Super emplacement, excellent petit-déjeuner, propreté des lieux.

Wir bekamen eine kleine Einzimmerwohnung. Sieht auf den ersten Blick toll aus, hat aber leider große Schwächen. Im Restaurant war der Service gut gelaunt und flink. Das Essen schmeckte ausgezeichnet. Genauso das Frühstück, obschon viele Menschen da waren, wurden die Tische abgeräumt und für die Nächsten freigemacht.

Keine Nachttische, kein Steckdosen, keine Lichtschalter neben dem Bett, man muß seinen Weg im Dunkeln suchen. Keine Ablage im Bad. Keine Hacken für Tücher. WLAN leider ganz, ganz schwach.

Easy access to Hallstatt by ferry, nice lake front

We were located on upper floor have to climb stairs with luggage, not suitable for my 70 years old sister with injured knee, we could not book ground floor even we were willing to pay extra, the staff was not helpful and kept us waiting for an hour until next staff came to offer to carry luggage to room. Only one tidy shampoo and bath gel provided for two people two nights, we had to buy own toiletries in minimarket. Restaurant menu for dinner limited choice and service slow. It is high season, we feel how busy the place is and the hotel does not hire enough staff to cope!

Perfect location, clean, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I jave nothing to complain.

La struttura si trova in un contesto pieno di verde e con molti servizi per chi ama praticare sport (basket, volley, skate, SUP, canoa, ecc). In generale molto accogliente e con camere ben rifinite. Suggerisco di prenotare le camere al piano terra che hanno anche uno spazio verde con tavolo all'esterno. Il personale è gentile e disponibile.

Suggerirei il cambio asciugamani giornaliero (non previsto per soggiorni brevi) e anche dei teli (inclusi) da usare per la piscina o il lago. Migliorerei il menù della cena introducendo pietanze e dolci tipici austriaci.

Es fehlen meiner Meinung nach Standard Dinge wie Nachtkästchen, eine Ablage oder kl. Schrank im Bad.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, gutes Frühstück, hervorragende Umgebung. Kleiner Shop mit wirklich guten Preisen. Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Hatten leider keine Pflegeprodukte im Zimmer/Bad.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Die Lage direkt am See ist super und ein guter Ausgangs- oder Endpunkt für Wanderungen, wie z.B. den Salzalpensteig. Gepflegte Anlage mit einem schönen Badestrand.

Die Betten waren sehr weich und leider hatten wir kein Doppelbett, sondern zwei einzelne Betten, die immer auseinandergerutscht sind. Leider keine Nachttischlampen. Unsere Nachbarn rauchten leider auch nachts auf der Terrasse und wir mussten trotz Wärme die Fenster schließen. Leider liegt der Müllplatz der Anlage am Eingang und verbreitet in der warmen Jahreszeit einen unangenehmen Geruch.

Krásné apartmány, čisto. Milý personál, výborné snídaně.

Špinavé zdi. Také bych čekala jasnější instrukce k příjezdu (recepce je špatně označená). Na zprávy na Bookingu nereagují, musíte se dokola připomínat. Znovu bychom nenavštívili kvůli vysoké ceně.

Se si prenota per una o due notti non si ha di sicuro bisogno dell' uso cucina che ruba solo spazio alla camera. Per il resto, tutto bene.

早餐不错

Az elhelyezkedése, a környék fantasztikus. A reggeli bőséges, változataos. Személyzet udvarias, felkészült.

Mivel egy éjszakát töltöttün a szálláson, olyan szobát kaptunk amely egy túrista szálló szinvonalát alig ütötte meg. Koszos hajszálakkal teli zuhanyzó, koszos falak. A szoba közvetlenül az étterem terasza felett volt, ahol nagyjából 22.00 körül eltávoztak a vendégek, de a személyzet bulija ekkor kezdődött, ami kérés ellenére is kb éjfélig tartott. Pihenés semmi. A szálláson vannak bérelhető házak ( talán jobbak) és sok szolgáltatás, de mindezek ellenére nekem egy koszos túrista szállás emléke maradt meg.

Location was very nice. Views in the area are spectacular. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location

The bathroom smelled, I think it was the drain. At first I thought it was because the drain was dry, but it smelled the whole week while we used the shower. The beds are too soft for my taste, but the bigger problem was the beds coming apart constantly and the bed by itself is pretty small. It is a shame that the bottom rooms don’t have a fence when you come with a dog or kids. It would have been even better.

