non è una pecca del villaggio ma una peculiarità che ho notato esserci in tutti gli hotel/villaggi lì ovvero che il buffet, nel nostro caso della colazione, era tanto tradizionale.

The food was not good with very poor food hygiene. The beach ⛱️ area was too full. The security guard by the entrance is not friendly. They have a lot of cats, and they were eating my food during breakfast.

The chefs and the other staff at the restaurant was the best! They were super kind and had the best service. The food was also good, and a really good price, at least for Sharm El Sheikh (breakfast also included). The receptionist as well as the other staff was very kind as well. The apartment was small but cozy, with an amazing balcony on top of it. It was located at the beach front, and we got access to the beach for free, with sunbeds included. That’s a big plus. The pool was nice, and they had a ping pong table as well.

They did try to scam us once and doubled the price for dinner, even though the pricing list hang on the wall. Not too clean apartment. A bit noisy, since there is a lot of bars in the area with loud musicy, vut not their fault. A bit cold pool (winter time). You will have to pay an extra amount in cash due to taxes when you check in (the extra tax is normal in Sharm El Sheikh).

One of the main points to chose the hotel was the location (I came there to celebrate the New Year) and it was 100 out of 100. On the beach and 1 minute walk from one of the best clubs (Bus stop, former Pasha), and the pedestrian walking areas. The drawback is that the taxi cannot come to the door and you have to walk but for me it was not a problem. The neighborhood felt very nice and safe. The food was very nice, it was not luxury but I always found something nice to eat. I also loved the cats around. The beach was sandy and nice. They showed me a couple of nice reefs nearby so I could enjoy snorkeling. The hotel is perfect as bed and breakfast. The wi-fi speed on reception is very good. Near the hotel you can find everything: stores, restaurants, pharmacies, ATMs... All 1 minute walk.

The room looks rather old (the bathroom), the mattress is not comfy. It would be nice to have some renovation

The location of the hotel and the staff’s behavior are so good that they outweigh the hotel’s minor flaws. It has a crystal clear sea and a perfect beach. Some days you can watch the colorful fish with admiration.

some of the staff were good and some were not. but all of them need to get training on how to deal with guests. also, one of the security guards was very rude with me when i was entering to the hotel. beach was very good although spaces between sunbeds were tight.

I didn't like that the staff is lacking much training of how to deal with guest in hospitality facility.

Sanitary installation could be improved for better comfort. Especially the shower (303), where the water would run across the bathroom.

The staff at Kanabesh was proactively helpful and kind in all departments from security to reception, to restaurant to the beach providers.

A facility in a central location with its own private beach. The breakfast is very good and they give you towels when entering the beach. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They helped us even though we were past checkout time. We would like to thank the receptionist Amir, kitchen chefs and other employees.

The location of the hotel is perfect, Staff members are very nice and very professional, meals the hotel offers are delicious, is the perfect spot to spend the perfect holidays.

The hospitality was amazing. When they knew it was my wife's birthday, they sent us a complimentary cake to our room. We read the negative reviews and booked anyway as it had amazing price and location (beach front). We were amazed by the room we stayed in! It had a roof with a pool and sea view. It was very clean, and the furniture was in great condition, unlike previous reviews. There were recent renovations. All in all, I would definitely visit again.

Since it was off-season, dinner was not open-buffet but rather unlimited set-menu. It was understandable as there were not many guests. Breakfast was open-buffet though. So if you want open-buffet dinner, make sure to visit in-season (the summer or during the winter break).

The hotel exceeded our expectations in all ways possible. Super charming and clean rooms with all amenities needed for comfortable stay. It has direct access to Naame"s sandy beach, while also in the heart of the city with restaurants, clubs and supermarkets at walking distance. All staff were friendly. There is no Wi-Fi anywhere except at the pool!

The location is very close to the beach and in the heart of Naama Bay, plus the room had air conditioning.

Unfortunately, the saying "you get what you pay for" holds true here. I'm not sure where to start: the room was run-down and in dire need of refurbishment, including the toilet. There was a persistent, strong sewage odor throughout my stay. Room service failed to change the towels even once during my stay. The breakfast was very poor, arguably one of the worst I've had, even compared to hostel's level in some other places. The beach was overcrowded and noisy. One day, they ran out of beach towels, and a staff member attempted to give me a used towel that he left to dry in the sun! To top it off, my sunglasses were stolen while I was swimming at the beach.

