Big rooms, great spa, and fantastic breakfast!

The beds are a little too firm for my taste, but this is pretty standard for Japan.

1 pillow per bed, pillow was hard and “crunchy”. The top blanket was dirty, it does not get washed between visitors. If you choose not to use it you’re left with just a sheet. Lucky it was only one night between transitting. I couldn’t have slept there a whole week.

The location is very accessible and close to the Disney Sea.

Great hotel with great services and staff. Close to Tokyo Disneyland with a shuttle bus that runs every 15 minutes to Maihama Station. A huge thank you to Raymond Tanaka who assisted us with our check in. Mr Tanaka even found us the next morning while having breakfast to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Very nice! The room for four people was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. There are shuttles to Maihama Station every 15 minutes, making it easy to get to Disneyland. From the station, it’s just another 5 to 10-minute walk. This hotel is especially recommended for those looking for a more affordable way to visit Disneyland. An extra highlight is the spa, which offers several onsen, hot tubs with different temperatures, and even a sauna. After a day at Disneyland, relaxing here is truly the best way to unwind. There is also a convenience store right next to the reception, so if you arrive late, you can easily buy something to eat. I would 100% recommend this hotel!

Location close to Disney sea, there is a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the hotel but we had to work that out ourselves as there was no communication from the hotel

Good hotel, unique larger room. Popular if you are into onsen. Not a Disney affiliation hotel. Nothing in the area but there’s a free shuttle to Maihama station. Check out is strictly 10am which is differ from other hotel we stay in Japan. We are requesting room side by side or at least in the same floor but end up with different floor that make it inconvenient. Overall 6.5/10

Great space to stay while visiting DisneySea, less than 20 minute walk.

Convenient free shuttle bus that runs early to late to maihama station and back for easy access to disney parks. Bonus to have an onsen on site that is included for hotel guests that is open also to paid public access. Locals like to use this onsen too. Sufficient amenities, slippers, pajamas. Easy check in and out. Very convenient location to access disney. Would stay again.

I highly recommend staying here if you’re going to any of the Disneys! It’s a short walk to DisneySea and shuttle bus available both directions if needed. A huge world of advice and $ saving tip. If you got limousine bus service from the airport to DisneySea. Do the 4 minute walk to Maihama Station and take the same Eurasia shuttle bus to the hotel. Sooooo convenient.

Awful standard. No quilts on bed but sheets. Matress was so hard and room wasn’t clean. Felt dirty.

디즈니시/랜드를 방문할 어린이 포함된 가족이라면 이 숙소 추천합니다. 가까운 역까지 셔틀을 운행하고 있고, 그 역에서 디즈니시/랜드까지는 모노레일을 이용하면 됩니다. 도쿄시내에 비해 숙소 공간도 무척 넓고, 대욕탕 말고도 방에도 욕조가 있어 좋습니다. 호텔 프론트 옆에 편의점이 있어 좋습니다. 창 밖으로 디즈니랜드와 후지산까지 보이는 것도 멋졌습니다.

温泉が気持ちよかったです！

5人で一部屋に宿泊しましたが、ベットも5人分あり部屋の中も思っていたよりも広かったです。パジャマも温泉はそのまま移動できよかったです。

We very much enjoyed our stay here, just 1 night stay so we could head to disney park the next day as a young family. The breakfast was amazing witg lots of choices.

We were not informed that every member of the party must have their passport for the stay. While it might state this on the Japan Website, it does not state this anywhere on both Expedia’s listing and the private message they sent to me afterwards with further details. The food on the property is solid, and provides helpful access to amenities like taxis and has replacements for items forgotten like Razors. Sadly, in our room one of the pillows had a very hard and rough side and that affected my sleep quality. Overall, it was an okay hotel that was soured by a very negative check-in experience.

If you are visiting Tokyo Disney, this is a great alternative to staying at a Disney hotel. The shuttle is convenient and runs about every 15 mins and drops you off next to downtown Disney which has many options for food and shopping.

Love the onsen that this hotel provided. Morning breakfast also provides like homemade tofu and sashimi which i really enjoy.

Probably they can provide a regular shuttle bus to the Maihama station, disneyland or disneysea

It’s convenient because it’s next to DisneySea but it’s still a 20m walk so when you’re tired of the day, it’s hard.

Breakfast was a bit pricey, but there was a lot of choice. It is a bit out of the way for anything else other than Disney, unless you’re staying just for the spa.

