite, approachable and prompt with inquiries and requests. Room is spacious and clean. My daughter enjoyed the bath tub (although it's defective, the staff assisted us), and the pool. The location is peaceful even if it's a few minutes away from the bars and market area.

Suggestion is to expand the menu. It only focused on American and Korean food. I expected silogs for breakfast. Suggestion is to also include rugs in the room entrance, and CR. We slipped multiple times but good thing we were not injured, especially my daughter. Parking is limited

Beautiful hotel. More like studio apartment style. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk to the action part of town. Its a nice quiet hotel. Tricycle right outside and i think hotel has a shuttle service.

The only part to improve, is the TV and the shower area. The shower is showing age and cleanliness. Not able to have drinks near the pool although I understand. Still a wonderful piece of oasis in the busy area. Close to Clarke Airport and Angeles City area.

The entire staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and very accommodating. Unfortunately, the room did not fit the description/pictures on the website. It appeared to be dated compared to the rooms pictured on the website. Maybe it is scheduled for a remodel. The bed was hard, even with a topper on it.

The staff at this property were extremely nice and very accommodating. They went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. My room was modern, clean, and contained everything I needed.

Little far from the action and walking back late at night feels a little unsafe, even the locals warned us. Hotel has cool concept but the room is falling apart, mold in the shower and carrying a physical key is so 1990’s. Get some key cards please.

A nice hotel... the rooms are great size and beds are nice. Very close to the entertainment district but enough away so not so noisy. Staff is very nice and accommodating... overall I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others visiting also.

Using a standard key to the door and the locking mechanism took a little while to get used to.

Very clean, the staff was great…but the food and snacks were a little pricey.

The room was large and clean. There were no windows, but the glass door made up for it. There were enough surfaces to put our things on. The arrangement of the bathroom is quite strange, with the shower only separated by a clear glass partition and the person showering can be visible from the room. The pool was ok, but quite deep and steep. The staff were friendly. Parking was available on a 1st come 1st serve basis by the street, but a guard is available. Location is walking distance to several pubs, dining establishments and what looks like a red light district. But the street itself is quiet and peaceful.

I will not recommend it, too many rules, water should be on a sealed bottle. Too pricey for all your stupid rules.

This is a convenient and safe stay in Angeles! The suites are very spacious and clean. The staff and service is very friendly and accommodating. We were able to request a quote for private transportation to a nearby town. The hotel itself is very quiet and in a convenient location. You can walk to many convenient stores, banks, and restaurants. We felt very safe here. I recommend this stay for anyone visiting Angeles City.

Amazing location to stay. Receptionists and staff were very helpful and friendly. Like the fact that hotel was away from all the noise created from tourists, loud music, and constant movement by people in the walking street. Staff consistently asked if you needed any additional services like cleaning your room and a day. I will highly recommend this place to anyone because of convenience and comfort, friendly staff, and area not being located exactly where traffic and noise exists.

This hotel was just perfect. Clean, great location, spacious room, and very friendly service. I would definitely stay here again.

The swimming pool and it’s access

Not a family hotel. Too many meetings with prostitution and verbal arguments about money

Close to the red light district- which was not our aim, however the hotel is in a quiet and low key street. The hotel had lovely facilities and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Several families also stayed here. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting relaxing atmosphere in a central location. For us close to hospital to visit unwell family member, and close to large shopping centres. Tge hotel also offered local transport options. Grab (Philippine uber) was very handy.

We arranged our trip hastily, and didn't know what parts of town were good/ or red light areas. Of all the hotels I could have chosen, this was an excellent pick!

Just departing after another wonderful stay at the Winds Boutique Hotel, well-located quiet oasis close to the restaurants, Mall, and other sites of Angeles. The room and pool was - as usual - lovely but what continues to make Winds such a terrific experience is the welcoming and warm staff. From the front desk (Kaye, Andrrea, Gal, and Angelica) to Housekeeping (Joy, Cyril, Jason, and Grace) to Maintenance / Security (Felix, Erico, Dignos, and Johaiber), Ms. Kris has a terrific team that always goes out of their way to ensure that guests have an enjoyable stay. Well done to all - highly recommended!

It was great to be back at Winds Hotel after an extended time not staying there. Winds remains a great place to stay and great value. The staff, facilities, presentation,facilities and the rooms themselves make it a pleasure to stay there.

Returned to Winds Boutique for my 5th visit; as always, a great experience overall. Kris and her entire team (Front Desk: Kaye, Rose, Andrrea, Gal, Allyssa, Crystal, and Rohyn; Housekeeping: Joy, Cy, Kycel, and Jaron; Maintenance: Felix, Marc, and Erico; and the OJT Interns: Fe, Jean, Marc, and Ronel) make Winds my 'home away from home' while in the Philippines. The hotel has a great location and nice pool; it is quiet and WIFI is excellent. The breakfast choices are terrific but, most important, the warm hospitality and passion for service by the entire team is what makes Winds Boutique a special place. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was simple but I was satisfied. The location was very quiet and comfortable. All of the staff members were kind and had good professional mind.

I experienced some noise from construction for maybe remodelling of a room. But, it was ok because the hotel provided a kind compensation for free massage service. I was indeed pleased to receive the service.

No trash can in room. Stayed for three days, room wasn’t cleaned. They just replaced the water and towels. Left sign on bed for linen to be changed and it wasn’t.

The room was run down, damaged, dirty, not maintained. It was pretty disgusting.

The hotel's behavior is unprofessional. I lost my hair comb and my friend's earrings in the room, and the hotel claims they are not there! The hotel takes the room price when you check in and not when you check out like other hotels. The bathroom is very, very small The bathroom has no places to hang clothes. The room does not have towels. The sink is inside the bedroom and not in the bathroom, and the stove causes water to spill into the room. The keys are metal and not a card like other hotels. There is no trash can in the room or tissues. We asked for ice for our drinks and they said it was 35 pesos. The reception asks us to change the room every day. Justifying that it was booked in advance, they gave us the option to book a room of greater value. This is considered a deception for the guest, as the hotel is classified as 3 stars and not 4 as it appears on the reservation sites.

Had a very enjoyable 6-night stay at Winds Boutique hotel in June 2023. It is a small boutique property situated on a quiet street within easy walking distance to restaurants, SM Mall, and other popular establishments. Team led by Ms. Kris (manager) and front office staff (Kisha, Kaye, Anne, and Rose) was exceptional: providing world-class attentiveness at a small boutique property. Rooms were large, very clean, and very quiet. WIFI was strong. The hotel also offers a golf cart to give guests a ride to various key destinations in the area if needed. I booked directly on the hotel website which was very easy and straightforward, and let's the property avoid paying the booking site (Agoda etc.) fees. Definitely highly recommended for a quiet, comfortable and convenient stay - the staff are great!

I was not alound to bring some guests to go swimming. Partially my guests fault.

It's located very close to walking street area . They have a few items to drink and eat on-site also . I would definitely return here mainly because of the staff . Made me feel very welcome .

Second time staying here. Best hotel and staff around. Far enough away from the bars, music. But close enough to walk to them in about 3-4 minutes. Staff is always on point. Very welcoming and always ready to assist you with whatever you may need. Not a single complaint. Thank you and I look forward to staying with you all again in the near future.
