Clean, convenient for walks

The rooms were clean, but the carpet in the hallways are old and stained. They only provide hand towels for showers and the front desk staff were not very helpful

It was a good place to stay. It took me a couple of days to realize that water bottles were provided. They were in the small refrigerator in the room! Perfect for the hot weather!

Central location to food markets and local waterfalls

방컨디션을 좀더 좋게 청소부분 좀더 신경써주시고, 한 프론트에 엠호텔, 엠스테이 나누어져 있다보니 프론트직원분들이 서로 눈치게임하듯이 기본적인 공동응대를 안해주셔서 처음에 당황했네요. 그리고 체크인관련 전화통화시 응대반응이 퉁명스럽게 하셔서 기분이 좋지 않았습니다

좋았습니다

Beetje gedateerd hotel. Kamer bood voldoende maar niet overmatig ruimte voor 4 personen. Het aanbieden van 1 40x60cm handdoekje per persoon vind ik niet van deze tijd. Zwembad oogt op de plaatjes veel groter dan in werkelijkheid maar gaf wel verkoeling en plezier voor een 7-jarige.

タオルやカードキーなど人数分もらえないのが、不満です。

Clean, friendly and well-located. Location is perfect if you’re planning to visit spots like Cheonjiyeon Falls, Jeongbang Falls, and Olle Market. Everything is nearby - food, restaurants, etc. We got a room with 2 double beds, and it was spacious and comfortable bed. The hotel is dated and could use a little refresh, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

바닥이카펫이라서 비염때문에고생했어요 10층스윗트룸인데뷰가 공사장뷰 창밖에를한번도안나갔네요 공사가끝나면 한라산만 보이겠죠 나머지는좋았습니다

얼리 체크인 허용 안해준 것 빼고는 투숙하는 내내 만족스러웠습니다. 수영장도 크지는 않지만 깨끗하게 관리되어 즐겁게 이용할수 있었습미다. 서귀포 내 웬만힌 곳은 도보 나 버스 한번로 갈 수 있어 편안한 여행에 큰 도움이 되었네요.

地點佳，停車方便，步行就到市場，樓下有7-11也有很多餐廳，雙床房間平價舒適

I had a great experience staying at this hotel during my trip to Jeju Island. The location is one of its best features it’s situated in Seogwipo-si, close to many of the island’s top attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient. There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was a huge plus for getting around without needing a car. Whether you’re heading to waterfalls, local markets, or coastal walks, everything felt easily accessible. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic base for my Jeju adventure, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

It’s quite dated and the rooms smelt like cigarettes even thought all rooms were non smoking rooms. It definitely needed some cleaning and renovations but it’s good for a short stay.

적지만 위치가 괜찮아요 잠만 자는거라 가성비 좋은곳이네요

Lee Jung-seop Street and Maeil Olle Market are both within walking distance, and the hotel is close to Jeju Olle Trail Route 7. It’s clean, offers excellent value for money, and I’d likely stay here again.

방음이 다소 아쉬움 청소가 깨끗하지 않음

I think this hotel is good for solo or couple. But only parking area was not uncomfortable. It's not good because time waste for me. One of the merits for this hotel is close to the public market. I feel good sense for the Jeju Ole traditional market.

기본 시스템이 잘 되어 있고 이용하기가 편리했고 온수가 잘 나오고 서비스가 신속히 처리되는 점이 좋았습니다. 주차는 편의에 따라 내부, 외부 이용할 수가 있어요.

세월이 느껴지는 인테리어와 너무 더운데 에어컨도 안되고 선풍기대여도 안되고, 창문여니 담배냄새와 개짖는소리.. 카펫바닥은 청소기도 안돌리는지 먼지가 막 굴러다니고 저렴한데는 이유가있네요

3월 중순 눈내리는 날 보일러를 따뜻하게 올려주셔서 엄마가 엄청 좋아하셨어요 올래시장 걸어서 5분거리 넓은 숙소 모두 만족했어요

숙박하기엔 좋은 호텔입니다.

Hotel room is clean and spacious. It is near to shopping area and Seogwipo olle market is just few minutes walk. Food street is also near to hotel.

싸고 시설좋고 최고에요

海景房景色非常美，整體雖偏舊但住起來蠻舒服的，附近就有公車站很方便，離偶來市場也是走一下就到了。滿意，下次有機會會再次選擇。

최악이에요. 몸이 너무 간지러워서 처음엔 건조해서 그런가 했는데 나중에 알고보니 진드기 알레르기였어요. 타올, 침구 등 위생관리가 안되는 거 같고 바닥이 카펫인데 제대로 관리 안하는 듯. 너무 간지러워서 밤에 잠을 못 잘 지경이었어요. 두번 다시 안 갑니다.

