Everything was perfect about the hotel. The staff was so friendly, especially to my one-year-old son. They gave us the best room in the hotel with a fantastic view of the beach. My family and I had a great time at Surf4You Residence. We'll definitely go back there again. Thank you, guys, for everything.

Hồ bơi trước biển khá thoải mái.

Cảm giác không được thoải mái lắm vì tiền phòng là tính theo đầu người nên sẽ bị hỏi rất kỹ là có bao nhiêu người ở trong phòng đó. Phòng nhiều chỗ cũng có con kiến 🐜 trong tủ quần áo cũng có con kiến. Nội thất trong phòng cũ và có một vài thứ đã rỉ sét.

Отель находится немного в отдалении от центра, место тихое. Рядом налево ручей Фей, фабрика рыбного соуса, есть неплохие кафешки. До рынка Хам Тьен полчаса пешком. Направо до рыбацкой деревни тоже полчаса пешком. Самое обидное - в августе очень грязное море. Это пластиковые пакеты, бутылки, стаканы, тряпки. Близость рыбацкой деревни и направление ветра тому виной. Говорят, что в сезон ветер меняется и грязь уносит от берега. В компенсацию этому есть очень хороший, чистый бассейн. Персонал следит за его чистотой. Наш номер был на втором этаже с красивым прямым видом на море. Кондиционер работал нормально. Имеется маленький холодильничек, чайник, сервиз на две персоны. Немного чая и кофе в пакетиках. Холодильник спрятан в тумбе из-за этого он сильно грелся, поэтому я снимал дверцу шкафчика, тогда он переставал работать непрерывно и отключался "передохнуть". Сантехника была в порядке, стильная, красивая, но напор воды в душевой слабоват. Вообще мебель, лежаки, постельное и др. довольно "уставшее". В сильный дождь крыша течет. Дождь был ночью и капало прямо на постель. Завтраки по меню хорошие. Девять вариантов. Не было в наличии только мексиканского. По просьбе, в дни раннего выезда на экскурсии, завтрак давали сухим пайком, состоящем из вареных яиц, тостов и апельсина (вместо апельсина хотелось бы, например, банан). По вечерам, несмотря на то что люди отдыхают на балконах, подсветку территории и освещение балкона выключает завхоз. В первый раз я попросил включить обратно, но в последующие дни он делал тоже самое. А вообще персонал приветливый. Убирали и меняли полотенца каждый день. Интернет работал без нареканий на всей территории. Хозяин добродушный. Умиляли хозяйские котики и собачки.

Alles in die Jahre gekommen. Pool war gut. Rezeption freundlich. Frühstück war ok. Straße und Strand sehr schmutzig.

The hotel itself was clean but everything around it was covered in trash.

Crew from the surf shop/rental was always ready to help and nice. Room service peolple were very nice too.

Wing Foil Rental Equipment was Up to date. Foil Mgr and Instructors Alexander and Alex were very professional and the equipment was an excellent value. Good Restaurant.

Die Anlage liegt gut am Meer und ist gepflegt. Surfen ist gut, Personal freundlich. Großes Aber: die Musik von 7:30 bis spät abends um 11 Uhr. Teils Karaoke des Besitzers der absolut unempfänglich für jegliche Beschwerde ist/war. Und das in einer Lautstärke die eine absolute Frechheit und Zumutung ist. Das war wirklich übel

Location to the ocean when tide was in. Pool was nice, breakfast and coffee was nice and good options. No room without breakfast. Kitchen to cook meals was why we stayed here - not many utensils. Bed was comfy and were pillows

The room was freshly painted but a bit tired looking (furniture (rusty) kitchen, bath towels, bathroom). Not as picture shows on booking.com. Robes are shown in pictures -this is not the case. When checking in the sheets smelt like they had been on bed for a white. You need a scooter to get to places as a bit far out. Staff friendly once you get to know them but not trained properly when checking in. Owners seem to Russian and if you are not Russian seem disinterested. For price unless you are not doing water sports or need a kitchen, best to stay other places. Beach at end toward fishing village full of rubbish. Other end of beach better

room was a bit noisy as there was a water pump cutting in and out all night. prices for windsurfer hire seemed a bit high compared to everything else in Vietnam

Very nice place with great breakfast. We enjoyed it very much. It was a great place to enjoy sun & pool.

