The best hotel I have ever been! Brilliant work and staff, especially Sakshi! I had brilliant 14 days here. All staff were really kind, for sure a 5 star hotel.

Seema who provided me with facial massage did outstanding job.

Held a large work event at the Conrad and couldn’t have been happier with the space, the food, the ambiance, and the service. The space is big end with a mix of inside and outdoor space. The food and drinks were on point. As was the music and bar area. The team had a great time dancing, singing karaoke, and when we wanted to talk to each other, there were ample spaces that were part of the action, but quiet enough to hold a conversation. Highly recommend this venue and a big shout out to Hrishikesh for taking such great care of us tonight.

We absolutely loved our stay and especially appreciated the excellent service, the food and drinks were wonderful and the facilities well maintained.

Stayed at Conrad Pune for a short break and honestly loved the experience. The property is beautiful, calm and very thoughtfully designed. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and felt truly luxurious. The food stood out , especially the Asian spread, everything felt fresh and well done. Staff was polite, attentive and never overbearing. Loved that there’s something for everyone , great dining, pool, gym and quiet corners. A stay that felt relaxed yet premium. Would definitely return.

I was at Conrad hotel for profesional buiness and I had the oportunity to try their Spa. The conrad signature msssage was incredible. The masseuse "Tunu" was realy skill full. I realy recomend it.

My colleagues and I spent 4 nights at the Conrad hotel in Pune. It's a nice place, with an amazing rooftop restaurant. The garden with its swimming pool is also a nice place to enjoy a small walk at the end of the day. Shreya from the front office team was always ready to provide us with help and support to make our stay even better.

This is my fourth stay at Conrad Pune and every single time my experience has been impeccable. The friendliness of staff, the cleanliness and service has been great. Special kudos to the breakfast service team, they are great at remembering faces and any special order-very hospitable. The star of the show this time was the housekeeping staff(Payal) was gone out for the way to make my stay comfortable. Very pleasant experience, which will me and my team choose the hotel next time as well.

Our stay at Conrad Pune was truly unforgettable! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and perfectly managed. My husband had planned a birthday surprise, and the hotel team went above and beyond to make it a day I’ll always remember. Shyam assisted us during check-in and helped us choose a wonderful room — his warmth and professionalism set the tone for our stay. On my birthday, while we were out, the team beautifully decorated our room and arranged a complimentary cake — special thanks to Rakesh and Nilesh for making it so thoughtful and memorable. The room was elegant, spacious, and had a lovely view, while the bathroom, bathtub, and toiletries added a touch of luxury. The Executive Lounge was excellent too — cozy ambiance and delicious drinks, with bartender Hmingi crafting some of the best cocktails and mocktails I’ve ever had. The spa and salon were another highlight of my stay. The spa room was luxurious and calming, and my therapist Martha was absolutely amazing — professional, kind, and incredibly skilled. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The salon service by Suyog was equally delightful — he was attentive and did a wonderful job with my hair. A big thank you to Shamina for her warmth and assistance throughout our stay. Every staff member we met genuinely cared about making our experience special. Chef Kunal and his team at the all day dining ensured all meals were hearty! And Rudra at the front office had an ever welcoming smile every time one crossed by! Had an absolutely amazing experience at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and I especially loved the tall, elegant doors everywhere, they added such a classy touch. The poolside area is stunning and spa was the best.

We stayed there for 3 weeks. The hotel is very good, well situated and with all the necessary équipments. The breakfast is diverse and great. The personnel is kind ,willing to help and very friendly. Spécial mention for: Shreya for her smile, attention and kindness toward our kids. Kunal for all his special dishes for us and especially for the kids. Suibiyam for his smile every morning. Great experience. We recommend it.

We visited Conrad Hotel in July 2025 as we traveled to India from the US for the adoption of our daughter. All the staff were amazing - so friendly, incredibly helpful, and hospitable. After we returned to the hotel from picking up our daughter, we received gifts and celebratory treats. It was so thoughtful! The breakfast buffet was incredible - so much variety, and the staff were attentive. One chef offered to make us Indian dishes to sample. The hot stone spa treatment was a highlight. I would highly recommended staying at the Conrad should you find yourself in Pune. Beautiful, modern, clean hotel with a wonderfully helpful staff!

Our family of 24, enjoyed Raksha Bandhan festival at Conrad and enjoyed the warm hospitality of it's staff. Right from front office people like Bishal who was quite proactive in arranging for all our family needs... Housekeeping and Serving staff was also excellent...

Had an amazing experience at Conrad Pune when I visited with my family. The rooms are very spacious and the amenities are great too. There were 2 great things that I would want to callout: 1. Amazing food - Breakfast spread can cater to any cuisine you want and the taste across restaurants is mouth watering 2. Staff - The staff received us well and ensured that my 3-year old was pampered with love wherever he went. He was over the moon and constantly keeps me asking when are we going back to the hotel 🙂 Special callout for Shreya, Rudra, Sameeha and Swaraa for going over and beyond to keep us happy!

This was my first time visiting India with work and the staff at the hotel made the experience exceptional. The staff from reception to restaurant and concierge were extremely helpful and nothing was any trouble m. The food in the hotel and lounge was really good and when checking out the girl that assisted was really helpful and when she heard it was my first time in India and gave me a little gift to remember my stay.
