Distance from BTS/Metro is a bit of a challenge ...

Le quartier, même si c’est plutôt loin du BTS (30 minutes à pied), avec pas mal de restaurants, tout en étant calme. Le personnel est sympathique et les studios sont propres, et n’ont pas de mauvaise odeur.

C’est dommage que la terrasse ne soit pas aménagée (contrairement aux photos). On n’en profite pas car il n’y a pas de parasol et pas assez de tables, ou fauteuils. Ce serait vraiment agréable avec des parasols, ou des pergolas et des plantes…

Rekma, Ralph, Tao and the entire crew were a joy to interact with. Room was bright and spotless. Enough space for a comfy loveseat. Washing machine in- room and they gave me extra pillows on request being a side sleeper : ) Just a pleasure all around. One note: Be sure to plug in the correct property on Google maps/Grab as there are similarly named properties in the area

This is one of the best value for money place that I’ve stayed at so far in BKK and I’ve stayed at at least 15 different places here. Very clean, spacious room, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend

Great property. Unit includes a full kitchen and looked brand new. It looked brand new because it didnt come with pots and pans to cook with, thus you cant really use the kitchen. If you buy frozen food then it is perfect (have microwave). However, being so close to local food places, you technically dont need to cook for short stays. Other than that, property made me felt like home for 3 short days.

Takes time to get to the skytrain station

Spacious and clean apartments, very nice staff, good price. The location is pretty good for getting to the Thong lor area which has a lot of great bars and restaurant (but its expensive!)

The traffic on the street makes it hard to get somewhere further away, and bts station is about a 25 minute walk

The entire staff made me feel like I was living in a home away from home. My stay was excellent, and I do not have any complaints about lodging. If I return to Bangkok, I will choose to stay at this location. The cost and the value were superb, and I felt safe very safe.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. It's not a hotel, but serviced apartments. Big bed, spacious rooms. Air cons in the bedroom and living room. Cleaning service every day. There's even a little balcony in the flat. Early check-in and late check-out available easily. Plenty of food places nearby, great area.

Quite far away from the city centre or metro stations. Had to use taxi a lot to get around. Also apartment has no knives (only spoons and forks).

Apartment was really spacious, for a short or long time stay really comfortable. Overall the Apartment was good and clean. Parkkeeper and housekeeper were really friendly and did a good Job. The location was good, not that near to the BTS (you had to walk 30 minutes or take a Bus located at the 7 11), but I would highly recommend Sukhumvit area for staying in Bangkok.

We didnt like the cooking equipment, because there was only a small mediocre set available on request. Although there was a washing machine, there was no rack available to hang up wet clothes. Only a small pole and 5 cloth hanger were there which was not enough for even 3 days of used clothes. We had to buy some hangers and basic kitchen stuff at the BigC, a basic Set for an apartment would be highly recommendable. At the end we had to pay 40 Baht for a lightly dirty small towel, we had to wait for Check out until the whole Apartment was thoroughly checked, which was not only inconvenient, but not really welcoming at all. Only talking to my girlfriend in Thai (because she can speak it) also is not the fine way to take care of guests.

24 hrs security, very spacious for the price in similar location. Has its own mini mart for mission necessaries.

Corridor is quite loud if neighbour is getting of the lift of go to their room, but for 1 bed room there is no problem.

Living room, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom - everything was in very good conditions. The staffs are very polite and kind . Housekeeping is excellent.

Location is a bit far from BTS Station.

To be honest i didn’t expect to be this good considering the price we paid ( 1200 / a night ) but it turn our to be one of my favorite service apartment in bkk .. will return for sure ! :)

Clean, quiet, secure, newer rooms with amenities. Polite, friendly, attentive staff. Great management. It's quiet, and better for long stays, people familiar with Bangkok. Reception staff are English-fluent but helps if you speak a bit of Thai.

Getting to-from can be problematic for the bad traffic. This is not the hotel management's fault, though.

Overall I love the stay, will be back again The staffs were very friendly & nice. The studio unit is really cozy & neat. Location wise: There’s a 7-11 nearby which is superb, only thing is far from the night markets (which was okay) I chose to stay in United as I only travel to Bangkok for Blackpink concert, it’s considered near to the stadium which was very convenient. Only slightly far from shopping places; where walking is impossible under the heat.

Cleanliness wise I think can be further improved to become a 5 star stay if the toilets uses white lights, with every corner scrubbed. It’s clean, but could be better 👌

The staff were all very kind and helpful. There are plenty of delicious dining options around. The rooms were large, clean, and up to date. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and the BTS station was only about a mile down the road. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again!

Super soft comfortable big bed. Spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Working large screen TV. Helpful and friendly staff. Large bathroom and hot water shower. Coffee, water and kitchen utensils provided. Strong and easy to use WiFi. Fantastic washing machine in room. Balcony has bird net screen and rack to hang clothes to dry.

One key card given at check in but room needs card for power. Two keys should be given, one for power and other to open door. Grab drivers should be allowed to go directly to room.

The apartment was spacious, spotless, comfortable and in a great location. The staff were so friendly as well; they gave us an early check in because the room was cleaned before 2pm, which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Bangkok

Great location, easy to find. Friendly and attentive staff, gave us a room upgrade for free. Doorman/security guard outside building, feels very safe. Room was clean, hot water worked well. Air conditioning worked well, was very quiet and very easy to adjust. I didn't have the chance to try the gym but it looks good, equipment seems in good condition. Views from the rooftop are amazing. Overall, would definitely recommend!

the hotel is in a trafficked neighborhood and very far from the main historical places, so you need to be very patient to get there :) the closest metro is 25 mins walking (or 6 mins by taxi)
