Camera curata, personalul foarte primitor, Eray si fratele lui sunt foarte prietenosi. Locatia este aproape de piata Sultanahmet. Numeroase baruri/restaurante in zona, inclusiv 2 supermarketuri. Bonus, in ultima zi, am putut lasa bagajele la cazare cat timp ne am mai plimbat prin oras.

Muy buena la ubicación, céntrico y con servicios cercanos. La atención muy buena también, atentos a lo que necesitábamos. La habitación muy espaciosa y limpia, las instalaciones muy bien.

La ubicación es buena y estás a 15 minutos de la Plaza de Sultanameth pero hay que tener en cuenta que es una buena cuesta hasta llegar, aunque en Estambul todo son cuestas, alrededor hay muchos restaurantes y comercios un un supermercado grande muy cerca, el propietario y su hermano muy amables los dos, la habitación grande y cómoda y con aire acondicionado, estuvimos en un 2º sin ascensor.

No limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron toallas en los 4 días de estancia, no tiene excesiva importancia porque estábamos todo el día fuera y usamos poco la habitación pero por lo menos creo que deberían cambiar las toallas a diario

Super apartament. Przestronny, wygodny. Prywatny taras ze świetnym widokiem jest wspaniały. Uczynny właściciel. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Można na piechotę dojść do błękitnego meczetu spacerem w 15 minut. Urocza, spokojna i ładna okolica.

Przydałyby się wygodniejsze krzesła na tarasie. Na przykład wiklinowe.

Our host was very helpful, friendly and assisted us willingly with a couple of requests. We loved the outlook from the apartment to the little park across the street. The room was of a good size, with a small table and chairs and a couch; the shower was a good size with good water pressure and temperature.

The location isn't bad - we liked the fact it overlooked the park and there are some cafe/restaurant options within an easy walk, also a small supermarket only 50m away - but it does mean you have to walk up a reasonably steep hill each day to get to the most visited sites in Sultanahmet. Not a deal-breaker but just something to be aware of for those for whom this might be an issue.

The apartment was very clean and very spacious. There is a lot of activities near the apartment and a lot of restaurants. The host was really nice and when we had a problem with our apartment he gave us another one. There is a store outside of the building that has everything you need. It is a nice neighbourhood and it is quiet at night.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hosts were kind, welcoming and very helpful throughout our visit. The location is excellent – close to the main sights, with much of Istanbul’s European side easily reachable on foot. There are good restaurants nearby, a child-friendly park with a playground, a shop right below the accommodation and a larger supermarket about a 300 m walk away. The Wi-Fi worked well and the bathroom included useful essentials like soap, shampoo and shower gel. One thing to note: if you choose the room with the balcony, it is on a higher floor, so this may be worth considering depending on your needs. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with great hosts.

Very friendly and nice owner. Room, bathroom and balcony were all clean and in good condition. The location is really great. There's tons of options to get your meals very close by, also there's a small shop right next door where you can buy water and such, a supermarket is a 1min walk away. The balcony was overlooking a nice little park. It has sun in the afternoon and evening so it's nice to sit there and relax after coming home from your sightseeing tours. The whole atmosphere in the area was nice and peaceful. The apartment is in a great spot: in our three days that we stayed there we could walk everywhere (Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Great Bazaar, Harbor for Bosporus cruises, etc.). From the airport, just take bus HVIST-11 all the way to Sultanahmed and you can just walk from there to the apartment in 10min. If we come back to Istanbul some day we would love to stay there again.

Soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were empty. We didn't ask to fill them up since we had our own stuff but that's really pretty much the only thing I can think of. Could be that it gets quite hot in the room during summer (but there's an A/C in the room) - we visited in May and the big windows were perfect to get the room warmed up by the sun as the outside temperatures were still a bit chilly.

Grande chambre, excellente propreté, en face d'un parc, proche de sultanhamet mais au calme, rue animée avec restaurants à 5mn. Gentillesse du propriétaire et de son frère. Tramway un peu éloigné, environ 10mn de marche et assez pentu pour s'y rendre. pas de réception à proprement parlé mais la supérette du frère du propriétaire située juste à côté permet de demander des choses et nous avions également le carte du propriétaire.

