Superbe Riad authentique ! Très bien situé et d'un calme exceptionnel ! Personnel au top et d'une gentillesse extraordinaire. Un petit déjeuner marocain fabuleux! Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

No nos gustó que ofrecieran el desayuno a partir de las 8, cuando al mismo tiempo ofrecen excursiones que salen todas antes de las 8. Nos dejaron un zumo en el frigorífico y unos panes.

We had the best stay at Riad Safir. It is a real gem hidden away in the heart of the Medina. So calm and peaceful and yet just a few minutes walk from the Souks. The staff were so helpful and accommodating and provided a really delicious breakfast. The room was lovely and everywhere was extremely clean. We loved staying here and would highly recommend.

Bagno con doccia aperta,si allagava ad ogni doccia, Non c'è safety box Il frigorifero non faceva. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati dopo 3 giorni quindi se ci state 3 notti niente cambio. Non vengono fatte pulizie in camera. La colazione non è niente di particolare e neppure abbondante.

We had a great stay of 3 nights in the medina. Our room was stunning. Traditional looking design, and very comfortable beds. We are a family of 4 and the suit has 3 beds - a double and 2 singles which was perfect for us. The Riad is beautiful, and even though you are in the center of the medina inside the riad there is a feeling of another world, hidden from the dust, noise and smells of the city. We actually woke up to hearing birds!  Hamid hospitable and kind. He helped us book a trip to ride camels and quads.

our fridge did not work and had to store our medication in the kitchen fridge. On one of our nights there was noise from other guests till late at night. taking a shower gets the whole room wet and using the toilet after someone has showered was unpleasant.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable au sein du Riad Saphir et tout était conforme aux photos. Notre hôte était depuis le premier jour aux petits soins pour nous, le petit déjeuner était très copieux. Je recommande vraiment cet établissement qui, avec sa décoration marocaine nous dépayse totalement. De plus il est idéalement situé non loin de la Médina de tous les commerces.

Szép szálláshely az óvárosban, a házigazdák nagyon barátságosak és mindent megtesznek, hogy segítsenek! A reggeli finom, a szobák pedig tiszták!

o Riad é bem localizado bem no meio da medina, o quarto é espaçoso e bem confortável, limpo, bem arrumado, e muito bonito. O anfitriao foi muito atencioso conosco, nos auxiliando, dando instruçoes, dicas e se dispondo a ajudar sempre que precisássemos.

The location was superb. Hospitable staff, very helpful and informative. Walkable distance from the markets and cafes. It was a welcome and unique experience for us to learn Moroccan culture in the heart of Medina, living the life of a local in Marrakech.

I didn’t like that it was a much longer walk to the Medina. About a 15 minutes walk. It’s really tucked into the old neighborhood. It would work for people that want an immersive experience, who like a rustic environment and also want to experience the day to day living of the locals.

Le riad, est très beau et confortable, il est également très bien placé dans la médina, dans un quartier à la fois vivant et calme. Hafid et Najat vous réservent un accueil privilégié et sont disponibles et chaleureux.

J’ai bien aimé le l’emplacement proche de la médina de Marrakech, le lieux le calme . Le personnel au top hafid le propriétaire des lieux nous a accueilli avec beaucoup d’intérêt. Une formule de déjeuner marocain au top l’établissement bien entretenu par le personnel…

Un lieu magnifique, dans les ruelle non touristique. De l’authenticité. Le ris safir est un très bel endroit. Hafid, un hôte très gentil, avec de la bienveillance. Je vous recommande vraiment cette établissement.

La ubicacion, hay que atravesar la zona de barrio muy complicado

De ligging is prima, 15 minuten lopen naar het plein. Het personeel was super! Lieve en behulpzame mensen. Het plonsbad was heerlijk.

Ontbijt was prima maar redelijk eenvoudig.

Wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming and offered us traditional Moroccan tea on arrival, which was a lovely touch. The place was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Highly recommend

Bellissimo riad a 10 minuti dalla Jemaa el fna. Abbondante colazione silenzioso e confortevole. Raccomandato!

Das Riad befindet sich etwas ab vom Zentrum, jedoch sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten die Suite - für 4 Personenehr nur zum Schlafen geeignet. Es gibt noch einen Sessel und einen kleinen Tisch. Der Hausherr ist sehr nett und gibt gerne Tips.

