Room, food, everything.

The location is a bit dodgy. For the price and the standing of the hotel, the entrance area looks awful (it is common to other properties in the street).

Spacious and comfortable room. The cleanliness is outstanding. Delicious breakfast.

There is a restaurant at the hotel. The menu for lunch and dinner is somehow limited.

The property was lovely and idyllic, and the staff were warm and welcoming.

The food at breakfast was a bit average.

The room was spacious overlooking the pool & sea with extra large balcony with a bath on it. Nice bathroom with large shower. The staff both in the Bar & restaurant were really friendly.

Bit too far away from the local bars, but great Taxi service & cheap

The room was only cleaned twice in 6 days. Therefore, the towels weren't changed often, the bins weren't emptied, and we ran out of toilet roll twice. The boardwalk by the pool had uneven and loose planks, with some fixing screws in a raised position on the walkway. Location is a bit isolated.

Breakfast was great, rooms were very nice and staff were wonderful.

The stairs to the loft are treacherous but we got use to them eventually. The fact the a/c would turn off if the sliding door was open for more than 3 seconds was annoying.

The view & the calm ambience. Staff was friendly too

Too expensive, not sure if it was worth the money I paid

- The hotel is located in quiet area, no horning sound from traffic, the entire stay we only hear the sound of wave ( and wind at night , and rain for some hours)., that’s so peaceful. You’ve got 100/ 10!! - The room size is great, the comfort bed gives us really well sleep. - Breakfast line is not too large, not too small, it offers everything we want, especially tasty thai curry. - Internet works well - Very helpful staff all over the hotel. - Beautiful and stylish lobby, very unique. - Parking space under the roof. - Well known ( in instagram/internet search) Cafes & local restaurants nearby, just few mins by foot. Overall experience we had, with the price we booked, a Duplex incl. Breakfast for 2, it is worth the money.

- Quiet area is, of course, far from everything. Walking distance to the nearest 7-11 may take around 10 mins, to local market maybe 25-30 mins. But not a big deal for us. - We had one dinner at the hotel restaurant, taste was okay, but selections of menu was quite limited. - Drinks at Happy Hour were quite interesting, however lack of Alcohol taste in my Cocktails. Snack Menus offered during Happy Hour would be great. - No International TV Channels - The stairs in our Duplex are so slippery. Not sure if it’s caused of the paint?. - Body Lotion is missing. - Two chairs at Terrace would be better than one.

Pleasant experience. Nice views, especially the sunset. The hotel's cafe is situated at a ideal location that promotes a relaxing experience.

Excellent variety and quality of food at breakfast. The staff - reception and restaurants and general staff are amazing. Go out of their way to accomodate your wishes. Example if you like a particular food they will try and get it for you and if you like a particular food at breakfast, you will be asked ea morning whether you would like it. And it will be delivered to your table.

1)Towels are old enough to change. And bedsheets are dirty and grimy. 2)Last day of stay no hot water and water is running slow. Call reception, no answer, and need to go down and look for them. 3) The glass door is loose( you should get it fixed), not for guess to find out. Call reception, no answer(after the next day, staff teaches me what to do), and the air-con is off for the first night stay. Only survive with fan. 4) With this price, i believe i can get a much better room in pattaya. Disappointing holiday.

Well maintained property in a great area.

We had the pool to ourselves most of the stay, the staff was amazing, apart from one of the receptionist who checked us in, we had a nightmare checking in, this was to do with miscommunication on the hotels part, but was all good in the end. The staff in the restaurant and behind the bar were outstanding

They say excellent Internet, but it was terrible, very intermittent, needs to be upgraded..

Breakfast buffet. Seaview. Swimming pool. Big and well functioning bathroom. Very attentive and friendly staff. Well spoken English. Surprise HBD cake at breakfast. Quiet surroundings. Free bikes. Utmost happy during my 70th birthday stay. Kept Bangsaray is simply fabulous!

Second chair at balcony needed. Towel and swimming gear drying rack missing.

we stayed there because we had a evening at the “sunplace” italien restaurant Bangsaray !

Situated at the end of quiet and "private" soi with little traffic. Nice Property - but a little bit outdated. Nice layout of lobby and front desk that opens up for nice walk out to seaside/bar/restaurant. Very nice and helpful staff on all stations. Very nice view of sea and pool from (one of the more expensive) room on 3rd floor. (If choosing the more pricy rooms there is access to either jacuzzi or private small pool - with Seaview - on the terrace/balcony ;-)) Mini bar with beer and soft drinks in room. (drinks in minibar in room a cheaper than at restaurant and bar downstairs!) Many pillows in room. For sleeping one gigantic and one good ;-) Could choose fan in ceiling as substitute for air con. If buffet breakfast is up, it is quite generous! Balcony with nice Seaview.

Location about 20-25 minutes walk if looking for more "local" life. Hotel building feels a little "cramped in" at entrance. Due to location there was no competition for anything. (Except from 1 bar/restaurant/coffeshop 2 minutes walk away.) Thus considerably overpriced on drinks and food and not a very big selection on menu. A bit tricky to get quick transport if wanting to leave hotel for city center - if you not are in for a 20-30 minute++ walk. Most El-outlets in room very slack. Would not hold the plugs if wanting to charge devices. AC quite noisy. Only 2 speeds strong and very strong. No soft- or readinglights by/on bed. No small tables for book/reading glasses/or coffee cups/drink glass on any side of the bed. Only 2 coat hangers in room. No hooks for hanging in room. 1 hook in bathroom. Balcony have only 1 (gigantic and heavy) chair. difficult to shift/move. (Really could have wished for 2 smaller instead of one very big!) (NOTE: the restaurant/bar outside hotel mentioned above has a very good selection on menu and abundant on drinks. Cozy outside small area for sitting and Seaview. Pricing is matching that of the hotel but selection of drinks and food are more generous)

Views from higher rooms which were well appointed generally with excellent bathrooms. Excellent breakfast.

Piped music by the pool during the day. The sound of the waves is far preferable. Too little hanging space in the rooms for clothes.

Services and facilities. I would like to thank you to the staff especially Khun It, Recreation, N Khao Oat, N Ked who provided great service early morning at the bridge and during breakfast time.

Food and beverage - quality of food and team are the best during our stay.

FO Team needs a lots of training. Just be aware they mention Double bedroom - actually it is a duplex room. and they tried to upsell me even I did not book duplex room and keep asking me to pay the higher room type.
