Everything at this property was excellent. Staff is over the top; they are not fluid in English, but they try their best. All staff there was exceptional!! also the spa staff; that service is incredibly well done. The property is beautiful and the room we booked was fantastic. I loved this place. Is a little far from the turistic area, but nothing you cannot control.

Room was upgraded but wasn’t really an upgrade. We had a king suite with balcony. Was moved to a smaller room without balcony. Hotel is nice but it’s really out of the way so we paid way more for taxis going to excursions.

We can understand how this hotel has awards. Two young ladies working there called, Nitufer and Yazel were amazing. The hotel did not work us for us but these young ladies were just outstanding. They went far beyond what was required. They were professional, polite, caring. They kept looking for what was required, and as a result the trip was a massive success. The owners of this hotel should understand how great these two ladies are for their hotel. This is why the hotel has awards because of these two special people. Thanks you ladies.

We had an amazing experience. Everyone was very courteous and friendly. The view from the hotel was breathtaking. The rooms were so comfortable. A special thanks to Ms Dilek for giving us a wonderful massage. One of the best massages I have ever had . A big thank you to the hotel for giving us a wonderful experience!

It might appear to be just a building from outside but it has exclusive cave rooms with personal pool and sauna. The staff at the reception & at the restaurant, welcoming. The breakfast had live local bread preparation and a decent spread. We also enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant In the evening. The staff has a beautiful way to say good bye by throwing water behind You, indicative of wishing you well for future journey. We loved the place , would do a detail reel soon on insta, don’t miss to follow us.

We spent a month travelling through Turkey and this has been by far the most prestigious hotel that we have ever been to. The Premium room with jacuzzi was spacious and stylish with amazing architecture. From the moment we arrived the welcome was great. Nilufer, Ahmed and Mustapha were most hospitable and also not forgetting everyone else in the hotel. Their service is amazing and good value for your money. This would be my best and only choice of hotel when visiting Cappadocia.

Our travel agency tripexpert travel recommended this hotel to us. The spa was amazing and the view from the hotel had these amazing caves right in front of the entrance. The hammam was brilliant, made all our worries and tiredness go away. The ladies doing the massage were very good and professional. Will surely come back on our next visit.

This is by far the most beautiful hotel that I have ever been to in my entire life. The room, the service and especially the hospitality is A+ . Their customer service is just amazing and I have never received such respect and such service of this kind at any hotel. I would recommend this hotel to every traveler that’s visiting cappadocia. Besides the customer service , their rooms are so beautiful and modern yet still turkish traditional style. We stayed in premium cave suit and its so beautiful. I love this hotel and will definitely return again!

Loved this hotel! From the moment you walk in, you know you’re going to be in for a treat! We stayed in the Afrodit room and it was the most beautiful, unique room we have ever stayed in. The room has its own private pool and they gave us a bottle of champagne and tray full of goodies upon arrival. The staff was very friendly and allowed us a late check out since our flight was leaving in the evening. Special thanks to Zeynep, Yazel, Nusret, Fahim, Nulifer, and Sebnem for taking great care of us during our stay.

We had booked this hotel because on the pictures of a hotel you thought you will see the baloons from the terace , when you come to the hotel: 1.The Location is really bed - you are looking to autoban from the window and is 20min away by car from the Goreme where you want to be if you want to have the best views of sunrise and balloons- that is why you go to Cappadocia 2. We paid for 2 nights, but the same night we came we wanted not to stay there, so we only slept there for a night- because we really didnt liked the location 3. We booked another appartment in Goreme(where you need to be if u want to see beautiful Cappadocia) and politely asked if they can return our money for at least one night- ofcourse they did not 4. I dont know how it is illegal to have rates of location so high and pics from the views on balloons on their page( you only see autoban from the window) 5. When we came to Goreme a lot of people told us, that they made the same mistake and they do not give you your money back ( and a hotel is expensive) 6. Sauna area is really beautiful probably because of that the price is so high, but you can only use it for 30mins and funny cause it wasnt even working 7. Rooms are really beautiful but on wrong location 8. They need to say on their page that location is awful and that if u made a mistake they wont give you money back even though you stayed there for only 12 hours and you paid for 2 days

Sehr schönes Hotel nur zu Empfehlen

We expected way more from this hotel than what we received. Firstly the floors were dirty and the toilet was leaking water onto the floor for our entire stay. We had the jetted bath in the room and every time we used it a FOUL smell came from the sink, the plumbing is so badly done. The “special” rooms are just cheap luxury. AND they are NOT sound proof like they advertise. We could hear entire conversations from the room next to us. The location was also inconvenient, the hotel is about 20 minutes away from all the main attractions of Cappadocia. Overall, don’t waste your money on cheap luxury. We stayed at a smaller hotel in the main city for our last night and we loved it, and it was half the price.