Am Abend sehr laut...es wird gefeiert bis spät in die Nacht...durch die angrenzenden Nachbarn..[Drittstaatenĺänder]

Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Busanbindung nach Hallstadt und zur Dachstein-Bahn gegeben. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Lage am See mit direktem Zugang und großer Liegewiese. Insgesamt war die Anlage gepflegt und sauber und das Personal super nett.

Im Zimmer gibt es eine extrem helle Notausgangsbeleuchtung, die das Zimmer auch in der Nacht erhellt. Haben ein ständiges Brummen/Rauschen gehört (nachts etwas nervig). Im Bad roch es nach Abwasserkanal.

早餐在湖边，可选的内容不错，而且有户外的餐桌；房间有独立的车位，不用走很久就能拉行李到房间；但是给的是二楼的房间，所以需要手拖行李上楼；房间没有空调，但是不至于太热；厕所的面积非常大，但是布局不合理，比如马桶距离卷纸非常远，很奇怪。

Kaldığımız odada tuvaletten çok kötü koku geliyordu, geçer diye bekledik ama hiç geçmedi( gider ve lağım kokusu) bundan dolayı odanın içinde çok duramadık , gece boyunca da uyuyamadık kokudan, tuvalet kapısını açarkenden koku bütün odaya yayılıyordu. Gece 11 de sorunu bildirmek için aşağı indiğimde , resepsiyon kapalıydı, sorunu bildirmek için kimseyi bulamadım.

It is in a very convinient and picture perfect location, lot of entertainment is provided, Hallstatt can be reached easily. Parking was great, in front of the house.

No airconditioning and mosquito net, making the sleep quite hard. Neighbours were noisy in other houses. Breakfast was poor. Quite underwhelming for a four star hotel, and value for money.

Из душа воняло канализацией.Наш номер был в основном корпусе прямо над рестораном,соответсвенно до 11 вечера было шумно и с 6 утра также так как персонал готовился к завтраку.Для одного дня это было ок но если бы мы приехали на неделю это не годится.Отель я бы сказал уровня 3 звезды но никак не 4.Больше для любителей шумного отдыха.

Nous avons passé deux jours magnifiques dans cet endroit et nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement, notamment aux familles, car tout est pensé pour que les enfants puissent se sentir bien et profiter pleinement de leur séjour. L’emplacement est également un véritable atout : l’endroit se trouve à proximité de Hallstatt, ce qui permet de découvrir facilement cette magnifique région. C’est aussi un lieu idéal pour les amoureux de la nature et les randonneurs, avec de nombreux paysages magnifiques à découvrir aux alentours. Nous avons apprécié le calme, l’environnement et l’accueil. Une très belle étape que nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Les seuls petits points que nous avons regrettés sont l’absence de climatisation, qui aurait été appréciable car il faisait très chaud, ainsi que le manque de tables de nuit dans la chambre. À part cela, tout était très bien et nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Mooie lokatie en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt was erg goed en de giftset met de 4 Nespresso cups en koelkast op de kamer konden we waarderen. Kamer was mooi groot maar was helaas wel op de 1e verdieping van het huisje.

Indeling van de badkamer was gek, toilet naast de wastafel en de toiletpapierhouder was ergens op de muur geplaatst waar je niet bij kon als je op het toilet zat. Verder stond er 30ml shampoo en douche gel, beetje weinig als je met twee bezoekers wellicht beide 2x wil douchen. Waarom geen dispenser aan de muur? Daarnaast was de kamer erg warm, er stond een mobiele heather op de kamer maar helaas geen mobiele airco. Kamer was te warm. Met de ramen open de temperatuur iets naar beneden kunnen krijgen.

Das (sehr kleine) Zimmer fanden wir nicht sauber gereinigt vor. Auf dem Balkon lag noch Müll (das Papier von Eistüten) und auch der (einzige) kleine Abfalleimer im Bad war noch voll. Die Einrichtung des Zimmers inkl. Bad fanden wir auch nicht gut durchdacht. Besonders im verhältnismäßig großen Badezimmer fehlten Ablagemöglichkeiten und Handtuchhalter, um feuchte Handtücher trocknen zu können. Die Nachttischlampe an einer Bettseite funktionierte nicht (es lag nicht an der Glühbirne!) und der Siphon im Bad war undicht.

Das Beste hier ist die Lage direkt am See und der direkte Zugang vom Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, vielfältig und gut. Das Zimmer hatte einen Kühlschrank wo man seine Verpflegung gut kühlen konnte.Das Personal sehr freundlich. Nach Hallstatt fährt man mit dem Rad rd. 10 Minuten oder man fährt von hier mit Schiff dorthin.

