Heerlijk geslapen in het comfortabele bed met fijn matras. Goed ontbijt. Lekker relaxen bij het zwembad op het dak. Goede airco en dicht bij restaurants en barretjes.

O hotel está extremamente bem localizado, no centro histórico da cidade e a poucos passos dos bares e restaurantes. A facilidade do acesso é um ponto importantíssimo! O café da manhã é simples, mas gostoso, havendo a disponibilidade interessante de frutas. Não é buffet. Como o hotel não é muito grande, isso justificou a não decretação do buffet. Você precisa solicitar o que gostaria de comer, dentro da disponibilidade. A decoração do Placita Vieja Hotel Boutique é linda e a piscina é muito gostosa! Os funcionários foram usualmente simpáticos, educados, se empenhando para realizar um bom atendimento. Gostei bastante!

O Ar-condicionado não tem a potência necessária para climatizar o quarto, o que é amparado pelo ventilador de teto.

La ubicación es excelente, pero hay mucho ruido de la calle, ya que es una zona céntrica con mucha fiesta nocturna. A este ruido, se suma el ruido del ventilador, necesario para dormir. Las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado pero hacía demasiado frío, lo que hace que la temperatura sea demasiado baja. La habitación no tenía secador. Además, la ventana daba a un muto a un palmo de distancia.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral am Parque de los Novios mit vielen Bars und Restaurants; aber auch laut, besonders abends. Schönes grosses helles Zimmer. Klimaanlage auch bei Stromausfall. Für ein Altstadthotel relativ grosser gepflegter Pool auf dem Dach. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung (Boutiquestil). Frühstück besteht generell aus Obst und Eiern mit Toast oder Arepa, Kaffee, frisch gepresster Saft. Keine Bar aber Getränke werden gebracht, auch an den Pool

Bei der Bezahlung mit CC ist man gezwungen in EUR umzurechnen zu einem sehr schlechten Kurs; eine Zahlung in COP ist nicht möglich.

El hotel es muy lindo. La habitación estuvo muy cómoda, limpia y con todo lo necesario. La atención del personal fue excepcional. Todos muy amables y siempre con una sonrisa y prestos a ayudarnos. Disfrutamos muchísimo el baño turco y la piscina. La ubicación en pleno centro histórico hizo mucho más fácil nuestros desplazamientos y oportunidades de probar la gran gastronomía de la ciudad y lugares turísticos.

Como sugerencia esperamos que las adecuaciones del bar y el spa puedan finalizar pronto para poder disfrutar de un buen cóctel en la piscina y un masaje relajante ☺️

Ein kleines schnuckeliges Hotel direkt neben dem Parque de los novios. Das Haus ist nicht mehr neu und hie und da wäre Etwas Pflege nötig. Trotzdem hat der Stil seinen Reiz und man fühlt sich wohl. Mein Zimmer im vierten Stock war sehr gross. Hatte neben einem schönen Badezimmer mit Dusche unter freiem Himmel zusätzlich noch Dampfsauna. Der Aussenbereich war riesig und hatte neben Sitzgelegenheiten auch noch 2 Liegestühle mit Polster. Senor Mario und sein Team sind sehr freundlich und gesprächig. Das Frühstück wurde nach meinen Wünschen jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet. Die Lage direkt neben dem Park bedingt eine gewisse Resistenz gegen Lärm wobei bei geschlossener Türe es durchaus auszuhalten war. Die Lage direkt neben Park hat den grossen Vorteil das man 20m rechts und links gleich ein Restaurant und fussläufig noch dutzend andere erreichbar sind. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls. Die Klimaanlage macht die Hitze sehr erträglich. Fernseher und Radio runden das ganze ab. Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Hotel.

Es gibt nicht gross etwas zu bemängeln.

Una casona colonial muy linda y acogedora. El área de la piscina y el baño turco excepcionales. El personal siempre atento a tus necesidades. El desayuno bueno y variada.

En general todo bien en relación a la antigüedad de la propiedad están renovando y cambiando detalles.

Nous avons été déçus, car nous avons trouvé que les commentaires et les notes étaient vraiment surcotés pour cet hôtel. L’hôtel est certes en centre-ville, mais cela implique aussi tous les désagréments qui vont avec : beaucoup de bruit jusqu’à 2h du matin. De plus, le matelas n’était pas très confortable.

I liked the pool and the man who managed it. He was very nice & very helpful!

When we got here, we had to wait till 3PM even though the hotel was very empty. Then when we got in the room, there was no toilet paper and the AC was not working & it honestly was not really like the pictures. Don’t expect a window. When asking for another room it took some time but eventually we got a new one where luckily the AC worked. The pigeons that kept trying to get into the pool. Very unhygienic. The breakfast was not that great, limited. The sound at night was quite loud since it’s besides the park, they do provide earplugs however. The receptionist also wasn’t very helpful.

We had an amazing stay at Placita Vieja. It is located in the parque de los Novios, close to all the major tourist attractions in Santa Marta. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was friendly and extremely helpful with any request we had. The pool is small but great as well and the room was amazing.

