Top-Lage, Gute Ausstattung von Zimmer und Restaurant, überwiegend sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr schön ist auch der Gartenbereich mit Sonnenliegen sowie der Pool mit einem traumhaften Blick zum See. Hinweisen zu Sauberkeit etc. hat der Hotelmanager sofort aufgenommen und ist dem nachgegangen. Dafür gibt es ein extra Lob!!

Ein Strandhotel was nicht direkt am Strand liegt, sollte nicht mit dem Begriff Strandhotel werben. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Seeblick gebucht, aber der Blick wurde durch die davor gebauten Häuser eingeschränkt. Der Wellnessbereich ist etwas muffig und sehr feucht, die Bio-Sauna hat zwar 65 Grad angezeigt aber es waren gefühlt 85 Grad. Und dann das Verhalten einzelner Gäste, teilweise ekelhaft. Aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts.

מלון נהדר. היינו בחדר פרימיום גדול, יש בו כל מה שצריך. מיזוג אויר. מרפסת גדולה לנוף מרהיב של האגם והטירה. והספא של המלון מעולה!! ג'קוזי גדול לנוף. חדר אוכל שגם פונה לנוף. מהמרפסת שלו כאילו נמצאים בספינה.

Loved the property and the location and we would like to return again

The lady who checked us in was far too slow it took ages for it to be done leaving so many people behind us unhappy . Gave very little information about anything including which lift we should take for our room. So we were hunting for it . Restaurant staff were very good and the room was perfect for our needs . Checking in shouldn’t be that hard !

Stunning views, friendly and helpful staff, spotless rooms, and everything was handled promptly and professionally. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience and unforgettable memories!

Rules are rules, and I completely understand that. I would have appreciated the opportunity to check in a little earlier, and I did submit a request, but unfortunately, this was not possible. I would also appreciate more prompt communication from the staff when responding to messages. Having to wait several days for a reply can create some uncertainty and leaves a somewhat mixed impression. Overall, I hope this feedback can help improve the guest experience in the future.

Tres bel hotel dont l'attrait est sa situation sur les hauteurs du lac de Thoune. La surprise à l'arrivée est d'accéder aux chambres en... descendant par l'ascenseur : l'accueil est au 0, et les chambres vont du -1 au -4. J'ai choisi une chambre avec vue sur le lac. Les communs, déjà très chic, donnent le ton, et l'arrivée dans la chambre confirme cette impression : très spacieuse et lumineuse, déco agréable, matériaux classe et ambiance cosy. Salle de bains fonctionnelle et moderne. Grande baie vitrée avec vue sur le lac, et un balcon. La literie est excellente, et il y a tout le nécessaire pour le café/thé. Au niveau -1 on accède au spa, et a la piscine a débordement extérieure avec vue, bien chauffée et très agréable, ouverte de 10H à 21H (merci!) Plusieurs parkings, dont un couvert et sécurisé. Tout le personnel est charmant.

Rien Rapport qualité/prix très élévé (mais la qualité est là)

Unfortunately, it was terrible. I booked a suite for myself, my wife, and my child at a high price to celebrate our wedding anniversary—a detail I had noted in the booking request. To my dismay, upon arrival, the room was far below expectations: it lacked a kitchen, cooking utensils, and air conditioning, and was infested with insects. When I brought this to the staff's attention, I was told that no other rooms were available and that this was the only one they had.

The view from restaurant was stunning, and we enjoyed breakfast every morning! Also, we enjoyed at the swimming pool, steam rooms, and the garden area!

אַהבנו את המיקום .מקום מרהיב ביופיו חדר גדול ומרווח. הצוות בקבלה היה מסביר פנים. האוכל במסעדת המלון היה ברמה גבוהה מאוד והמלצרים הי פשוט נפלאים ונעימים. החניה הזמינה.

הבת שלי נעקצה על ידי קרציה(לא ידענו שזו תופעה נפוצה בשוויץ ןמקבלים שם חיסון למניעה) והיה לה תור למסאג ןכאשר ביקשנו לבטל כי היא סבלה מכאבים בבטן במקום העקיצה סירבו בתחילה לבטל ונתנו מועד חדש / רק כשהתעקשנו הסכימו לבטל. כמו כן המיטה לא היתה לי נוחה. המזרון היה רך מידי לטעמי . אבל זה עיניין של הרגל

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war miserabel, fast 300 Franken pro Nacht für ein gewöhnliches Zimmer ohne Balkon, nichts Besonderes halt, und OHNE FRÜHSTÜCK incl. Ein Strandhotel, das nicht am Strand liegt. Ich bin zur Zeit gehbehindert und suchte explizit ein Hotel am Strand. 116 Stufen liegen zwischen Hotel und See!!!

Lovely location with great view of lake. Staff were very kind and helpful.

At breakfast the hot trays needed to be replenished quicker as sometimes there was hardly any food in them. It was a little hard to find hotel as we did not have internet on our phone.

Die Lage ist ein Traum. Die Küche ist sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr hochwertig. Die Weinkarte ist hervorragend. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind schön, hell und ruhig. Der Pool und der Wellnessbereich sind sehr schön gelegen.

Unser Zimmer war nicht 100%ig sauber. Die Aufmerksamkeit und Sorgfältigkeit aller Angestellten könnte/sollte besser sein. Der Blick auf Details ist ausbaufähig. Dann würden gewisse Dinge (Dreck auf den Terrassen, Vogelkot auf dem Stuhl, etc) nicht vorkommen. Bei Inhabergeführten Häusern ist dies tendenziell besser.

Staff was uncooperative. Rude and unaccomodating. No places to eat close to the restaurant. Breakfast was few options and undercooked. Terrible experience overall.

The location was amazing with the view of the lake so lovely. The pool and spa area were very nice. The air conning the room worked well

My husband made staff aware that we were there for our golden wedding and nothing was said or any acknowledgement which would have been nice. Domestic team knocked on our door one morning at 9am to clean the room and when we returned at 10.30 the room wasn’t cleaned! 2 bottles of water and 2 tiny packs of mini biscuits during 4 night stay was very poor. No minibar and no aircon in any public areas

Magnifique hôtel, avec un très beau jardin, où se trouve la piscine, qui dispose également d’une plage privée, pour profiter de la fraîcheur du lac. La chambre 102 était parfaite avec une belle vue sur Spiez et une très grande terrasse. Le personnel est très attentif et le buffet du petit déjeuner somptueux. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

L’eau de la piscine était presque un peu trop chaude, à cause de la canicule j’imagine.

الفندق في منطقة spiez اللي تبعد عن انترلاكن حوالي 23 دقيقه بالسياره مافي محلات ومطاعم بالقرب من الفندق لكن إطلالته جميله اخذت غرفه ببلكونه شرحة ومطله على البحيره الغرفه واسعه وجميله ونظيفه يوفر الفندق باركن بقيمة 10 فرنك يوميا

Beautiful hotel and location. Highly recommend it. Only a short walk from the station. View from the Bar is stunning 🤩 but what I liked most was the private beach and beautiful spa. Friendly staff and had a smooth stay.