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis fanden wir nicht angemessen, da das Zimmer recht spartanisch eingerichtet war und vor allem keinen Balkon oder Terrasse besaß. Im Sommer war es auch sehr heiß, da man schlecht durchlüften konnte. Die E- Bikes konnte man nicht in einem geschlossenen Raum absperren oder laden, sondern konnte sie nur vor dem Eingang im Freien abstellen oder zu den Mietfahrrädern dazu stellen.

A személyzet szuper volt. A hotel elhelyezkedése szintèn kiváló. Az étterem külön említést érdemel: az ételek finomak, a felszolgálók gyorsak, kedvesek és habár látszik, hogy alig győzik a munkát (szó szerint futnak nèha), de mindig volt egy mosolyuk még a nap végén is.

A matracok és a párnák minősége és a légkondi hiánya 34-35C-ban.

hotel na krásném místě - Obertraun je malé městečko s blízkou lanovkou na vyhlídku Pět prstů a na břehu Haltštatského jezera, takže tato poloha hotelu skýtá mnoho možností. V hotelu vše v pořádku. Snídaně formou bufetu; možnost parkování; na celkem malém pokoji je varná konvice i kávovar; čisto. Hotel je v několika řadových domečcích, kdy jeden pokoj je dole a jeden v patře.

recepción várakozás, hosszabb kiszolgálás (kevés dolgozó), de ennek ellenére mindent megoldottak. emeleti szobában aránytalanul nagy a fürdőszoba, de csak egy ablak van, erkély helyett.

Le personnel n’est pas accueillant, j’ai attendu à la réception 1h pour le check-in et le check-out. La piscine n’est pas propre et avec du moisi sur les sorties d’eau. Le sol aussi est très sale.

Lake! Overall it's great location. Lots of space to play, swim, walk, bike etc...Good breakfast as well.

Rooms could have a simple ventilator for summer time. The refrigerator was very loud, so I had to turn it off. The train station is very close and woke us up early in the morning. The mattress is too soft.

Die Lage fast direkt am See ist traumhaft. Die kleine Wohnung mit Terrasse wirklich schön.

Die Betten waren nur hineingestellt. Kein Kopfteil, keine Nachtkästen keine Leselampen. An der Stelle der Betten stand früher wahrscheinlich ein Sofa. Der Wohnzimmertidch stand in einer Ecke. Ich nehme an die Zimner / Wohnubgsaufteilubg war früher anders und man hat "umgebaut". Dadurch ist es zum Schlafen aber eher ungemütlich.

Unmotiviertes Personal, offensichtlich nicht aus der Region, schlechte Deutschkenntnisse. Zimmer in schlechtem Zustand, nicht ordentlich gewartet, Dusche verschimmelt etc. Offensichtlich eine reine Geldmaschine für einen niederländische Konzern. Mitten im Salzkammergut erwartet man sich etwas anderes.

La chambre donnant au-dessus de la terrasse du restaurant très bruyante. Et la température empêchait de fermer la fenêtre car pas de climatisation. Nous comptions sur les navettes bateau pour faire la traversée vers Hallstatt mais elles n'existent qu'en journée ainsi que les bus. Nous avons dû reprendre notre voiture et payer 10 € le parking.

Fantastic lakeside location, away from the crowds of Hallstatt's busy tourist center, yet close enough for an easy drive, bike ride, hike, or ferry trip into town. The hotel is perfect for both families, with plenty of activities for children, and couples looking to enjoy peaceful walks and stunning mountain scenery. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

Ładnie położony na jeziorem kompleks domków i pokoi hotelowych. Duże zaplecze rekreacyjne, zwłaszcza dla dzieci. Pokoje w budynkach bocznych o dobrym standardzie, jednak mniejsze niż to podane w opisie. Nasz pokój na pewno nie miał 30 m, chyba że z łazienką i przedpokojem. Trochę mi brakowało prywatności, bo taras wychodzi na otwartą przestrzeń użytkowaną również przez innych. Śniadanie poprawne.

Znajomi mieli mały pokój w budynku głównym. Nie dość, że głośno, bo okna wychodzą na restaurację, to jeszcze w czasie naszego pobytu malowali klatkę schodową!!! Odradzam te pokoje. Cena za dobę bardzo wysoka. Rozumiem, że jest szczyt sezonu, ale to nie jest obiekt 5-gwiazdkowy i nie ma tu żadnego luksusu. Niewygodne poduszki.

The food was perfect and everybody was kind and helpful. The room was really big and has everything in them except the air conditioner.

There is no air conditioner in the rooms and the furnitures are a bit old and some of them like the 2 chairs on the balcony are broken.

