Riad El Youssoufi

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen im liebevoll eingerichtete Riad El Youssoufi. Die Lage ist sehr gut, max. 10 min. bis man Mitten in den Souks ist. Wir hatten ein Abendessen im Riad gebucht und hatten ein hervorragend Essen an diesem Abend, sehr zu empfehlen.

Great breakfast, great staff. Younes served us a lovely breakfast and explained the surroundings — he's a great worker. To the management: give him some time off, he deserves it. The riad itself is beautiful, with a lovely pool and a very comfy, relaxed vibe, and the rooftop is really nice. Everything was very clean and the staff were always friendly and at your service. We were even a bit late for check-out and it was no problem, and we could leave our bags there afterwards.

The only real issue was the visibility of the wifi password - there was no card in our room with it, so I never managed to get online. I'm sure there was wifi, and I didn't have time to ask since we had unlimited data anyway, but the details just weren't visible enough, especially in our room.

We travel a lot and Riad El Youssoufi is by far one of the nicest and most friendliest places we have stayed. All the staff were polite, warm and extremely helpful and attentive. When we revisit Marrakech one day we will be back to stay! We ran into some issues with our travels and they immediately did everything they could to help. Also the breakfasts were 10/10 and will leave you full until the afternoon! <3

The Riad is so beautiful, and the bubbles in the pool is s big comfort in hot days in Marrakesh. The breakfast on the rooftop is outstanding. A big thanks to Youssef for making the space so special with his care attention to details and knowledge. And a pleasure to meet the manager that arranged a safe transfer from the train station.

We had a really lovely stay at Riad El Youssoufi. The riad itself is beautiful, peaceful and full of character — a perfect escape from the busy streets of Marrakech. What really made the stay special, though, were the people. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. The location was also very convenient for exploring the Medina on foot. We only stayed for two nights, but we felt very comfortable and well looked after. Would happily stay here again.

Our experience was incredible! We had a really early flight the next morning but Yunez was so attentive and even woke up earlier to make sure we did not need anything before checking and had breakfast for us. A very warm and incredible hospitality experience. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. I definitely recommend and I hope to come back.

Super ontbijt: elke dag iets anders, veel, gevarieerd, lekker! Heel propere kamers. Vriendelijk personeel: namelijk Younes die ons ontbijt verzorgde en klaar stond met advies voor restaurantjes en cafés, en de poetsvrouw die onze kamer elke dag weer schoonmaakte en opruimde, en ons kwam verwennen op het dakterras met thee en koekjes. Zwembad, airco en mogelijkheid tot airport shuttle. Zalige rust, geen lawaai van de stad. Vlakbij enkele winkeltjes en restaurantjes. Veilige buurt.

De dame die ons kwam ophalen aan de airport shuttle en het ontvangst deed, was niet zo behulpzaam of vriendelijk. Op onze super hete aankomstdag moesten we eerst een onduidelijk formulier invullen m.b.t. onze paspoorten in de hitte, alvorens we even mochten bekomen in onze kamer met airco. We kregen wel thee bij het ontvangst. 2 lampen waren stuk in de kamer. Bij het uitchecken werd er nog een city tax aangerekend, waarvan we niet wisten dat het nog moest betaald worden.

Schitterende Riad in een rustige omgeving naast de souks van Marrakech. Erg vriendelijk personeel, prachtige kamers met uitstekend bedden en goed uitgeruste badkamer. Heerlijk ontbijt op het dakteras. Al en al een onvergetelijk verblijf.

Nos ha gustado mucho la experiencia, es la primera vez que nos alojamos en un Riad. Destacar la amabilidad y hospitalidad del personal. El Riad muy bonito y tranquilo, solo escuchábamos los pájaros. Y por la mañana en la terraza, el tomar un desayuno muy bien preparado y muy rico era un lujo. Lo echamos de menos.

We had an excellent stay here. The rooms are immaculate and it’s in an excellent location - close to the centre and on a safe street with security patrols. Above all, the service and attentiveness of the staff is unmatched. Youssef went above and beyond to make our stay magical, and we couldn’t reccomend this place more.

Ottima pulizia, personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. A pochi passi dalla medina, e sicuro anche per rientrare la sera (viaggiatrice sola). Tipica colazione marocchina, ottima, preparata sul momento.

O Riad é lindíssimo e a piscina é boa. Muito perto do centro. Excelente pequeno almoço. Destaque para o profissionalismo de Youness , educação e é uma pessoa muito prestável.

Amazing breakfast at the rooftop, the room was neat and nicely arranged and the people were very welcoming.

Feels like an oasis of peace and calm coming from the busy streets of Marrakech. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We had dinner here one night and it was really delicious!

Il riad è estremamente accogliente, il personale si è dimostrato fin da subito gentilissimo e disponibile. La nostra camera era bellissima e davvero super spaziosa. Nota di merito per la colazione al mattino: squisita e con tantissima varietà. Inoltre, la posizione è vicinissima a tutti i punti di interesse, ma situato in una zona tranquilla e poco caotica. Consigliatissimo!