매우 청결하고 관광지에로의 접근성이 좋으며 야외 주차장이 있어 아침이른 일정에 대처할 수 있어 좋았음. 티비 전원과 와이파이 등에 문제가 있어 서비스 요청 후 바로 해결 됨

가격대비 아주 만족합니다~^^

객실이 넓고 청결하게 관리되고 있어요. 다만 캐리어를 올려놓을 가구가 없어서 불편했어요.

Quelques éléments un peu défraîchis dans la chambre mais personnel très attentionné et gentil. Vous pouvez facilement accéder aux sites touristiques depuis cet emplacement.

체크인할 때 컴퓨터가 안되어서 대기할 땐 그냥 그랬는데 수학여행객이 와서 그런진 몰라도 정전이 2번정도 되는 호텔은 처음 겪어보네요. 위치같은건 괜찮은데 어찌보면 기본적인 시스템이 아쉬웠네요. 그리고 숙소 내 비데 작동을 안하더군요 참고하면 좋을거 같아요

1Fのカフェのアメリカーノもパンもほんとに美味しく次は毎朝カフェ利用にしようと思いました。 アメリカーノはほんとに美味しかったです 西帰浦に行く時はまたエムステイホテル利用しようと 思っています。清潔感も充分でした。

On most hotels one would expect to at least receive a nicely sized towel to use after your shower. That is not the case here. Furthermore, on our three night stay, our room was made up twice, and both the times the housekeeping had left our door unlocked and open, free for anyone who wished to enter our room and collect our belongings. And to top all of that off, one would expect that a hotel in a tropical destination with a pool would either have said pool free to use for its guests or at least clearly advertise that no, there is a 10 000 won fee per person per usage - something that we were told as we were getting in to the water. Just save yourself the trouble and stay elsewhere - you will be disappointed

같은 건물에 두개의 호텔이 있어서 순간 당황했어요. 주차장은 야외주차장이 시간에 상관없이 이용할수있어서 좋아요.

수영장 이용하려고 숙박을 했는데.... 생각보다 작고 샤워시설과 비치타올이 없어요 그늘막도 부족한 상태여서 전체적으로 좀 실망했어요 숙박만 보면 가성비가 좋고요 서귀포 올래시장이 바로 옆이라 위치는 좋네요 ^^;

저렴한 가격에 잘 묵었습니다.

작년에 갔던 엠스테이랑 똑같은 호텔이라 깜놀 이름만 다르네유ㅋㅋㅋ 도민들 사이에 수영장으로 유명한 호텔이라 방문했어요 수영장은 유료로 운영하는거에 비해 좀 아쉽네요 그래도 뷰도 좋고 올레시장 가깝고 방음도 나쁘지 않아요 사진 업로드가 안되네요ㅜ

櫃檯僅能用簡單的英文溝通，有附設機械車位，但半夜無法取車， 跟另一間飯店(M stay hotel) 共構，飯店整潔度普通，走路可到達西歸浦每日市場

제주도 다른 호텔보다 가격도 저렴하고 서귀포에 위치해서 올레시장도 가깝고 여러 관광지 돌아다니는데 좋습니다. 다음에 제주도에 방문할때 다시 방문하고 싶어요.

I didn’t like that you have to pay to use the pool.

Everything was good except the hotel room carpet was old and stains were everywhere. All the convenience were near. I would come back again.

가격대비 객실이넓고 편했다 .단점은 화장실 청소상태가 안좋다는것 인데 청소 문제보단 오래돼서 그런것 같다. 여행갈때 시내와 떨어진곳 교통 불편 한곳은 싨어 하는데 이호텔은 올레시장 앞에 있어 모든게 편했다

가격대비 아주 깔끔하고 다음에도 이용하고 싶은 곳입니다. 주변에 먹을거리 볼거리 등 아주 다양해서 좋았습니다.

숙박시설에 별도로 세탁할 수 있는 곳이 없으며, 외부의 24시 코인세탁실을 이용해야 함..

We booked the hotel for three nights but ended up only staying for one night. The hotel photos are not accurate. The hotel hallways had stains all over the floors, the room was dirty, and the view was a parking lot (not ocean view). It was very loud with a bunch of kids running around. The shower didn’t have consistent temperature. It would fluctuate between very hot and luke warm.

처음 받았던 방은 담배냄새가 너무 심해서 바꿔달라고 했습니다.바뀐방은 변기에서 물이 새더군요. 가격이 이만큼 싼곳이 없는게 장점이구요. 참 1층에 베이커리 빵들 맛있어요 아침에 나가면서 아침으로 항상 먹고 나갔습니다

이중섭거리에 위치하고 있어서 걸어서 저녁 먹으러가기 좋았어요. 학생들이 유스호스텔처럼 이용하는곳이네요. 학생들이 많아서 시끄러울까봐 걱정했는데 룸에서 시끄럽지는 않았어요. 하지만 오래된 숙소인지 테이블이 많이 낡아있고 침대 스프링이 상태가 좋지는 않아서 가격 만큼의 숙소였어요.