מדובר בריזורט עם מספר דירות בכל מבנה אנחנו היינו בדירה עם מטבח, מקלחת ומיטה זוגית המטבח מאובזר עם סכום וכלי בישול, כיריים חשמליים ומדיח יש יציאה החוצה לשולחן עם כסאות חניה צמודה לכל מבנה גישה פרטית לאגם עם מתקנים לילדים ארוחת בוקר מצויינת מסעדה במלון נוף יפה לאגם ולהרים מסביב מיקום טוב ליציאה לתצפית 5 האצבעות, מערות הקרח, הלשטאט ומערת המלח

הזמנו חדר זוגי סופיריור וקיבלנו חדר עם מיטה זוגית קטנה. לאחר פיצול התקבלו שתי מיטות זעירות שהיו קטנות לשינה בנוסף המזרנים לא היו נוחים המרחב בחדר קטן ובקושי היה מקום לזוז לאחר פתיחת מזוודות רצינו אופניים אך בכל פעם נאמר לנו שאין ולכן שכרנו ברחוב ליד המלון אין סופרמרקט פתוח באזור בימי שבת וראשון. יש חנות קטנה במלון עם מצרכים אין כספת אין מזגן מקלחת קטנה

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Pokój był bardzo ładny, czysty i zadbany. Kuchnia była w pełni wyposażona, dzięki czemu niczego nam nie brakowało. Miłym zaskoczeniem był piękny widok z okna. Niedaleko znajduje się specjalna plaża dla psów, co było dużym atutem dla tych którzy podróżują z psem. Lokalizacja jest również bardzo dobra, blisko do Hallstatt. Śniadania były smaczne i dość różnorodne, a w ekspresie dostępny był naprawdę fajny wybór kaw. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce.

Jedná se o ubytování tvořené spoustou chatek. Naše chatka měla pokoje uspořádané tak, že v přízemí byli ubytovaní jedni hosté a my jsme měli pokoj v patře. Vše působí nově chatky se moc hodí do tak krásné přírody. Pokoj byl čistý a pěkný. Personál byl příjemný a nápomocný. Snídaně byly super, výborné fresh džusy, slané i sladké jídlo, zelenina a ovoce a moc dobrá káva. Také skvělá pláž u ubytování a zdarma.

Jediné co nám chybělo byla klimatizace (v pokoji je jen větrák). Postele byly na náš vkus příliš měkké.

The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from the station and in front of the lake. The views were amazing! The breakfast was ok. There was a variety of cold hot, savory and sweet options.

Die Zimmer wurden während des Aufenthaltes nicht aufgeräumt, man hat einfach saubere Handtücher und Müllbeutel ins Zimmer gelegt bekommen, man musste den Müll selbst entsorgen, Boden wurde nicht gewischt und die Betten waren zu schmal ( 80 cm breit ) mit durchgelegenen Matratzen. Keine Klimaanlage im Apartment und auch keine Fliegennetze am Fenster, man hatte beim lüften Mücken und Fliegen im Zimmer.

Śniadanie bardzo dobre, super lokalizacja w pobliżu jeziorka z plażą oraz pięknego miasteczka Hallstatt.

Ogromny minus za brak klimatyzacji co przy upale dawało się odczuć , tym bardziej że nocne imprezy gości w okolicznych domkach uniemożliwiały otwarcie okna.

Super obiekt, pięknie położony, śliczne widoki, piękne miasteczka, ośrodek zadbany, dużo zieleni i przestrzeni do wypoczynku. Serdecznie polecam!!!

Just a point that The rooms didn’t have fan or AC and it was quite hot due to the heat wave and windows couldn’t be kept open as there were some insects coming in. The breakfast could have a few more vegan options.

gute Lage, direkt am See

das Zimmer (Twin Room im Main Building) war eine Katastrophe. Eingang direkt durch Raucherplatz des Personals, extrem hellhörig, permanentes Türknallen im EG, Zimmernr. 102 war direkt über Gastgarten. Geruch und Lärm von 6:00-23:00. Kinderspielplatz mot Hüpfburg direkt vor Fenster.

Dormio Resort Obertraun was definitely one of the highlights of our Austria trip. We stayed for two nights and honestly wished we had booked longer. The resort is surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and is only a few minutes from Lake Hallstatt, making it a perfect base for exploring Hallstatt, Gosausee, and the Dachstein region. Waking up to the peaceful scenery every morning was unforgettable.

Great location. Lovely resort by the water. Dinner at restaurant was good. Kids loved the pool. Beautiful scenery.

The bathroom had a bad smell. Even though the Reception service was good, Restaurant service was spotty.