The Owner of the hotel is the best host I ever have in all of my trips, really kind and always willing to help! The rooms are soundproof in front of a park, is first time in my 5 trips to Istanbul old town that I could finally sleep, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the owner made me feel genuinely welcome with a level of warmth and attentiveness that is truly rare. Their dedication to ensuring every guest has a memorable experience really sets this place apart. The location is perfect. It made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable. The facilities were also very good.

Insomma non potevamo scegliere di meglio, davvero tutto perfetto! E Istanbul è semplicemente magnifica!

Eray was kind and willing to assist us with everything. I’ve been to Istanbul before, and I can say that I’ve never had such a great experience. The room was spotless—if anything, the photos don’t do it justice. Overall, the cleanliness, hospitality, and management couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend it with confidence. As for the location, it’s an excellent neighborhood, within walking distance of everything.

Very kind and attentive host. Very comfortable location for exploring Istanbul historical center, most of the famous landmarks are walking distance away. The restaurants nearby are very good. Our room was comfortable and quiet. This is not a negative, neither was a problem for us but needs to be mentioned, some people with moving difficulties may find this information useful - there is no elevator. Take it into account if you choose a high floor room.

Reservé tres habitaciones para viajar en familia. La ubicación es estupenda: a un paseo de la Mezquita Azul, también y a unos 10 minutos andando de la avenida principal (o a unos 15 minutos del Gran Bazar), en un barrio con supermercados, restaurantes y todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones son amplias y muy limpias. Pasaban a limpiar cada dos días y cambiaban todo lo necesario. El personal fue siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que hiciera falta. En resumen, una estancia muy cómoda y sin complicaciones. Repetiríamos sin dudarlo. Totalmente recomendado.

The small balcony is with good view and cozy. Many restaurants and shops are in the proximity. The owners were very kind and helpful.

If I really have to look for a bone in an egg, perhaps bigger cups would be my suggestion.:)

Everything was clean and organised. The host provided us with everything we needed from towels to showergel, flipflops and so on. There is anything supermarket really closed to the flat and lots of restaurants. The attractions are close too, about 15 minutes walking distance. If we ever come back, this is the place we are going to stay at.

La proximité de la mosquée bleue, de Sainte-Sophie, de la citerne basilique, du grand bazar, de Topaki et des Quartiers animés est un atout majeur. Tout se fait à pied. Quartier typique agreable avec ses maisons colorées en bois et ses commerces. Eray est accueillant et toujours avec le sourire. Hotel propre et confortable.

La struttura è in una posizione strategica per raggiungere i mezzi, vicino a Sultanamhet ma lontani dal caos, nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti, pasticcerie e negozi di ogni genere. La camera è grande e pulita e il proprietario molto cordiale e simpatico.

Het was een schoon hotel.

De service was helaas erg slecht. Bij aankomst geen babybed beschikbaar terwijl dit wel werd bevestigd bij de boeking. Uiteindelijk een babybedje ontvangen zonder matras. Tijdens ons verblijf iedere dag om een matras gevraagd, of een extra deken, aan beide werd helaas niks gedaan. Op de laatste dag kreeg ik nog wel een extra deken. De douches werkte vaak niet, de wc spoelde erg slecht door en de kamers waren gehorig. Wat me echter het meest stoorde was de beschikbaarheid en ook de service vanuit de host, hij was nooit bereikbaar en als we hem dan eindelijk spraken beloofde hij het een en ander te regelen, om het vervolgens gewoon niet te doen. Erg jammer om ze een slechte beoordeling te moeten geven maar ik wil toch graag andere reizigers waarschuwen, ik zou hier niet heen gaan.

Очень хорошее расположение отеля. Тихое, уютное место. Номер чистый, есть всё необходимое. Не было утюга, но попросили у владельца и нам без проблем его предоставили. Эмрай (владелец отеля) очень отзывчивый и приятный человек.

Esta bastante cerca de la mezquita azul, del centro. Es un barrio tranquilo y el personal es encantador. Nos quedamos en la última planta, son tres pisos y las de arriba tienen una terracita pequeña. La cama es cómoda y Estaba muy limpia. La ducha bien. Tiene un mini bar pequeño y una tetera.

No hicieron la habitacion en 4 días y medio, aunque nos dejaron toallas para cambiarlas, la puerta de la terraza choca con la cama y no se puede abrir bien, es un poco calurosa pero hay aire acondicionado. El suelo de nuestra habitación estaba un poco estropeado y el lavabo es muy pequeño, pero la ducha está bien.
