Really enjoyed our stay here - staff were great. Helpful and friendly. We loved the location as it was in walking distance to the Old Quarter and French Quarter but without the constant noise and hustle. The room was big and spacious and with a full kitchen and filtered water provided. The lady who cleaned the apartment every day was fantastic- so diligent and everything was so clean and tidy. This is a great place to stay and we will stay there again when back in Hanoi!

The bed was hard (good for the back 😆) and shower / bath combo didn’t like - but they have softer beds and standalone showers if you ask. It is a great place though and in an authentic area. 5 stars.

This apartment was like a combination of a hotel and an apartment, taking the positives from both. The apartment (we had two bedrooms) is spacious. It has two bathrooms, wooden floor and balcony. AC worked perfectly. It has reception, and they speak also English. In the basement there is something like a 7-11 convenience store, which is super handy. Apartment is very close to the city center. Once we paid only 1,20 euro to Grab taxi get us to the center. The best part is the cleaning service. The ladies cleaned the dishes and made the rooms look fresh every day. We did not expect this in an apartment house. And they did excellent job. After couple of days we called this our home. We were looking forward to come back to this place from our trips outside of Hanoi.

The kitchen is equipped only so-so, and we were really missing dishwasher.

Out of the hussle and bussle of the Old Quarter and introduces you to a new face of Hanoi. Close enough to the Old and French Quarter if you want to join in. Plenty of room for 2 and 2 more if required, excellent cooking facilities if you want to create a taste of home or some comfort food.

Well-located, spacious and clean apartment with helpful staff.

On a few occasions, the AC stopped working. However, the front desk always quickly sent someone to resolve the problem.

The size of the property was great, it suited us as a family of 8, as we were traveling for 3 days to Sapa and another day to Halong bag so it was a great base at minimum cost really. It was a 3km walk to the centre of the old quarter, so about 20-25mins which was ok, it also meant you got the peace and quiet that you don’t get till late if staying directly in the old quarter, staff were very helpfull

We had a wonderful stay here. The property is exceptionally clean, neat, and comfortable. It is fully equipped with every single thing you need for your stay, including filtered water, which was a fantastic touch. A huge shoutout to the housekeeping staff -their attention to detail is amazing! The reception team and the manager also deserve a special mention. They constantly went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel completely at home. Outstanding hospitality!

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal! Wir haben uns fast drei Wochen wie zuhause gefühlt. Alles war wunderbar. Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich. Wenn wir wieder nach Hanoi kommen, kommen wir definitiv wieder zurück ins Atlanta Hotel :)

Had a 3 bedroom apartment that was huge with comfy beds and everything we needed the staff were very helpful and the door man was brilliant and always opening doors to the taxis and welcoming us

There was nothing I didn’t like as was all we needed and more close to everything and very easy to get taxi if you wanted to explore

Clean, big and modern room. Has all the facilities. Comfortable bed. House cleaning provided. Friendly staff. Wifi is good. Good energy in our accommodation would recommended. Also two AC, so very good.

Not much to complain about. Location is the only issue. You will need transportation to go into town. The view from our windows was not great, just facing a building. Not a standing shower, they have a bath tub instead.

Although it is a little far from the center, the taxi ride was cheap and the apartment style accommodation was exactly what we wanted. The room was clean and spacious and the kitchen was perfect. The 7-Eleven next store was great for the few groceries we wanted for our stay there.

Room was big clean 👌 but overall good 👍. Staff very friendly house keeping was spot on .

Absolutely. One of the best-equipped apartments we have stayed in and we would happily stay again.

Fijne locatie, niet in het toeristische deel dus genoeg te doen maar niet te druk. Het appartement is schoon en ruim, het is ook ruim uitgerust met spullen die je nodig kunt hebben zoals een strijkijzer en wasmachine. Het is ook ideaal dat er een supermarktje in het gebouw zit.

Apartments were as described in booking.com website which were well equipped, everything worked as it should and spacious. Reception staff were friendly, informative and pleasant to deal with. Surrounding area had numerous cafes and restaurants nearby and easily walkable. Onsite, There was a 24 hour Circle convenience store. Not far to travel to surrounding tourist attractions in Hanoi. Complimentary private airport transfer to the hotel was helpful as we arrived at such a late hour. We would stay here again given the opportunity to visit the city again.

Check in was muddled. We were given two separate rooms, eventually after deliberations and much delay. a lower floor apartment was provided however, there was live insects inside on the floor in some rooms. We complained and we were quickly re-roomed to a higher floor apartment the following day which solved everything.

Lovely apartment..spotlessly clean. Comfortable very roomy. All facilities worked exceptionally well. Bathroom was great (both of them) and so was the kitchen. Beds very comfy. No tv in the bedrooms..but a 40 inch tv in loungeroom was adequate (on holidays..mainly jsed to stream netflix.to shut the kids up.when we were too tired lol)

Location is a bit off the prime areas...street noise is a bit high with horns and workers and hawkers..but overall I would.definately stay again.

