Xin Chao Hotel

Un petit paradis ! Idéalement situé, proche d'une multitude de restaurants, plages et market. On peut louer un scooter juste en face. Les hôtes sont super ! La chambre est grande et propre. Les lits confortables ! La piscine est magnifique avec le jardin qui l'entoure. Dès qu'on est installé sur le transat on n'entend plus le bruit de la ville et il y fait moins chaud. On a passé 4 nuits dans cet endroit vraiment super. Je recommande à tous voyageur de Poser ses valises dans cet hôtel pour un séjour à mui né

Es gab einen Pool. In diesen sind wir aber nicht rein, da wir direkt am Pool von Moskitos oder was auch immer zerstochen wurden. Dusche hat eine Trennwand Klimaanlage läuft gut

Die Betten waren viel zu hart, für diesen Preis zu teuer und nicht gerechtfertigt Morgens hatten wir eine Kakerlake im Zimmer (Türspalt so groß dass sie durchkommen)

Super établissement calme en arrière cours, la gérante est super très arrangeante et gentille toutes les visites peuvent être faite de chez elle, nous avons même pu louer un scooter.

L’eau de la douche pas très chaude, mais heureusement au Vietnam il fait bon.

Chambre spacieuse. La tv ne fonctionne pas mais aucun problème. Salle de bain avec paroi de douche, appréciable car rare en Asie du sud est. Une bouilloire sur demande. Extérieur très sympathique, piscine de taille confortable et très bien pour faire quelques brasses. Verdure, palmiers, fleurs, un havre de paix. Petit déjeuner simple mais bien. Je recommande sans problème. Louer un scooter en face, le Monsieur est sympathique et location pas cher.

They kept a lizard in a cage in the entrance. It may be normal for Vietnamese people but as an animal activist it was hard to watch

Bright, comfortable, and very clean room (I had the no-pool-view option) with reliable Wi-Fi. I didn’t need much more since I was out most of the time. There’s also a large spa center on the hill behind the hotel, a great pho place right in front, and it’s just a few minutes from the Hanh Cafe bus drop-off point — very convenient location overall.

Excellent hotel. Lovely large room with a shared balcony overlooking the pool. The hotel was very clean and in a great position in between Mui Ne and Phan Thiet. Lovely pool area with loungers, in between the gardens. The owner was wonderful, very helpful and kind.

The hotel is about 3km to the closest good beach. It is however over the road from watching the kite surfers. The beach that they use is within walking distance.

Локация, удобный матрас,забота персонала, уборка в номере, Это тихое место в тени деревьев, чистый бассейн, тишина,рядом полно едален. Утром приятно пить кофе, птицы поют, иногда с дерева падают манго (аромат супер).

Были шумные дни(дети). Необходимо обновить часть мебели, TV.

Хороший небольшой отель с чистым и небольшим бассейном. Прекрасный персонал, помогали во всех возникших вопросах. Понравилось все кроме звукоизоляции.

Всю ночь под окном кто-то очень громко разговаривал.

Température de l ' eau chaude trop faible.. Douche presque froide ou froide. Mes remarques ont été adressées de vive voix : Depuis un mois passé au Vietnam, c est le premier hôtel où l eau chaude n' est pas chaude. Location vélo proposée à 100 mille dongs par jour par l 'hôtel, alors que le loueur, situé en face l' hôtel fournit le même vélo à 70 mille dongs. Des difficultés pour accéder à la plage située en face l hôtel.. En effet sur toute la première ligne des hôtels près des plages, le passage n'est pas autorisé. Il faut ruser pour déjouer la vigilance des gardiens des hôtels environnants, pour accéder à la mer. MAIS c' est le cas aussi des autres établissements qui ne sont pas situés pieds dans l' eau. Le premier accès public est pas tout proche. L hotel devrait indiquer la distance exacte, pour accéder réellement à la mer, donc préciser la distance jusqu 'au premier passage public autorisé et ce par soucis de transparence avec les clients. L hôtel n est pas à 50 ou 100 mètres des plages.

Рядом с территорией расположены высоковольтные электромачты и вышка сотовой связи,.. Несмотря на оплату наличными, администрация потребовала доплатить 3% сверху, что является необоснованной комиссией.

The rooms are spacious, the pool area and garden look amazing, location is also very nice for sight seeing. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Rooms are a bit run down, most of the beds are extremely hard. I prefer softer beds, and after two nights it was not doable anymore for me, the staff was so friendly to move me to a better room with a softer matress.

Приватность, хороший бассейн.