Generally had an excellent stay except the reception is not conversant in English but at least tried to use a translation software to communicate and a strict no early check-in.

너무 착한 가격으로 만족스러운 숙박을 했습니다. 시내에 위치해서 관광후 돌아와서 주변을 걸어다니며 구경하고 맛있는 거 먹기 좋았음.

숙소는 별 문제 없이 좋았습니다. 다만 아침 조식이 가격에 비해 조금 부족한 듯한 느낌을 받았습니다. 마치 스키장 단체식 느낌이 있었습니다.

Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, good sized room. I had city view room on level 9 where I could see snow covered mountains. Swimming pool was outdoor and closed for winter. Good location next to food streets and shopping. Check in was easy, very good customer service at check in and staff had fluent English.There is a convenience store on the street level of the hotel and a chicken restaurant.

가성비 최고입니다.

싱글2개에 더블1개라 세식구 편하게 잠은 잘 잤어요 주변 인프라는 말 할 필요없이 좋았구요 대신 코드가 다 아랫쪽에 있어서 충전할 물 끓일때마다 바닥에 앉아서 해야하는 불편함이있었고 환기시키려는데 창문이 너무 위험해서 아찔~! 조심해야겠더라구요 전기차충전소도 없고 타워주차장이라 승용 외에는 인근 공영주차장을 이용해야하는 번거로움이 있어 좀 그랬네요

We stayed here 2 nights in Dec. The room and bathroom were good sized and clean. We were on the 11 floor and had a view of the ocean. It was next to the pool and outdoor area but it was closed for the winter. There is an unusable balcony but you can open the door to get fresh air into the room. The room has lots of closet space, safe and refrigerator restocked with a couple of waters. The electric outlets in the room were not located in good locations (one was under the table and the other was in the bathroom.) The room had only one large towel so I had to ask the front desk for another one each day. The front desk didn’t speak much English. Parking is in the building in a parking elevator. The parking staff does not speak English so it took a while to understand what to do. Parking is open from 7am to midnight. The hotels location is about a 7 minute walk to Olle Market and the next door area with many restaurants and karaoke/drinking bars. There’s a 7-11 in the building which is convenient. Location is in the southern park of Jeju so you can visit the east and west very easily. Would stay here again as the price was very reasonable.

가격대비 흠잡을 곳이 없는 숙소였어요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

이곳에서 3일 묵었는데, 첫째 날은 잘 지냈습니다. 둘째 날에는 다른 객실에서 흡연을 했는지 담배 냄새가 조금 났습니다. 그런데 셋째 날은 담배 냄새가 심하게 나서 환기 시키기 위해 에어컨을 가동시키고 잠자리에 들렀습니다.

주변 볼거리가 많아서 좋아요~

Room is spacious, clean and quiet. Right smack on a food street with Korean BBQ, seafood and hot chicken restaurants. Seogwipo's Olle Market is a 5 minute walk; wharf is a pretty long 20 minute trudge down the hill. Bus number 600 is a 3 minute walk which takes you to Jeju Airport in 90 minutes.

가성비 호텔임은 알지민 방에서 냄새가 너무 많이 납니디.

올레시장 바로 옆이고 새섬산책도 가능하고 가족여행으로 좋았습니다.

Hôtel plus salé et mal isolé. Piscine petite et payante (du jamais vu dans un hôtel !)

Location is the best in Seoguipo. I loved going to Olle Market for most of our meals there. Alive Museum Jeju is only 25 min drive. My kids spent 45 min there and zoomed through the museum but it is a fun place take lots of pictures of your children.

It's close to waterfalls. In southern tip of Jeju. Was able to use it as base to climb Hallasan. Hallasan entrance is either a 30 minute or 60 minute taxi ride depending on the location of the trailhead. I paid 40 bucks to get to 60 minute trailhead by taxi. The hotel is economical. Prices per night averaged 40 to 50 bucks a night. My stay was in June. Bring your own toiletries. They only replenish water and towels. They have a bottle of shampoo and body wash in the shower. There are a few laundromats in the vicinity. The swimming pool was not in working order during my visit. They have a breakfast buffet for around 15 bucks. The cleanliness of the room was okay. Some reviews I read before booking the place had reviewers complaining about certain things, but I'd say that for the price, it's fine. If you want greeters bowing as you enter, try hotels near the Little Prince Museum near the west side of the island. We saw some upscale hotels there.

Must have had rash of towel theft—staff was rather skimpy on towel requests. Rooms were pretty spacious, but the pool was not open, much to our chagrin!

I thought overall it was a good place to stay. The only thing I wish was different was to be able to check-in earlier.