Das Frühstück ist einfach marokkanisch. Frisch gepresster Saft ist hier nicht zu finden. Ein paar Früchte hätten das Arrangement abgerundet. Leider waren wir die Eier viel zu hart gekocht.

in generale la struttura si presentava abbastanza decadente , non c'era nemmeno la tv in camera e poi c'era poca offerta per le escursioni che invece sono assolutamente da fare .

Man kunde bara betala i cash, rummet saknade avlastningsyta for väska, mm. Badrummet saknade shampo, glas, hårfön samt hylla för badrumsartiklar.

Le riad est très bien située, à 15mn de la place Jeema à pieds, et 45mn à pieds du jardin Majorelle qui se situe hors de la Médina. Nous avons tout fait à pieds dans Marrackech. L'établissement est très calme en fond d'impasse, la chambre et le lit sont confortables.

La qualité du wifi était très moyenne à l'étage, et de meilleure qualité au rez-de-chaussée

Mi è piaciuta la disponibilità del gestore Hafid , poi in pratica la struttura comunque carina non aveva un granché a disposizione degli ospiti. Il frigo bar del appartamento era spoglio , il bagno così così con una tenda di plastica che separava la doccia dal wc e un piccolo lavandino . Colazione un giorno ho chiesto un uovo e mi hanno detto che non ne avevano ….. insomma un po’ scarsa .

I like the inside, tipically moroocan beautiful! Nice, cozy, calm inside. Hafid and Najat was our host, very kind and helpful with everything, they gave us very good infos about everything. Nice terrace to have a break on the lounge after a day in the city. We love the stay!

Only the pool was not heated , so was too cold ti take a swim, but is beautiful to enjoy arroud it.

Su dueño Hafid y la señora que se encargaba de los desayunos, son unas personas maravillosas, siempre preocupados por nuestro bienestar, y muy pendientes de que mi hija se 3 años tuviera lo que necesitaba. Las habitaciones son preciosas, amplias y la limpieza es excelente. El desayuno es muy rico y variado.

Lo que podría decir, que a su vez me parece muy bien, que el agua caliente iba con placas solares, por lo que tenía que dar el sol para que hubiera agua caliente. Una vez coges el truco, no hay problema ninguno.

Csak ajánlani tudjuk a szállást. A személyzet nagyon barátságos és segítőkész. Hafid, a riad vezetője nagyon sok időt szánt ránk, ellátott minden jó tanáccsal és életreszóló élményekkel teli utakat szervezett le nekünk nagyon jó áron. A reggeli ott teljesen más mint Európában (felvágott vagy tojás az nincs, inkább a sajtos vajas péksütit), de Marokkóban ez a normális, így ez nem a szállás hibája. Laktózmentes és növényi tej nincs de az egész országban sincs, ide így kell készülni. Ahogy a kinti lelakott utcákból beértünk a szállásra, egy gyönyörű szép, tiszta marokkói riad tárult elénk, gyönyörű, felszerelt szobával. Volt melegvíz, volt fűtés, wifi is jól működött, nem volt semmi problémánk.

A szállással kapcsolatban csak jót tudunk mondani. A szállás az óvárosban található, ami Marrakechnek inkább az autentikusabb és kevésbé komfortosabb része. Nagyon sok a szűk utca és más világ, mint város többi része. Európaiéként egy kicsit megijedtünk, mikor kiszálltunk a transzferből és láttuk, hogy melyik utca vezet a szálláshoz, de hamar átszellemültünk és a hét végére sokkal jobban örültünk, hogy a medinában vettünk ki szállást és nem Marrakech fancy részén.

Hotel was op perfecte locatie, zonder roemoeringheid van de stad. We kregen ook wat uitleg over de stad toen we binnen kwamen dus dat was fijn.

Het bed comfor was wat minder, hard matras. En ook als tip voor de eigenaar om een soort watertrekker in de douche te zetten om het water weg te halen na het douchen

We had a great time staying in the Riad. Hafid organised a taxi to pick my parents up from the airport and bring them to the Riad which meant they had a hassle free arrival. He provided some great advice in regards to getting around the Medina which can appear to be daunting to begin with. He was available to answer any questions and provided his phone number so I was able to text him at any time and he responded quickly. We also booked a private car to take us up to the Ourika Valley which we enjoyed. The breakfast was lovely and rooms clean and comfortable. Staying in the Medina can be a bit of a culture shock to start with but we loved the hustle and bustle of it all. Its about a 10 - 15 min walk to the main square and we did feel safe when there. Also able to retreat to the Riad and relax on rooftop.

