地理位置好，房子也比较大，景色优美很安静。

我们住2天，洗碗机清洁剂只给了1个，房间里洗发和沐浴露也只给1个。

Fantastische ligging. Prachtig om te wandelen, met de boot naar hallstat. Sowieso elke dag mooi uitzicht op het meer en de bergen. We waren met de trein, ook het station was goed bereikbaar.

The Sauna was Not working even we booked the bigger Chalet for the private sauna.

Piękna lokalizacja, bardzo miła obsługa. Wielkość domków i ich wyposażenie spełnia wszystkie potrzeby. Spokój w całym otoczeniu i bliskość natury,

Podczas jednego pobytu zmienialiśmy domek, przedłużająć pobyt i niestety w drugim domku brakowało : uzupełnienia kawy i herbarty. W obu domkach nie było środków do mycia naczyń oraz w łazienkach na 5 dniowy pobyt zostawiono nie pełne rolki papierów toaletowych dla 5 osób.

桑拿說開到晚上九點，結果7:50去的時候就已經close，說因為關掉那些設備要一個小時，所以要提早關，真是有夠傻眼，另連住兩天不換毛巾也不整理沒有提早說，要求換新毛巾時還要收費一條5歐，除了環境空間之外，其它真的不推

Die Lage ist toll. Auch die Möbel und Raumaufteilung des Chalets war gut.

Küche ist sehr spärlich ausgestattet. Spülmittel, Schwamm, Küchenrolle, Salz/Pfeffer, Backpapier wären schön und hilfreich gewesen. Zumal man die Dinge auch im Mini Markt nicht kaufen kann.

Mooi appartement op rustig ressort. Gunstig gelegen aan fantastisch meer.

De ruimte is wat beperkt voor vier personen. Met name de keuken is klein.

Die ruhige Lage am wunderschönen See. Der kleine Spielplatz glei neben dem Frühstück war auch praktisch für einen entspannten Kaffee:) Super zum Radeln.

בקתה יפיפיה, מאוד מרווחת ומאובזרת! לכל אחד מחדרי השינה יש אמבטיה ושירותים צמודים. בבקתה שלנו, היה גם חדר סאונה. יש מטבח מאובזר, פינת אוכל גדולה וגם פינת ישיבה בחוץ. מחוץ לבקתה נשקפים ההרים ובמרחק 3 דקות נמצא אגם קסום. יש במתחם בריכה מקורה חמודה, וחנייה בשפע (ניתן, אם רוצים - להגיע למקום ברכבת).

הבריכה יפה אבל סביבת הבריכה לתחושתי, לא מספיק מטופחת.. למשל, ראיתי קורי עכביש על הקיר. בתוך הבקתה שלנו, דלת אחד מארונות הבגדים היתה שבורה. הסופר בעיירה יקר נורא. כדאי להצטייד מראש.

כפר נופש מקסים שקט ורגוע על גדת אגם הלשטאט. במקום השכרת סאפ וקייאק, חוף רחצה נהדר, השכרת אופניים על ידי הריזורט או מחוץ אליו המרחק ממש קרוב. בריכת שחיה מקורה וחדר כושר, המקום בקרבה להמון פעילויות מהנות בחיק הטבע בסביבה. הבקתות יפייפיות, מבודדות היטב, המיטות נוחות, נקי ונעים. מכונת כביסה בתשלום. אנחנו נהנינו מאוד מאוד! התמונות לא משקפות את היופי של המקום!

כרטיס ההטבות (summercard) שמקבלים מהמקום הוא של איזור האגמים, לא להיט מבחינת הנחות.

Personal neglijent fata de solicitarile clientilor, pretul nu reflecta calitatea serviciilor. Cabanei ii lipsea un minim necesar: consumabile la baie prwa putine, lipsea foeonul, nu exista detergent lichid la bucatarie. timp de o saptamana nu au inlcouit prosoapele si nu au refacut stocul de consumabile

1. אוירה פסטורלית, המקום מוקף הרים, יש אגם מהמם עם כמה מתקנים עבור ילדים. 2. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאוד. 3. הגענו בלילה (לא היה קבלה) אבל קיבלנו הוראות מדויקות מאוד איך להגיע לחדר. 4. יש חניה. 5. נקי מאוד, ברמת חדש!!

1. הקבלה עובדת עד 21:30 ואחרי זה אין ממש עם מי לדבר, הדבר מאוד לא נוח בנושאים של הפרעות וכו׳ יש טלפון ליצירת קשר במקרים דחופים. לא הצלחנו לתקשר. 2. אין פרטיות בכלל!!! הבתים קרובים מאוד אחד לשני. הוילונות אטומים כך שאם מכסים אין אור בחדר בכלל. 3. ביקשנו בקתה כמה שיותר מרוחקת, לא הייתה התחשבות בנושא בכלל. 4. לדעתי לא מתאים לזוגות בכלל, יותר מתאים למשפחות, קבוצות חברים וכו׳.. 5. אין רום סרוויס.

