Great location to restaurants and amenities, staff were great willing to help with extra requests. Breakfast was good - lots of different options.

Rooms quite small for the price.

The location is really centric. Very nice and helpful staff.

There could have been a bigger selection of cold cuts at breakfast for our taste, but otherwise the breakfast was rich. The window door was broken a bit in our room, which maybe made the noise from outside a bit louder during the night, but it wasn’t too bad.

Everything.. This is the best place in Argostoli

Very convenient location, especially for the evening, fantastic selection of bars and restaurants are close by.. well appointed rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed and bedding. Would choose to stay in this hotel again.

We stayed at the Aenos Hotel in Argostoli and had a truly positive experience. A special thank you goes to the entire staff, who helped make our stay so enjoyable. In particular, we would like to thank Kate, Andreas, and Floris at the reception: always kind, helpful, professional, and ready to assist us with a smile. They made us feel genuinely welcome and well looked after throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Diana, Emin, and Eriona, who welcomed us every morning at breakfast with kindness and attention. Breakfast was always a pleasant moment, with attentive service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The hotel also has an excellent location, right in the heart of Argostoli and perfect for exploring the town on foot. We will take home wonderful memories of our holiday in Kefalonia, especially of the people whose kindness and helpfulness truly made a difference. Thank you, Aenos Hotel, and thank you to the entire staff! ❤️

Infelizmente o hotel não dispõe de vagas de estacionamento, se for de carro em alta temporada, recomendo ter paciência em encontrar vaga perto.

מלון בוטיק משופץ ונעים במיקום מעולה במרכז של המרכז על הכיכר המרכזית, אמנם אין לו חניה אבל מצאנו בקלות ברחוב ליד בחינם. החדרים נעימים, נוחים ומאובזרים. מקלחת מצוינת. הצוות מקסים- אדיב, מקצועי, תמיד עם חיוך ונכונות לעזור.

ארוחת הבקר לא מספיק עשירה, בנוסף מומלץ לכלול קפה איכותי יותר בארוחת הבוקר עצמה כי כיום האפשרויות הן לשלם תוספת או להסתפק בקפה ממכונה פשוטה.

La signora delle pulizie entra nella camera per due giorni di fila senza bussare E soprattutto avendo messo fuori dalla porta il cartello di non disturbare. Mi sonorizzazione delle camere buona ma comunque la musica della piazza si sente lo stesso

The property itself is very clean and reasonably comfortable (aside from the pillows being not so good for my neck). The location is perfect, just outside the square in Argosoli and only a few steps from the waterfront. The hosts were all pleasant and tried their best to make our stay comfortable.

We paid for a superior double Room and when we arrived to our room, we were able to unlock the door. Our room was changed to next door which was ok and not a problem until the day after where we had to move rooms so a family could take the room we were in. The hosts thought by moving us to a balcony room a floor above, it would be suitable, however the room was so incredibly tiny that we couldn’t fit our luggage! There were no PowerPoints in the bathroom and we were forced to dry our hair (me) and shave (my hubby) near our bed! Lastly!!!! Be aware that the pics on Booking,com show the rooftop. GUESTS DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE ROOFTOP!!

Colazione un po' povera con necessità di pagare extra un espresso e, assurdo, il latte! I giudizi non positivi espressi sono dovuti principalmente al fatto che, data la posizione e la piazza in ristrutturazione (quindi una situazione probabilmente provvisoria), l'hotel non è raggiungibile in auto nemmeno per il carico/scarico dei bagagli (noi l'abbiamo fatto ugualmente violando alcuni sensi unici!).

Cleanliness, staff and location

Add oatmeal as breakfast option and more consistently available grab and go fruit.

We stayed at the start of the season and so there were inevitably a few niggles to over come as the hotel returned to life. However, none of these affected the stay - all of the rooms were superbly clean and maintained daily, with water refreshed daily in the room - great for when you had been out all day. The location couldn't have been any better. Right on the main square there was plenty of choice for food and drinks, also with easy access to the buses (we used two for excursions) and the seafront was mere metres down the road. All of the staff were lovely and pleasant, though I have to mention Nikolas (I hope I have spelt that right!) - he helped us really get the most of our week, helping us arrange a hire car, giving us insight on some unique places to dine but most of all, he rescued us. When one of our group lost their passport, our travel company were fairly slow to act and respond. Nikolas was helping us phoning the airport, the bus company and guiding us to the rep office. He managed to not only locate the passport, but he also arranged for its safe return. As an early riser, I went for an early morning walk pre-breakfast on routes that Nikolas had suggested and felt safe at all times, with the 24 hour receptionist greeting me every morning. I would recommend if you are a light sleeper, using ear plugs as it could be a little until the restaurants close in the evening, though after that, it was quiet - with super comfy beds! Overall, a really enjoyable stay and would definitely return (if I had enough annual leave!).