The best aspect of this hotel was the staff. My brother and I had a 2 night stay and enjoyed our experience. The hotel were very accommodating to any of our requests, including unusual requests such as sourcing particular charging cables and changing rooms. Breakfast buffet was nice and hamam was great fun. Zaynep was our very good humoured receptionist who we kept very busy! Many thanks to all of the staff. I will return your charging cable next time I visit!

Very clean and tidy hotel!!! All the facilities are excellent. We booked the honeymoon cave suite and they made us free upgrade in a cave suite with jacuzzi. The breakfast is amazing with a big variety and the restaurant has typical Turkish recipes. The hotel is a little far away from Goreme and Navsehir (the capital city of the region) but it wasn’t a big problem. It offers free minibus from and to Navsehir and if you would like to go to Goreme tell to the reception to call a taxi. The price from/to Goreme approximately is 12-15€ per way.The best thing of the hotel is the staff, very polite, smiley and friendly. Thanks a lot to all of them and especially to Firdes (reception), Muhip (restaurant) and the gentleman at the breakfast.

The location is not good and too far

From check in to check out the stay was wonderful. We stayed in the stan room with its own pool and sauna. It was beyond amazing. The decor of the room (for anniversary) was a nice touch. The entire hotel was so gorgeous, i couldnt stop taking pictures. Room service was fast and delicious. We were gifted champagne on arrival and a beautiful gift box with snack on departure. I would definitely stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff and great room

The staff were so kind and helpful. They helped and fulfilled all our requests. The room was amazing!

We used the spa service for massage and Hammam. The ladies providing the service cannot speak English at all. They were also very rude. Highly recommend translator or some staff who can speak English. We were not told swim caps mandatory in the pool, they charged us 20 lira for each cap. Although check in time was 2pm they made us wait till 4 to get us checked in. Hotel and rooms were good. Staff at dining area, very good.

Stuff were great and looked after us as a vip

Very well managed. The staff is super nice and provided the best hospitality. My girlfriend and I stayed for three nights. The hotel is a little away from the center of the action in Göreme but so worth it. We love starting our day with breakfast in the beautiful hotel and used all the accessible amenities, our favorite was definitely the spa following with the pool!!! Perfect time for couples.

Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden. Es war alles super und perfekt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Eine familiäre Atmosphäre mit Charm. Wir werden wieder kommen ! Das Frühstück war mehr als perfekt ! Echt Hammer, sehr große Auswahl und teilweise aus eigenem Anbau / Garten. Und vielen Dank für das Zimmerupgrade. Eine sehr schöne Welness / SPA-Anlage. Die Massage dort kann ich dort nur empfehlen. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Kapadokya Hill Hotel & Spa offers an amazing stay for those who are in search of a unique vacation in Cappadocia. Premium Cave Suite we stayed at was spacious, comfortable and quiet. The staff were incredible friendly, helpful and responsive to all our requests including last minute booking requests for activities. Food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. I would absolutely recommend Kapadokya Hill Hotel & Spa to all travelers.

Very nice hotel, Gore is close to Goreme without the hustle and noise. You must be driving though, in order to reach all the sites. Excellent breakfast.

Brilliant and amazing stay!! Reception team were fantastic and helped us as much as they could! Massage was great! Restaurant staff were good too!! No complaints! Was a nice relaxed stay!! Room was fantastic- especially the jet bath! Loved the photo statues outside! Would stay again if we’re ever back!!

The dinners were below standard

The staff were very good and friendly, they attended to all our needs. They booked taxi transfer from the airport to the hotel, and also booked activities for us. The driver he appointed us, Mr Ramazan, was an amazing guy. He showed us all around Cappadocia and treated us like family. The hotel is amazing in terms of their suites, very unique and amazing Cave Hotel.

Hotel was amazing. It’s Very quiet area. Breakfast is fabulous. I stayed with my family but I would suggest more couple to stay here . Amazing staff, great service, I would definitely come back here again. Thanks for everything guys.

What an amazing place! Stayed in the Harem Suite. Worth every dollar. The hotel has a nice vibe. Great staff and great service. The food is wonderful. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in throughout my time traveling the world. The service was exceptional and the staff were super nice and professional. When I made a request for a room upgrade, zeynep was able to provide me with the best room available at no extra cost. I highly recommend this place and I would definitely return to this hotel next time I am Kapadokya.

The area and argup cities view and city life is fantastic

The service was excellent!! Everything in the hotel it’s perfect . They have top notch restaurants. Price are reasonable. You must try out there spa! There was nothing better than long day and getting massage. There room were pure level of art!! Only complaint it’s that the room were little humid , I don’t know if it’s from the rock.

