Great location for me. Easy to walk to bars restaurants and shops. The beach swimming area a food cart’s isn’t far Overlooking the water from the suite was good

Not the properties fault but a detraction is all the rubbish in the water around the pier. Perhaps if I was in a room further along it wouldn’t be so bad. Next time I’ll list my preferences Ground floor east side. Bit of trouble at the restaurant. Ordered 2 dishes. One arrived after a half hour the other still hadn’t arrived after another 15 minutes so I cancelled and paid out only to find 2 extra drinks on the bill. All sorted but I am unlikely to eat there again on any future trips.

Good location on quite pier.

Wifi didn't work. Was told to use my phones hotspot. Construction was underway throughout the facility. Spa tub is way overrated i.e. rusty fixtures and no privacy. Water was turned off for a few hours on the morning of departure. Lobby staff unable to effectively respond to hotel issues.

The hotel is well located and nicely designed. However, compared to others in the same price range, there are several things for improvement, including room amenities, food quality, and service standards. The Wi-Fi connection could also be improved.

This is just my experience for one night stay during visit my family in Thailand and I just want the management know the problem. Room seem old ,shower not really working tv screen is deteriorating ,the smell of pipe go all over the room. the area is crowds with people walking and riding bicycle in the same small walking area. Fishing ,bbq and breakfast you have to pay extra which paying is not a big no staff to explain all thing you have to asked if have questions I might expect too much but if I will get charged all most same price as hotel I rather expect same service too

The property has just opened a cafe in the deep end area, so beware of public people that will walk by your room's glass door all day long during the cafe operation hours (10:00-21:00) so if you need privacy, this property is a bad idea.

I did like the external appearance of the property that matched the website.

The balcony door doesn’t close properly. The room it needed some touching up.. Walls were dirty, there was a leak from the room above with mould on the ceiling, tiles missing from the balcony, the bed on the balcony the rip was broke and the foam all visable, A long black hair in the fridge We weren’t informed of any information on check in. That breakfast was available, you could take out free bicycles or could rent fishing rods which would have been a really nice thing to do as it’s located in the fishing village. Only seen the rods on leaving and when I asked how much I was told no. So I asked again and was reluctantly told 100baht.

Fab location. So lovely to be on the water, with a big sliding door onto the deck. Near to a fantastic restaurant and a great little coffee shop.

Breakfast wasn’t my sort of thing. Would have preferred the option of granola or similar.

Loved the location of Baan Tah, literally on the sea. A very tranquil and relaxed place . The rooms were simple, stylish and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. A special mention goes out to Carol who was so kind and went out of her way to welcome us and help us in any way she could . We didn't have breakfast at Baan Tah as we preferred the Chilli bar, lovely little cafe 3 mins up the road . Really good coffee and breakfast choices. We enjoyed our stay very much at Ban Tah on sea and would definitely return. Catherine and Anne

The location in the heart of Bang Saray, on a pier with amazing views out over the fishing quays and back to the town was just what we wanted. Sat for hours looking at the view. The seating area further out along the pier was nice but more could have been made it with some shade and comfortable seating.

The breakfast offering was very limited, expensive and not to European tastes - so we ate elsewhere. The lack of a swimming pool could be an issue for many people particularly if they don't want to risk swimming in the sea (see later comment)

Motel is on a dock. Quite nice good facilities plenty of staff. To be very picky it was choppy with the wind so sound of water on the pier at night was different.

The location is nice. There are many activities to do biking,fishing.

The room door wasn’t good. It’s hard to close and open and it was easy to hit your hands.

This hotel provided a truly special experience. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff were incredibly attentive. Every detail was well-considered, making our stay memorable. We are already looking forward to returning soon for another wonderful visit. Thank you for everything!

とても良い！！絶対また泊まりたい。 海の見える部屋に宿泊。隣の部屋と隣接していないので、音楽を大きな音で聞いても隣に音が漏れない。 部屋から見える海は最高。部屋はとても明るく清潔。 レストランは周辺に数店舗あるのでそこに行けば食事はできる。部屋でまったりゆっくりしたい人は最高だと思う。

The super spacious deck over the sea is very relaxing, great for chilling out both at evening and early morning.

Lucky my wife and I booked another hotel for the 1-3st January 2024 kept hotel were wonderful we booked directly at the hotel. Have used booking.com for all our bookings. Sad to say through all the negative feedback from your service centre. You were not able to compensate our horrible experience. Only offering 15% which is extremely disappointing. Not more I can add has been a great experience with booking.com until this incident. We will have to say goodbye to booking.com as they put the hotel before there customers. Very disappointing.

Staff very friendly and efficient. Clean and modern with nice views. Balcony was my favorite place to hang out. No restaurant and no microwave in the room. Can takeout or delivery from local restaurants and eat on the end of the pier the hotel is on.

No one could speak English room was never cleaned no water never book with booking.com again disgraceful

Facilities were zero, no breakfast as advertised only on Saturday and Sundays,no bar not even able to buy drinks at reception to take to your room. The property was a long walk to to get to shops and somewhere to eat

We were told there would be breakfast at a further charge, although it wasn’t available when we went down this morning ?Nice when the tide is full, not so great at low tide.

Service was bad, staff were no service mind at all, not even offer any solution when the customer needed help. Bed is dirty, found a bunch of hair on the bed cover. Bathroom smell horrible when enter to the bathroom u could smell the damp and mouldy. No telephone inside the room, the only way you can contact staff is to go downstair to front desk or chat via fb page. When compare to the price i suggest u run away fast!!!!! The most horrible hotel I've ever encountered!

Shower was not so well as you had to wait for the water to heat up and the shower holder would be facing the side of you rather in front of you.

Me and my family stayed for 2 nights. We absolutely loved it. The place was peaceful, stuffs were super helpful and friendly. Resort provided free bicycles. We rode bikes to a local market in the morning and got local breakfast. That was the best choice caz we got to eat local food, super cheap, plenty of fruit and fresh. We will definitely go back next year.