The room was run down. Walls were falling apart fuzz balls behind headboard. Towels were stained, shower temperature goes from cold to hot then very hot, in the lowest setting. The property is right on the beach, with a nice pool but beach is dirty (that is for everyone regardless of where you stay.) Next door is a dumpsite. Eating facility is nice right by the beach.

Right on the beach, beach and pool views from my clean comfortable room. Nice bed linen, hot showers, choice of 4 breakfasts. Lovely pool, water sports lessons and equipment rental. Friendly, helpful staff, lots of dog lovers. Manager Anna knows cats and dogs and helped my golden when he was ill and recommended an excellent vet, many thanks.

Lovely clean and spacious room and bathroom. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and dinner menu with a bar overlooking the pool and beach. This closes at 7pm so we ordered a few drinks and sat there in peace and quiet, enjoying the view. Casual beach theme decoration.

A gem of a location right on the Mui Ne coastline. The room was large and airy with very comfortable beds and an attached kitchenette. Highly recommend this place. The pool was lovely too ☺️

The room was large and the view over the pool and sea were very nice. Furthermore the surfschool and instructor are very good and they have a lot of equipment available. The pool is very relaxing and clean, and is a real refresher after a day of activities.

Some personel is not very easy to communicate with and this makes it quite hard sometimes. Outside of the "high season" there is no option for dinner or drinks at the hotel later in the evening/night. Keep this in mind. Due to it not being "high season" the premises was cluttered (on the sides) with old furniture and building materials.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. It was awesome. Great food, staff was so caring and friendly and we are already planning to come back again. Thank you for everything!

We've chosen to stay at Surf4You because it's close to our friend's home, and it's a place that offers surfing lessons. Our boy has a 3-day surfing lesson with Phi from the hotel. Phi is a very experienced water sports coach who is very patient and gentle. We enjoy the lessons with him. Back to the hotel. Our room is facing direct to the sea, with very good view. The room is spacious and clean. Cleaning is done every morning, which is good to clean the sand we brought in the room the day before. Breakfast is another great experience. The restaurant is right next to the water. The menu offers selections, including Russian, Italian, Continental, and Vietnamese noodles. What an experience enjoying breakfast listening to the wave!

Shower water pressure is too low. Hot water is barely provided. We found two cockroaches in our room.

Toast not crunchy

We got locked in our room and had to yell for help from our balcony because there was. I phone in the room. We then watched the reception staff to proceed with their lunch before coming to help us. Restaurant staff were lovely, but reception not so much.

The service need to improve a bit and the breakfast is not really nice. Moreover its worth to stay. I really love the atmosphere there, will be back then.

Rooms cry for renovation - very, very used. Not worth the price. It's impossible to set proper water temperature under the shower. Cold or boiling hot. We had ants in the room that immediately took control over our luggage.

I liked my room, the pool view, location and the place was comfortable. The food was OK and staff were generally pleasant. but I have a few disappointments.

I didn't like the fact that when I asked how much the sand dunes tour was she said it was 600k for 4 us for private tour. I did think this was cheap. But I said thanks can I book for 4. Later I found out this was just for the taxi to the sand dunes. When we got there we had to pay a further 1.4 million. Of course this sounds more realistic. But I wish she has clarified that it was 600k for the taxi and then the tour is separate. I also didn't like the mini bar scam. I booked for myself, and my family booked another room separately. Neither of us touched the mini bar. At the end, I don't know how, maybe it was the cleaners, but they cleaned my room and then drunk from the mini bar and then asked me to pay for it. They did the same to my family. We both got charged for the mini bar that we didn't touch. I never touch the mini bar. I refused to pay, but my family just paid. But I think they do this to everyone so watch out.

The breakfast menu is really good and tasty. The location is awesome and we can find all the necessary things at one place.

Room furniture is old and need renovation. I found cockroach, other different insects and lizards in room. Need to take care of these things considering family.

Construction site. Nobody to greet us when we arrived - we spent 30 minutes in pouring rain looking for staff. Disappointed :)

Nice hotel right by the water, water full of rubbish so swam in the lovely pool. Very limited menu with mostly Russian food. A little out of the way to walk to places. Lovely and helpful receptionist.