The Location was perfect. The staff was Profesional specially Michael and karim.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, every day they were there for our requests, making sure we are having a great time. I am specially gratefull to Meky, Hesham and all the guys in the hotel for their assistance during the stay. The location is just perfect - next to the sandy beach, with perfect palm umbrellas and comfy sun beds. The beach itself has some corals and plenty of tropical fishes swimming around - perfect for shorcheling. The hotel did provide not only great free breakfast, free welcome drinks and some drinks at the beach, but also free beach towels - just ask at the reception. The breakfast is so rich - I have to admit that I ate the most delicious falafels and the tastiest lemons in my life! Also all the joghurt products was super high quality, so rich taste. Our room was such a lucky choice - on first line from the sea, with terrace on the roof, plus it is in local style. The restaurant of the hotel works from 10am to 01 am - I recommend to try their mussaka and the Egyptian dishes - the chefs are best in those. The swimming pool is also big plus. In general Kanabesh offers great value.

The experience can be even better, if the windows and the doors have mosquito nets, or some rubber insulations between the gaps of the frames. The bathroom is better without usage of the ventilator (which might suck out air from the drain pipes system) - much better to use the window if need to change the air.

Everything, staff are very welcoming and helpful, also always try to find solution. They let me stay a bit longer due to my needs, receptionist man is very kind man and helpful. My room was like a little apartment which surprises me alot. Very clean modern - aircone is so fast and new. For this price its definitely worth it. The beach is nice and quiet respectful people well behaved, dtaff always try to find me a sunbed or ajust for my needs. Very clean beach easy access to everything. Bed was super comfortable:) Good food good facilities and location is amazing. You can also use other restaurants near which also offers variety of food and trips for good price. Honest and reliable people in this area. You dont need taxi for anything cos everything is walking distance.. alot shops restaurants etc... Highly recommended:)

There are so many options in Sharm. This is the best for the price. Perfect location, and a beautiful sandy beach with tons of affordable activities. The rooms are like small apartments, with a TV, fridge, and hair dryer, plenty of seating, high ceilings, and an adorable upstairs balcony with a great view of the pool and beach. There was always good music playing at the pool and it seemed like everyone was really enjoying their vacation. The staff is more than accommodating, they brought me fresh berry/mango juice when I arrived, breakfast is available each morning with great options for everyone. I am so glad I chose Kanabesh, I would gladly come back and stay with the rest of my family. This is an excellent and affordable option. I was extremely surprised by the quality of this hotel. It felt as if I had my own safe and secure villa in a private beach resort.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I like the location; it is near the beach, market and many restaurants. It is very accessible to shopping and bars. Suppose you like a place to sleep and do other things rather than staying in your room. This is value for money.

It is a kind of old and run-down place. The AC is too noisy and old. The toilet is stained with rust. No internet in the room.

We were only able to have breakfast at the hotel and it was very nice.

It is evident that the staff would greatly benefit from extensive training and effort in order to enhance the overall guest experience. Furthermore, it is worth mentioning that the hotel is subjected to noise disturbance from the street, particularly due to loud music that persists until 3:00 am. This can be disruptive and may negatively impact the quality of sleep for guests seeking a peaceful environment. When it comes to breakfast, it is important to manage expectations. The quality of the breakfast served is average, and guests are advised to arrive early to avoid encountering leftover food. Unfortunately, there is no replenishment of food items, which can be disappointing for guests who expect a satisfying breakfast experience. It is advisable to consider alternative options outside the hotel for breakfast to avoid potential disappointment. In summary, the hotel's main strengths lie in its beachfront location in Nemma Bay and its proximity to the bustling area. However, it is crucial to have realistic expectations and not anticipate any additional luxuries or exceptional services beyond these primary attributes.

Clean. Every day somebody made clean in my rooms. The breakfast was ok, open buffet., various. The beach very close and clean

I really liked the architectural design of my room. Having a mini living room area on a different level than the bed is a great idea. I also enjoyed having my own rooftop taras. Very practical and very cute three level space for your private disposal!!! The deco was also very nice. Amir from the reception was very professional and very helpful. He provided the best customer service from my entire three week travelling in Egypt.

Gentle staff and great location and clean room!

There is no possibility to eat proper vegan breakfast and maybe I would pay more attention at the cleanliness of the toilet. During the night as our room was next the Main Street, it was very loud, but for us it was not a problem.

The Resort is excellent and connected to private beach. The facilities in the property are excellent and staff is very good and receptive. The receptionist is always getting feedback and asking comfortability. The restaurant and beach staff is very co operative and always taking care of us. The breakfast is excellent and dinner is awesome. The waiters are providing what ever we requested and very well taken care. This is value for money and i will opt for next time and recommend to my friends. Even property is middle of entertainment and vibrant location it is safe for families.

The room is little congested and unable to accommodate our luggage and daily usable. However the balcony is very good and pool /beach view. There are mosquitos and it is unavoidable. Property shall keep some mosquito Repeller's and bed curtains.

great location if you intend to enjoy the night life, bad location of you intended to have a quite resting days… I mean, you can rest during the day, but at night time… chose a different location, far from the action and constant animation of the many surrounding cafe, bars and night club.
