The accommodation was a real value for money! The room was basic but it had all the amenities you need. The accommodation was also conveniently located close to a mini market, several restaurants, and the old city (just a 5-10 minutes walk away). The staff (I am assuming they are the owners) are also super friendly!

Nothing. But important to take note that the accommodation is situated on the second floor with no lift and stairs with no cover, so take this into consideration if you are bringing luggages are need wheelchair accessibility.

Great location near to the Old Town. Staff so friendly, rooms clean and have windows you can open if you wish. I had a replacement SIM card from the UK delivered here and they were so good in contacting me to let me know it had arrived, when I had already left the property 3 days prior.

Can not recommend this lovely homestay enough, it was the perfect location on cam nam island where food is much more affordable than the old town and the Homestay owners are so lovely and welcoming, it’s perfect walking distance to the old town too so you don’t feel like you’re far away from anything. The family offer laundry if needed and are just so kind and welcoming!

I liked everything the room was perfect and really good value for money and the aircon was strong, one of our favourite Homestays so far!

This place is truly wonderful. The location is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby, yet it still feels peaceful and relaxing. The owners are amazing people: very kind, welcoming, and always smiling. They create such a warm and приятная атмосфера that you instantly feel at home. My room was located in what felt like a little paradise garden — lush, beautiful, and incredibly calming. Waking up there every day was a real joy. I would definitely love to come back!

A szállás nagyon tiszta volt és az óváros gyalogosan könnyen megközelíthető volt. A szállásadó nagyon segítőkész és barátságos volt. Nagyon olcsón lehetett biciklit bérelni a szálláson, ami kifejezetten izgalmassá tette a környék felfedezését.

Stayed last year as they advertised Mini bar / fridge but there wasn’t one. Stayed again this year 2025 as the ad stated again there wasn’t a mini bar / fridge. Then again there is no fridge 2026. Extremely upset about that as I prepaid but would not have had I realised there was no fridge. It’s way too hot there for no fridge. I like the people but won’t stay there again, also the advertised balcony is just the external walkway to the rooms.

A great location, quiet and peaceful, lots of good local restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the old town. No fridge in the room but there's a shared fridge in reception anyone can use

The room description is a bit misleading - I booked a room with private balcony but actually only one room has a private balcony - the others open on to the shared walkway. Not a disaster but not what I was expecting when I booked.

Beautiful homestay located in a very nice neighborhood! Tinh and his family are so great!! The room and bathroom are perfect. The bed is very comfortable, we slept like babies! We will definitely come back, thank you Tinh!

It was very clean and safe for a solo traveller. The family who own the place are exceptionally friendly and pleasant and are always cleaning. The aircon was excellent, the water was hot hot hot every time and the bed was comfortable.

I missed a fridge, that would have been really nice to have, especially as it’s hot and humid.

Great location over the river from the busy tourist area. Comfy beds, funny little terrace to get to the bathroom.

You have to put the heater on for a bit to get hot water, but that's not really a problem.

The owner was really nice and very helpful. His son helped with the communication, but it also worked out easily by google translate. The rooms were very clean.

The rooms were big and had everything you need, very clean and the beds so comfortable! We extended an extra night as we had the best 4 nights sleep. The family were just wonderful and couldn’t do enough, very caring and always very happy! They were so helpful throughout our whole stay and if we had more time we would have stayed much longer. There are cycles to rent, and they can even organise transport to and from locations. This Homestay really made our experience 10 times better.

The location and the super friendly and knowledgeable staff. My family came in too early for checkin at 2 pm. The owner was kind enough to give us an explanation of all the possible things to do during the timeframe and refer us to a personal electric cart to carry us around. He also helped us a day after our stay to book a car for us in Da Nang. The location is only a few houses from a mini-mart and 5 min walk from historic main street. The restaurant next door is great value and has a friendly owner as well. Great stay overall! (Disclaimer: we do speak to the owner in Vietnamese so not sure how foreign guests fare; but he does command basic English).

Nothing. Everything was great. Although if you have elderly and/or people with mobility issues, you may have to be more cautious since there's no elevator if your room is on the upper floor.

The room was small but clean. The staff is very warm and even they don't speak English very well they will help you with anything you need. The location is very good, less than 10 minutes from the center. There is a restaurant next to the house that is cheap and good.

This homestay is a gem. Book it now because it's always full and the family are the nicest people ever. They have a beautiful sense of hospitality. The room was everything you'd want it to be. Close to the center but not noisy, large and bright and airy and clean with very comfortable beds.