Very spacious and enjoyed the lounge area and kitchen. Right next to the lobby you have access to the circle k mart which was convenient if you wanted snacks, drinks and food. Right across is a really good pho place. Arrived at 5am in the morning from our sleeper bus shuttle and given access to our room, keep in mind we booked a day before so we could avoid checking in at 2pm the same day, stayed 1 night and enjoyed it.

Arrived and it was really warm in the lobby. You cannot leave until they do a full sweep of the property to check everything is ok.

Ottimi appartamenti di varie metrature, con un’eccellente servizio di supporto al cliente. C’è la lavatrice con anche il detersivo! Puliscono ogni giorno. C’è la palestra. La posizione è tranquilla, perfetto per stare più giorni. Si trova in un quartiere davvero autentico e c’è un caffè per la mattina lí vicino che è strepitoso.

排水孔都很飄出臭味 但這有可能是河內下水道整體的問題 用濕毛巾覆蓋 能改善

Es ist eine wunderbare Unterkunft, mit viel Platz, unglaublich nettem Personal. Super sauber !!! Wir (ich mit meinen beiden Jugendlichen Mädels) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage ist auch sehr gut - mit dem Grab nur 10 min in die Altstadt (1,30 €)

Es gibt nichts - wirklich gar nichts zu bemängeln !!!!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. Their level of attention to detail was really impressive and it made our stay really enjoyable and comfortable. The master bathroom was incredibly spacious. The apartment was clean and had everything that we needed for the entire stay. The location is excellent with easy access to the old quarter with plenty of local eateries, cafe and marts nearby. The staff was kind, attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this place. I’m so glad that my parents enjoyed their stay here 😊. Thank you team

Great location, very friendly staff

It was super roomy and clean and the staff even brought up a filtered water machine for me which was great! It was also in a quiet location which I loved.

La ubicación está muy bien, se puede ir caminando a todas partes desde el hotel. Tiene un supermercado debajo para evitar comer cada día fuera. Muy limpio y amplio, éramos 7 y estuvimos muy a cómodos.

Very clean and comfortable stay. We were a family of five. First booked into one of the hotels in the old quarter but left after seeing the place. Got a good deal at last minute bookings. Beds were super comfortable. There is a convenience store on the ground floor. Enjoyed comming back to the room after a tiring day out.

There was no in house breakfast. The Reception suggested that , if we order in advance , they will get it from outside and serve it in the room. As there were plenty of Coffee houses around, we opted to have it outside .

The apartments are large and well equipped with a washer/dryer, microwave, rice cooker, bathtub all for a reasonable price. The rooms are comfortable, and there is a Circle K attached which is highly convenient.

If you want to be close to Hoan Kiem Lake, this is a little bit out of the way - you would have to take a 10 minute drive to the heart of the Old Quarter or else walk for half an hour to get there. However, if you're looking for a quieter location, this could be perfect for you.

Splendido appartamento, molto curato, pulito ampio con balcone e lavatrice. Letto molto comodo. In zona ci sono ristoranti, bar, caffè e anche un minimarket proprio attaccato al Residence. La posizione per noi era ideale perché abbastanza vicina al centro (abbiamo sempre usato Grab ma si può anche raggiungere con una camminata) ma lontana da strade rumorose.

A really nice comfortable apartment. Felt like living in a house again! Really nice interior aspects like the wooden floor. Location was only a 20 min walk to old quarter. Washing machine/dryer was perfect! Gym is excellent and a score of 9/10. Only bad thing is that the shower leaks down side of bathtub and all over the floor. Still 10/10 though!

The room is very spacious and fully equipped with a big kitchen. Coming back a few days after our first stay during the Lunar New Year many shops and restaurants had indeed re-opened and the neighborhood felt more lively

Huge apartment spacious . Very neat and clean and regular cleaning was done. Cab provided and money exchanged as well.

There was damp on wall in one room

Virkeligt hjælpsomt personale. Skønt med Cirkel K i stueetagen, hvor man kan gå ind direkte fra hotellets reception. Dejligt at have mulighed for at lægge nøglekort i receptionen, når vi var fem personer, der skulle dele to kort. Lejligheden var virkeligt stor og rummelig med et godt køkken.

Vaskemaskinen gik i stykker første gang vi brugte den, så vi fik desværre ikke vasket tøj som forventet. Der er ikke sol på altanerne, da lejligheden lå på første sal med høje bygninger omkring. Heldigvis var det muligt at låne solsenge på andre hoteller. Der spilles meget høj musik i nærheden om aftenen. Heldigvis stoppede det hver gang senest kl, 22. Lejligheden var ikke specielt godt lydisoleret

Location was just too far (for our group) from the action to be a convenient walk. Needed to use the Grab app to get driven to everything. Had a tap leak on our second last day (weekend) and they were unable to fix it until the next day.