The Chalet was very big and comfortable and very clean. Location is great. indoor pool and lake side beach are great. Parking near the chalet.

in the initial booking it was not clear that it is a self sustained Chalet and that no cleaning or changing of towels and bed sheets is not included. they could have been a bit more generous with the self cleaning supplies and toiletries. we needed to buy towels for you at the pool and the lake side beach. the free WiFi was unstable.

Casa confortável, espaçosa. Instalações, como piscina interior e ginásio muito bons. Ótimo espaço para familias, localização espetacular.

Mesmo não oferecendo limpeza da casa durante a estadia, que ja sabíamos, nao se percebe porque nao se pode fazer uma simples troca de toalhas de banho (pediram dinheiro para trocar as toalhas). Ficamos 5 noites e não pudemos trocar toalhas, que eram de tamanho mínimo.

Komary.

Lokalita a velikost domu velke plus, plne vybaveneho bylo take prijemnym bonusem. Parkovani primo pred domem je super. Celkem prijemny vyber ze snidanoveho bufetu, jen ovoce by slo doplnovat pravidelneji.

Velmi zmateny a pomaly proces checkin. Nekolik lidi najednou cekalo, predbihani bez nejake koordinace. A obecne cely proces trval dlouho s rucnim vyplnovanim formulare. Ohledne ubytovani samotneho, vsechny postele velmi mekke, coz je nepohodlne, ze 4lidi to nevyhovovalo nikomu. Dale by bylo vhodne mit lednici zapnutou, kdyz se vi, ze prijedou hoste. Prilis dlouho nachlazovala.

The facilities were great. The house was amazing. Including the kitchen facilities. The pool was open until late which is amazing, 9pm.

Overall everything was very good. I didn't like that breakfast wasn't included in the price but the cooking facilities were amazing. Including a dishwasher.

The resort itself is absolutely magical and has a beautiful atmosphere, especially with the lake and mountains surrounding it. I really loved the sense of community, the people, and how complete the resort feels. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the bedding was very comfortable. Overall, it was a lovely and memorable stay.

The only downside was that I came across a rather large insect inside the apartment, which honestly terrified me 😂. It seemed to be a particular type of insect that is common in the area, so I understand it may be difficult to avoid completely. I also asked for some additional soap and shampoo, but was told that the initial amount provided was considered sufficient as starters. A little extra would have been appreciated, especially for a longer stay.

המיקום מושלם, קרוב להאלשטט אבל עדיין במרחק שנותן אווירה מבודדת , האגם הקסום והבקתה מצוידת בכל מה שצריך.

ההרגשה שהצוות לא נדיב במיוחד. כל דבר הייתי צריכה ללכת במיוחד לקבלה לבקש, מכרטיס הקיץ שאני זכאית לו וכן סבון כלים. לא נידבו מידע מעבר למענה ספציפי לשאלות ששאלתי. כל דבר נוסף שמבקשים (להחליף מגבות) בתוספת תשלום.

We were here on a family holiday and the villa was perfect! It is right next to the lake, gorgeous surroundings! We swam in the lake every day :) You can rent kayaks, bycicles, paddle boards,… We cooked most nights in the villa and had 1 meal in the restaurant and it was delicious! It is the perfect starting point to discover the area.

ממוקם על אגם יפייפה ויש הרבה מתקנים לילדים אבל הדירות לא מתוחזקות מספיק טוב ולא מאוד נקי. גם מה שהמקום מספק (סבונים וכו׳) מספיק לאדם אחד ליום אחד וצריך לדאוג להכל. ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה אבל קצת מזכירה חדר אוכל של קיבוץ

Amazing place with all facilities for kids and family.

The overall cleanliness at the resort is disappointing. I found contact lenses and broken glass scattered on the floor, which is a major safety hazard.

We had some power cuts, they asked a very high price for giving extra towels and the ones that they supply are not enough.

Velice prostorné a dobře vybavené ubytování. Nádherné prostředí se spoustou atrakcí na místě i v okolí. Příště určitě zůstaneme déle.

A reggeli bőséges. A kilátás a környező helyekre lenyűgöző, Hallstatt hajóval könnyen elérhető, ráadásul a hajóállomás a szállástól gyalog 3 percre található.

A szoba lehetne barátságosabb.

