Apple 1 Hotel Queensbay

地点价钱值得。一年前住过，选双人间如果行李多是有点小，这次选家庭房较大，订三间房，两间没有囱，住一天还行。其中一间过了check in时间(等待清理)，一年前也是一样情形，这方面有待改进。整体不错

房间没囱，订得时候沒看到没囱。灯开关很多，有点乱。

The location is super nice for those who are especially taking aeroline bus to Penang. The hotel is just opposite the dropoff point of aeroline bus in Queensbay mall and you will see the Rutin restaurant, the hotel is just behind it. I was lucky that the hotel upgraded me from single room to double room and it is in the same building of the registration counter, i really appreciate the upgrade and it makes my stay more comfortable. I wanted to give compliments to Ms Afika and Mr B for the hospitality and being helpful in taking care my luggages. Will come back again.

The room is bit small but good to move around within the room for one person. My room is near the staircase hence there was some noise of people walking in the first night, but the night after was ok.

Surprisingly clean room, felt skeptical when booking but turned out better than expected! Just that the noise from planes can be loud.

TV wasn’t working well, it will stop playing.

I like the hotel even its small, kami dtg anak beranak 7 org n im looking for hotel dekat dengan airport dan tempat makan. So this one betul2 dok depan queensbay mall. So nak shopping sambil makan senang sgt. Jalan kaki je. Then nak p airport pon tak sampai 20 minit. I amik bilik 4 org dan selesa sangat. Tak sempit. I think bilik ni luas dari bilik 4 yg lain. Staff dia pon layan baik. I dtg awal. So dia kasi i park brg dulu then p makan jap.

Kawasan situ takde dobi but its ok. Yg advantage lain dh cover.

There was a leaking issue in the bathroom for one of the rooms. But the staff changed the room immediately.

We got the room in a different building from the reception desk. The staircase to the first floor is VERY steep and very narrow, one misstep and you're humpty dumpty. Going up was better but going down was scary especially because we have heavy luggages.

シングルルームだったが、空きがあるらしくグレードアップしてくれた。 ロケーションがとにかくいい。ショッピングモール近い。 アメニティーなどもしっかりしてる。傘も貸してくれた。

水はけが悪い。 シャワールームとトイレが一緒なのはしかたないとして、シャワーを浴びると全部水浸しになる。 そのためスリッパを用意はしてくれていたので助かったが、翌朝もまだ水浸しだった。

Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Location is just great! Near to good food and great shopping!

William had a pleasant stay at the Apple 1 hotel, thanks in the part to the secure door lock that made him feel at ease. Plus, its location near Queensway and the Aeroline Bus stop was super convenient.

The location was great, where you can find good food , good shopping and good road connections to other parts of Penang. A big shout-out to Mr. B for great service at reception.

The only thing one needs to consider when choosing to stay here is that one has to negotiate stairs as there are no lifts in the hotel. Apart from that, this is one hotel I would book to stay in again!

No lift. Aircon needs an upgrade. Water pressure is low at 2nd floor. No fridge no safebox

The location

The size of the room on the first night was too small and the window cannot close fully. We had food smell from the Kapitan restaurant throughout the night, esp fried onions at 5am in the morning. The staff changed the room without hesitation the next day to a much better room.

The location of the hotel is good, just less than 10mins walk away from Queensbay Mall. However, the hotel has NO lift. If you’re carrying luggages and your room is located on other floors other than the ground floor, you have to lug it up staircases. Our room has also no windows. The reception wasn’t exceptionally friendly when we checked in - but it was just for a single night and luckily we were on the first floor. The soundproofing isn’t great either. We could hear the reception talking the entire stay, or other guests in the hallway.

The location is strategic to Quensbay Mall and other shops and restaurants. The room is spacious,clean and well maintained.

Parking space. There are not many designated parking lot for hotel customer but you can anywhere around hotel area and got discount for parking fee when you go out,I think rm8.00 per day which is reasonable.
