Ramada by Wyndham Laval

Spacious and clean room. Very good breakfast

Oreiller trop ferme inconfortable

The room was large and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom was neat and tidy. breakfast was OK,Overall, good experience.

The BF area is too small.BF could be better and can be improved.

The location is convenient.

The place needs to be bugs/spider free. The door is extremely heavy and caused me shoulder and back pain trying to open and close. Especially staying with an infant I expected clean and safe place. No drinking water was kept in the room or no water dispenser in the common area. No access to drinking water. Which was very disappointing.

Breakfast. Easy to check in.

Shower faucet in room 505 is too low.

Natacha, a staff member, was nice and showed professionalism.

Breakfast, very limited selection.

Our family was visiting Montreal for a day trip and decided to stay overnight. We had a wonderful experience at the Ramada by Wyndham Laval. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The room was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would gladly stay here again.

Personnel courtois

The parking was convenient, and the beds were fairly comfortable. Unfortunately, those were the only positive aspects of our stay.

We booked three rooms as a family but were separated into three completely different buildings. The property is completely inaccessible for a baby stroller, with no elevators or ramps. Furthermore, our room had dirty carpets, broken light fixtures, and was missing basic amenities like a kettle, iron, and coffee machine.

Prix, l’accueil

The staff did everything they could.they were very friendly

I have plenty of pictures and sent to Ramada already. It was disgusting compared to what we expected. The only good thing was the staff. The dark buildings are what was pictured and the out building with the muddy lot. Bathroom light that stays on as no switch, unfinished headboard nothing but 1 chair. No decor, crappy breakfast with only cold hard boiled eggs and fatty greasy microwave sausage. Cheap cereal. The Grey buildings that look newer had Mariot logos. The sign was small. I would suggest putting in your notes if you can't find it go to the IGA and it is directly across from that

l’odeur dans les chambres

Ça a été bien. L'accueil etait bon.

Great service at this Continental Breakfast and the lady there was working very fast. We really liked our room 506 - it was in a renovated section of the hotel. Modern bathroom and a large room with a mini-fridge in it. The main reception had several white and red wines to choose from for purchase AND they also had wine glasses. Financially this place was very affordable.

When we booked the place on Booking.com it said that it was 1.5 km from our desired location. However, when we booked, it ended up being 19.5 km away. So, our UBER bill ended up being more expensive, but this hotel was still very nice.

Breakfast was fine, location too

The room we got in the blue building was poor motel room in need of renovation with stain carpet, dirty fridge and bitten down chairs. Definitely not worth the money we spent on it. We booked this hotel because at the beginning of our trip we spent 2 nights there but in a different building. It was 2 storey building and the room was new, clean, spacious. I asked the receptionist to change the room to the other building but she said it was fully booked. I would never stay in this hotel again and I would not recommend it. You might get a nice room or the horrible one, there is no guarantee.

It's close to highway 640, the beds were very comfortable and front desk staff was most accommodating. There was plenty of counter space, tables, chairs, electric outlets. A strip mall across the street and one up the way with groceries and pharmacy.

Just a tiny mold at the base of the shower (but that didn't stop any of us from taking a shower).

The stuff were nice only

This is the worst experience ever in Laval the room was so dirty and the floor was so sticky and the nightstands has a lot of fingerprints that never been wiped during the checkout. I ask for discount politely if they can do anything, but they said no with the confidence and I wasn’t about to write this review until to speak with them and see if they can solve it without writing this review but they didn’t want it. It’s important to be clean and wipe every inch in the room they rented it to me only the bed was organized, and the other stuff wasn’t clean or touched at all. Imagine you’re sleeping and the fingerprints on the nightstand so obvious not your fingerprint somebody fingerprints you never know what’s happening there that’s crazy. I will never go back there.

Bien ,petit déjeuner ,emplacement

La climatisation très bruyante

the dinning area too small. food didn't have much variety

Humid and unhealthy room. No refund ! Be careful.

Personnels très gentils. Chambre propre.

Adulte responsable?????