Excellent location - around 15 minutes walk to the centre but quiet and safe. Lovely setting and so welcoming. I’d recommend getting dinner there especially if arriving late - has to be pre booked.

Ce Riad est idéal pour vivre une expérience authentique au cœur de la medina. Très joli espace, suite pour 2 adultes avec 2 jeunes enfants spacieuse, propre et bien décoré dans le style local. Petit déjeuner typique et dîner copieux préparés avec soin par Najat. Le séjour a été rendu très agréable aussi grâce aux précieux conseils et les propositions d’excursions sécurisées de Hafid ainsi que la gentillesse de Najat. Ils ont été adorables, attentionnés et souriants avec toute la famille et tout particulièrement avec nos enfants. Du personnel de toute confiance!

Même si cela n’a aucunement gêné notre superbe séjour authentique, l’emplacement du Riad est dans un quartier populaire un peu éloigné de la place Jamaa El Fna et le débit d’eau de la douche est très faible et l’eau chaude met beaucoup de temps à venir.

Located in the Medina you walk down a dusty lane and enter a beautiful Riad. The accommodation and breakfasts were great and one evening we had a great meal. Best thing about the stay was the wonderful staff, Hafid, the manager, is second to none, he could not have been more helpful, from carrying cases to arranging trips and restaurant visits. The woman who cooked and cleaned was also great. Great stay been recommending to all my friends. Thank you 🙏

Adoramos o Rihad. Muito bonito e tranquilo. O Hafid é um excelente anfitrião e quando chegamos mostrou-nos a melhor forma de nos deslocarmos e as ruas mais seguras para andarmos. Pequeno almoço muito bom e a senhora que nos serviu muito simpática.

Amazing and beautiful riad. Hafid was an amazing host! We enjoyed the rooftop and pool a lot. Hafid served us delicious mint tea when we arrived and gave us some advice for navigating the area when we arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. Everything is easily walkable from the riad. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely Riad, out-of the main hustle and bustle of the souks and square, but easy to access them and all the areas of the medina that you would want to see. Very friendly and helpful staff, Hadid and Najat are great, very welcoming and provide a lovely atmosphere.

Das Zimmer war gemütlich und komfortabel eingerichtet, die ganze Unterkunft war sauber. Eher am Rand der Medina, dafür gut zu finden und in ruhiger Lage, fußläufig zu allen wichtigen Orten/Attraktionen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend, hat schnell auf jeden Wunsch reagiert.

Riad Safir Marrakech was exactly what I was expecting. It smelled beautiful, the architecture was traditional, the room was my home away from home and Hafid and the mom of the Riad were like my mum and dad. We stayed for 6 days my friend and I and we had a good size room and with a double and single bed on the top floor. The shutters closed fully so even though it was bright blazing sun, you felt like it was still night time so you could sleep all day after a long night! 😅 There wasn’t any oat milk as I’m allergic to cows milk but Hafid arranged for a taxi driver for us on several nights and he stopped at a grocery store so I could get some but he’s promised next time there will be oat milk at the Riad! 🥰🙏 The breakfast was simple and needs more fruits because I don’t eat breads so early in the morning. My friend loved the coffee but I brought my own as I always take mine everywhere I go. The pool was lovely as a cold plunge after tanning or walking out in the medina. It was a bit tricky for the airport taxi to find the Riad as it took so long for me to get out of customs so I had to take another taxi but it was all in good fun. Surprisingly the little streets of the medina are on Google maps so you can get directions to walk from the Riad to the square. After the 3rd day we knew the way by heart. After 6 days there it felt like home. My first trip to Morocco and the people are so friendly and welcoming. Staying in the Medina is definitely an experience. It’s not like the rest of modern Marrakech. It reminded me of being back home in Guyana and very very different to London where I live now! If you order a taxi from the Riad it’s 20€ but if you walk up to Bab Aylan entrance of the wall (7 mins walk) you can flag down a taxi from the motorway. Would definitely stay here again. 💚

Un'oasi di pace nel caos della Medina. La disponibilità di Rachid e Hafid, il calore e la gentilezza di Najat ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

L’amabilité de la personne qui m’a accueillie

L’emplacement, au bout d’une impasse dans la médina, pas très sécurisant pour une femme seule, la vétusté de la chambre, très très sombre, porte de la chambre avec un grand espace qui permettait à une personne à l’extérieur de voir l’intérieur de la chambre, et surtout aucun rapport qualité prix!!!!! 127 euros environ la nuit, prix exorbitant pour la qualité des prestations et surtout l’emplacement, à déconseiller pour une femme seule! Je n’aurais jamais osé ressortir de cet hôtel le soir!