Very clean, very well decorated and very helpful staff. The local has its own security looking after loads of Riads in this area. The location is safe and perfect for Marakesh.

L’accueil a été chaleureux, avec un délicieux thé traditionnel dès notre arrivée et une petite attention au moment du départ. Le personnel est vraiment attentionné, gentil et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins des clients. Le riad est très propre et agréable. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, copieux, varié et servi sur le rooftop, ce qui permet de commencer la journée dans un cadre très agréable. Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons ce riad sans hésitation !

L’emplacement est idéal, parfait pour découvrir Marrakech tout en profitant d’un endroit calme et reposant. Mention spéciale pour la piscine, avec une partie à l’ombre qui permet de se rafraîchir agréablement pendant les heures les plus chaudes. Tout était vraiment parfait, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons ce Riad sans hésitation !

L'accueil chaleureux de Oumaima, Fatima, Younes et la dame en cuisine est juste génial. Ils font tout pour satisfaire les demandes et donnent aussi des conseils. Un sens du service +++ et humainement top vraiment cela a été un grand plus, la propreté de la chambre rien à redire un plaisir et le petit déjeuner est bon, généreux. La situation est idéale en plus avec des commerces à proximité.

The location was perfect, in the Medina but in a very quiet area. Staff greeted us with delicious mint tea and biscuits and they were very friendly and gave us some great tips for our stay. The room was beautiful, cozy and very comfortable. We arrived in the hottest part of the summer so the air conditioning was very welcome! I let staff know that I couldn’t eat gluten and they went out of their way to adjust the breakfast which I was very grateful for. The breakfast was extremely generous and they even made gluten free pancakes which were delicious.

Der junge Mann, der hier arbeitet ist äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Interessiert sich sehr für das Wohlergehen der Gäste! Grosses Lob, durch ihn haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Zudem kann er mehrere Sprachen relativ gut. Danke dir! Das Badezimmer ist sehr schön.

Leider war das andere Personal ziemlich desinteressiert. Konnte wenig bis kein englisch. Die Klimaanlage ist ziemlich laut und mieft etwas.

Youness war so unglaublich hilfsbereit und freundlich! Egal welche Frage oder Wunsch wir hatten, er hat versucht diese best-möglich zu beantworten und zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und das ganze Riad war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück auf dem Dach war ein schöner Start in den Tag, viel Auswahl und auch regionale Produkte und Spezialitäten - SEHR lecker!

Das Zimmer war leider ein bisschen klein. Wir waren zu zweit mit jeweils einem großen Koffer und Handgepäckkoffer. Da der Kleiderschrank im Zimmer winzig war, mussten wir die meisten Klamotten im Koffer lassen. Vom Platz her, konnte man nicht beide Koffer zur selben Zeit aufmachen, das war ein bisschen umständlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und man hört alles was im Hof unten gesprochen wird.

Cadre magnifique avec un petite piscine intérieure que l’on peut mettre en jacuzzi. Emplacement parfait à quelques minutes de la grande place. Un jeune homme le matin qui a pris la peine de nous préparer un petit déjeuner aux aurores avant notre avion.

This is a lovely riad in a great location in Marrakech. It’s not in the midst of the very dense, busy part of the medina; it’s in a quieter area, which we appreciated. Vehicle traffic can get quite close, which was ideal for drop off and pick up. Younes met us at the main road when we arrived and brought us to the riad. The building itself is lovely, with so many nooks and crannies of interest. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was much appreciated. We really appreciated Younes during our stay. He was so friendly and attentive, and he clearly works very hard to ensure that everyone has a great stay. Thank you, Younes, for your hospitality!

It would be nice to have some rooms with twin beds as an option.

The property is stunning, full of rich culture and character. We loved the room, it has everything you need and super comfortable. The rooms are well designed to keep as much of the summer heat out as possible. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a great way to start the day. We had omelette, fruit, yoghurt juice and a selection of other items. There is a small jacuzzi pool in the central atrium for guests to use. The place is easy to find and only a very short walk from the main street where you get dropped off by the taxis. Last, but by no means least, Younes was the main host we spoke to. He was full of energy and gave us so many recommendations and took care of us throughout the stay. We’d definitely come back!

Muito calmo e perto de tudo.. O AC do quarto funciona super bem, conseguimos dormir com ele ligado, quarto super confortável, limpeza 5 estrelas. Staff 5 estrelas, super simpáticos e prestáveis com tudo. Pequeno almoço 5 estrelas.

Falta um mini frigorífico nos quartos, com temperaturas acima dos 40° era essencial. Haver no terraço os sprays de água, como existe em muitos sitios, para resfrescar logo no pequeno almoço.

The staff was friendly.

Very small room. Everything about this place was small and cramped even down to the front entry door. I had to crouch down just to enter and I’m average height. I ended up hitting my head on the way out. The staircase leading up to our room was so narrow. I could barely carry our suitcases up it. I ended Up hitting my head several times on the low ceiling in the stairwell. The location is not ideal if you have luggage as, you will need to hire a porter to transport your luggage from the parking lot which was a hassle in and of itself. If you plan on staying out late, good luck fining this place late at night. We had a very bad experience. Getting back late at night.

