Cocosand Hotel

The location and cleanliness.

There was a dead cockroach in my room.

Tuan is such a lovely host! Thank you! I loved my stay at Cocosand and would definitely come again! The beach is only a 5 min walk away and there’s a great bar with live music next door. A minimart is also just around the corner. They also offer taxi service to the train station for a reasonable price. And I was able to shower after checkout before my night train! Perfect stay :)

Matratze sehr hart

Family run clean helpful

Nothing

It’s a little piece of heaven just off the main street so it’s very quiet but close to everything. Big room and adorable staff. Also really close to a great place to eat, drink and listen to live music, Joe's café, just a one-minute walk away !

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage, Palmenoase

Habe nichts auszusetzen

Very silence , beautifull garden with coconuts , sand and hamacas . Clean room and family managed , very good service . good location

My room was large and very clean. There is a nice outdoor area with tables and hammocks, very nice place to read a book

This was a beautiful property, and I will stay here every time I come to Vietnam. Excellent value. It's a very clean and spacious room, great staff, things to do - everything you could ask for.

In a hot and busy seaside resort, Coco Sand was a calm and quiet refuge. The room was spotlessly clean with great aircon and fridge. The bed was comfortable too. In the courtyard there was privacy and space to enjoy a restful time in a hammock. The staff were available to offer help and advice.

I found it a bit difficult and confusing to reach the beach which was very close but blocked off by bigger resorts on the water.

Basic but everything you want very good host and very clean lovely little garden with hammocks. bars restaurants allround

Nothing

This has to be the cleanest room I’ve stayed in in Vietnam (out of 16 places now). Arriving here after a day of travel was like a breath of fresh air. It is basic but has everything you need: aircon, hot water, plenty of places to set things in the bathroom and the bedroom, a mini fridge, a tv, a hair dryer, and there are some shelves separating the shower from the toilet so that the toilet area doesn’t get completely soaked. Tuan always greeted me with such a warm smile. I wish I could bring this room with me to the rest of my destinations.

It wasn’t a problem for me, but as others have stated, the bed is firm and the water pressure in the shower is weak.

The hotel is a basic place with quite sizeable rooms with a functional bathroom. Quite good grounds, and very helpful happy staff. Fairly central with food and bars within walking distance.

Water pressure in the shower was low with minimal hot water

Real pride of ownership...maintained the yard constantly

The internet connection was very poor which is why I didn.t extend my stay further at this location..moved elsewhere for better internet

Cute bungalows in a gorgeous garden setting with everything you need.

The staff was so so nice! Made me and my mom feel welcome.

Wonderful family run business. I was well taken care of and felt like I was home away from home. The bed was firm, just the way I like it! The room was clean and smelled.fresh. I am so glad I found this hidden gem. I'll stay there again for sure.

Simple but everything there. Host really easy going. I had to leave earlier was no problem, didn't have to pay for whole stay.

Mui Ne is not for me or I didn't give it a good chance... Nothing to do with hotel. Two dogs barking when I passed by, I didn't like that...

Lovely and peaceful. It was clean and spacious.

there were some ants in the sand outside and made relaxing in the hammock hard.

Stayed here for a couple of nights and had a very nice experience. The owner is very friendly and helpful, also speaks English. Bungalows are all you need and more (aircon, fridge and tv included), they’re clean and comfy (bed might a bit hard for some). The beach like well maintained courtyard with hammocks is great to relax and escape the noisy street. Laundry services is available and probably many more. I’d definitely recommend this place.

Interactions with other guests was minimal.

A hidden gem. Lovely quiet garden. A very comfortable spacious room. The owner went out of his way to welcome us and sort any lifts we needed. Thoroughly recommend.

It was all great.

We had to book this place really urgently as we missed night bus at the last moment Very great place for 1 night to stay, great price for 2 king bed & shower I found some small creatures like ants and lizards but not a big deal, wan even cute. And Air conditioner worked fine, which can not be found in many bars and restaurants in Mui ne..

There are a lot of hammocks.

The owner was fantastic, so polite and helpful, especially on a rainy day....thanks again! Set back off street, so nice and quiet with a lovely garden area. Great value for money.

Charming place. A bungalow with sand, palmtrees and fruits right outside your door. Perfect location and awesome service. Amazing value for money. Dont expect its a hotel with big screen tv or the like. This is for people who likes romance and charm

This is a great spot to base yourself in Mui Ne. We spent 2 nights here and were able to rent a scooter from the hotel as well as book onward travel. The room was quite large with a table and chairs, fridge, AC and TV. Would certainly stay again

It’s really friendly and provided good services when I was there and also very clean with plus of very cheap price that I paid!

Disappointed with the beach area and cleanliness of the area.

Great hotel with room cleanliness and tidy. The hotel staff is nice and speak English very well.

Staff was very accommodating.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff! big, clean room with no mold smell. Wifi was spotty at night when a lot of people were on the network, they only have 3 for the whole place, so the coverage was not great.

good relax place.. njoying

Lovely group of rooms/bungalows with pretty central area of shading trees, plants, clean-swept sand, tables and hammocks. Delightful family.

This is a serene little oasis just off the main coast road and near plenty of shops and places to eat. It has a lovely peaceful garden in the centre of the bungalows with hammocks slung between shade trees. Very relaxing. My room was clean and modern and very comfortable. Best of all though, were the staff who were extremely friendly and low key and who went out of their way to help me whenever I asked for it. Recommended.