This is a fabulous hotel. Nice, fresh, culturally relevant decor. Many services available. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I got the impression that they would find a way to do pretty much anything we wanted to try. We especially enjoyed the spa and the pool. The food was exceptional. Breakfast was a very nice buffet with good variety and local charm, including a woman making fresh gozleme to order. The restaurant menu also had many local specialties and everything tasted great. We enjoy learning new languages when we travel, and the whole staff joined in to help us out. It felt like they had as much fun as we did. We would definitely recommend this as a place for a leisurely vacation and suitable for anyone who wants to combine sightseeing with a little bit of pampering thrown in on the side.

The room was excellent other than a leak in the ceiling and the overall moisture in the cave that left our clothes damp overnight. The staff, in particular Luna and Enes were very helpful. They were very friendly, welcoming and added an overall warmth to our stay.

I don’t even know where to start!!! This property is by far one of the best hotel my wife & I have stayed throughout our travel. We’ve never seen anything like it. The rooms were out of this world. The staffs are great, they cater to all of our needs. One of the hotel staff Dolunay added the cherry on the ice cream. She was so good to us and went above and beyond to ensure our trip to Cappadocia was a very memorable one. To the hotel manager, Dolunay deserves a raise she’s the best!!! Thank you Hill hotel & spa for taking good care of us 🙏🙏🙏.

Had an amazing stay. There was a miscommunication on the VIP upgrade however Dolunay, Sedef and Bossan were very kind and helpful and immediately helped me to change rooms. I was lucky enough to upgrade to the Queen Suite and Oh.My.GOODNESS! It was lovely. Breakfast was great and the service from staff was probably the most genuine I have witnessed. I hope to be able to come again in the summer. I really enjoyed my stay.

The hotel refused to upgrade our room even though they had available room immediately adjacent to ours. When we insisted, the hotel sent Expedia a mail Cancelling our reservation, claiming they had reservation problems while we had already checked-in the room, and the reservation was done and paid for more than a month in advance. They only offered tea and artificial juice during breakfast, and charged additional for regular coffee. The Hotel and services are way over priced and comparable to a 3-star hotel at Best.

Great place and service 👌😊

I would not recommend staying here. While it lists the shuttle and gym as amenities not available during covid, it does not list the pool as being closed. We arrived to be told we could not use it. They also list having a terrace, they do not. The only place you can walk to from the hotel is a gas station and your view is of a road. For these reasons we decided to move to Anatolian Houses in Goreme (highly recommend). Our reservation was nonrefundable so we still paid for the room. The next day we contacted them to book services at the spa, but were told the spa is only for guests. We informed them we had paid for a room for 2 nights so technically we were still guests (we just weren't using the room we paid for); they refused. Had we been allowed to use the facilities I would not have asked for a refund, but considering I was not allowed to pay for spa treatments I believe I am entitled to a full refund, but they are refusing. Beware! This hotel does not offer what it advertises.

Hotel is located middle of nowhere everywhere you go you need transportation, Upon arrival at first sight hotel doors was closed looked creepy abandoned. We were greeted right by the hotel staff but our second day there was no hot water to take shower after repeatedly calling the reception they couldn't fix the problem we had to switch the room which was really inconvenient after we unpack. The problem was if someone takes a long shower there isn't enough hot water for the second room to use They turned down the hot water temperature to save money which is not acceptable. We had to move in to the other room. On the second or third day While I was working in my room all of a sudden I started sneezing. I notice there was concrete dust coming under my door from the hallway. I open the door and right across from me there was unfinished room and two lady trying to sweep the concrete dust and their door was wide open all that dust ended up in my room. I called the complain they put a towel under my front door it is priceless I guess. Well if you going to eat there don't order cold sandwich you will get half of loaf of bread instead of sandwich bread inside is some cheese and tomato. I was there to spend my honeymoon thanks God my wife was pation so we didn't let hotel we were staying to ruin it for us. I would rate this hotel is one star. Staff was nice but I belive hotel manager and the owner is the problem they have no idea how to run a hotel. This place way overrated.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms suitable for couple no kids. Best with a rented car, location is a bit remote. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will probably go there again

We are as couple has visited many hotel accross the world and has many things, we stayed there for 2 nights in premium caves suit, what a great experience and what a lovely service from hotel staff espacially from Bushra and Hakan, extremely helpful, it is one of the best cave hotel i have seen in kapodokya, 20 minutes away from main attarctions, the food in the hotel and breakfast was perfect, must mention that honey and butter. I would recommend to everyone.

It's a nice hotel but overall we didn't have as great an experience as the hotels in Goreme. Didn't have time in our short stay to try the pool & spa facilities but it looked very nice. The room was a bit stuffy & felt poorly ventilated without running the dehumidifier unit, hard to take a shower without drenching the rest of the bathroom floor, they didn't have any water bottles except in the minibar & didn't have a pleasant experience in the restaurant below.

I like the design of the hotel and its location is quite and calm.

Excellent service and amenities, we recommend! Just remember to bring a bathing cap for using the swimming pool.
