Rooms are old and outdated. Small pool compared to pictures. Shower is awful. Bathroom door had an issue. Telephone didn’t work. TV was limited.

The receptionist changed my room. The original picture chosen and room I first got didn't match at all. Luckily they gave me room.41 later the evening. and I loved it. But there needs to be something that if you choose a room that you get what you see situation.

The staff, place is excellent. Just need to sort out your phones. I couldn't do booking directly, noone got back to me. But once there I have no complaints. Bar, the chef, employees. We'll done on your staff. I love it there!!!

We didn't leave our room key for them to clean, however they still managed to clean our rooms, that felt like an evasion of privacy

RESTURANT: We bought supper that cost us + - R350,00 but we ended up paying R1 350, the lady who was helping us said we made a mistake by clicking one, we were told that different is non-refundable and we must spend the R 1000 during our stay. and it happened just like that, I'm not happy at all, because that R1 000 was not budgeted for food.

No early check in like requested. No feedback. No warm water just. Only mild heat. AC not working so you cannot even heat the room after cold shower No extra blankets. No USB charging points

The hotel is giving low key vibes..the water is cold,I got there the water was cold,I slept without a bath,and woke to a cold water,still left the hotel unbathed..I regret wasting my money but ill share my experience on tiktok...can't waste like that

The property is set in a quiet suburban area, close to access routes and a plethora of shopping and business centres. The hotel and grounds are very well maintained. The styleful decor in all areas in and outsife the hotel accentuates the African theme. The room i stsyed in was well rquipped, very comfy bed, a small private patio and a spacious bathroom featuring a spa shower. I did not make use of the restsurant but all areas including the lounge and bar are comfortable and ambient. All staff very friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience and definitely an affress i will visit again.

The floor tiles in the room were very old, they really need to do some repares. The curtains couldn't close completely. We complained at reception but nothing was done. The TV wasn't working also

The room was very beautiful and spacious, we had access to wi-fi which made life more easy and the ability to access our transport with so much ease. The breakfast was delicious I am definately coming back

I loved the garden, such a calm & peaceful place. For dinner I ordered T-bone, it was tender & juicy, loved it. Loved also the omelette & bran muffin for breakfast. I stayed at room 4 upstairs, yoooh I loved that room🙌🙌👌a Spa inside the facility plus kids play area was a bonus

At first I was given room 9, horrible, mold smell, old decor. That room needs a serious revamp. Complained & was moved to room 4, the receptionist was a darling, great service. During checkout I was expected to carry my heavy bag downstairs because there are no porters, those stairs were scary, one mistake you can wake up in hospital, I refused & maintenance guy was called to assist. Overall my stay was excellent

The outside garden was not bad

The breakfast was bare minimum and the service was so slow, it seems your facility doesn’t have big enough kitchen resources to accommodate your guests. We had to wait for food to be refilled every next minute if not the dining utensils. As for the room, highly disappointed by the maintenance. Furniture looks worn out and old, nothing like the pictures used for advertising. The room didn’t smell good at all and wasn’t cleaned properly, we could spot dirt on the floors. Lastly the shower pressure was almost nothing, had such a horrible shower 🙌🏽 the list is long. You guys have potential but what we found there was horrible to say the least
