A very comfortable and large room with an en suite. Breakfast provided a good range of cereals and fruit, culminating in a full English breakfast - all very enjoyable. Our host, Selina, was very friendly and on hand to welcome us and guide us to arrange parking. She remained available for advice throughout our stay. The location of Del Mar is ideal a very shoort walk to the main street and shops and a little further to the sea front

Selina was very friendly with good communication, quick reply’s on booking.com and very accommodating. Good variety choice for breakfast…. Fruit, yogurt, toast with different types of cereal and a full English breakfast. The room was clean, we had front view. Shower was a little small being a slightly bigger girl but was still able to use. Definitely recommend and will definitely go back

There is parking onsite but limited availability. There is also on street parking but again first come first served basis. It wasn’t a problem for us, just a mention for others.

The room was clean and the property is in a convenient location for exploring Llandudno.

Room 9 is located at the top of the property and it was not sufficiently clear during booking that guests would need to carry luggage up several flights of stairs with no lift available. Wi-Fi was only available in the public areas and not in the room, which was inconvenient and unusual. The room itself was quite small. Breakfast options for vegetarians were limited, and a simple request for an omelette instead of scrambled eggs could not be accommodated. Overall, we found the hosts unhelpful when concerns were raised, with responses focused on referring back to the listing rather than assisting guests.

The lady Selina was nice and helpful, The breakfast was good, and the room was clean and tidy.

if we were on a lower floor it would have been easier - for 3 x 70 year olds it was a struggle to get up the stairs but we managed. Selena kindly carried our bags up for us

Centrally located, close to the pier, beach and town centre on a quiet road. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and it had all the usual amenities. We were able to park at the front of the guesthouse. Good breakfast.Friendly and helpful hosts. I'd stay again.

Top floor rooms not ideal for people who struggle with stairs. With the current heatwaves it would be nice to have a fridge in the room!

The customer service upon entry is wonderful very welcoming and informative The rooms were so clean and had all you needed Location is great as you are within walkable distance to sites I also loved the fact that they had a display area where there were ample tea selection’s so you can help yourself as much as needed Within the display that had some lovely crafts which is definitely worth a look!

The only downside is internet as we were on the 2nd floor and to be honest there is nothing that could of been done with this the walls are very thick and the owners have done all they can to attempt to boast the internet. Apart from that sometimes it’s definitely nice to have some internet free time 😊

I really enjoyed my stay here. The host was very welcoming and made the whole process easy from the beginning. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, which made it a great place to relax after a day out. The location was also a big plus, with the beach and train station both within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Selina (die Besitzerin) ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und kümmert sich wunderbar um alle Gäste. Z.B.kaufte sie extra Hafermilch für mein Frühstück zusätzlich ein. Sie schaut auf ihre Gäste und alles im Haus ist super gepflegt und ordentlich. Unser Zimmer ganz oben war hell und freundlich mit nettem Blick. Viele Treppenstufen, die sich lohnen. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Evtl ein Schild direkt bei der Dusche, dass man zum Start die Leine ziehen muss ;-)

wlan im zimmer ging nicht, kein empfang. auf dem flur gab es wlan. damit die dusche bedient werden kann, muss die leine im bad gezogen werden, damit der durchlauferhitzer strom bekommt. leider wussten wir dies nicht im voraus. diese leine ist anderswo auf der welt ein hilfealarm welcher durch das ziehen der leine so ausgelöst wird

Single room was clean and comfortable. Everything necessary for my one night stay. Breakfast was absolutely first class. Fresh orange juice and full range of cereals and yoghurt. Full English was hot and delicious.

Selina and her team were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much to ask. They are so welcoming and kind and I genuinely can't wait to stay again. Breakfast was delicious... Parking was right at the front door and the hotel was so close to the centre it took literally 2 minutes to walk.

Take the two chairs out of the room and put in a bedside unit next to the bed as there was no where to put a watch/clock cup down most people lie/sit on the bed and watch TV with a cuppa but so good to have a fan. Thank you.

Very friendly go up and beyond to help

The rooms are very small and stuffy. The bathroom and shower is minute. I don't understand how it managed to get any star ratings? The WiFi didn't work in the rooms. The TV signal was very poor. All the surrounding hotels look much better.

