Decent stay. Couple of incidences that you don’t expect - no water in the bathroom one morning - average breakfast buffet (dosa was good though) - a/c not so effective.

Home from Home! We had an amazing stay at the Renaissance Lucknow. The staff were super friendly and made our trip memorable. The reception Girls - Shreya and Gulafsha - everything we needed got sorted instantly. The restaurant/breakfast team - Rahul, Swat and especially Shaksham - your information , with your local knowledge we found all the shops, bazars and markets we didn't know existed. So far our best stay in India. Thank you , Thank you , Thank you soo much.

Its a ok 5 Star in a prime location. There are better places out there however this one will do the work.

Decent hotel, nothing more, for the price. It is not really a 5 star hotel, but good at 4 stars. Not sure who gives the awards stars. Heat did not work in the room (air con did, but it was cold), the mini-refrigerator did not work. The same day laundry was ready at the end of the next day, so glad we didn't have to check out that day. A lot of the food was too salty, not as bad as India overall, but not 5 star quality at all.

Great modern property with fabulous views of the Gomti River and Ambedkar park. The rooms were super clean and updated and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

I enjoyed the workers from the dinning room, to the roof top and my room. I felt like I was home surrounded by family.

Smart, tidy property in a superb location. Staff are very attentive. Rooms are clean, the restaurant on the top floor has a good dejection of food. Papu Singh deserves a mention, a very charismatic helpful young man. Overall a very good experience and nothing negative.

wonderful property and beautifully located. However the checkin was very time taking and delayed. inspite of being a member of the Marriot payment was taken upfront at the time of checkin which was totally un called for

The property is located in an interesting part of the city but close to government offices and other sites. It’s clean and modern with very good staff and service. Only issue is that the room doors close automatically and basically slam shut very loudly which is disturbing. Many guests don’t seem to care about annoying others. Perhaps the hotel can do something about that.

The hotel served is very bad quality food in their buffet dinner which was priced at 3600+ for two people. The dinner was cold , most dishes were empty and no one to attend personally to advise on availability of food. Disappointed thoroughly. The pool lounge was flithy in the morning. Worst experience.

I had a two day stay and found the location very close to all famous places. Room size and quality was exceptionally good for the value. All modern features were available. Receptionist Marya was so good in her job. Will love to come back.

It was an awesome stay in modern Renaissance Hotel. Excellent location and friendly staff. Specially Front Office Manager Syed Faizan Naqvi is very cooperative in accommodating guest needs and requirements. Appreciate his assistance in making my stay pleasurable. Room is tidy and 5/5 rank. Housekeeping staff was eager to assist. While taking breakfast I forgot my spects and Malayja gave it back to me. Breakfast selection was wide variety with western and Indian cuisines. All together highly recommend this property to stay.

One should try the galouti kebabs at the hotel’s restaurant, they are excellent.

Arrived at 11.30. Swiftly brought to my room. I have booked a non-smoking room, by the person next to my room is smoking and shouting. I complained to the front office and they send a flunky to my room, who has no idea hwo to handle this issue, ie, of the man smoking and shouting. Not staying again here. This is a glorified 5 Star hotel, which has no idea how to look after its regular guests. I rather go back to the Taj once again. Bad choice.

I take full time car from the hotel from airport pickup till airport drop off and driver Mr. Ram was excellent in behaviour and service and car was extremely clean. Food in the hotel was excellent and room was also very good. The overall all staff was excellent.

It was incredible. Best hotel in Lucknow. We switched from a really bad hotel to the Renaissance and they did not disappoint. We cannot say enough amazing things about it. Room was clean and modern with amazing bed and linens, service exceptional, breakfast so abundant, and the staff so accommodating. Easy to grab an Uber. Don’t stay anywhere else in Lucknow or you will be disappointed. This is the best place we found!

1. Check in Time 3 PM where as check out time is 12 noon. It is not covering 23 hours. Not satisfied with the given time. 2. Bathtub not available. 3. Water not getting drained inside the bathroom which is coming out side the bathroom. Required doormat.

Hotel is very good but food quality and test is not according to hotel

Everything about the hotel is excellent. Highly recommended. Its a good experience. Good locality. There is a mall just next to the hotel. The only issue is that the lower floor park view rooms actually do not have park view and have trees in front. So if you are taking a park view room ensure to request for a higher room only else your extra money for the park view will be a waste.