The WiFi was non-existent. On my first night, I couldn't get internet access, called reception and was told to wait for 10-15min and then try again. When I called back the reception regarding the inability to log onto the internet, I was told there was too many people using the internet and I would have to wait till people logged out. For a hotel of such a size, I would expect the internet to have enough bandwidth for fair use of all customers. This was an extreme dealbreaker for me.

We stayed here for our trip to Disney Sea. It was about a 15-20 min walk there and a 700 yen cab ride back. The room was very spacious. The onsen was great. I had an amazing massage there. The food is not very good in the restaurant though and the choices at the convenience store on site were very limited. Nothing is really close by so we ended up bringing food back from Disney so we could have breakfast. They also had no currency exchange machines like our other hotels we have stayed on this trip. Overall good experience though!

Staff is amazing and goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need.

The spa was the highlight and was open past midnight which was great with our late arrival. The little store in the lobby was appreciated since there were no nearby stores to buy a snack. We used the restaurant as well, and that was very helpful since there were no restaurants quick to walk to nearby. The bus at the hotel going to the train station was convenient and free. Thank you for that. The robes to wear around in the hotel were very comfortable. I would have bought a set if it were offered in the little store as a souvenir.

A small gym/weight room would have been nice with free weights and a few machines. A swimming pool would make the hotel epic. We walked to the hotel from the train station. It felt a bit farther than desired because of our luggage. Not sure if there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but because we didn't speak Japanese, we didn't bother to ask around. Maybe there's information about that on the website, but I didn't catch that if there is. That's our fault for not researching because there is a bus from the hotel to the station, so one would imagine the bus being offered going in the reverse direction.

The hotel's location was perfect, with a shuttle to the train station for easy access to Disneyland. The spa and onsen were a pleasant surprise after a long day at the park. The lobby store offered a quick breakfast, and the egg sandwiches were delicious. A traveler's tip: we took a Limousine bus from Narita Airport to the train station and hopped on the hotel shuttle.

We stayed in a room with five beds. It was a bit cramped, but the family was happy because we spent most of our days at Disneyland or the spa/onsen.

The property was really old, the beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were bad (even requesting a second pillow was rejected by staff) and the hallway smelt like feet and cigarettes

館内や部屋も清潔で、部屋からの景色も良かった。

テーマパークに近く立地は最高です。

스파 목욕탕이 있어서 좋은 선택이었어요 디즈니씨는 걸어갔고 마이하마역은 셔틀 이용했어요 우라야스 셔틀이 있어서 이온몰 쇼핑몰지역 이용했어요

This hotel was a beautiful place to stay, but we only slept overnight before going to the Disney hotels the next day; I wish we had more time to enjoy the spa features here because they all looked so relaxing. I would recommend this hotel for a stay if you’re trying by to go to Tokyo Disney and/or Tokyo Disney Sea since they have a shuttle that will take you directly to the Disney Railway which is an easy way to get to the park entrances.

温泉設施良好

The room was disgustingly dirty, which does not seem appropriate for the price of the hotel. There were coffee splashes on the walls, something brown on the bidet buttons, hair/debris on the bathroom counter, etc. There were such gross marks that we got our own disinfectant wipes and wiped the whole room. The hotel itself is in bad shape since the couches and carpet are so stained. We booked a reservation for three people, but I did not know that children do not count as a person. It says in the booking that children under 5 stay free if they use “existing bedding” which we thought meant that it would cost extra to get a crib/extra rollaway bed. We thought that would be fine because we would squeeze onto the bed with them. They actually mean that if you want an extra pillow beyond the one lumpy pillow they give you, you have to rebook the room for an extra person and they said it would cost hundreds of dollars. They said that the child is expected to share a pillow with the adult - who can do that with a 4 year old? It seemed to be a simple misunderstanding and the description on their website and Hotels.com should be more specific about their policy for children. (Aka they should say only adults may have one pillow per person.) They were not understanding and rude at the front desk. They gave me three towels to use as a makeshift pillow. I have never been to a hotel where they refuse extra pillows! Needless to say the amenities are terrible for a 3.5 star “spa and hotel.”

