Pull oit couch bed was not comfortable at all room was hot. And the last couple times we stayed the hot tun has been down. Like for months.

Prices of our stay, and had to pay extra for our breakfast. Staying for 2 nights cost over $560 plus breakfast, that’s 20% of my monthly salary. If I had to stay longer than a week, my goodness I would be broke. I realize competition, inflation and tariffs, etc etc but seriously?? Can’t even get free breakfast paying over $200+ a night.

Fantastic hotel - incredible staff at the front desk and in particular at the restaurant and bar. Bar was fantastic and really enjoyed the breakfast. Rooms are clean, cold and quiet.

It was close to the mall and downtown. It was clean !!

I thought the bed could be replaced. It wasn’t very comfortable. No safe in room.

Check in was easy. Cookies upon check in was a nice touch. Liked that the room had a couch to sit on.

Pillows were very soft. Would be nice to have options available for a harder pillow.

The heated parking garage was nice and felt secure. Rooms and the rest of the facility was very clean.

The bed was very hard and the hot tub was not working.

We enjoyed a lovely & well appointed room. And enjoyed a good selection on offer with both the breakfast and supper menues. Attentive staff.

Reception staff were efficient but could have been warmer & friendlier with their “first impression “ greetings on behalf of the hotel. For the level of the room, china coffee mugs would have been appreciated We always try to give housekeeping staff warm greetings when encountered, but response was flat.

Pool was in pretty shabby condition. Hot tub had no jets and the speaker system was bad

We lucked out and got an amazing rate on a member last minute booking. Check in was quick and friendly. The hotel is very clean from lobby all the way to our room. I love that you must use your room card to operate the elevator, more secure. We were on the 9th floor facing the freeway. Very very quiet. Ice machine close by.,The room had everything you needed. Has shampoo/conditioner/ body wash and lotion. Blow dryer as well. King size bed very comfortable. The pillows were too soft for us but the hotel said they would put on my account that we prefer firm pillows for future visits. There is no continental breakfast here. There is a breakfast buffet $18.99 for hot station which includes everything. $11.99 for cold station, cereals muffins etc. The hot buffet was worth the money. (Note if you order coffee you get a carafe if you order juice you get one small glass.) Food area clean and spacious. Staff work hard and were polite. Prices for the restaurant for regular meals lunch/dinner were very reasonable. ( Fish n chips $21.99.) We also paid $20 +$1(gst) to park in the heated parkade. Very worth it. Plus vehicle safe as you are downtown. Huge shopping mall a block away. Lots of restaurants nearby. There is also the Scotia Centre movie theatre close by. I highly recommend this hotel!!!

When we checked in the attitude of the man checking us in was very poor,condescending and irritable. We had issues with the booking and very rude he demanded my phone and emails for confirmation..... We never received any information and had to ask him twice on what floor our room was, no vouchers for the next mornings breakfast that we paid for. Mind blowing how he still has a job there.

Thought I was reserving room with Holiday Inn Saskatoon Downtown by IHG for over 3 months in advance. I check bank account in morning and full amount charged. Front desk not helpful - "You prepaid full amount and if you cancel, you forfeit the total amount" in a calm robotic voice....no I didn't. I reserved on your website online as with any hotel....So, you have to pay in full before you even stay at this hotel and you cannot cancel or you lose entire amount including taxes?!!! Ridiculous. Hoping to speak to manager or reasonable person on Monday otherwise guess I'm stuck but they will certainly hear about this in person. A retired person on limited funding cannot pay full hotel bill prior to staying before I receive travel claims from other contracts (side hustles).

Uncomfortable beds and staff who would rather avoid eye contact and pretend to be busy than actually assist customers, whilst front staff less than helpful and openly couldn’t care about client satisfaction.

The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. Service was not great nor was the food. The power was out for roughly 3-4 hours in total, no kind of compensation offered for the inconvenience. The weather was terrible so to go out walking wasn’t really an option our vehicles were in the parkaide and we couldn’t get out. Had an issue at check out as they charged me twice for our lunch and when I approached the front desk the lady told me to go to the restaurant as they are the ones that did it. Over all experience there was not great

No airport shuttle. Restaurant staff were not clear about how breakfast works only allowed coffee or juice if you want both you are charged for it. Surprised they didn’t charge for the ice in my water.

Hotel parking is a nightmare - my vehicle was unable to fit in the "underground parking" and as such I had to pay large sums to park. Also due to an event in the hotel I also had to park very far away. There should be above ground reserved parking for hotel guests! There are only TWO luggage trollies in the hotel - this is not enough when street parking is required I was refused "kids eat free" at the breakfast because I booked with a third party. This was quite shocking to me and not well advertised when booking. I was paying $18 each for two adults already! The front desk staff was quite rude when I inquired about the breakfast and also quite rude when I checked out and requested not to be charged the fee for parking in the underground i was not able to access.

This is a very nice hotel. Modern, clean, nice pool, excellent restaurant (get the hot breakfast!), safe parking and walkable to all of downtown and along the river. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, nice hotel with convenient parking. Room was very clean, comfortable and smelled great! Elevators were very quick to come to the floor. Restaurant served a great buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The air conditioner was not working. The outside temperature was 30 degrees. The did not move us to another room. Only offered to pay for parking. Plus breakfast was not included with the stay. Will not stay at that location again