Жили в бунгало, матрас на кровати очень жесткий, спишь как на лавке, номер ушатаный, стены все грязные. Полотенце 1 шт на человека, для лица и ног полотенец нет, пляжных тоже можно сказать нет, попросили для шезлонга, принесли рваные полотенца, очень маленького размера. Уборки в номере за два не не было. Второй раз бы в этот отель не вернулись.

Hôtel charmant, la piscine est vraiment agréable avec une bonne taille et une vraie profondeur. Le cadre est charmant. Les chambres sont spacieuses.

Il y a une seule serviette de bain par personne. Une autre serviette pour s’essuyer les mains et un tapis de bain aurait été plus confortable.

Great location to lots of food and activities. Rooms and pool are kept clean. Staff is very accommodating. We found our first rooms bed too hard so we spoke to the manager and she put us in a room with softer beds. The manager helped with renting scooters and helped with celebrating our son’s birthday. Great stay for 4 nights.

We enjoyed our stay, we didn't get the room we expected, but that was fine really. The pool was lovely, and breakfast was delicious.

The owner was very friendly and my overall stay was pleasant even though I was the only guest during my stay. On my check-out date I didn’t have breakfast and again the owner was super lovely by bringing me some small snacks. The pool area was great and well kept.

I had trouble sleeping as it sounded like there were rodents or some kind of critters on my roof the first night, second night I had a big gecko in my room that fell on the pillow of the bed, leaving me trying to scare it away - which is no fault of the hotel and is nature, and lastly the shower water was not hot but for a short stay the hotel overall was pleasant.

Location was great with lots of shops, bars and restaurants and massage places nearby. The staff were attentive and housekeeping did a great job everyday. The pool area was nice also. Room was comfortable and had everything you needed including a well priced and well stocked minibar.

The restaurant didn’t seem too desirable - we didn’t eat so can’t comment on the food but the coffee was pretty basic but good value.

Lovely owners who made us feel very welcome (including the two incredibly cute little dogs). Our room was a good size, very comfortable and clean. The air con and fridge worked well. The pool and pool area were lovely and very clean. Good location close to good bars, shops and restaurants.

Lizard and Bird in tiny cages at the front. Baked in heat by day and the poor lizard was left out in a rain storm. Also dogs (2) but they were in excellent shape.

I’m sorry, but the bed was completely unacceptable. The worst bed I have ever slept in. Constantly tossing and turning in the night as you can’t get comfortable it’s so hard. We stayed two nights and I woke up in pain both mornings. Sitting on the bed gives you pins and needles in your leg. I had to lie on my pillow to help otherwise I wouldn’t have got any sleep. The duvet wasn’t big enough for two people. The aircon had only one setting which was very cold. Despite turning the temperature up. The whole place needed a good deep clean. Especially the shower.

Great location beside shops and restaurants etc. hotel had a lovely pool area to chill beside, lovely for a few days. Lovely family run hotel, so helpful and helped us with booking booking tours / onward travel.

The hotel was comfortable & basic. The room was large enough & the bed comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of hot water. They provided towels for the bathroom & the pool. They arranged local tours & bus transport. Breakfast was okay. The pool was nice to relax by as the local beach has been washed away. The family who run this hotel are very nice.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Very solid and made it hard to sleep. Low quality and old bedding. Might aswell have slept on the floor with a thin blanket. Bathroom could do with some work aswell. Was quite noisy one of the nights with loud banging at 2am.

Close to everything !! There is a glass wall between the toilet and the shower so the toilet doesn't get wet like other hotel. It seems that common sence about the "noise" is different from us and local people. But if you have a problem with them, just simply tell how you feel about it to the hotel manager through chat on booking.com, they'll sort it out right away. Some people said mattress is firm, well even through, you can go to massage in 2min on foot and cost you only 6.5USD for 60 min !!

People smoke everywhere in the property and that made me little uncomfortable. If there is a designated smoking area around a pool, that would be perfect.

The hotel was great, the pool area and the room.

The downside was it wasn't that easy to get to the beach. There are a lot of resorts with private beaches so only a few areas with access to the beach if you aren't staying in a resort. Then when you do go to the beach no sunbeds or parasols unless you are staying in a resort. A Shame that the resort's have monopolised the beaches in Mui Ne. The beaches are beautiful though.

The pool was small but clean, the beds nice and firm, and the owner (Chang) super nice and accommodating, making us feel completely at home

Fantastic hotel, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean, great staff and breakfast. We ended up staying much longer than we had originally planned and they were very flexible. Very close to windsurfing and kitesurfing.

Don't forget to pick up your passport when you check out.

Hotel is like an oasis on a busy MuiNe long strip. Spotless room/ property. Well maintained pool, so refreshing Highly recommend
