The hotel is within walking distance of the Cadillac station (Green Line), which made it easy to get everywhere. The room was comfortable and clean. Ok breakfast for the price.

The bathroom didn't have a ventilation fan.

Great location, easy to get around the city from here, with plenty of places to eat and walk to nearby. Breakfast was genuinely good and a nice way to start each morning, not the usual bare-minimum spread. And the price was very fair for what you get in Montreal.

Nothing worth complaining about. Three nights and we'd happily book here again.

Un accueil déplorable, l’impression de déranger la réception à chaque fois qu’on passait. (étant moi même réceptionniste, je ne suis pourtant pas très exigeante…) Le petit déjeuner est servi dans une pièce minuscule (3/4 tables pour l’ensemble de l’hôtel), un choix particulièrement restraint. Le personnel du petit déjeuner était quand même plus accueillant que la réception. Chambre sombre, mais fonctionnelle

Situation (pas loin du centre et du métro avec des commerces et restaurants à proximité), place de parking, accueil à minuit avec arrivée tardive de l'avion et libération de la chambre à 12h

Pour faire des remarques : manque une aération dans les toilettes (mais peut être est ce le standard au Québec) et le petit déjeuner mériterait d'être plus garnis

Le personnel est très bof. Une jeune femme se tenait derrière moi le matin dans la salle à manger pour regarder chacun de mouvement . Elle m’a même interdit de prendre du lait pour le petit déjeuner.

The location is great. It’s easy to get around, and it’s very close to the stadium and the surrounding areas.

Room 120: There is no door for the shower, so when you take a shower, the bathroom floor get wet as well. The toilet is separated in a small room. Besides that, it doesn’t have grilles or return air to help with ventilation. There is only one AC unit and one general return air. In conclusion, I didn’t feel comfortable. The breakfast buffet needs some fruit added. Otherwise, everything is fine, and the regular menu is okay

Le personnel est courtois, calme et souriant! La chambre était très propre un peu petite mais très fonctionnelle avec petit frigo. La salle de bain douche propre et moderne. Il y avait assez de luminosité naturelle. Ecran plat au mur. Le site de l'hôtel est bien et propre, proche de tout (restaurant, magasins, métro, parc etc..) Un gros bravo pour le déjeuner chaud inclus (oeuf, saucisse, patates, saumon fumé, yogourts, fruits etc.. et café 24h!!)

Manque un peu d'insonorisation et un micro-onde aurait été apprécié dans la chambre L'espace déjeuner est moderne mais un peu restreint en place assise.

la chambre est spacieuse. Le personnel est à l'écoute. Les chambres donnent sur une rue calme voir sur une coure intérieur. Bouteille d'eau gratuite à l'acceuil. Du personnel est préent 24h/24h. Une bouche de métro est à proximité (environ 200m).

Le climatiseur est bruyant. Le parking est un peu petit pour le nombre de chambre disponible. Bien qu'il y ai un canapé et une table basse, il manque un coin bureau (pour ordinateur). Le wifi est très lent (mesuré : 140ms pour le ping; 2,92mbps upload et 0,52mbps en download).

Layout of the hotel is quite odd and also the breakfast area was too small with not enough tables.

Nothing at all !False advertisement, no jacuzzi, room not clean, towels were dirty.room over priced, room smelled musty and of male cheap body spray on top of stink that went home with me and my girlfriend because we had to sleep in our close. The room was very dusty the mirror wall was smudged with dirt and there were stains along the lower wall that looked like dry spit or Simon? And the first thing they asked for was a hundred dollars deposit on top of the over priced room?

See the what did you like question above. The place was very dirty and dusty and smelled of body odor on top of cheap male body spray and musty un-showerd males. I took pictures of the dirt and the stink came home with me on my close because there was no way we were sleeping there otherwise. The place was nasty from top to bottom! I informed them that the room was dirty /nasty and that I would not be staying for the additional booked day in advance. I was told it was mandatory that I stay in the smelly/dirty room both booked days and they refused to provide me a receipt for a one night stay? They wanted me to have the third party cancele the booked room and not me although at the end of the day it would be me who's paying the bill? I thought that was almost as nasty as the room! What a crap hole place and what a bunch of crap hole people! They literally ruined my whole weekend from the word go the vibe, the lack of service,and the crap hole room was really really bad as I have ever seen 👎

J'ai beaucoup apprécié le petit coin déjeuner. Bien situé à proximité de plusieurs restaurants. Tranquillité.

Le lit était confortable et la chambre assez spacieuse. Très bien situé, près du métro et dans un quartier calme la nuit. Stationnement privé sécuritaire.

