Masa nak check in, staff yg check tu boleh bt muka tergelak bila i tnye ank i 10 bulan boleh ke turun utk breakfast jgk. Tak boleh ke jawab as professional? I xpernah menginap kt sini before i tak tahu the procedure. And satu benda yg leceh lg adalah parking. Setiap kali nak keluar kne pergi kt kaunter dia utk validate. 😌 letih naj turun naik lift sbb lobby level G and parking level 1. Lift ada 3 je.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026Strategically located to a lot of nearby places including Jonker Street. While it’s not too near but it’s not too far to walk (20 mins for normal pace). Friendly staffs especially from f&b, one by the name Mr Mazwin. It’s clean and decent buffet spread.
Our room comes with the executive lounge but we were told it’s only opened on Friday- Sunday. In actual fact it’s closed and we were told if we want to use it they’ll open up for us. Just wish it were more flexible for us to go in when we want to.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The safe and fridge were working well and very useful. We loved the large window overlooking the Straits of Malacca.
As mentioned by other guests the single beds are quite small. For 3 of the 5 nights we were there there was a constant beat of music from a nearby club until about 6am, if you’re a light sleeper it would affect your sleep, unfortunately it’s not a fault of the hotel so it’s beyond their control.

The WiFi connection was quite weak. I informed the front office and they provided another WiFi, but unfortunately that wasn’t working well either. The TV also seems quite outdated and doesn’t even support YouTube connection. For a 4-star hotel, I would have expected better facilities and a more updated TV setup. Additionally, the kids’ breakfast was served cold and not properly heated. I’m concerned because it’s not really suitable for children to eat cold food like that.

Reviewed May 26, 2026The hotel beds are very comfortable and the room air-conditioning is strong. Staff are friendly and the hotel lobby is welcoming and cozy. Location is excellent with plenty of good food around.
The TV is outdated with poor image quality and lack of channels. The shower area does not have a door, which causes the floor at the toilet door and sink area to be wet. There is also a lack of grab bars and hanging bars in the toilet for support and to hang clothes. The room fridge was also very weak.

Reviewed May 20, 2026am disappointed with the Wi-Fi service provided during my stay at Noble Resort Hotel Melaka. Although the hotel advertises internet access as one of its facilities, the connection was extremely unstable and practically unusable throughout my stay. I approached the front desk staff for assistance with connecting to the Wi-Fi, but the service attitude was very poor and unprofessional. The staff appeared unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed an unhappy attitude while handling my request, which made the experience even more disappointing. As a paying guest, reliable Wi-Fi and professional customer service are basic expectations. Unfortunately, the actual experience did not match the standard being advertised, which I found misleading and unacceptable. I sincerely hope the hotel management will take this matter seriously and improve both the internet service quality and staff professionalism for future guests.”

Safe box was locked and it took more than 24 hours and few requests to get it reset - this was more important as we could not leave the valuables. Toilets not that brilliant Breakfast charged at very high price compared to better restaurants in the vicinity

1) the 2 single beds were small as compared to other hotels. 2) internet connections were extremely weak. Cannot excess to free wifi’s. Weak connection. 3) I had to turn on my mobile data for usage. That’s really bad for our 8 days stayed at this hotel.
