To offer coffee sachets is really pathetic if you take into consideration the price I paid for the room. I expected at least a basic Nespresso coffee machine with pods.

the room was spacious.

The room was not well cleaned. the bath tub had hair or fur in it. i requested an iron from reception. it took 15min to get to me and then the iron didn't work. the condition of the room is poor. the corners of the shower weren't clean. the room had a funny smell.

1. Wifi is very unstable. Not recommended for someone who travels for work and needs internet/wifi. 2. Breakfast was acceptable, except that they do not provide butter with the breakfast if you are having your breakfast in the room.

They can maybe just have a little fridge in the room for cold water and some of the rooms breakfast was included and some not like our room but paid little bit more

The restaurant at the property is called Smiles, which lives up to it's name. All service staff, from room cleaners, to front desk receptionists, gardners, waiters all had beautiful, welcoming smiles and energy throughout the stay. The bedroom was really spacious and comfortable. The bed itself was very comfortable and clean. Staff went over and beyond to make sure that my 1 year old was comfortable, ensuring that a cot was setup ahead of checking in, having a high chair ready for meals and ensuring that dinner was ready exactly the time that my baby needs to eat dinner. The chefs also catered for my special meal requirements, which was fantastic. I also had a massage at the spa, which was very relaxing.

Wifi was poor in my room, even after they brought an extender.

It wasn't busy on the Sunday afternoon and the restaurant closed early, which we were not informed of. We had to make an alternative plan for dinner.

Beds were extremly Hard - Not so fond of the open bathroom facitlites especially when travelling with family . Breakfast for day 2 was reheated day 1 food .

We enjoyed everything, beautiful, clean, and spacious rooms. There's lots to be done, especially by the kids. They also loved the buffet.

No pizza is served on Saturdays. We had to change the TV manually, the remote batteries were dead.

The room was very comfortable and staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The bathroom light was annoying kept going on and off when we used it.

The check-in was the highlight. The guy waited for us until 1am in the morning, everything was ready no need to recapture any of our details it was populated and all we had to do was sign. He was so patient and calm, great client service. We also loved the view from our room , the balcony is just amazing.

The room is absolutely lovely. The staff are friendly, location perfect. Excellent for families. And they prepared the cot and everything for our baby perfectly

They turn the private plunge pool off to save power , so it wasn’t heated when we wanted to use it and it took a while to heat up - which is a shame as you pay specifically for that room and that service. The telephone in the room wasn’t connected so we had to walk over to the restaurant/reception all the time. It is a bit close to the freeway so you hear cars, not a train smach but worth noting.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good clean facilities and good activities for kids.

The half-Board option was misleading. Breakfast was excellent, but the dinner is just ordering from the normal restaurant menu and you get a R600 Voucher for food only. It would be more economical to to book the Breakfast only option and just pay for my meals at the restaurant. Also the bathroom light works on a motion sensor a.d switches off automatically after 10 seconds, then you have to move again! I don't mind the automatic light, but 10 seconds is ridiculous, you have to end up waving your hands every 10 seconds just to keep the light on to use the bathroom.

Though the restaurant seems very formal, they cater amazingly to kids. Getting out chalk and entertaining them. Staff are super friendly. Kids love dthe stay, the staff and the easter egg hunt

1. toilet system was disturbing during sleep 2. Shower was not draining water well 3. Our bed was not a queen bed but 2 3/4 beds combined, that was a turn off

Television in the room was very bad. The WIFI could improve.

The breakfast was delicious 😋😋😋😋. Happy with the location didn't walk too much to get to the dining hall. Everything was organised.

The shower drainage was not up to standard the water was coming out slow.

Everything about the place. The river view, The location, child friendly The food (we had dinner and breakfast and both were so good). The place looked exactly as the pictures

The weather 😅. It was a raining weekend so had to spend most of the time indoors. Oh and leaving was a mission felt like extending our stay

From reception to breakfast, we were met with friendliness, polite and very helpful staff. The place is clean and spacious. I will come again

Area a bit noisy in the morning not sure from helicopter or what but the was a load sound in the morning, but venue was clean staff friendly and food delicious 10/10

Breakfast was very nice, served on time, and offered a good variety of both hot and cold options. The bathroom was clean and neat, with toiletries provided, and there was always sufficient toilet paper available. Clean sheets were provided daily, and the room was cleaned every day.
