Reception very nice.

We were there five days and one of the two elevators did not work. Causing a lot of congestion when trying to get to your room. The pool is located by the lobby and there's a very strong smell of chlorine all around.

I like the location as it is close to the Festival Theatre. I have stayed here many times and it always was a great place to stay.

For the three nights I was there, there was only one elevator as the other one was out of order and had been that way for at least ten days due to an inspection that needed to occur but had not happened as the issue was fixed in one day. Cleaning our room usually happened after we left for dinner. The last night it was never cleaned. I have never stayed at a hotel any where in the world where my room was not cleaned. Looking for other options when I go back to Stratford next year, I was really disappointed in this stay.

The air-conditioning unit was too loud for me to sleep so I had to turn it off. Other than that, it was a perfect day.

The room is very nice . Very New & clean . Bathroom and shower were excellent Would prefer a king bed over the queen. The only thing missing is another comfortable chair or sofa. The food is the restaurant is always good and the service was great.

The bed could be a little firmer and higher for our taste

Our initial room had a v strong unpleasant chemical smell.Despite leaving the window open and the air on on the smell was v strong in the room after dinner and the theatre. We asked to move rooms and while this was not convenient they accommodated us in a nicer room with no smell. Appreciated their professionalism.

We stay with you every year and have for a long time. We like the location and the rooms are of a generous size and are quite comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Convenient, roomy, great bed. The restaurant was just barely average but the prices were right and the wait staff perfect.

The chips and home fries in the restaurant had all that phony spice and crust on them. Don’t do that. Potatoes taste great without that.

We stay often at this hotel when attending the Stratford Festival. Everything you need here, great rooms, staff and facilities. Clean, quiet sleep with excellent bedding. We had a great dinner at this restaurant. Easy walk to the Festival theatre or Tom Patterson theatres, longer walk or short taxi to Studio or Avon theatre.

Location is the best

This is our third year staying at this hotel for our annual visit to the Stratford Festival. There are many things about it to recommend it which others have mentioned, and it's very convenient for our theater group, some of whom need accessible facilities. The one thing I don't understand is why there are no safes in the room. I have never stayed at a hotel anyplace in the world, to my recollection, that didn't offer a way to secure valuables, including our passports. Last night we asked if we could place them in the hotel safe and were told that no one was available with access at that hour (about 11 pm). This seems like a small but much needed fix for an otherwise very nice hotel.

Room was large, comfortable and very clean. Linens were beautiful and staff was helpful. Great variety of TV channels.

Pricey but understand because of local attractions.

Dining room staff very pleasant and attentive. Breakfast meal was lacking: 1) low quality ham; 2) potatoes too greasy and humdrum presentation; 3) I didn't order rye toast - a $2 upcharge, new to me. Please, better quality and presentation. Salmon Eggs Benedict, slightly better. Decent coffee. Convenience of restaurant availability is appreciated, but I would likely eat elsewhere next time.

Perfect location for anyone attending Stratford Festival events at the Festival Theatre (easy walking distance). Wonderfully friendly staff at front desk and restaurant. Nice breakfast! rooms are spacious!

Cost was on the high side, but understandable given the festival season and location. Otherwise, all good (big thumbs up).

The room was beautiful and well appointed. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The price for one night was a bit high, but we were splurging.

Service in the restaurant was excellent. The menu is limited at both dinner and breakfast. Dinners were boring, my breakfast choice was oatmeal with berries. The oatmeal was literally overflowing the bowl, there were approx 10 blueberries and it came with a container of raisins, which I thought was low rent and weird. Wait staff were excellent.

Only the food. Our dinner was a weird combo of pasta, spinach and feta cheese with a tomato sauce.

Location was about 4 minutes drive from downtown. The hotel had ample space in the lobby with courteous staff. The coffee machine was fun to use and water refill station was truly helpful. The restaurant looked elegant as well as the bar. The breakfast (ala carte) had big serving portions while the buffet was priced appropriately ($16). I thought that the pool was clean, conveniently located on the ground floor with a jacuzzi and gym adjacent to it. The washrooms in the pool area were clean and had everything you need. The room was spacious, complete with toiletries and clean. The air-condition was excellent and tv had all the channels I needed. The microwave and fridge (medium size) were working perfectly well and made our stay more convenient. The housekeeping staff were very respectful and efficient.

First rate hotel. The suite was fantastic. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. The bathroom floor fairly sparkled. Great upscale shower. Definitely recommend.

Walking distance to theatre, rooms were great, staff exceptional. Special thanks to Emma at the front desk. She went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful for her kindness.

Exceptional hotel! Very welcoming atmosphere and from upon entering, to the pool, the hot tub and the room, everything was extremely clean and well maintained. Great location to get everywhere. The room cost is very reasonable, and you definitely get your monies worth. The restaurant is a must go to, and I highly recommend the chicken linguine carbonara! Could not recommend the hotel more!

My wife and I are seniors and we enjoy this hotel for short staycations during low season times. I am a rewards member and prices always seem reasonable for the amenities available and quality of the room and hotel generally. The pool area is the main draw for us with an "easy enter" pool temperature and comfortable "hot bath" hot tub. Private change rooms have rinse off showers and there are always lots of towels. You can get a nice, free, coffee (various types) from a lobby machine to enjoy while on a lounger on the pool deck. The pool deck has a rubberized, non slip surface, which is quite unique and very much appreciated. We always have a dinner in the in-house restaurant which has a lovely decor. The menu has lots of choices and there are daily, 3 course specials. The food has always been good, service excellent and prices are always reasonable. Ample parking is free. If you don't mind getting some exercise, (we do) it's a 20 minute flat walk to the downtown and a little less to the Festival Theatre area.

Convenience of location. Liked there were ample large pillows on beds.

Expected a microwave in the room as I am not a coffee drinker. Parking was bad due to conventions going on. Have limited mobility and very b few handicap parking.

Spent a couple nights here visiting Stratford for the first time .. about a 20 Minute walk to the downtown area. Or a few minute drive. Hotel is very nice clean large restaurant and lobby bar inside . Our room was a suite large had two closets large bathroom with a jetted tub and shower a wet bar fridge microwave. Sitting area with a fireplace.. large TV bed was a queen would of like to have a king bed . Pool was ok had a hot tub as well. Free parking and coffee . Breakfast wasn’t included. A very nice hotel in Stratford.

Just a big thank you to Nora in dining room waitress. She goes above and beyond . We need more people like Nora in this world.

Shower had an intermittent problem with keeping a consistent water temperature. There would be hot water, then only cold water. You needed to wait 1-2 mins for the hot water to return.

I did not like how the hotel room smelled. Also the carpet had not been vacuumed properly you could still see a popcorn kernel from the person that stayed in the room before us. As well we did not have enough towels. It did not seem to be worth the price I paid .

I would greatly appreciate a DC fast charger for my electric vehicle which is not a Tesla. I had to venture down the road to charge my car, and therefore had a meal at a nearby restaurant rather than being able to enjoy the dining room or other amenities of the hotel while charging my car on-site.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations, but it was the staff that made the experience really stand out.

Was disappointed in food. Nothing special about it and had to pay for it. The same food you would get at some hotels for free.

The toilet was way too low to the floor and no bar next to it. Tub was great with bars all around.
