Sehr rustikal und ziemlich abgewohnt. Aber es hat Charme durch das alte Gemäuer, was einfach nett eingerichtet ist. Unser eigenes Zimmer war sehr einfach mit dem Nötigsten. Die Matraze des Beistellbettes war so dünn, dass man als Erwachsener eigentlich nicht drauf liegen konnte. Unser Kind hat aber ganz ok geschlafen. Das Bällebad ist toll, das Frühstück besser als erwartet, die Lage Tiptop! Wir haben uns total über gratis Billard gefreut! Insgesamt hat hat es uns total gut gefallen.

Nice location, pretty clean facilities

No curtains in the room (leaving me with no privacy as the only girl in a dorm with 6 guys), bathroom directly attached to the hostel room without a door (means you can hear everything happening on the toilet and in the shower) That’s firstly super uncomfortable and also loud. No AirCon.

I came to New Lisbon Hostel expecting simply to have a place to stay, but somehow I left genuinely missing the place and the people there. The hostel is a beautiful big house with a really welcoming and social atmosphere. There are plenty of common areas, a good pool table, the famous ball pit 😂, clean bathrooms and showers, and everything was regularly cleaned. For the price, the value is honestly amazing. But what really made my stay special were the people. A huge thank you to Johnny, JJ and Lisa. Johnny, thank you for all the ridiculous conversations, laughs and your amazing energy. JJ, thank you for always being so warm, helpful and genuinely lovely to talk to. And Lisa, thank you for being so welcoming, fun and for helping create some of my funniest and most chaotic memories in Lisbon 😂. The reception never felt like just a reception desk. You could come downstairs, talk, laugh, get a drink, ask for help or simply hang around. I arrived as a guest and somehow left feeling like I was saying goodbye to people I’d known much longer than I actually had. Love you guys ❤️ I’ll definitely come back.

My only extremely serious complaint: please let the breakfast bananas ripen a little more 😂 Other than that, I genuinely don’t have much to complain about.

L’emplacement était super. Les espaces communs sont agréables et les lits très confortables.

Le parquet des chambres grince, ce qui peut déranger pour dormir quand un colocataire se déplace.

The location is superb, at the heart of Lisbon. The general ambience is serene and calm.

The cubicles within the dormitory had no fans except one fan fixed on the wall to serve about 8 individuals in each cubicle. There was heat in each cubicle.

Le personnel est très patient, à l’écoute et serviable, au sein de l’hôtel on se sent comme à la maison dans un petit cocon réconfortant. Les lits et la literie sont doux et confortable, la température de l’eau est réglable facilement dans les douches et le matériel mis à disposition dans les salles de bain est de qualité. Le rapport qualité prix est largement satisfaisant ! De plus si vous êtes une femme la section spécifique est vraiment bien sécurisée et l’ambiance y est chaleureuse ! Merci pour ce super séjour

The rooms, the people, and the workers were all great!

When taking a shower, there is not really a good place to put your clothes, but it's wasn't too bad.

the overall Vibe was very good, a typical old school hostel. the co-working space was quite peaceful. They even had a pool table and lot of other facilities, you don't really need to go out anywhere much to find your necessities. The breakfast was very much worth the spent!

the air-conditioning could've been better. sleeping in the dom was tough with all stinky feet. There was damp smell in certain areas and also the rooms looked a bit more cramped that in pictures.

Chambre sale très sale. Lit matelas se plie en 2 creuse c'est horrible. Pas de clim . Brasseur d'air avec un bruit d'enfer dans la chambre. Salle de bain sale cheveux et poil. 2 nuits et 2 nuits de trop.

Uno dei migliori ostelli in cui sono stata! Ci sono tante attività organizzate, spazi condivisi, numerosi posti letto e persone da conoscere. Inoltre è molto pulito. Tutto perfetto, grazie mille!

It was my first stay in an hostel ever , I was expecting more activities and more socializing activities, facilities , bar , Ac system are really old dated and needs some renovation

Non ci è stata assegnata la camera che avevamo prenotato e ci era stata confermata con foto, era molto simile ma aveva solo 1 finestra non molto grande e la stanza non è dotata di ac (ha solo un ventilatore a parete), per cui faceva un pò caldo. In stanza c'erano solo appendini a muro, aggiungere una semplice rastrelliera appendi abiti sarebbe potuta tornare molto comoda. Per il resto tutto ok , la stanza era al 4° piano (senza ascensore e con scale molto ripide), molto carina e moderna nella sua semplicità, con bagno in camera dotato di un bel doccione che erogava abbondante acqua calda. La struttura è ben tenuta e pulita e si trova in un vecchio palazzo adattato molto bene, con spazi conviviali molto belli. Noi avevamo incluso anche la colazione che era molto abbondante sia di dolce che di salato.

Wir hatten das Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmer. Es war richtig toll - nicht nur das Ambiente in der Wohnung selbst war großartig, sondern auch der großzügige Platz für 6 Personen. Wir saßen am Abend immer zusammen und nutzen das komfortable Wohnzimmer für gesellige Kartenspiele. Die Küche nutzten wir nicht, aber es war auf dem ersten Blick alles vorhanden, was gebraucht wird! Die Lage Top!