気軽な感じでした。

いつもは日帰りディズニーですが、娘の誕生日だったこともありこちらに宿泊しました。 車の出し入れが自由で、ディズニーからも近くとても便利でした。1歳の子どもがいるので間で帰ってきたり、イクスピアリで食べ物を買ってホテルで食べたりとゆったり過ごすことができました。 チェックアウト時に忘れ物をしてしまい、帰宅後大捜索しましたがホテルの部屋に忘れていたようで連絡したら速達で送っていただきました。ほんとうにありがたかったです。また利用させていただきたいと思います。

location is a great and SPA is awesome

ディズニーシーまで歩いて5分から10分くらいで行けました。

The checkin process was super fast. We were greeted in English. All staff were kind & helpful. Our room was fine-cheapest room. Beds were hard. Onsen was wonderful. Super convenient for Disney parks. Shuttle was great. It was very crowded after Disneyland closed.

The location and the hotel are great if you are going to the two Disney parks. I thought it was a little over priced but it met our needs at the time. Not far from the train station so if you want to go by taxi to and from the hotel it was about Y1000 each way give or take. The Hotel also has a spa and communal hot bathe for men and women.

新しくなってから初めて行きました。 ディズニーランドの帰りに泊まりましたが、ゆっくりできました。 閉園時間より30分早めにチェックインしましたが、手続きするのにも時間がかかったのでもっと簡単にチェックイン手続き出来るといいなと思いました。

周りの施設も近くて便利でまた泊まりたい

We stayed for one night to visit Disneyland. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the staff were friendly. We had a great experience in the onsen. The facility and service were fantastic. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of Western and Japanese dishes, along with a wide selection of hot and cold beverages. Everything was very healthy, especially the kale juice. Tip: Be sure to keep an eye on the schedule of the free shuttle bus to and from Disneyland as they run quite punctually!

Great value for money. Access to spa. Loved restaurant (dinner, did not try breakfast) and wasn’t too pricey. Big room.

If visiting Disney (why else would you be in this part of Tokyo?) it’s a cost effective option compared to the brand hotels. But it’s a ¥11,000 taxi to Disneysea and ¥300 monorail extra to Disneyland (still works out cheaper and I would stay here over exorbitantly priced Disneyland hotel)

新館に宿泊しました。 部屋も広々していて満足です。 また、本館の展望デッキからディズニーの花火と夜景が見えてキレイでした。 温泉も入れて、ゆっくり出来るので、ディズニー行った際の宿泊におすすめです。 残念な点は、ワンちゃん飼っててペットホテルも隣接してるので預けたかったんですが、行く日がペットホテルの休みの日とかかぶってしまったので預けられませんでした。 確認の連絡をペットホテルにした時のペットホテルのスタッフが愛想ないし、感じ悪かったです。

朝食がとても良かった

施設、お店の接客とてもいいです！ レストランが１つしかないのと、朝食ブュッフェが内容の割に高いのが残念。２日使ったがほぼ同じメニューでした。

ゆっくり入れなかったけどお風呂が良かったです。パーククローズ時間のチェックインだったので並びましたが、そこだけスムーズに対応してもらえたらと思いました。

スタッフの対応がとても良かった。 清潔感がありお風呂も楽しめて良かった。 また　利用したいです。

今回で3度目の宿泊です。チェックアウトか10時と言う所が難点ですが、他の部分は最高のホテルです。また、泊まりたいです。

ディズニーリゾートから近く便利。 無料送迎バスあり。 売店の品数豊富。 温泉ありでゆっくり過ごせて良かった。

ディズニーランドで疲れた体を、温泉や露天風呂でのんびりして休めることができる。フロントの方の対応も、あたたかくて好きでした。

４度目の宿泊です。ディズニーシーへ行く時はよく利用させていただいています。 なんといっても良いところはシーから近いコスパがよいホテルで、スパもありパークの疲れも癒してくれます。部屋からもパークが見えるのも最高です。 改善して欲しいのはチェックインの待ち時間です。どうしても閉園後に集中するので、オンラインチェックインできるなど何か効率的に行えるようにして欲しいです。 あと、シーとホテルのピストンバスなどが朝夕だけでもあるともっと良いと思います。

レストランでなく居酒屋でした。出てくる料理は冷凍食品のような！？不味のわりに金額も高価かったです。お風呂、レストランへはスリパを下駄箱への手間があり、わざわざ何回もお風呂へ行く気になれませんでした。今まで別のホテルを使っていましたが、比較してみて前のホテルがいかに良かったかと思いました。2度とこのホテルは使いません。
