Holiday Inn St. George Convention Center by IHG

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful

Paying for in house breakfast even if it was 50% off for two

Quiet location . Front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast good. The view here is incredibly beautiful and our front desk quickly set us up with a lovely view. Greet service overall.

Nothing meets all our needs

It’s a good value and quiet location. The staff are always very friendly. The beds are comfortable.

This breakfast is not any better than most hotels. Not what you want to eat if you’re conscious of eating healthy, like having whole-grain bread.

Friendly staff, clean quiet and good breakfast

Na

I really liked the location next to the running trail

The bathroom was a little weird

Room was huge for a wheelchair person

All was great

Very clean. Staff was friendly. Location - Easy to get to from the freeway

Hot as hell in there, air conditioner didn't cool. Being in the desert it should be cool.

Comfortable bed and roomy.

Staff failed to be helpful, even using the luggage rack to move boxes during check-out. This forced me (physically limited 68 year old with a broken spine) to make numerous trips.

Our choice to stay was based on the convenience of the location and the expectation that a fairly new building would provide better sound insulation, especially compared with the Hyatt next door.

What I did not like was the lack of professionalism and attentiveness from the front desk employee, Elaine. When we arrived to check in, Elaine appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation with another staff member, (Chef?) speaking as if guests were not standing in front of them waiting to be assisted. We felt ignored and not properly acknowledged as paying guests. In addition, despite the room type we requested and paid for through Booking.com, Elaine insisted on assigning us a king-size bed instead. This was disappointing because we selected this hotel for convenience, the fairly new building, and the expectation of better comfort and accommodations. Instead, the check-in experience made us feel dismissed and inconvenienced. After the unpleasant encounter with Elaine on Friday night during check-in, I emailed the Holiday Inn General Manager after checkout to formally express my concerns. However, as of Sunday at 10:00 PM, I have not received any response or acknowledgment. The lack of follow-up only added to my disappointment and made the overall experience feel even more dismissive.

vue sur parking et voie express, manque espace détente

Super clean, best bang for your buck.

Nothing, love this place

Great Place to Stay and a Great Location

Miss the Free Breakfast

It was very clean and smelled so nice. Very roomy and bed was comfortable. I believe it was Marissa who greeted us and checked us in - love her personality

Breakfast was lukewarm but they had a variety to choose from and was delicious

Muy cómodas las camas

Yo pagué el desayuno para mi familia igual me lo volvieron a cobrar y una persona en el Comedor fue muy grosera estaba con gorra negra volteada, camisa morada y legis negro le describí lo que vestida porque no se el nombre

The place and friendlyness

Near the airport

Breakfast was a buffet in the cafe. Food was plentiful.

Food was mediocre. Like most breakfast buffets it wasn’t warm enough and sort of tasteless.

The included breakfast was the best that we had on our two week trip. Everything was clean and comfortable and quiet. We were only passing through and just stayed one night. The restaurant was nice to have available when we arrived as it was late enough that we didn’t want to drive around to find a place to eat. Easy freeway access.

The tv channels were limited and not able to connect to Netflix, prime or others.

It was clean, new and updated

Our room didn’t have any Kleenex’s when we first arrived which isn’t a big deal but had to use toilet paper and then ran out of that. Took care of it the next day.

Location was good

The bedroom was VERY uncomfortable, very hard and harsh. Internet was extremely slow.

This is a very nice facility. The room was comfortable, quiet and in a good location for our travels. Amenities in the room/bathroom were good. The buffet breakfast was extra but pretty good for $15/couple.

The pool and hot tub was warm.

We had animal hair all over our clothes if it touched the ground. And we were on the first floor next to the gym and pool, it was so loud!

The breakfast buffet was a good value and the staff was so polite and helpful

Proximity and location to I 70

The carpets in the room were a little less than desirable probably need to be changed or cleaned

Clean comfortable

Noise level

Super friendly staff. Front desk was super nice at check in and when getting night goodies. The cleaning staff was amazing!! Our kids had some accidents and they were right around the corners and took care of it on the spot.

Lobby didn’t have regular milk. My baby needed a bottle and I had forgotten to buy some regular milk and the lobby only had chocolate milk. The other issue I would say that the tub in our bathroom was cracked but other than that everything was good.

The AC unit in our room made noise all night if it was on. If it was off, the room was sweltering. Sleep was constantly interrupted.