Die Betten haben sehr gequitscht bei jeder Umdrehung. Zudem war es leider extrem laut durch andere Hostelgäste. Die Geräuschkulisse ging teilweise bis 02 Uhr früh.

Sehr muffig, Räume im Appartement überwiegend ohne Fenster - mehr wie Garage/Keller. Obdachlose Drogenabhängige campen direkt gegenüber vom Schlafzimmerfenster.

Mi experiencia en el hostel ha sido excelente. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad del personal, sobre todo Steven y Quentin, y también de todos sus compañeros. Siempre están dispuestos a ayudar y, además, hablan español y otros idiomas, lo que facilita mucho la comunicación. La limpieza es muy buena y todo se mantiene siempre limpio y cuidado. La cocina está muy bien equipada y dentro del hostel hay muchas actividades para disfrutar y conocer gente. La ubicación es muy céntrica, lo que permite moverse fácilmente por la ciudad. Sin duda, volvería. Ha sido el primer hostel que visito y me llevo una experiencia muy positiva. ¡Muy recomendable!

Que 6 dias son muy pocos la próxima tomaría mas dias. No tengo ninguna queja todo fue perfecto

Hostel znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko wszystkich najważniejszych punktów lizbony. Pokój był trochę ciasny, ale w stosunku do ceny wypadło to całkiem dobrze. Jedyne co to łazienki nie były najczystsze

Odaların temizliği iyiydi fakat tuvalet ve duşlar o kadar temiz değildi.Tuvaletlerdeki lavabolar çok küçük ve musluklar lavabolara çok yakındı.Elini yıkarken lavabonun tabanına temas ediyor ve lavaboların küçüklüğünden dolayı yüzünü yıkayamıyorsun.Yıkadığın çamaşırları kurutmak için bir yer yok.Odana asmana da izin vermiyorlar.Konum olarak merkeze biraz uzak ama yürünür.5 gün kaldım.Çarşaflarım ve yastık kılıflarım hiç değiştirilmedi.Banyo,tuvalet ve duş bölümleri dar ve kattaki insan sayısına göre yeterli değil.

The cleanliness was excellent; your room was cleaned daily. The shared toilets and bathrooms were also very clean.

The sound insulation is poor, you can hear even the phone vibrating in the next room. The location is on a hill, but the city is hilly anyway.

Tout, la simplicité pour rentrer sortir de l établissement, la sécurité car personnel présent H24 , la possibilité de mettre un cadenas personnel sur son casier sous son lit.

Le tarif identique des boissons comparer a celles prisent dans les restaurants ou bars , j aurais préféré avoir un tarif évidemment moins onéreux pour la clientèle de l établissement.

Το προσωπικό ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενικό και βοηθητικό παρόλα αυτά το κατάλυμα ήταν απίστευτα βρώμικο. Η τοποθεσία καλή, αλλά απέκτησα θέμα υγείας απο τη σκόνη, αλλεργία και δε μπόρεσα να κοιμηθώ ούτε μία ωρα ολο το βράδυ.

Não gostei de ter pago um quarto com casa de banho privada e não ter um quarto com casa de banho de privada, além de ter sido colocado num quarto por limpar onde tinha a sanita suja de fezes e as toalhas sujas no chão. Eu exijo o meu dinheiro de volta ou farei queixa na polícia

L’auberge est bien placée et facilement accessible. Le petit déjeuner inclus est un plus.

Tenir des soirées party dans la salle juste à côté de mon dortoir en laissant les fenêtres ouvertes du dortoir et de cette salle empêche de dormir. Et le son de la musique très très fort dans la salle du rex-de-chaussée est un turn off.

La cocina, muy limpia y organizada. Con buenos servicios. Aunque un día me botaron una comida que tenia en la nevera y me disgusté; pero aprendí, precisamente por eso; porque tienen buen sistema de control y orden, que si no lo sigues te atienes a las consecuencias.

La ubicación si vas caminando no tienes un transporte público cerca, ni metro, bus o sus ferrys. Y como sabrán Lisboa tienen muchas cuestas, y queda muy arriba, lo peor es si vas cargado. Y si sales a disfrutar la ciudad y llegas de noche es muy solo el sector y muy oscuro. No hay tiendas ni nada cercano al menos que le ayudará a la zona a que no esté tan sola

Well equipped hostel with a social atmosphere. I stayed in the women’s only floor and felt very safe and comfortable.

The hostel is located on a hill and was a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station.

The overnight staff was rude at check in, set up a really bad vibe immediately. They booked me for a walking tour that didn’t even exist, I arrived and they said no English tours at this time. I was alone in an 8 bedroom dorm for the majority of my stay. Atmosphere was also just strange! Empty common areas, cliquey groups. I felt lonely there. it seemed they wanted to have a party atmosphere but I never saw anyone partying despite wanting to meet people.