It's not the hotel fault but sleeping well and deeply is extremely difficult given its location and the noise of the main square. Luckily, the hotel staff provides ear buds to help you sleep

Muy ruidoso!! El volumen de la música en los locales de la plaza era elevadisismo (tanto que en la mesilla de noche ya te dejan tapones para los oidos). Una de las habitaciones no tenia ventana (bueno, tenia pero daba a una pared). Solicitamos un cambio de habitación y tuvimos que pagar un extra. El hotel es correcto, pero creo que no se corresponde con un 5*

Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et complet. Nous avons apprécié notre grand balcon et la piscine. La chambre était magnifique. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le vieux Santa Marta près de tout et le personnel est très gentil.

C'était la semaine sainte et il y avait beaucoup de bruit et de musique jusqu'aux petites heures du matin. Heureusement ils nous ont fourni des bouchons. Notre matelas était trop mou.

La ubicación es inmejorable, está literalmente en el parque de los novios donde se concentra todo el comercio y vida nocturna del centro histórico pero a su vez está a una distancia prudente para que se pueda dormir tranquilamente.

Falta un poco de mantenimiento sobre todo en el área de la terraza y piscina pero nada grave, son solo detalles.

Das Bett war zwar groß, aber viel zu weich

It’s a lovely old property with tiled floors and an open inner courtyard. We had the top floor suite which had a large patio overlooking city and with glimpse of the ocean. It made for beautiful sunsets. The bed was comfortable. The large bathroom with open air shower and sauna were amazing. Yes! Hot water but not needed with the temperature outside. The pool was smallish but comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. Hotel is in a very lively part of town so bring earplugs and eye masks even though hotel is fairly sound proof. Music stays on till wee hours.

Prima ontbijt; perfecte locatie: gelegen op het mooiste plein vd stad. 3 minuten lopen naar het strand en in het hart vh bruisende centrum. Fantastisch zwembad/chill-plek: ik heb daar heerlijk koel, liggend in het zwembad in mijn boek liggen lezen.

Dit is geen minpunt, maar afhankelijk van smaak: sommige kamers hebben een douche die 'midden in' de kamer staat en dus misschien minder geschikt is voor mensen die van privacy houden. Let wel: je bent alleen 'zichtbaar' voor je 'kamergenoot'. Als je heel gevoelig bent voor geluid van buiten en vroeg gaat slapen, kun je misschien last hebben van het bruisende nachtleven op het plein. Wij vonden het juist bijdragen aan de ervaring.

I loved its location, the sauna and its delicious scent, that welcoming drink, but most of all I loved the staff - all six of them that I interacted with and it was my honor to tip them all.🥰

Es ist direkt an einem Platz, wo schöne Musik gespielt wird, allerdings jede Nacht bis um 3. Es ist also eine tolle Atmosphäre, allerdings sollte man mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen können. Mit Ohrstöpsel ist es dann aber super leise.

El hotel ofrece detalles que hace una perfecta estancia: -Camas adaptables -Colchones ortopédicos -La decoración de las habitaciones dan sensación de historia y cultura. -Excelente amplitud con techos muy altos. Durante La estancia dentro del hotel se descubre detalles que hacen sonreír.

Our room only had a window very close to a wall so was like an interior room, with no daylight. The mattress was too soft. They have a very aggressive non smoking policy. Even in the terrace (which is outdoors) you cannot smoke. You need to step outside the hotel every time and always ring the door to come back in, not very practical and a bit exaggerated.

Tienen zona de spa con piscina en el 2° piso y es un lujo poder sofocar el calor cuando llegas de pasear!! A pesar de estar en el Parque de los Novios que es ruidoso por las noches, no escuchamos nada y descansamos muy bien.

Breakfast was very simple and nice but the same each day. Location was great; this is really the only thing the hotel has going for it. I'm sure this hotel was very nice back in the day but it's not been maintained.

The bedroom had absolutely no view: the window was boarded up in the bedroom. The bathroom has a window that is open to the roof of the next building (where a cat watched us shower) and there was a small door at the top of the closet where another room must have access to the room. The facilities look worn but the employees try their best to maintain it. You can tell the owner doesn't want to put any money into the hotel which is wild since the cost of the rooms is astronomical for Colombia. The music from the clubs next door go all night into the morning and sounds like it's in the room with you. We ended up leaving our hotel (and losing the money) to go stay in another hotel - we have never done that before! A small complaint: the website states that they have l'occitane shower products but they actually have generic mini bottles.

The hotel has rooms with NO windows at the simple rooms although the photos, shows windows. I asked for free upgrade but they didn't do it. Instead I had to pay 60 euros more for 3 days for my staying. In addition I had to ask for towels, toiletries all the time. Expensive.

We liked the size of the room, the staff are kind, helpful, and courteous, the pool and sauna are very pleasant, and the room is quiet despite being in the central area of the historic district with many restaurants and bars nearby.

The room we stayed in has no view. The breakfast is reasonable.

Loved the comforts, the location, the staff, the pool and the room. The staff went out of their way to help. When I had trouble re loading my SIM card, the young man (don’t know his name) went out of his way above and beyond to help me solve the problem.

The only thing I didn’t like was the noise at night.

Super friendly staff and owner. The owner helped us organize a boat trip to a secluded beach and even drove us to the port. Overall, the customer service was simply outstanding: We were brought food and cocktails to the pool, had huge customized breakfasts and a lot of personal attention during our stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated. The rooftop swimming pool (with a Turkish steam bath) can rival those of 5 star hotels. Location: in the heart of the old city.