Fabulous location! Supping and kayak on lake were fantastic.

Garbage collection areas need to be better lit up and more frequent collection. More staff needed at desk at busy hours. Rentals should be equipped with minimum : shampoo, soap, dishwashing soap. At a minimum!!! I was quite shocked at the barrenness of these basic amenities found in nearly all rentals these days.

Great five night stay. Two families of four sharing an eight person house. House was great. Well kitted out, good size and very comfortable. Facilities at the resort were really good. Very easy access to the lake and things like SUP and bike hire. Very good options for hikes near by. Staff super friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely return. Setting is beautiful.

We were very disappointed with the attitude and service at the resort and do not recommend it. We stayed for five full days; when we asked for fresh towels, we were refused—they wanted to charge us 5 euros per towel exchange. I felt embarrassed even asking for extra toilet paper. They charge for everything, and there isn't even any housekeeping during the stay. You get one small bar of soap—that’s it—and ours ran out after just one day. The attitude of the Austrian staff was extremely cold and unfriendly. We were deeply disappointed and felt unwelcome. The lake was perfect, though. We wouldn't recommend this place to friends

بالعربي مجموعة شاليهات .. مجهزة للكشته جنب بحيرة هالشتات.. يعني لازم تجيب أكلك وتطبخ لأن المطعم مره عادي ولا يحمس تاكل منه.. فيه مطعم بيتزا بجنبهم روعه .. عجبتني الاطلاله بين الجبال ..

غرف النوم فيها كمية حر مب طبيعي ولا فيه تكييف ولاتقدر تفتح البلكونه بالليل من الحشرات وكذا..

Leider keine Klimaanlage - Ventilatoren aber auf Anfrage erhältlich. Bei heissen Sommertagen wichtig !

The apartment was clean comfortable and well looked after and the facilities at the resort were great.

The mini market at the resort sells absolute basics and it is worth ordering bread in advance. The supermarket at Obertraun is expensive and also small so worth stocking up for groceries before arrival.

. L’emplacement, les infrastructures notamment la piscine intérieure qui est plus.

Les consignes données à l’intérieur de la piscine ne sont pas forcément respectées par certaine famille qui laisse les enfants libres de faire n’importe quoi.

Śniadania były fantastyczne z dużym wyborem produktów. Śniadania można było spożywać na zewnątrz ciesząc się zapierającym dech w piersiach widokiem gór i jeziora. Restauracja w ośrodku oferuje bardzo smaczne obiady.

Przez cały pobyt temperatura wynosiła 35-36 stopnia. Brak klimatyzacji w domkach lub chociażby wentylatorów niestety wpłynął na komfort naszego pobytu. Warto aby gospodarz wyposażył łazienki w suszarki do włosów.

Ligging mooie omgeving

Veel te duur, weinig servies 1 koekenpan voor 6 personen weinig glazen, douche was verstopt. Niet goed schoongemaakt er lag veel haar op de grond. Bankstel was vies. Geen dweil aanwezig weinig schoonmaak spullen. Geen vriezer in huis aanwezig maar 1 op resort waar je gebruik van kan maken. 2 Wasmachines echt veel te weinig op het resort wat niet goed wast. Enorme druktes wat van buiten het resort komt naar het resort. Er is veel kabaal na 22:00 zelfs is er een evenement geweest wat duurde tot 4:00 in de nacht met harde muziek. Geen controle op het resort dus iedereen kan zijn gang gaan. Iedere ochtend tussen 8:00 en 8:30 rijden ze continu met een shovel heen en weer op het resort was erg irritant. Restaurant lekker eten maar matig personeel soms een half uur moeten wachten op een drankje.

The sauna in the chalet. Beautiful setting all around and there was even a section of the lake you could take your dogs in.

מקום מדהים! כל מה שרצינו קיבלנו. ליד אגם לרחיצה מעולה למסלול כוכב. עם הרבה דברים ופעילויות כמו כדורעף ומגלשה באגם.

אין שירותי ניקיון וסידור חדר עם מגבות חדשות והכל אבל אפשר לבקש הכל ומאוד אדיבים ונותנים.