Parking, a really friendly and helpful host, very comfortable bed and a good night's sleep. A good shower room. Just a short walk to good pubs and restaurants.

Hot nights, window open, some street noise. Breakfast was OK but not special, could have started at 8 instead of 8:30, but I was always welcomed and served straight away when coming down early.

Exceptionally clean and welcoming, the staff were so friendly, we really felt relaxed on this trip. I wanted to bring the bed home (room 6), it’s the best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time. The bathroom was spotless and fully stocked of little miniature essentials. Breakfast was great, everything tasted delicious, the bacon was thick and full of flavour. We would definitely recommend staying here, it’s central to the Orm, pier, beach and shops. There’s no lift, but the stairs were manageable and not steep. The carpet was well fitted, no trip hazard.

Selina was great, friendly, chatty, welcoming. The breakfast was very tasty and plenty. Location was good. We were fortunate to have parking outside, think it’s first come first served, but not sure if you are not there first, not a lot of street parking evident.

WiFi was only good downstairs in the entrance. Selina did apologise for this, it’s due to the fire doors apparently. The decor is tired but it’s alright for a night’s stay

Selina was welcoming and attentive. Being able to park our motorbikes in front of B & B a bonus. Our room ( room 10) was large and very clean. King size bed comfy. B & B only a short walk into town and quiet at night.

Miss match furniture. Shower pressure low and shower unit had what looked like a burn stain underneath. It really could do with being replaced. Shower water did not drain very well. Standing in 2" of water is not ideal. No wifi at all in our room no matter where we stood.

Location was great short distance walk to shops and waterfront. The breakfast was big and nice

I had a problem with the bathroom and reported it to owner. She fixed the problem somewhat by the time we got back from dinner I found our room little and rather cramped but ok for a night stay

Selina is quite a great host. She ensured my family and I were as comfortable as possible; and even gave us great advice on when ti visit the pier and directions to the closest Sandy Beach

It's a long way up the stairs to the penthouse, but the view was worth it.

1st time in Llandudno ( although we did do a day dummy run the week before) loved the scenery friendly people plenty of shops and the pier pubs.and our accomadation.

Breakfast was enjoyable, plentiful and hot. Location was great, able to walk to the beach and town shops.

Baked beans would be better served in ramekins on the plate, or asked which items you do or do not want on the cooked breakfast…just to prevent food waste.

The bedroom was too hot due to the hot weather. However a fan was provided. Cleanliness needs to be better. The skirting boards behind a chair I moved to look for a plug socket was thick in dust, on closer inspection so was behind the bed and other furniture. There could have been a better choice of cereal at breakfast.

all facilities are of a high standard, the room was just right for my daughter and I, only realised the Guest House was full until we went down for an excellent breakfast. Very quite even with the window open and it being full. Only gripe my daughter and I had was the WIFI, even just outside our door we could not access it in our room and 5G signal 1 bar. overall great stay, thank you ladies for a loverly welcoming one night stay.

Selina is delightful and very helpful in all respects. She and her husband carried my case up and downstairs and found out train times for us.

My friend and I would have liked to be asked what we would like for cooked breakfast.

Selina was very friendly and accommodating to our dietary needs (halal/veg). I like the room as the beds were comfy and bathroom was perfect for ladies who need to do makeup as enough space to put skincare items on shelf above sink and plenty of hangers and wardrobe space all around. They provide extension cords which makes so much sense for hotels to procide in this day and age! Great location as close to everything we did.

Not much to dislike. For someone with a sensitive stomach, I had no problem with the breakfast but it was just a bit blander than other hotels I have been too. There are condiments to use if you would like which helps improve taste. Decaf coffee was nice though. Shower could have been a bit more powerful but temp was perfect and it was very clean and spacious.

The breakfast was excellent. Selena is a lovely, helpful lady.

Liked the room / breakfast & hosts. Due to being blessed with warm weather on our stay the room was too warm - a fan would be useful.

Small room (as indicated) at the top of the (small) hotel. Room was clean, the bed comfortable and all the details were as you would have hoped. The staff were friendly and helpful. and did a great job providing 11 cooked breakfasts over a 45 minute period.

No complaints. Highly rated on value for money

The host went out of her way to look after us. Also made arrangements to park our motorcycles in a safe place. Good accommodation and clean. Nice breakfast also. Thank you.