Le déjeuner était minimaliste: pain très ordinaire, seulement des pommes comme fruits, très peu de choix à mettre sur le pain. Pour le prix, le déjeuner pourrait être mieux. Très peu de place aussi, certains clients déjeunaient debout. Il manque un crochet ou une barre pour mettre la serviette de douche.

I liked to have a free parking, the possibility to charge an electric car. The breakfast, and the coffee maker were good!

I was worried about my safety, and my car. The parking lot is completely open to outside world, as is the access to the room’s corridor. At night, later, There was people standing in the parking lot and in front of room’s corridor who appeared to be soliciting. The door keys are not magnetic. The room was non-smoking, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. The room was clean but there was human hair everywhere.

We arrived late at night and couldn’t readily tell where registration was located.

The room was great in size, the bed was comfy and it was a beautiful looking room with great staff that was very warm, welcoming and accommodating. There were two televisions and plenty of space all around both floors of the room. They also provided plenty of towels and pillows. The balcony was an extremely nice touch.

The sink for the "bathroom" (really the only sink) was about a foot long and 6 inches wide. The faucet was also broken as it was practically detached from the sink itself. The water from the faucet also shot everywhere but in a consistent stream. The water pressure was okay in the shower but not great, and the jacuzzi was far from "spotlessly cleaned." There was a clump of hair floating in the tub when we turned on the water. The bed was also COVERED in crumbs when we first got into the room. Either the fireplace was broken or you need a secret code to turn it on because there was no switch anywhere in that place to turn it on which was a giant shame. The bed sheets also had crimson/brown stains on them that I do not even want to begin to guess on what it was. And lastly, the smoke detector kindly let us know all morning, starting at 7am that the batteries were low. The detector was in the middle of the stairs meaning we would have had to call in someone with a ladder to replace the things for us. Not exactly what you want to put up with when spending over $400 a night on a room.

The place look great, and is close to the hospital.

There was no coffee machine, the bed had hairs on it, had to use the fold out couch, hairs on it, no blankets or sheets or pillows for the foldout...not enough pillows period. Staff did not even really greet us when we came in. We were there because spouse had surgery the next morning. We have at least 3 follow up appointments, and will not be staying in this hotel again. As an add on, we booked this hotel a month ago, but had to cancel, the cancel fee was extremely high. But thought to give it another chance... to all Canadian Veterans, don't stay there.

Bien situé en retrait de la rue Sherbrooke avec une cour intérieure pour le stationnement. La chambre récemment rénovée est belle, bien décorée et le lit tres confortable, la fenêtre est munie deux toiles dont l'une opaque de sorte qu'il y fait tres noir. C'est silencieux et tranquille. Autant la chambre que les corridors sont tres propres. L'offre de petit déjeuner continental est un plus de même que le fait de pourvoir stationner dans la cour arrière.

L’horaire pour le déjeuner en semaine indiquait 6:30 -10h et à 6:34 il manquait plusieurs item/portions au menu dejeuner.

La chambre était d'une propreté irréprochable.

Tranquilité des lieux, chambre spacieuse, télé simple à utiliser, salle de bain fonctionnelle. Déjeuner complet (plats chauds) fort apprécié.

Nous avons eu un peu de difficulté à trouver la porte de notre chambre, car nous nous sommes trompés d'escalier. Mais ce n'est pas bien grave.

La vocation de cet hotel est clairement pour les moment en couple pour "s'amuser" et il faut s'attendre à ce genre d'atmosphère plus pour adulte. Au contraire de plusieurs commentaires que j'ai lu avant de réserver, le personnel était très souriant et acceuillant. La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner inclus était surprenant avec oeufs, bacon, saucisses et même du saumon fumé. Le bain tourbillon était très agreable et la douche, qui avait un petit problème d'ajustement de la température de l'eau qui a été réparé rapidement, était tout aussi agréable. J'ai trouvé l'endroit très calme durant les deux nuits même plus que certain endroits familiaux, l'insonorisation est bien faites.

J'aurais aimé qu'on me mentionne à la reception que la chambre que nous avons choisie (suite deluxe avec lit King) n'avait pas d'espace privé pour la toilette. J'aurais apprécié ne pas me faire réveiller à 6h45 le samedi matin par la police qui frappe vigoureusement à la porte de notre chambre car les agents cherche quelqu'un... pas la faute de l'établissement mais c'est cohérent avec l'emplacement et l'atmosphère. Petits details, le sèche cheveux de la salle de bain était défectueux et pas de carton "ne pas deranger" disponible pour placer sur la poignée à l'extérieur de la porte de la chambre. Pour finir, deux des employés avec lesquels nous avons eu des interactions ne parlait pas dutout français, nous avons passé à l'anglais de notre côté sans faire de vagues mais c'est primordial pour une entreprise québécoise.
