Kurig didnt work . Price a bit high for the room

They offered no refunds weeks before when I tried to cancel be use my plans had to change. I’ll Never stay there every other hotel I had to cancel refunded no problem. Buyer beware

I booked on booking.com as online it said no rooms available.because of that I didn't get senior discount and wasn't asked if I had ama therefore I missed out and front desk couldn't give me the discounts.not cool Tv only had 1 channel .front desk tried to rectify but unable.4 days with 3 kids stuck inside due to rain and no TV.also fridge was not cold enough to use.felt like not even plugged in. Whether I booked on booking.com or over phone it should not matter and I feel I should be accommodated with full discounts either way. I enjoy staying there as I did stay before but won't return if I cant get proper discounts owed to me.

Clean and comfortable

Breakfast was disappointing. Only two tables for the whole hotel? No fruit or hot choices.

Bed sheet to cover mattress kept coming off. There was no elastic left in it. One bed was so close to wall that I had a hard time getting out and had to scoot sideways until reached end of bed to go to washroom. We had to carry keurig coffee pot and accessories over to table to access a plug in. Several nicks and gouges on the wall in our room that needed to be poly filled, sanded and painted. Curtains were falling off the hooks and were difficult to close.

The location was good. The breakfast was pretty lean.

The sink was extremely slow to drain and the shower mechanism was about ready to fall off.

Staff were friendly .

Room was not very clean, toilet was leaking.

There were ants in the room, mold on the shower ceiling, fan in the bathroom didn't work, curtains didn't close all the way, security deposit was almost as much as the room fee, and toilet would constantly run. Not a great experience.

No variety at breakfast. Very slow front desk personel, no housekeeping to clean my room during my 5 day stay. Very disappointing.

How often my room was cleaned. At no time did I tell front desk to not clean my room. Not happy with front desk staff, could be friendlier.

It’s a bit outdated.

We did not enjoy anything about this property. We were looking for an inexpensive place to simply sleep and meet basic hygiene needs, and this place was completely unable to provide even that. Not one outlet in our room worked, the entire place (including our room) smelled like cigarette smoke, and the fridge in our room did not work-we had a long day and bought ourselves dinner before arriving at this place. We paid over $50 for a good meal, thinking we could store the leftovers for the next day, since the room came with a fridge. That was our mistake, because not one outlet worked and the fridge didn’t work. We ended up moving the fridge all over the room to different outlets and it didn’t work at all. We are wedding coordinators (on the side-we have other full time employment) and this spoiled the food we had for the next day, so we had to replace it. As a wedding coordinator, nothing is more important than our phones to communicate throughout the day, but we couldn’t charge them because the outlets didn’t work. We brought these problems up to the front desk person the next morning and she told us it “wasn’t her problem because we booked the room online” I was very upset and told her to have a manager call us, as we were wedding coordinators and needed to leave immediately. Nobody has contacted me and she was beyond rude. We didn’t have charged phones, we couldn’t make a coffee, and we ended up being late to our job because we didn’t realize our phones weren’t charging (they started off charging and stopped shortly after we fell asleep), and it was honestly in my nearly 36 years on this planet (and I have travelled the world to many places, including China, Africa, Australia, Gibraltar, Mexico, all over the states, England, and so much more) the worst experience I have EVER had staying somewhere. Do NOT waste your money. We went in expecting nothing but bare necessities and somehow didn’t even get those……

Ground floor was a bit noisy from others in parking lot a few times.

Great value for my money. Clean. Staff very nice. I loved the kitchenette for guest use, where the continental breakfast is. Its a great location, plenty of parking. Charming little place.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was toast, bagels, cereal, muffins, yogurt, milk, juice. It was great! The tiny dining area was so cute 🥰 it didn’t fit more than 6 people but it was cute and well decorated.

We expected a little more from the breakfast but adjusted and it worked well.

Large room and quiet. Close to restaurants and major roads.

Room heater worked but could not get a consistent tempetature. Bit noisy when running also. Could not find electric plug in were coffee maker was. Maybe I am blind. Had to move other part of room.

Very welcoming friendly staff. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Beds are actually REALLY comfy. Always get a great night's rest. Excellent pricing for a very good hotel. Definitely recommend!

Staff very pleasant.

Previous guests set alarm clock for 5:30am and left it on. Perhaps it could be something that housekeeping checks when cleaning.

The room had a very unpleasant smell and we we forced to spray it with air freshener. The wi-fi was unavailable for entire stay The smoking area trash can was overflowing The fridge was not clean The bathtub was not cleaned very well

I've stayed several times and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Rooms are like standard hotel rooms so no surprises when entering the room.

The office was not marked looked just like a door no office sign.We drove around the building looking for the entrance.

Expedia website stated microwave and fridge; no microwave and fridge did not work properly. Air conditioner very noisy. Breakfast very basic.

We had a short stay here, but it was just what we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. And it is pet-friendly, which was helpful for us.

It was a misleading picture of the property which was made to look like it was a nice place, so nothing was liked of the over priced and very noisy place.

It was dirty noisy and no breakfast it was just snacks but they called it a continental breakfast, the muffins were 2 bite tiny or cereal that was at the very top of the stairs and only 2 tables. It was over priced and room was dirty.

Property looked like it was abandoned as weeds were every where

Air conditioner did’t work and staff attempted to fix it. They brought in a window conditioner, which had to be vented to the outside…so the window had to be left open. The unit was very loud. We were moved the next morning, and the dog fee was removed from that night. Thank you.

Bed was very comfortable, but I was a little shocked that there was no phone, alarm clock or microwave in the room. Front lobby was incredibly smokey smelling, which was off-putting with a toddler in tow.

For 3 day stay, room not cleaned,after complaint cleaning staff gone. No Microwve,AC system horrible,loud and infiltrates from neighbor rooms. Brkfst minimal. WiFi down 1/2 of visit. Expensive

The Hotel was great except because of so much rain the grass was not cut

The guy who checked us in was very nice funny made my stay great explain the continental breakfast said where room was etc.. Our room was spacious, clean beds, comfy beds, and pillows. N

Situated in the town of Okotoks but a bit too far from Calgary with no public transport links. We used taxis and Uber. We found the nearest C train station Somerset Bridlewood and then we transferred to Uber. Taxi from the Econo Lodge to Calgary was £50. The hotel is close to a cargo train line so there were a few blasts of the whistle early mornings, otherwise the hotel was quiet. The room service only comes in when you request it at reception. Great free breakfasts, cereals, bagels, toast all stocked up regularly. Dennys is across the road which was very handy. Okotoks is a lovely town with some lovely shops and cafes.

Hotel property outside needed cleaning up weeds ect

Front desk staff was very good. Property has minor upgrades and is reasonably clean but still smells of cigarettes. Price is far too high for this level of property.

If i had to reveiw i would say it is clean but basic living. What i found was the mattress was very hard to sleep on, i dont usually complain but this time i have to. You have to ask for room service like towels. I dont travel that often so i dont know jf that is the norm. All and all fairly good stay.

When we arrive, a guest was smoking about a meter away from the entrance which did not gave much of a positive impression.

It was okay. Would be nice to have some waffles, eggs or fruit. Pretty tiny room to sit. It was clean though and set up nice. Enjoyed a toasted bagel.

Loved the breakfast and breakfast area. The breakfast nook was kept tidy and restocked during breakfast.