Lo que más me gusto fue la atención de Hafit y Najhat, se portaron muy bien con nosotros y nos ayudaron en todo. La piscina está muy bien, de buen tamaño y limpia…se agradece tener este oasis cuando puedes estar a 44 grados o más afuera...Las habitaciones no están mal, no son muy grandes pero están muy bien decoradas... en mi opinión hace falta mas mantenimiento ya que la mayoría de las contraventanas están descolgadas, el grifo del baño bailaba, las paredes estaban algo sucias y las alfombras necesitaban una buena aspiradora, yo daria una mano de pintura nueva a todo el complejo y lo haría en color blanco, así las habitaciones serian más luminosas….pero en general está muy bien el riad y limpio. El riad está bien situado,a unos 20 minutos andando de la plaza principal, en un callejón donde no llegan los taxis.(hay que tener en cuenta que tardas más en llegar a los sitios por la cantidad de personas y motos que hay). La Medina es un gigantesco Zoco, ya que todas las calles están llenas de pequeños comercios de todo tipo pero no se puede pagar con tarjeta en ningún lado o sea que mejor cambiar dinero en el hotel Ali de la plaza principal nada más llegar y comprar tarjetas de datos en los comercios de alli(te cuestan unos 10 € y creo que eran 6GB). Rafit te proporciona transporte privado del aeropuerto al riad y al revés por 20 € por cada habitación, pero negociando conseguí el transporte de los 4 por 20€(que ya está bien). Al lado del riad podéis imprimir las tarjetas de embarque de vuelta para que no os cobren 90€ en el aeropuerto. La mayoría de las cosas que se venden similares en España cuestan más caras aquí, aunque podéis regatear hasta la saciedad para conseguir un precio mejor. Las calles son más seguras de lo que aparentan, apesar de tanto caos, tanta moto loca, suciedad, basura, edificios medio destrozados, asfalto descuidado y miles de comerciantes y personas que abarrotan las calles…. pero en la noche y en la gran plaza, cuidad las carteras.

Le petit déjeuner était très bon et largement suffisant. Le café était délicieux ainsi que le thé à la menthe et le jus d’orange. Le riad est superbe et la piscine un vrai luxe lorsque les températures sont trop hautes… Nous en avons bien profité. Hafid, d’une extrême gentillesse, a été d’une aide précieuse concernant le repérage dans la ville et les endroits à visiter. Ce que nous avons apprécié c’est cette volonté de faire que les clients se sentent comme à la maison. De plus, la situation géographique fait que nous avons été complètement immergés dans la ville, en plein cœur de la médina et c’est ce que nous recherchions.

Une très bonne adresse pour une étape à Marrakech!

Un peu excentré et une légère confusion à l’arrivée. Moins de services proposés que lors de nos autres destinations marocaines.

Amazing stay, the hosts are very nice and helpful. The riad is located in a non-tourist area, but very close to one - just enough to explore and see a few local streets, but not get lost or uncomfortable in the night. We also highly recommend to book the excursions (to the deserts etc.) right there from Hafid, the host, as you won’t have to worry about transfer and it will most probably be cheaper than the online offers for the identical program. Also, don’t hesitate to reserve a dinner from Najat, it will be delicious and totally worth the price; for us having a meal by the pool at quiet was a nice break from charming, but sometimes exhausting Marrakesh.

The walls aren’t too soundproof, but this in only an issue if your neighbors are noisy, as overall area is quite at night.

Hangulatos, autentikus riád, ahol 3 éjszakát töltöttünk el. Tetszett, hogy már kissé turistamentes övezetben van, de a főtértől nincs messze. Nagyon kedves és segítőkész a tulajdonos és a személyzet. Érkezéskor taxit foglaltunk a szállásadó keresztül, aki kijött elénk egy utcával arrébb, ahol a taxi megállt. Minden kérdésünkre válaszolt. Segített feltölteni a kisboltban a helyi mobilkártyát.

The staff were lovely! It‘s a very traditional-feeling Riad. Location is a little further from the action, but it worked fine for us! Worked well for us for two nights.

It was a little tricky to find - we needed help the first time.

The Riad was clean, comfortable and a convenient location in the old city or Medina. Hafid was an excellent host, plenty of practical advice and great organiser for trips and excursions.
