Aria on Bank

I liked that it was spacious. There was room for all of us that had a kitchen. Good bathroom.

The location was central to town, but it was a little tricky getting in and out of the driveway and parking

Bed had no give, hard. Pillows were flat

Very clean, massive room, and excellent service

Peace and quiet

Nothing

The room was light, warm, spacious, comfortable and modern.

I have no negatives about Aria on Bank

Easy and convenient and a great price. Will definitely stay again

Parking was a bit tight but sufficed

the service was great, the rooms were nice. Because I was staying so long, I got my room upgraded at no extra cost which made such a difference because in the bigger room I could sit at the desk and work all day.

I did find the bed in the better room to be not very comfortable and I felt the room could have been cleaned better in the smaller room, however the room overall and the fantastic service made up for these concerns.

Comfortable . Warm and really handy to shops and takeaways etc . They where very helpful in allowing us to stay another night which took a bit of organizing on their behalf . Excellent

nothing to not like . The pillows wern't to my liking but thats not their problem .

They upgraded the room

I love the price and the layout of the rooms. Well presented.

The bed felt hard but I slept well

Location; accessibility to groceries, cafes and cbd; value for money

Bathroom area dated and showing signs of wear and tear; sink not draining in kitchen

Very happy with the unit clean and comfortable

The bed 🛌 was a bit hard to sleep in keep waking up with a sore back

Clean, comfortable, kind staff

Just the angle on the parking but that wasn’t a problem

Comfortable bed, clean rooms

It was spacious and welcoming.

Not offered breakfast Unit was comfortable

Only thing didn't like was parking requured backing out in tight space between fence and units - not much spacd for my ute. Had message that I had a ute.

Location great, parking right outside unit. Staff lovely

Great Location off street parking. Good walking distance to supermarket and shops. Central area We were there for 6 nights and the cleaning ladies came everyday to service They didnt have to but wanted to make sure that we had everything we needed. Lovely ladies

WIFI kept dropping out.

Modern decor, clean, kitchen. Warm

Bed and pillows were an ok standard, It wasn’t my usual comfort level

Handy to supermarket, good facilities and spacious inside.

Some road noise, parking a bit tight.

The shower was too small couldn't fit under bed was really uncomfortable

Great wee apartments, clean and inviting

Very clean and presentable

The bed was very hard. Good if you prefer a firm bed.

Staff were kind and accommodating. Room was clean and a great size. Shower pressure was excellent, bed was comfy!

Wifi didn't work very well but think thats because I was in a back apartment room. Parking is tight. But overall Great place to stay for a decent price.

Bed was so comfy & the you can fully stretch out in the bath…

The couches were uncomfortable

Lots of space and nice interior.

The car parks were extremely hard to get in and out of. P

Motel space was huge, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable and big lounge area, big bedrooms. Very warm and comfortable, great value for money.

Shower had gaps on the door which meant that it leaked onto the floor. The flooring absorbed it but it remained damp throughout the day.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed.

Love the size of the room, the location everything about the place is great

I often stay here and it’s a great motel, really nice mezzanine bedrooms , comfy beds, good parking

Great location , off St parking lovely owner. Very clean and tidy, great value for money would highly recommend!

Nice set up -compact but comfortable and stylish. Nice and warm. Love the gorgeous, snuggly bathrobes provided! Friendly, accommodating staff.

Driveway was long and narrow - you wouldn't want to try and turn around in a large car - luckily ours was small. No hairdryer.

The hardworking staff

no paywave

This a great little place to stay

There was a lot of road noise

We were upgraded to one bedroom unit which we very much appreciated. Great comfortable room and very clean. We always enjoy our stay here.

Spacious unit, friendly staff, fantastic shower!

It was awesome to have full Sky channels. Perfect for relaxing with. Bed was comfortable and hotwater was on point. The stream view was a pleasant surprise 😍

Having my heating turned off during the daily service. It was a nasty cold day, if I had returned much later in the day my room would of been cold 🥶

Location, facilities, staff effort for small problem we had, rectified quickly.

Nothing

Friendly staff

Bed mattresses were thin and hard. Springs were felt

Quiet location. Shower has great pressure. Plenty of room for my family

Warm and clean and tidy. Very quiet location. Everything I needed for my stay. Washing machine and dryer available on premises for guest free use.

The location was great for what we wanted to do - walk up Ross Creek, Mt Cargill and The Organpipes, the supermarket, get into town.

Maybe more than 1 coffee bag as there was 2 of us staying for 2 nights.

住的超级舒服，洗澡水很热水压很大，房间装潢的特别漂亮，还很贴心的开了暖气，下次来还会再住的

Great for what I needed

Staff were very friendly. The room was a good size and I enjoyed the layout.

There was hair on the robes in our room 😭😭

Great room upgrade, great value for moany, easy and friendly check in. Great parking.

Great spot Very clean

Clean, cosy, great layout with the loft bedroom

The door to the porch didn't close properly and there was a big gap between the door and the frame

Easy to find and very clean. Would recommend, very close to the middle of town.

Beautiful loft room with lovely decor. Clean. Staff friendly

The rooms are nice