Best hostel ever! It has absolutely EVERYTHING you expect from a great hostel. Comfort, cleanliness and quietness in the dorms. Lockers are spacious and the bar is a lot of fun!

O custo-benefício do imóvel é, sem dúvida, o grande destaque. Foi a minha primeira experiência em um hostel e eu tinha certa preocupação, principalmente em relação à limpeza. Porém, o hostel me surpreendeu positivamente: tudo era muito limpo, desde os quartos até o banheiro. Além disso, a localização é excelente, pois fica próxima à área mais movimentada da cidade, com ótimos bares e restaurantes nas redondezas.

Meu quarto estava sem ar-condicionado, pois o aparelho estava quebrado. Como fazia dias muito quentes, tivemos que dormir todas as noites com a janela aberta, o que foi bastante desconfortável, já que a vizinhança era barulhenta, além do próprio calor. Outro ponto negativo foi a falta de consideração por parte de alguns hóspedes do hostel. Mesmo com avisos frequentes sobre os horários de silêncio, era comum ouvir pessoas falando alto e até gritando pelos corredores.

La ubicación muy buena, bastante limpio todo. Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas pero estaban bien. Las habitaciones y baños femeninos estan en un piso exclusivo lo que me gusto porque me brindo mucha seguridad. La cocina muy cómoda.

Es un hostel de fiesta, tenganlo en cuenta al reservar. Las noches que estuve siempre se escucho gente haciendo mucho ruido en la puerta y en los pasillos

我入住 WOT New Lisbon Social 時遇到了非常糟糕的經驗。 我的房間在三樓，需要刷卡才能進入。我外出前把貴重物品鎖在床下置物櫃裡，凌晨一點左右回房時就覺得鎖有點異常，但因為太累就先休息。 隔天起床後，我發現大包和小包都被打開，裡面的600歐元現金被偷走了。 讓我震驚的是，這不是隨便就能進入的位置，小偷必須經過一樓入口、櫃台，再到三樓房間。我向旅館反映後，得到的回覆是房內沒有監視器，建議我自行報警。 我知道旅館無法完全避免所有事件，但對一個獨旅旅客來說，這次經驗讓我感到非常沒有安全感。如果要入住這裡，請務必對自己的貴重物品提高警覺。 I stayed at WOT New Lisbon Social and unfortunately had a very bad experience. My room was on the 3rd floor and required a key card to enter. I locked my belongings inside the locker under my bed before going out. When I came back around 1 AM, I noticed the lock looked strange, but I was tired and went to sleep. The next morning, I found both my bags had been opened and €600 in cash was missing. I was shocked because the hostel is large, and someone would have had to pass the entrance, reception area, and reach the 3rd floor to access my room. I reported the incident to the staff, but they told me there were no cameras inside the room and advised me to go to the police. I understand that hostels cannot control every situation, but as a solo traveler this experience made me feel extremely unsafe. Please be extra careful with your valuables if you choose to stay here.

La luz de cama no funcionaba

Beds were comfortable, and the apartment is big. It was super clean. We had and issue with the toilet not flushing and it was resolved when we came back :)

We stayed at the apartment and it is not inside the hostel, it is around the block with a separate entrance. We would have liked to understand that that is how it worked, especially since it was a bit shady at night. Location was not that great. Apartment was super dark and there is no AC o fan in the living room part, only bedrooms.

The staffs were nice and kind and it was located in a good neighborhood but was a big problem which is lacking of air conditioners!!it was 32 degree without any air conditioners and it made us to open the window which faces to the street and super noisy till the morning!in a word I didn't sleep even one hour!

Igual a la fotos y acorde a la descripción… Personal atento y amable, por ser hostal pensamos que sería ruidoso, pero nada que ver, todo muy tranquilo y ordenado.

Muchas escaleras dentro, nada malo, pero ha considerar..

Osoblje je izvrsno. U staroj kući ogroman hostel . Bio sam 5 dana i opet ću. Lokacija je izvrsna za mnoge stvari, ali Lisabon je ogroman. Za noćni život odlična pozocija.

Wc je samo 1 na katu, a kako je hostel ogroman nije baš lijepo isred noći šetati okolo. Nemaju praonicu, ali par minuta od njih je praonica.

Meidän huone oli suoraan kadulta ja ympäristö oli aika ikävä, koska yksi koditon piti majaansa kaduntoisella puolella. Ei hänestä ollut mitään suoranaista häiriötä, mutta silti ikävää.

The staff was so friendly, room and bathrooms were not small unlike most hostels. Female rooms were in a private floor with room card access. Beds have curtains which is a big plus for privacy. You can leave your luggage before check in or after check out.

Booked a room with river view but they could not give us 2 single beds, gave us a cheaper room but no refund so had to negotiate with a free drink on two evenings..Was not impressed...Should have got a refund & they sort out with Booking.com

The stairs, no lift a bit hard for over 60s to climb up. No hairdryer in private room, no use of kitchen until 11.30 have to pay for breakfast. That's crazy that you cannot make your own breakfast. They want your money...