The ac we had no control of..they kept shutting it off at night.. no pool was bad as well

We had a standard room and it was very clean (got cleaned daily)and spacious. The breakfast options were plenty to choose from sweet to salty and the location was in the center near main streets making it perfect to go out in the evenings with no car. Staff was very friendly, everyone spoke english quite well and ready to help at any time.

Παρολο που ηταν απο τα ατου της διαμονης ,η βεραντα δεν καθαριζοταν καλα και υπαρχει θεμα με τα περιστερια....Επισης θα μπορουσε να ειναι λιγο πιο φροντισμενος ο χωρος της βεραντας ( επιπλα ,διακοσμηση...)Δυστυχως δεν χρησημοποιησαμε το τζακουζι (λογω και του θεματος με την καθαριοτητα εκει που ηταν )οποτε δεν εχω αποψη για αυτο.

The hotel was well situated on the central square, a block in from the waterfront with easy access to restaurants and bars. It was spotlessly clean and we slept well on excellent mattress and pillows. Convenient if you need to be in central Argostolion but otherwise better options.

It was a bit of a disappointment, the least favourite on our multi stop trip to Greece – and the most expensive. It describes itself as a four star boutique hotel with fine dining. It isn’t. The room was tiny and featureless, painted flat grey throughout, and hardly room for two people on the balcony. There was no dining except breakfast which was good but not exceptional. We stayed in September, there may be more facilities in high season but the booking.com listing doesn’t reflect that. For example there isn’t a tv in the room, just a monitor. There isn’t a room service menu although they will apparently bring breakfast up. There is no coffee in the room, only tea, because of the downstairs coffee shop – which closes at 3pm as does the bar so no nightcaps here. It advertises a resident’s tv lounge which we looked for on a rainy day but there isn’t one – there used to be but is now used for storage.

We only stayed for one night, but we so wish it would've been longer! This hotel is in the heart of Argostoli, Kefalonia and is absolutely exceptional. The staff was so nice that they gave us a free upgrade to include a room with a balcony!!

Nice, clean, friendly staff. My wife and I liked the hotel and location. My major complaint would be that each room is allowed only “one” key to ensure that you don’t run AC when out of the room. You have to insert the key in a control device when you enter to allow AC, lights, and TV to operate. At first it didn’t seem like that big of a problem, but when my wife and I chose to go separate ways and didn’t return the same time. The early person was forced to wait in the lobby for the other to return. You could not enter your room! Tried asking the lobby staff to let me in… after a wait was let in my room, but no second card was given. So, was forced to sit in a room without AC or electricity! This was very frustrating. Not the 4 star service one would hope for!

Rooms are a tad small, but otherwise it was tidy, the staff were friendly, and allowed us to check in 3 hours earlier. Really central location.

Camera accogliente e piacevolissima. Letto comodissimo, spazi adeguati e ben arredati. Una nota di merito alla ragazza della reception che parla italiano che ci ha aiutati a trovare un dentista in tempi rapidissimi e si è dimostrata sempre estremamente disponibile.

Unica pecca la colazione che non è all’altezza della struttura, ma è un aspetto facilmente migliorabile.

Perfect location near the main square with lots of restaurants and bars in walking (crawling) distance. We got a free upgrade to a room with a balcony which was great to unwind and watch life go by in the city centre. Room was good and especially the bed was very comfortable! The staff was very nice and supportive.

Colazione non mi è piaciuta per niente. C’erano tante robe ma niente buona. Paga a parte per un cappuccino. Parcheggio e fuori sulla strada perciò abbiamo dovuto cercare per mezz’ora. Dopo non volevo spostare per non trovare.

We were looking for a centrally located hotel in Argostoli, and Aenos Hotel was the perfect choice. We would definitely like to stay here again. The service at the reception was incredibly kind and welcoming and our room was spacious, beautifully designed and offered a great view.

The breakfast could use a bit more variety, less sweet juice would be appreciated.