Accoglienza con gentilezza, cortesia e disponibilità a trovare la soluzione migliore per ogni richiesta. ad esempio abbiamo lasciato il RIAD alle 6.30 am e alle 6 ci hanno preparato la colazione ( caffe, latte, torta, e succo d arancio e non dato il consueto sacchetto colazione che danno negli hotel.; Abbiamo prenotato il TAXI per l aereoporto con il RIAD e una loro persona ci ha accompagnato ( 3 minuti a piedi) fino al punto in cui il TAXI sarebbe arrivato sincerandosi che ci prelevasse Camera pulita, con aria condizionata. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa . Ottima posizione per visitare la Medina e le sue meraviglie

Nel caso di richiesta di camera con 2 letti separati come nel mio caso ,offrirei camera con 2 letti separati e non 1 letto matrimoniale e l altro ottenuto trasformando un divano in letto perchè in questo questo modo si riduce lo spazio all interno della camera e l over price di 20 euro per questa soluzione non mi è sembrato giustificato

Absolutely divine space. Amazing Chocolate Room with a beautiful private sun soaked terrace and a lovely shared shady terrace overlooking the pool and courtyard, all beautifully styled. The staff are all lovely and extremely helpful and kind. Youssef, the overnight manager is a star, a wonderfully kind, gentle and very helpful soul.

Localização excelente, ideal para explorar a cidade. Funcionários extremamente simpáticos, prestáveis e sempre disponíveis para ajudar. Pequeno-almoço muito bom, variado e de qualidade. O riad é verdadeiramente idílico. É impressionante como uma pequena porta, que nos obriga a baixar a cabeça para entrarmos. numa rua estreita e sem saída, ao abrir-se, revela um espaço absolutamente deslumbrante. Um autêntico efeito "uau". Gostámos particularmente da atenção e do cuidado da equipa, que nos contactou por telefone assim que percebeu que nos tínhamos esquecido de algumas peças de roupa no armário do quarto.

Le personnel est toujours au petit soin, le petit déjeuner est diversifié et nous fait découvrir des spécialités quotidiennement. Le Riad est à 6 minutes à pied du souk et surtout dans une zone calme. Je recommande fortement.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly. Since I don't consume dairy products, they thoughtfully prepared dairy-free breakfast options for me every morning, which I really appreciated. The riad is peaceful, cozy, and spotless. There are many good restaurants and cafés within a short walk. Another advantage is that the nearby market area offers much better prices than the very center of the Medina.

Staff lovely; location great; great value; room and courtyard pretty; even made breakfast early as we had a tour early!

Nos gustó la calma del lugar,las personas que trabajan en el,la decoración.Los desayunos en la terraza servidos con tanto cariño. La piscina después de caminar por la Medina. La habitación de abajo un lujo,tener acceso a la piscina desde la habitación. La atención de todo el equipo y de Iman. Nos dieron recomendaciones del Hamman que fuimos,excursiones y nos escucharon. Llegamos 1 hora por retraso del avión y allí estaban esperándonos en el aeropuerto y en el Riad para darnos la bienvenida. Super agradecidos y cuando vuelva a Marrackech,sin duda me quedaré ahí.

Although the property and rooms were very traditional and comfortable and amenities, the bed was a little hard that would not stop me staying in this wonderful place again.

Nice location in the Medina, though really quiet at night. It’s beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is very lovely. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Breakfast starts at 8. But because I had to leave earlier, they made me a small but tasty breakfast.

Very nice riad. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent - nearby everything and yet in a quiet part of the medina. Breakfast was very good. It was very hot when we were there, so the nice little pool was perfect for a quick dip and cool down.

The location of the Riad is fantastic- in the Medina proper, close to the souks, but easy to find your way without needing a guide. The Riad is beautiful and staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were included for us, and it was some of the best food we've had in Morocco. There is no menu, they just bring the food out to you, so mention before you arrive if you have dietary requirements. A great place to stay, highly recommend!

Mon seul regret est d’être restée qu’une seule nuit. Ce riad est décoré avec goût on s’y sent bien tout de suite. Il est facile d’accès et très bien situé! J’ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel surtout Younès qui s’est toujours assuré que je ne manque de rien. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux avec des produits faits maison, il est servi sur la terrasse dans une ambiance cosy. Il y a des articles de douche de bonnes qualités à disposition dans la salle de bain.

Het verblijf was klein, persoonlijk, mooi. Wij kregen elke ochtend ontbijt en konden de avond van tevoren laten weten hoelaat we ontbijt wilden, het ontbijt was super lekker. Personeel was super vriendelijk. Er was altijd iemand aanwezig, ook ‘s nachts, dit was bij ons een super vriendelijke jongen (Younes denk ik), die ook elke ochtend ons ontbijt kwam brengen op de rooftop. De locatie was uitstekend!

Ik had het idee dat het wat gehorig was als we hard praatte op de kamer.
