Amazing location. What you get is really good for the price.

The room is really small. The bed isn’t comfortable at all. We got a really bad toilet seat that need to be replaced a long time ago!! It wasn’t appropriate to use. They can improve on the cleaning

Air conditioning blows directly onto the bed, it cannot be adjusted, there is no service at all, not even coffee, the toilet seat is disgusting. It was supposed to be a deluxe room but had nothing to do with either deluxe or the photos on Booking. I do not recommend.

Tiny room, bed in a corner, disgusting old stained chipped discoloured toilet seat. Big old style key fob with after hours access fob on it so had to carry this around with me. Not practical.

馬桶水沖完好像有些灰灰的，看起來髒髒的，若二人入住希望可以有二把鑰匙和門禁磁扣，因為我媽媽需要提早休息 ，但我又愛逛，這樣才能分開行動

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft. Trotz keinem Parkplatz konnten wir unsere 3 Motorräder auf dem Grundstück unterbringen. Kleines Imbissangebot und Kaffe/Tee inklusive zum selbermachen. Unser Gepäck durften wir während unserer 10tägigen Motorradrundfahrt dort sicher aufbewahren. Vielen lieben Dank

I was honestly surprised at how good it was. A corner of the old city I didn't know before but I loved it. The rooms and facilities were really nice. Great value.

So lovely, perfect location in the old town on a quiet street but in 1 minute you can be in the thick of it!! Loved our stay!!❤️❤️

The rooms are tiny, it can be a bit deceiving with the advertised photos. Beds are also very small and mattresses are extremely hard (to the extreme, like it was not a mattress at all). Be aware when booking. Otherwise, the room was very clean and staff was friendly

Friendly staff – I arrived early in the morning, and a big shout-out to Fei at the front desk for waiting for me at 2 AM. Markets, 7-Eleven, and cafes are all close by, everything is super convenient!

Excellent location. Superb staff. Made us very comfortable and welcome. Lots of restaraunts close by. 7/11 and other shops also close by. Easy to walk around the inner city, follow the wall and moat for a different view of the city. Lots of Temples to see, please show respect. Recommendations: Guitar cafe and bar - all day Cha Malay - breakfast 8-12:30 vegan options. Closed Wednesday Lots more, just explore.

Beds very hard. Hotel not exactly as good looking as per pictures posted. But for the price and the quiet location it's fine.

Great location on the southern side of the old town, easy to walk everywhere with lots of heat cafes and restaurants nearby - Sunday market less than 10mins away. Very nicely decorated rooms, cosy and bed was comfy! Staff here are super friendly and always around should you need anything.

Good hospitality.

La resistenza storica con arredamenti del Novecento, dove vive ancora la famiglia proprietaria, insomma non è una struttura anonima. Non c'era possibilità di fare colazione ma metteva a disposizione una sala da pranzo con zona per fare caffe o tè Ottima la posizione.

De inrichting was wat ouderwetser, maar voor zo'n lage prijs gaan we daar niet over klagen. Alles wat we nodig hadden, was aanwezig.

I stayed at Huen Hug 3 weekends in a row, as I was doing remote volunteer work during the week. Huen Hug is in a great, safe neighborhood close to daily market, small cafes, restaurants and shops, including 7/11, Its a lovely family run business, and I felt like I was coming home each time I returned.

The staff were friendly an helpful. They let me choose between two rooms when I arrived, then let me change rooms when a light wasn't working in the room I had chosen. They left water and toilet paper at my door every day, which was a thoughtful surprise. The location was good, especially for the weekend markets. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay again. - I saw previous reviews mention breakfast, ice cream, packed lunches or other food services, but I didn't see any food services aside from free bananas. Not a bad thing, just something to be aware of. There is a shared kitchen you can use.

The hotel had the friendliest reception- really enthusiastic and welcoming. The room was clean and surprisingly quiet. The lobby has a kitchen area if you want to cook breakfast. They have a secure entry at night - you have to use your room key. Overall, a very nice, clean, simple and welcoming place.

Quiet side street location yet conveniently close to convenience stores, the morning market, and a night food market. The staff did not speak much English but were very helpful getting our luggage up and down the stairs to the rooms. We booked our stay without breakfast because we planned on sampling the offerings at the markets but there was a small freezer from which we could help ourselves to single-serve cups of ice cream! The rooms were clean and had a small fridge, kettle, and a small selection of coffee and tea. We’d stay here again!

Nice staff. Everything clean and tidy. It is within Chiang Mai's central square, so you can reach everything easily. Free fruit at the reception and water in the room. Good wifi. Very quiet at night.

Super friendly staff! they were very helpful and it is a great location. Walking distance to many of the places in Chiang Mai we wanted to go to. Provided water bottles to us each day.

The hotel is homey with great support from the manager and staff. It is local to good restaurants and wonderful street food. Its location in old city made is easy to walk around Chiang Mai for shopping, massages and meals. We were able to be picked up from the hotel for our planned excursions. The room was comfortable and included a refridgerator. Close to Saturday night market.

We really loved the location and helpful staff. Very comfortable. One block from the street market and Saturday Night market. Good restaurants nearby. Many coffee/tea shops. Quiet, but really close to the energy of Chiang Mai. Many good choices for massages. All in easy walking distance. Easy for tours to pick us up. Comfortable room and several comfortable common areas on firt floor.

Location is good. The staff is nice.

The room is furnished with wooden furniture, which is rather old but very classic. It’s quite dark at night, but during the day, it has good natural lighting, though the windows offer no view at all. The photos on the booking website make the room look much newer. Additionally, as mentioned by other guests, there are ants on the bed (likely due to the age of the building).

The location is great! Quiet also convenient to all spots.

No window screen, resulting in around 30 mosquito bites per night—absolutely insane! The balcony is purely decorative, inaccessible, and offers a poor view outside. The room is also quite small and overpriced.

The owner of the hotel help us with all the trips we make. She a was great person. She try to make every day a special day. Even if we go for a trip before kitchen opens (2 times) she make a picknick breakfast for us. Hotel is great and verry clean. Great location in the middle of the old town. I go back 100%.

Love the location in this corner of Old Town Chiang Mai... short walk to market, temples and to lots of good food and coffee places. The Kalm Arts and Textile Gallery nearby is beautiful. Hotel feels like a home... rooms a little small but very cozy and nicely designed. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Nice to use the little common kitchen area and tables for your own breakfast. Love the House Cat Khun Mok who watches over everyone that comes and goes. Highly recommend this place to enjoy Chiang Mai

A location that was ideal for me - well positioned for many superb restaurants and other facilities. Faces restaurant opposite was wonderful; excellent motor scooter rental 100 metres up the road; short walk to night time food market; wonderful friendly helpful staff!

Room was clean, shower was powerful, staff were lovely and carried our bags up to our room!

Bed was a bit too firm, more expensive than other similar hotels in the area.

The staff were so incredibly nice and friendly. Their four legged boss (a cat) kept the property safe and free of any other four legged intruders!! Amazing location, clean, easy check in and out. Sad we couldn’t stay for more than one night.

Mattresses were a bit hard, but we slept like babies anyway :)
