住一晚也有2瓶矿泉水，我连住三天晚上也只给了2瓶免费矿泉水，之后再问拿2瓶就收费2欧元，很不理解。对连续住来说政策不合适。

Tienes parking de zona azul por la zona, el tranvía para a escasos 100 metros y solo son 5 paradas al centro. Atención de 10, limpieza e instalaciones impecables. Recomendable 100%

La mancanza di uno specchio grande nella camera da letto, la mancanza di un mobiletto in bagno dove appoggiare i beauty case, la mancanza di una rampa di accesso per le persone disabili all’ingresso del palazzo.

We were pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The property is also conveniently located within walking distance of the metro, making it easy to reach the city centre. Overall, a lovely place to stay. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again!

Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από το τραμ για το ιστορικό κέντρο.( 5 στάσεις, λιγότερο από 10 λεπτά) Σε πολύ όμορφη περιοχή! Σε κοντινή απόσταση υπάρχει μεγάλο σούπεραρκετ (Coop). Όλα εξαιρετικά και ξεκούραστα!!! Σίγουρα θα ερχόμουν και πάλι!

On est à 2 minutes du tramway pour se rendre dans le centre de Florence. Pizzeria à emporter excellente à 10 minutes à pied très pratique si on ne veut pas cuisiner (il principino).

L’emplacement est pratique pour rejoindre facilement le centre de Florence en tramway. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Une très bonne adresse pour découvrir Florence !

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The location was excellent and very convenient. There was a large COOP supermarket within a five-minute walk, and the tram stop was only about three minutes away. From there, it took us around 10 minutes to reach the train station, and from the train station, the main attractions in Florence were all within a convenient walking distance. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, both during the day and at night. Having a kitchen and a washing machine was also a huge plus and made our stay much more comfortable and convenient. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Florence in the future.

Tanto la cama de matrimonio como el colchón del sofá-cama eran muy incómodos. El del sofá-cama estaba deformado y al levantarte te dolía la espalda.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Wir hatten das Familienzimmer Deluxe. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder und einen Wohn- Kochbereich. Das Kinderzimmer hat ein super Doppelbett mit Treppe zum oberen Bett. Das Schlafzimmer ein weiches Doppelbett. Die Bäder haben beide WC und Dusche. Die ganze Ausstattung ist neu und wertig. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung großartig. Es gibt eine eigene Rezeption mit einer sehr hilfsbereiten und kompetenten Mitarbeiterin. Die Lage ist in der Nähe der Linie T1 mit der man nach 5 Stationen am Bahnhof und somit in der Innenstadt ist. Parkplatz hatten wir über die Ferienwohnung gemietet, ist abgesperrt direkt neben der Wohnung.

Although it was not located directly in the city centre, the nearby tram connections made it very easy and convenient to reach the main attractions. Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Das Personal war sehr herzlich und stand uns bei allen Fragen immer zur Seite. Die Lage und die Größe sind super für einen Aufenthalt etwas abseits vom großen Tourismusstrom und doch nahe dran. Besonders toll fand ich die kleinen Extras wie Windeleimer und Pflegeprodukte für die Kinder.
Die Wohnung war nur recht oberflächlich sauber gemacht. Sogar unter dem Esstisch waren noch Krümel vom Vormieter.