Clean, perfect for Hoi A stay when you’re out all day and you want to come back to a simple clean bedroom and separate bathroom. Very kind welcoming family! Just over the bridge from the main old town, but stick around on the local street for great authentic food. The restaurant opposite is a must try!

A lovely homestay with lovely owners. The location is great, separated by a short walk from the old city centre. My room was spacious and clean. You can also rent a bike here, and the restaurant right next to the homestay (also owned by the family) is amazing! My room was just next to the stairs, and almost every guest had to pass my door and window to get to their room, which felt a little exposed, and some neighbours were very loud when returning from partying early in the morning. This was not the fault of the homestay, but may happen anytime - so you are more likely to get disturbed in certain rooms more than others.

The hotel is clean. The location was perfect and just a 5minute walk away from the night market and city center but away from the crowd . The family was really friendly and helpful. Would come back again.

Perfect location and the owners are very nice. The bed was comfy and the a/c worked well, the shower was powerful and always hot (the water comes out in sort of bursts but doesn’t inhibit showering too much). Nice little balcony with cute chairs too.

We struggled to sleep well almost every night due to noise, but that has been our experience in most places we’ve stayed at in Vietnam. Traffic and karaoke started at around 6am and would be noisy late at night too from neighbouring places. Can hear everything from the room. Not the hosts’ fault though!

Very conveniently located, right across the river from the Old Town. Only a 5 minute walk to the busier streets. Spacious room with a very comfortable bed, clean bathroom and everything you need. The host family is very welcoming and nice as well. I could not recommend this place enough. Value for money is great!

The family were so kind and the owner helped us book transport and even gave us some fruit to take in the morning we left - very generous and warm family. We always felt safe and also were super great location near the Old Town in walking distance. Also the bed was sooo comfy!!

Nothing besides something was not quite right with the water system (shower in our room) but it still did the job and for a very cheap price anyway.

The room is big, bed is amazingly comfortable, pillows too!... Great room to disconnect and rest. Hot shower and good personal bathroom. The owners were always super friendly and kind. Inviting me to join them for some karaoke, snacks, lunch and beers over lunar new year. It was very kind. They would smile and always make me feel warmly invited. Helpful with all my questions and queries. Lovely, local area with kind neighbours too

I was looking forward to the shared kitchen and having some facilities. But they didn't have, even a kettle in the room would of made a difference as I was there a long while. They don't offer breakfast or meal options. Though have local restaurants around them

The home stay is located just a couple of minute walk from the old town. Our room was very pretty with a small balcony and a comfortable bed. The family owning this place is also very nice and helpful

The stuff, tbe location, the size of the room.. it was pretty good form the amount I paid I think it was really worth. Tim and his wife are amazing creatures! ❤️

I think they could improve the shower ( oscillates lit bit) but noting you can’t survive for few days.

Owner and his son were very nice and they even invited us to their family gathering. The room was basic but got everything you need and was very clean. We would stay here again.

Great homestay, just 4min away from the vibing old town of Hoi An. The rooms are super clean and the staff is very helpful, helped me to get a taxi to my next pick up point. Believe they also can hook you up with day tours if need be. Bicycles are available too

The staff were so kind and helpful, they have lots of bikes you can rent to explore Hoi An. Being across the bridge means the area is quiet but you’re still really close to everything. We had a great stay!

A few times when we returned to the room it smelled strongly of cigarettes, not sure if it was from people smoking on the balcony directly outside.

Clean, good location that was easy to walk into the Ancient Town, the host was friendly and very accomodating to us. The bikes we hired were well priced and in good condition.

The property was lovely with little huts for most of the rooms around the excellent pool. We enjoyed our stay here very much! Each morning you had two options of a free breakfast made fresh by the family which you had in the little dining area. The people were so lovely and kind when arranging transport. Even though some didn’t speak much English they were always smiling and trying to communicate the best they could with us. We also used the properties bikes for free to ride into the town.

The property is slightly outside of the town. About a 20/25 minute walk but grabs were easy to get or you could use the properties bikes for free or rent a motorbike from them.

The owners were lovely and super friendly/helpful for anything we needed. The room was a good size and comfortable. We rented bikes from here and they did our laundry which was perfect and super quick! The location is ideal you’re about a 5 minute walk to the old town

It says on booking.com that bike rental is free however it isn’t, not a major issue just something to note if you’re on a budget!

Cute place with a bit of a family feel, friendly and clean. Love the location, with is within easy walking distance from the historical centre, but far enough away from it to feel authentic and local. Will gladly come back one day.

The location is just perfect!...the family running the homestay are such warm genuine wonderful souls..was welcomed with big smiles & bigger hearts & felt part of the family.

Everything was to my liking..😁 nothing i did not like.
