c-hotels Ambasciatori

Location is very central, rooms are comfortable and hotel is well taken care of (clean, well maintained, smart)

Improvement could be achieved by adding a Nespresso machine in the room

Friendly reception. Davines product in the batch

Was all perfect

The breakfast was fantastic and a huge spread. The room was lovely and quiet. The location is perfect - right at the tram stop from the airport and at the major train station. The staff was exceptional, especially Maurizio and Amalia. Maurizio helped me book another room at the end of my trip! He got me a great room at a great price.

The perfumed sheet should be left off or optional - the scent is very heavy.

Posizione e staff

Stanza nn all’altezza del prezzo

Great stay at Hotel Ambasciatori! Excellent location, very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Maurice for his kindness and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

Habitacion restaurada, confort y buen gusto Muy buen desayuno

Espaco do quarto categoria superior

Location however the issue that is around the corner of the gangs every evening frim about 5pm on of over 30+ is not good. I know this is not the hotel issue but I am sure it could be managed by the police. Staff were nice

The bathroom. We stayed in room 339 and the shower and radiator was dirty, rusted and damp not 4star. Breakfast just ok again not 4star

Very clean, excellent staff. We had a room with balcony, what a view!

All good!

Su diseño y confort

Nada.

I should rate this hotel 10000 out of 10😍 The hotel location is perfect The room is big, service is amazing , the even helps with the luggage, the staff so friendly and helpful And I want to thank Mr. Maurizio he was very nice guy from recipient table welcoming and hospitable.

Breakfast was great. Wide variety. Always refilled quickly. Great location. Accross the road from the train and tram station. Walking distance to the Bell Tower and the Square. Neat and tidy. Friendly staff.

Everyone was very very helpful. Especially Stefani at the reception made sure that we were comfortable and happy with our stay. Also, the location is very convenient, the breakfast was amazing! And the view from our room was outstanding! We highly recommend Hotel Ambasciatori in Florence. We' will return!

Nada a mencionar.

Fijn groot bed. Goed ontbijt. Het was stil op de kamer. Hotel zit recht tegenover het station. Fijne Bodylotion.

Location. If you are travelling by train, great.

Not very secure. Anyone can come off the street, go up the lift and be at the rooms.

Location. Tidy cleaning services. Gentle and kind employees.

Lighting in the room (dark for me but acceptable)

Top Lage, sehr sauber, sehr gute Ausstattung und freundliches Personal

Location is close to station

Nothing all good

Everything

Vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekende ligging. Mooi terras met zicht op de stad.

trochę mało warzyw, brak np. sałaty, seów typu mozzarella, regionalnych sspecjałów

lokalizacja, czystość , uśmiechniety i pomocny personel,

God stor seng. Fin beliggenhed

Der mangler en god kaffemaskine

The staff were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is right outside the train station which was perfect and meant we didn’t have to haul our luggage around. We got a complementary drink on arrival and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt like royalty!

Nothing

The room was beautiful. The buffet breakfast was delicious The location was exceptional. Right across the street from the main train station

There was nothing that I did not like at all.

Sauberkeit ! TV-Fernbedienung! Keine deutschen TV-Sender. Unfreundliches Personal, keine Unterstützung bei Gepäck.

El desayuno, la habitación y la ubicación

Que no tiene restaurante que sirva cena.

Excellent location right next to the bus station and the tram to the airport. Very reasonable buffer deal in the bar.

It was all very good.

The location is perfect , in front of the train station and few meters from the center .

EXCELENTE HOTEL, UBICACION LA MEJOR, EXCELENTE DESAYUNO

CARO EL PARKING

Camera pulita

Tesis hemen tren istasyonu karşısındaydı. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımseverlerdi. Bagajlarımızı hem check in hem de check out sırasında güvenilir şekilde bırakabildik. Her şey çok güzeldi.

Kaldığımız smallest room odasında boyalar biraz eskimişti. Onlar yenilenebilir.

Great location . Close to the train station and within an easy walk to all the major attractions.

Rien

The location was great. Right across from the train station. It was a little noisy but white noise helped us sleep. All the staff were friendly, but a shout out to Angelina in the breakfast room. She seemed to really enjoy being there. Her smile and friendliness made us feel welcomed every morning. She also made the best cappuccino! The breakfast was great with lots of choices and we even ordered a breakfast box when we had to leave for an outing before the breakfast room opened. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Super Lage, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz als Tiefgarage dabei. Voll zufrieden.

Gentilezza dello staff, colazione super, posizione perfetta e vista della camera molto bella.

Comfortable

Noisy and busy always in front of the hotel

Todo es muy lindo

Todo me gustó

I liked that it was convenient and very clean.

Great modern hotel very well located. Highly recommended

Everything was great the location property facilities to the attractions 👌

Close to the train station and with in walking distance to the centre of town

Clean and comfortable. Very close to the station.

The water pressure was extremely weak, and the sink drained very slowly.

Location 30 secs from train station

Nothing

We were offered an upgrade for $20 a night for a room that was twice the size of our reservation and had a balcony. Their breakfast is amazing and have two areas with never ending choices.

Was near the train station where the transients hang out later in the day and night. Luckily you can go the other way from the hotel to bypass them.

Buenísimos

Pocos ascensores

We were given welcome drinks on check-in and the location was very convenient as the hotel is located across the road from the main train station.

Really good location, close to all the main sights and easy transport links

Personnel très gentil et au petit soin. Proche du centre. Jolie vue.

Great location, close to the train station and all the poi. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Hotel maravilloso.

Tutto, personale molto gentile

Nulla

Great location, extremely friendly staff, clean and well kept. I would recommend this location and stay here again.