在湖边的度假屋。不临湖。

因为是度假区又是在小镇子上，对于吃的没有选择，要么餐厅吃，要么自己做。如果自己做的话，他们不提供给任何清洁和调味品。都得自己买。买了用一次基本不会带走。定死了四点才能入住，夏天不是很合适，没有空调，虽然夜晚比较凉爽但是入睡的时间还是会闷热。我觉得国人不要来住，太过于资本主义。整个公寓里什么都不提供。还不如去住圣沃尔沃夫冈。至少那个镇子真的漂亮有得逛。

Prachtige plek en hele mooie huisjes, heerlijk helder meer met goede zwemopties en superveel activiteiten in de nabije omgeving. Op het parkje zit een laagdrempelig restaurant, een goede verse broodjes service en een heerlijke sauna. Ook makkelijk: je pakt zo de trein voor een wandeling of een fietstocht, het station ligt op 5 min lopen

Eigenlijk niks, ms alleen te weinig personeel aan de receptie

Приветливый персонал на ресепшене. Хорошая чистая территория, парковка прямо у домика. В домике на втором этаже, в каждой комнате имеется свой туалет и душ, плюс ещё один туалет внизу в гостиной. Близко к озеру. Красивые виды из окна. Своя веранда. Вернулись бы сюда ещё раз.

На кухне не было бумажных полотенец и тряпок для стола. Мало было таблеток для посудомоечной машине. Один всего пакет для мусора.

המיקום ליד האגם כיף נורא! זה מתחם עם דשא, משחקים, אגם שאפשר לקפוץ ולשחות בו אם לא קר, ממש ממש נחמד! במיוחד אם באים עם ילדים או כמה משפחות. יש מסעדת פיצרייה-פסטה שתי דקות מהמקום שפתוחה עד 21:00, הבית עצמו מרווח מאוד ויש בו חצר נעימה עם שולחן וכסאות. אחלה ארוחת בוקר (בתוספת תשלום)

אינטרנט לא טוב, אין אבזור בחדרים (צריך ללכת לקבלה ולבקש נייר טואלט או סבון...).

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig und super eingerichtet. Besonders die drei Bäder haben uns gut gefallen.

Es hat mir nicht gefallen, dass wir eine Kaution hinterlegen mussten. Das hätte man vorher mitteilen können.

Ruime huizen/appartementen. Veel te doen voor kinderen. Campingsfeer maar dan met huisjes. Locatie aan meer is top.

Karige inrichting en afgeleefd. Ontbreken van horren is echt een gemis. Je kunt niet met de ramen open slapen zonder lek gestoken te worden. Bedden zijn heel zacht.

The atmosphere here is so relaxing. This resort with our unit, and a pool, restaurant, lake, coin laundry, a small store to visit at our convenience provided the best time we could have in Austria. Easy to reach by train from Hallstatt Bahnhof or by bus from Hallstatt.

Togbane tæt på, virkelig dårlige indkøbsmuligheder (eneste meget lille butik i byen havde et meget lille udvalg og var meget dyr), dårlig rengøring af køkken inventar

Nagyon korán érkeztünk és kislányunk fáradtsága miatt jeleztük, hogy amint lehet átvennénk a házunkat. De a takarítási sorrendben a mi házunk volt az utolsó és a szállás által kiírt átvételi időponthoz képest is még 1 órát várnunk kellett, mert nem végeztek a takarítással. Emellett, a meleg nyár miatt a légkondi nélküli házban jól jött volna a szúnyogháló a szellőztetéshez. De maga a hely eladja önmagát, gyönyörű. Minden más rendben volt.

Ein schönes, gemütliches und komfortables Haus für ein tolles, entspanntes Wochenende mit einer Gruppe von Freunden. Wir waren 4 Paare und jedes Schlafzimmer hatte sein eigenes en-suite Badezimmer. Die Ausstattung von Küche, Wohnzimmer und Terrasse war sehr gut. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt (gute Spazier-Möglichkeiten). Zum See und dem Badestrand sind es nur ein paar Meter. Das Restaurant im Resort ist auch sehr empfehlenswert.

The Challet provided was really good, clean, well maintained, we all family liked it.

I think since its a challet (bunglow) booked for the larger family or members, the kitchen should have sufficient coffee set atleast. Would be great if sufficient number of coffee sets provided as per stay and members, that's bare minimum expectations that a visitors/tourists can have. I personally felt a bit overpriced. Unnecessary tax cut with deposit money as we already paid the taxes while booking.

방에서 오줌냄새가 심하게 나서 예민하지 않은 나도 힘들었음. 클레임을 해도 반응이 없다. 베짱장사의 표본. 전자레인지는 없어요. 잇다는 내용은 잘못됬습니다.

We like activities we could do within the resort and near by. We could swim at the lake and enjoy the swimming pool in the resort

The washing machine is far from the property and only has 2 units.

אין מזגן. בקומת החדרים היה מעט חם. רמת הנקיון לא מושלמת.

Krásná poloha na břehu jezera. Plně vybavené chaty s terasou.

Při příjezdu byl v chatě cítit zápach . Do druhého dne se podařilo vyvětrat. Znečistěné sedadla v jídelně .