Location and price

Hallway floors were stained really bad

good amenities, breakfast and staff

Location

It was a beautiful stay! Great location, friendly staff working on a holiday. So grateful!

I could not find those great coffee machines they have at holiday inn American fork, no coffee til morning, and just an urn. Everything else was perfect!

I loved the friendly staff and the dog friendly atmosphere. Pretty nice hotel lobby and setting on main floor

The rooms were a bit outdated and bathrooms aren’t great. Clean rooms and great size.

This message is in regard to our recent stay at the Holiday Inn St. George Conv Ctr, which began on November 7, 2025. I wanted to provide some feedback regarding our experience. First, we were quite uncomfortable to find that the hotel had overbooked on queen beds. Traveling with a toddler who sleeps independently, having adequate sleeping arrangements is crucial, ano the situation made our stay less restful than anticipated. Secondly, and more significantly, we did not have hot water for showers during our entire two-night stay. This was a considerable inconvenience and significantly impacted our ability to comfortably prepare for our days. The WiFi was horrible.

Updated .. clean

room was clean. comfortable bed, professional personal

could hear someone snoring in the next room. lol

Check in was quick and easy. Hotel was clean and quiet

I’ve stayed here a few times now and it’s my first choice whenever I stay in St. George. It’s convenient to the freeway and several stores are within five minutes. I love that the building is modern and clean, and that the rooms are quiet. The gym is nicer than other places I’ve stayed and has been uncrowded when I’ve used it.

very pet friendly… Thank you.

Very easy checkin, greeted by very nice staff. Once in our room everything was very clean. We walked to the restaurant on the same lot and ate dinner. We stayed one night and would highly recommend coming here next time for sure!

Very convenient

The bed was great. We really needed a good night’s sleep and we got one here. Will return

Clean clean very friendly

Great breakfast for the money. Rooms were clean.

They support their clients needs

Nice stay.

Excellent service, great atmosphere. Secure and safe location.

This was the most comfortable bed in a Hotel we have ever slept in!!! We slept soundly all night! Happy Happy Guests!

Nice hotel, clean, quiet & comfortable rooms, good location, nice views, restaurant on site, along with pool & gym.

Reliable

The breakfast used to be free and this time it was $15 for two people. A little disappointing.

Everything

El alojamiento muy bueno

En todos los Holiday incluye el desayuno, y aqui lo cobran , lo pagaria si fuera bueno pero es lo mismo que todos los Holiday, asi que me parecio un abuso.

The ease of getting to our car from room. Friendliness of staff. Cleanliness of our room and hotel. Would recommend this place for future.

It was a great holiday

I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby. The staff was friendly overall. When I arrived, the front desk agent was on the phone. I completely understand the importance of helping the customer you’re already assisting, and I had no problem waiting. The only part that felt awkward was that I stood there for quite a while without any acknowledgment, not even eye contact. Not from the agent or another employee who walked through the area. Maybe it’s the past life customer service manager in me, but I’ve always believed that a great guest experience starts with that first interaction, even if it’s just a quick smile or a “we’ll be right with you.” That small gesture would’ve made all the difference. Everything else was great, and if that moment had been handled a bit differently, I would’ve gladly given a full five stars on service. I’m hoping the little bit of positive suggestion helps. I look forward to staying at the hotel again.

I love Holiday Inn Express beds they are so comfortable and the rooms are clean my favorite hotel. And it was with in walking distance of good places to eat.

The stay was to short one night wasn't enough.

Jenna the hostess at the front desk was incredibly welcoming, friendly, pleasant and helpful. She made us feel like we were home!

Nothing to report.

Location is nice, hotel is appealing, they allow pets

Staff was not friendly, always trying to get you to join ihg rewards, no place to take your dog out

Excellent room and furnishings. Receptionists Jenna and Julia were efficient and personable

Carpets in the hallways need to be replaced.

We liked that it was close to everything.

The room was a bit dirty.

Met our needs perfectly. Room was clean and comfortable. Fresh, clean white cotton sheets with four large pillows. Air conditioning worked great.

Can't think of a thing.

Room was perfect and the food was excellent (we ate both dinner and breakfast there).

Great room size. Clean and lots of options for food near by.

Clean

Short stay,passing through.

Great location and fun place to stay
